Purpose: This study has investigated experience of middle aged women who attended a self help group to overcome midlife crisis. Methods: To analyze types of experience that middle aged women attending the self help group went through to overcome midlife crisis, Q-methodology has been used. The 32 selected Q-samples from each of 27 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analyzed using a QUANL PC program. The 38 selected Q-samples from each of 27 subjects were classified into a shape of normal distribution using a 9-point scale. The collected data were analyzed using a QUANL PC program. Results: The types of experience were classified into four categories; Type I (attempt to change), Type II (devoted to my role), Type III (tolerance and acceptance) and Type IV (role as a senior citizen). Conclusion: This study is significant in that it has attempted to analyze the approach and usefulness of a self-help group program. It is suggestive that a local society support group may be necessary to help people with midlife crisis and further studies for nursing intervention and strategic development are required.

본 연구에서는 기업에서 서비스 상품의 개발 프로세스를 수행하는 과정에서 서비스 설계에 적용되는 서비스 컨셉의 개념을 고찰하였다. 서비스 컨셉은 전략적인 새로운 서비스 개발이나 서비스의 리모델링 작업 등의 계획 단계에서 의사결정에 관하여 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 특히 다양한 서비스 요소들의 결합을 통해서 서비스전달시스템의 최적화된 운영계획을 수립하거나 또는 서비스 회복 등을 다루는데도 유용한 개념이며, 서비스 컨셉의 결과를 통해서 개발대상 서비스 상품에 대한 고객의 수용성과 비즈니스 모델로서의 성공가능성을 평가하는데 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스 개발의 전반적인 과정에서 서비스 컨셉을 적용하는 모델과, 설계과정에서의 서비스 컨셉을 평가할 수 있는 모형을 제시하였다.

R&D를 기술학습과정에서의 문제해결활동으로 개념화 할 때, 국가 연구개발 활동은 특히 핵연료와 같은 과학기술 집약적 산업의 기술발전 및 산업 경쟁력을 보육 또는 발전시키는 중추적인 역할을 할 수 있다. 이러한 역할은 기업과 정부출연 연구소를 포함한 국가차원의 기술능력을 향상시키는 데 기여할 수록 강화 될 수 있다. 또한 개도국의 기술능력 발전과정에서 국가 연구개발 활동은 기술학습의 혁신 단계뿐 아니라 초기의 흡수, 적응단계부터 전략적으로 중요한 역할을 가질 수 있다. 이 과정에서 국가연구개발 활동은 외국기술을 효과적으로 흡수하고 고유기술능력을 지속적으로 축적·발전시키면서 세계적 기술혁신을 성취하는 데 요구되는 과학 지식 및 핵심 기술을 제공할 수 있어야 한다.

Purpose: This study empirically validates a research framework encompassing predictors hypothesized to affect the participation in sharing economy on O2O retail platforms. Research design, data, and methodology: The study examines the role of consumers' social capital and consumer citizenship as a net promoter of retail sales increase of sharing economy products. Using a convenience sampling method, this study used a questionnaire survey method to collect data from 400 adult consumers with previous experience of sharing economy who reside in the metropolitan areas of Seoul and Kyonggi Province, Korea. This study applied structural equation modeling to verify the structural relationships proposed as research hypotheses. Results: The study found a significant impact of social capital on sharing economy participation and the impact of consumer citizenship on sharing economy participation in retail settings. This study also confirmed that social identity and corporate image mediated the relationship between social capital (and citizenship) and sharing economy participation. Conclusions: The study results are expected to contribute to further understanding of the sharing economy's key success factors. The study results offer significant strategic implications for retail platform operators and individual retail operators of sharing economy.

This study intends to closely examine an evaluation of effectiveness of the HRM associated with interactions among employees(I), purpose recognition(P), role feedbacks(R), and motivative compensation(M). The following is a summary of the results of this research: From the study of the actual situation of the human resource management by the Korean firms, it appeared that the form of existence of vision systems possessed the form of having been written as documents and co-shared. And, although, in the area of motivation endowment and feedbacks, the level of motivation endowment regarding the comprising member by those in charge of departments and the level of reflection of the company's personnel policies in the execution of work by the departments were ordinary, the level of presenting the opinion of the departments regarding the company's personnel policies was shown to be low. And, the decisive elements of wages and the compensation standard were in the order of performance basis and long service. Also, it was analyzed that the leadership style of the CEO is the most important element that influences human resource management policies. And, it was analyzed that in the evaluation of the human resource management area the roles regarding evaluation and compensation, especially, the mutual interactions of the comprising members, feedbacks, and improvement activities are inadequate. And the managerial implications are discussed.

