산업부산물을 이용한 저시멘트계 지반개량재의 강도 특성 (Strength Characteristics of Low Cement Ratio Soil Stabilizer Using Industrial By-products)

  • 본 연구에서는 산업부산물을 이용한 저시멘트계 지반개량재의 강도특성을 고찰하였다. 저시멘트계 지반개량재는 시멘트의 일정부분을 대표적인 포졸란 물질인 고로슬래그, 플라이애쉬, 석고 등의 산업부산물과 활성제를 이용하여 대체함으로써 제조하였다. 일축압축강도 실험을 통하여 포졸란 물질의 반응성을 고찰하였으며 최적의 강도를 나타내는 구성조합을 도출하였다. 실험결과 시멘트의 사용량을 감소시키고 적절한 량의 산업부산물과 활성제를 첨가한 결과 강도가 증가하고 시료구조가 밀실화 되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • The asbestos has many advantages in engineering aspect. The objective of this report is to investigate and analyze the influence of the asbestos in secondary cement-product. For this purpose, several asbestos -ratio are examined and the relationship between asbestos-ratios and strength is studied. From the present tests, it ti found that the strength of the press-out cement-product was the maximum value at the asbestos-tratio of 11%

염소이온 투과시험에 의한 콘크리트 제품의 강도 추정 (The Strength Estimation of Precast Concrete Products by the Chloride Ion Penetration Test)

  • This paper present the strength estimation of precast concrete products by chloride ion penetration method. The relation between the strength of precast concrete product and the ion passing charge is linear and a numerical model of FCK =515.96-0.201Q is prposed. The results showe good agreement at about 9.0% error ration with the estimated model results for real precast concrete product.

  • In order to improve the strength of paper, mixing ratio of Sw-BKP and Hw-BKP and PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) fibers dosage were investigated. When the Sw-BKP fraction was increased, strength properties were increased because of average fibers length increased. When PVA fraction increased, paper strength was increased, but there was dissolution of PVA in water. The reason for improving handsheet strength that contained PVA was due to increased bonding action between the fibers by the PVA. The addition of PVA to kraft pulp would be helpful for packaging paper materials to increase strength and fracture toughness.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a process for forming a MPa ultra-high strength steel sheet to reduce weight and improve product strength. To do this, we performed the initial process design based on empirical formulas in a handbook and experience of skilled engineers, and researched the effects of major process variables on spring back by analyzing the forming analysis and experimental results. This paper suggests an optimal process design of the seat rail lower parts, using a MPa ultra-high strength steel sheet. This satisfies the dimensional accuracy and strength requirements for the product.

전분 접착제의 접착 효율 및 골판지의 내수성 향상을 위한 첨가제의 적용 (Improvement of Bonding Strength and Water Resistance of Corrugated Board)

  • In order to improve the bonding efficiency of starch adhesives and water resistance of corrugated board, mixing ratio of additives dosage was changed and its effects were analyzed. When the additives dosage was increased, bonding strength, vertical compression strength, bursting strength and water resistance were increased, because of hydroxyl groups or acetyl groups in starch adhesives and cellulose fibers of corrugated board were cross-linked by additives. When 1.0% glyoxal dosage was added, flat crush strength and vertical compression strength were increased. With 1.5% glyoxal, bonding strength and bursting strength were increased. However, 2.0% glyoxal dosage was added, most of strength except bursting strength were decreased. Thus, when the appropriate amount of additives are added during corrugated board production process, increased bonding efficiency of starch adhesives and higher water resistance of corrugated board can be achieved.

