조직요인은 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는가? (Do Organizational Factors Influence the Outcome of Social Enterprise?)

  • 최근 사회적 기업의 양적확대가 계속되고 있어 사회적 기업들의 지속가능한 성과창출을 위한 효과적인 운영방안 제시가 매우 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 다양한 조직요인을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 다양한 조직 운영요인으로 전략적 요인, 경영지원시스템, 외부환경, 조직문화를 살펴보았으며 객관적 요인인 조직형태, 목적유형, 수익업종, 기업경로를 통제하여 그 영향을 살펴보았다. 조직의 전략적 요인은 경제적 성과와 사회적 성과 모두에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 인사관리 지원과 혁신지향문화가 경제적 성과에 영향을 미쳤으며, 외부환경 요인 중 지역사회지원은 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 근거하여, 사회적 기업의 효과적 운영방안과 향후연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.

정보(情報)시스템 Outsourcing의 전략적(戰略的) 선택(選擇) 및 활용(活用)에 관한 연구(硏究) (An Investigation on Strategic Choice and Utilization of Information Systems Outsourcing)

  • This study presents the growth strategy of outsourcing service by finding out the differences of importance between user firms and system integration(SI) firms in Korean outsourcing business, The result of data analysis reveals that there are siginificant differences between user firms and SI firms in some components of information systems(IS) outsourcing services. User firms regarded integation of distributea data centers as the prominent issue of IS environment changes. Meanwhile, SI firms chose management of IS/VAN center, office automation(OA), and management of global network, as the more important issues in the application area of outsourcing. Among the merits of outsourcing, both of them considered cost reduction and IS flexibility as the most important factors, However, they chose the difficulty of management control and the lack of operation knowledge among the demerits of outsourcing, Also, they commonly selected overall IS consulting among the components of outsourcing diffusion. In the question of future outsourcing services, user firms chose the adoption of client/server architecture, while SI firms selected the application of multimedia. These results show that there are some differences of preference between user firms and SI firms. Most of user firms consider the outsourcing to maximize information utilization, while the service suppliers focus on new IT adoption and its application to organization. For the strategic use of outsourcing services, SI firms are required to establish the diffusion strategy to meet the outsourcing needs of user firms.

  • The successful knowledge and information based companies facilitate to restructure the industry and strengthen the national competitiveness in the future. The advent of information age provides us new challenge because the information breakthrough can play a pivotal role in terms of knowledge transfer in the human resource management. Executive officer must present long term vision in order to expand enterprise continuously and establish long term management goal and strategy which are appropriate for key organizational skills of future management environment (Pfeffer, 1998). Also, long term talent management based on vision, goal and strategy and talent development strategy and employment management must be established (小池, 1994)). American HRM system's reformation cannot be defined without scientific management policy. However, currently widely discussed Japanese HRM system's reformation cannot be defined without organizational commitment focused Japanese employment system. (津田, 1992 ; 太田, 1994). Japan's development of the following policies are behind comparing to Europe : (1)Skill based talent management regardless of age, sex, nationality, race and academic background (2)Consideration of retirement age of 64 (3)Creativity and freedom promoting talent management policy. Also, there are problems to be solved. Solutions will be searched for by establishing new wage policy based on tasks and individuals in the basis of lifetime employment system.

  • 본 논문에서는 기업의 경영목표에 따른 실행계획 수립을 통하여 프로젝트별 진척도와 달성도를 성과관리와 연계하여 효율적으로 관리 할 수 있는 프로젝트 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 목표관리 기반의 중소기업형 고도화 프로젝트 성과관리시스템은 기업의 전략적 프로젝트 관리 및 체계적 성과관리를 위한 통합 및 개별 적용이 가능하도록 구현하였다. 기업 조직의 전략 수행을 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 투명한 목표관리, 다면평가, 인사고과가 반영된 통합 관리 시스템을 구현하여 단위조직간의 세부적 성과지표에 대한 책임과 권한을 부여하여 업무를 구체화 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

  • An informatization evaluation is becoming a major issue among vocational colleges, as the 21th century begins. This century is characterized as Knowledge and Information era. Thus it is popular for administrative organizations to use Information Technologies as major tool to innovate themselves. The main objective of this study is develop evaluation indexes on applications of information technologies for vocational colleges because they must operate their education services by using management principles. Four major indexes were recommended to evaluate their information environment of educational service as follows. 1. Strategic Information System 2. Environmental Factors of Information System 3. Informational Resources 4. Utilization of Information Technologies Each index has 4 variables to identify the level of informatization and every variable is consisted of several questions. Such an evaluation system will be applied for vocational colleges to know their own situation of IT application and to develop managerial strategies by using IT. This system also will be useful to compare you with your potential competitors and to find appropriate polices of IT application by measuring the indexes at different points of time.

  • This study sets a purpose to realize what top managements in companies think as critical success factors of QM, using CSF(Critical Success Factors) method. The methodology of this study consists of literature research and empirical analysis using data collected from interviewing and questionnaire. Medium and small sized manufacturing companies are the subject of this study. Following CSFs of QM are found. (1)Management philosophy of attaching great importance to customer and customer satisfaction. (2)Creation of atmosphere that attach great importance to technology. (3)Philosophy of honesty and faithfulness. (4)Positive thinking and creation of atmosphere that help with each other. (5)Rearmament of entrepreneur spirit.   • This paper considers supplier selection process for e-business & ISO 9001 quality management system environments. Determining suitable suppliers in the electronic commerce has become a key strategic consideration. However, the nature of these decisions is usually complex and unstructured. In this paper, a Quality Estimated Supplier Selection (QESS) model is proposed to deal with the supplier selection problems in the e-business(Business to Business: B to B). In the supplier selection, quality management factors will be considered for the first time, and then price, and delivery etc. In the first level, we deal with the quality management factors such as quality management audit, product test, engineering man-power, capability index and training time etc., based on the five point scale. In the second level, a QESS model determines the final solution by considering factors such as price, production lead-time and delivery time.

  • 이 논문에서는 연구개발 활동에 있어 지식경영의 도입 필요성과 방안에 대해 분석하였다. 연구개발 조직에서의 지식경영은 기술혁신을 달성하기 위한 가장 유효한 전략으로 평가되고 있는 수단이다. 본 연구에서는 분석의 객관성 유지를 위해 먼저 연구개발 패러다임 변화를 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 지식경영 도입의 성패요인을 분석하였다. 마지막으로 원자력 연구개발에 있어 지식경영의 도입을 위한 체제를 제안하고 각 분야의 역할을 할당하였다.

  • Information Systems Planning(ISP) has gained considerable interest among researchers and practioners in recent years because of the impact of information systems on organization performance. This study aims at analyzing organizational characteristic factors, information system characteristic factors influencing ISP's performance. The organizational characteristic variables are considered organizational strategy, organizational culture, and managerial leadership. And the IS characteristic variables are considered IS resource and IS strategic role. The ISP's performance variables are measured BP-ISP integration effectiveness and ISP efficiency. For data on the 493 sampled company, a mail survey using a questionnaire was conducted in this study. The following results were obtained. First, there was significant relationship between organizational characteristics and ISP's performance. Specially, organizational strategy and organizational culture affect the both of BP-ISP integration effectiveness and ISP efficiency. Second, there was significant relationship between Information Systems characteristics and ISP's performance. Specially, IS resource and IS strategic role affect ISP efficiency.