Purpose: To understand awareness, attitude and knowledge levels of muscle health of adults over 18 years old. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study using questionnaires. A total of 401 questionnaires were included for final analysis. Mean and standard deviation of the continuous variables were analyzed and frequency analysis of categorical variables was performed. To identify differences according to general characteristics, t-test was used. Results: Awareness scores about the importance of muscle health and exercises were 8.3 and 13.0, respectively. Attitude score and knowledge score were 12.4 and 15.0, respectively. There were differences in attitude toward muscle health according to gender, age, physical activity, and diet habits. However, there was no difference in attitude toward muscle health according to educational level, smoking, drinking, or sleeping. Conclusion: It is necessary to seek a strategy to improve awareness and attitude toward muscle health based on knowledge, not merely to raise knowledge level about muscle health. Since nurses play a central role in health promotion and disease prevention, they should also play an important role in strategic development and application of intervention.

This research aims to investigate The Role of Calling and Membership as Mediation on the Influence of Spiritual Leadership against Organizational Commitment and its Effect on the Performance of Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD). This study has outlined organizational commitment as a construct thought to be theoretically strategic to empower organizations through calling and membership. The research was conducted upon LPDs in Bali. Inferential analysis techniques have been used to test the empirical model and the hypotheses proposed in this study. The analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) based on variance or component, called Partial Least Square (PLS). The significant findings of this research are, first, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on calling; second, calling has a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment; and third, calling has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Several studies have been conducted to estimate the mediating role of calling in explaining the relationship of spiritual leadership with organizational commitment. The results of the study by Bodla and Ali (2012) and Bodla et al. (2013) state that spiritual leadership, which consists of vision and altruistic love, has a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. Likewise, spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on calling.

Purpose: Business agility is an important key to survival for SMEs in Indonesia, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Indonesian local product distribution and service distribution are mostly served by SMEs. Agile businesses will be able to assist them in the proper distribution of products and services. This research examines how the direct and indirect influence of IT capabilities on business agility through organizational learning and business intelligence for small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. Research design, data and methodology: This research uses SEM method with SmartPLS tool. The sample of this research was conducted on small and medium enterprises in the distribution of Indonesian products and services. The sample obtained in this study was 202 SME owners or managers (strategic level). Results: Business intelligence plays a key role in improving business agility. The results of IT capability can directly and indirectly affect business agility through organizational learning. Conclusions: Business intelligence has the biggest role in increasing business agility in SMEs in Indonesia. IT capability has an indirect effect on business agility through organizational learning. The findings of this study prove that IT capabilities do not indirectly affect business agility through business intelligence.

Given the critical role of information technology (IT) in achieving organizations' strategic goals, it becomes increasingly important for organizations to develop and retain a competent IT workforce. We investigate how organizations make IT personnel feel content with their job, motivate them to perform at their best, and consequently retain them. We develop a model in which IT leadership, conceptualized as "transformational" and "transactional" IT leader behaviors, influences IT personnel's perceptions of requisite soft skills and IT personnel's Quality-of-Work-Life (QWL), and how IT personnel's QWL in turn affects IT personnel's intention to stay. Using survey data from 205 IT professionals, we found that IT leadership behaviors, particularly transformational leadership behaviors, positively influence IT personnel's intention to stay. We also found that this relationship is fully mediated by IT personnel's QWL. In addition, we found that transformational leadership behaviors positively influence IT personnel's perceptions of requisite soft skills. We discuss the implications of our findings for theory and practice.

도시재생사업에서 도서관은 기초생활인프라 중 하나로 필수적으로 고려되어야할 시설이다. 단순한 기초생활인프라로서의 의미를 넘어 도서관이 도시재생의 참여 주체로서 그 기능과 역할을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 기존 도시재생 사업에서 도서관들의 역할 및 성격, 참여형태을 먼저 이해할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도시재생사업 관련 전략계획의 내용에서 도서관과 관련된 내용을 조사하고, 도시재생 참여 주체로서의 도서관의 역할과 참여형태 차원에서 고찰하였다. 이를 통해 도시재생의 도서관이 향후 도시재생 참여 주체로서의 그 역할과 기능을 극대화할 수 있는 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 도시재생 내 도서관은 주거환경의 질 제고, 도시 활력증진, 생활밀착형 문화적·교육적·사회/복지적 역할, 지역 내 커뮤니티 허브로서의 역할이 기대되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 또한, 도서관의 참여형태는 크게 지역·지리적 특화도서관, 다양한 서비스와 결합한 하이브리드 도서관, 지역사회 협력과 연계를 기반으로 한 도서관, 주민 참여를 기반으로 한 지역 커뮤니티 허브형 도서관으로 구분해 볼 수 있었다. 향후 도서관은 도시재생의 참여 주체로서 기대되는 5가지 역할을 바탕으로 보다 적극적인 역할 변화를 도모할 필요가 있다. 또한, 도서관이 도시재생 거점시설로서 그 역할을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 도서관 서비스의 주체인 사서, 서비스, 프로그램 등에 대한 보다 세부적인 논의가 도시재생 계획 수립시에 필요할 것으로 보인다.