소셜 네트워크 사이트의 소셜 추천 광고 효과에 대한 연구 (Effectiveness of Socially Recommended Advertising on Social Network Sites)

  • 본 연구에서는 소셜 추천 광고에 대해 중점적으로 살펴보고 광고 효과를 분석하였다. 구체적으로, 소셜네트워크 사이트 상의 광고 효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 세 가지 요인, 광고 추천인의 광고 추천 의도와 관련된 보상 유형 (금전적 보상 vs. 비금전적 보상), 광고의 제품 유형 (쾌락재 vs. 실용재 ), 광고 추천인과 소비자와의 유대 강도 (강한 유대 vs. 약한 유대)에 대해 조사하였다. 보상 유형과 광고 제품 유형 간의 상호 작용 효과를 검증하기 위해 $2{\times}2$ 요인 실험 설계를 하였으며 광고 추천인과 소비자 사이의 유대 강도는 조절변수로 설정하고 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 소셜 추천 광고를 본 참가자들이 비금전적인 보상을 제공하는 쾌락재 광고를 볼 때에 효과가 가장 높았으며, 제품 유형과 보상 유형이 각각 효과를 보인 것으로 나타났다. 광고 제품 유형 및 보상 유형의 조합에서는 약한 유대에 있는 사람이 추천하는 광고보다, 강한 유대에 있는 광고 추천인이 광고 효과에 더 큰 영향력을 미친다는 조절 효과가 확인되었다. 즉, 광고 추천인과 소비자 사이의 유대 강도의 차이에 따른 조절 효과가 발생한 것이다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 소셜 네트워크 사이트 상에서의 마케팅 환경 방법에 관한 시사점을 논의하였다.

COMPUTER SIMULATION OF MAGNETIC PROPERRTIES OF SPRING MAGNETS

  • Magnetic properties of model exchange-spring magnets, which are composed of magnetically soft and hard grains, were calculated by means of computer simulation. The dependence of the magnetic properties on the strength of intergrain exchange interaction and the amount of soft grains was studied. The existence of soft grains enhanced the remanence remarkably, and the remanence over $0.8M_{s}$ was obtained in the model magnets containing 25% or more soft grains by volume. The calculated coercivity vs. the strength of the exchange interaction curves showed a peak at a critical strength of the exchange interaction, although the remanence increased monotonously with increase in the strength of the exchange interaction. Thus the maximum energy product also reached a peak around the same critical strength. The calculated maximum energy product exceeded $300kJ/m^{3}$ when the magnet is assumed to be composed of $Fe_{3}B$ and $Nd_{2}Fe_{14}B$.

3D프린팅 공정 중 공기 습도에 따른 출력물의 인장 강도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Tensile Strength of the Product According to Humidity During 3D Printing Process)

  • Scaffolds protect the sensor in the body. Scaffolds are made of a bioabsorbable polymer. The polymer process is sensitive to humidity. Inside of the 3D printer has been improved to control the humidity. Specimens were produced by injection molding and 3D printer. 3D printed specimens were printed under various humidity conditions. We measured tensile strength of the injection-molded specimen and tensile strength of the 3d printing specimen. We compared tensile strength of the injection-molded specimen and tensile strength of the 3d printing specimen. Tensile strength of the injection-molded specimen is 557 kgf/cm2. We confirmed tensile strength of the specimen was highest at 741 kgf/cm2 when the humidity was 10 %. We confirmed lower the humidity, higher tensile strength of the polymer product.

Transfer length of 2400 MPa seven-wire 15.2 mm steel strands in high-strength pretensioned prestressed concrete beam

  • In this study, the transfer length of 2400 MPa, seven-wire high-strength steel strands with a 15.2 mm diameter in pretensioned prestressed concrete (PSC) beams utilizing high strength concrete over 58 MPa at prestress release was evaluated experimentally. 32 specimens, which have the variables of concrete compressive strength, concrete cover depth, and the number of PS strands, were fabricated and corresponding transfer lengths were measured. The strands were released gradually by slowly reducing the pressure in the hydraulic stressing rams. The measured results of transfer length showed that the transfer length decreased as the concrete compressive strength and concrete cover depth increased. The number of strands had a very small effect, and the effect varied with both the concrete cover depth and concrete strength. The results were compared to current design codes and transfer lengths predicted by other researchers. The comparison results showed that the current transfer length prediction models in design codes may be conservatively used for 2400 MPa high-strength strands in high-strength concrete beams exceeding 58 MPa at prestress release.
