This study examines the effects of data-driven learning (DDL)-an approach employing corpora for inductive language pattern learning-on error identification in second language (L2) writing. The data consists of error identification instances from fifty-five participants, compared across different reference materials: the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA), dictionaries, and no use of reference materials. There are three significant findings. First, the use of COCA effectively identified collocational and form-related errors due to inductive inference drawn from multiple example sentences. Secondly, dictionaries were beneficial for identifying lexical errors, where providing meaning information was helpful. Finally, the participants often employed a strategic approach, identifying many simple errors without reference materials. However, while maximizing error identification, this strategy also led to mislabeling correct expressions as errors. The author has concluded that the strategic selection of reference materials can significantly enhance the effectiveness of error identification in L2 writing. The use of a corpus offers advantages such as easy access to target phrases and frequency information-features especially useful given that most errors were collocational and form-related. The findings suggest that teachers should guide learners to effectively use appropriate reference materials to identify errors based on error types.

최근 기업에서는 기업경쟁력 강화의 일환으로 다수의 업무처리솔루션을 활용하여 업무처리의 효율성과 효과성을 제고하기 위해 노력하고 있다. ERP 시스템 또한 이러한 맥락으로 기업에서 활용하는 기업형 솔루션으로서 현재 대부분의 기업에서 이를 활용하여 업무를 처리하고 있으며 많은 연구문헌으로 그 효과가 널리 알려져 있다. 이러한 ERP 시스템은 도입이 중요한 것이 아니라, 도입후의 활용으로 효율성을 증대하는 것에 그 목적이 있다. 업무처리능력의 향상. 비용절감효과, 재고의 감소 등 실질적인 성과를 위해서는 시스템의 도입뿐만 아니라 유지보수, 시스템 교육과 같은 사후 관리가 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기업의 ERP 시스템의 활용을 지원하기 위한 방안으로서 e-learning을 제안한다. 기업에서의 e-learning 활용방안에 대한 문헌은 다수 있지만, ERP 시스템의 지원을 위한 e-learning 활용방안은 부족한 현실이다. 따라서 ERP 시스템과 e-learning 시스템과의 연계모델을 제안하고, ERP 시스템 교육을 위한 방법으로서의 e-learning의 우수성을 증명하고자 한다.

이 연구는 자유주제 과학탐구 과정에서 일어나는 인지수준 향상 정도 및 탐구단계별 상호작용을 분석함으로써, 자유주제 과학탐구에 대한 질적 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 자유주제 과학탐구는 인지수준이 과도기(2B/3A)이고, 학습동기수준이 심층학습형, 심층능력형인 학생들의 탐구능력 신장에 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 또한 학생들은 탐구과정 중 주제 및 가설설정단계에서 어려움을 겪으며, 자유탐구가 진행됨에 따라 논의의 기술은 증가하나, 상호작용의 질적 향상은 쉽게 나타나지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 심층학습형은 모둠 내에서 사고의 정교화를 촉진하는 역할을 하고 있었다. 심층능력형은 가장 주도적으로 상호작용에 참여하여 논의를 이끄나, 탐구결과에 대한 집착으로 과정적 측면을 소홀히 하는 경향이 있었다. 그리고 피상능력형은 하위수준의 상호작용이 많아서 논의를 심화시키지 못하나, 자유탐구가 진행됨에 따라 점차 상위수준의 상호작용이 증가하는 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이 연구로부터 자유주제 과학탐구 활동의 특성 및 자유주제 과학탐구 활동의 진행과 모둠구성에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있었으며, 이에 대해 논하였다.

All are organizations embedded, here in after, Em-organizaion that confronts the ever-growing complexity. It is important to know Em-organization through Individual Mastery. The complexity must be decreased, and clarified in order to derive to get our ontology from the influence of others. The opportunity to learn in practice is embedded in processes that the community developed. Driving strategic innovation is achieving breakthrough performance throughout the value chain. We used to express complex unit on matrix which includes only the federal statutes because the role of information technology should be a source of competitive advantages each other. Therefore, we got the idea that integrated both kinds of knowledge to create differentiation by ourselves. This practice is situated the learning of Strategic CoP in e-class seminar of our graduate school. We suggest theoretically two things. One is matrix-based decision. Another is creating new context through systems thinking.

With the rapid development of cloud computing, it raises real questions on privacy protection, which greatly limits the use of cloud computing. However, fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) can make cloud computing consistent with privacy. In this paper, we propose a simpler FHE scheme based on ring LWE problem, with a smaller size of ciphertext and a lower noise-expansion factor for homomorphic multiplication. Then based on our optimized RLWE-based FHE scheme, we propose a fast single-database private information retrieval protocol, combining with batching and number theoretic transform technology.

기업 교육훈련에서 교육계획과 교육생의 선발 및 교육시행까지의 일련의 과정에서 과거부터 가장 많이 변화 되어온 것이 정보시스템을 이용한 교육환경의 변화이다. 이러한 환경변화는 공급자 위주가 아닌 소비자 위주로의 학습을 통해 효과적인 학습을 하기 위함이다. 그러나 기업에서 전략적으로 추진하는 교육과정에 대해서는 아직도 피동적으로 운영이 되고 있는 것이 현실이라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 교육훈련 운영문제에 대한 대안을 제시하고 효과적 운영방법을 찾고자 한다.

A high-speed Internet has brought a rapid spread of Web Based Distance Learning(WBDL). Even though the WBDL was considered a new methodology to overcome the limitation of a traditional education, it evolves not as alternatives but as strategic augmenting tools for a traditional face-to-face education. The WBDL systems accommodate diverse services such as e-Learning, e-Mentoring, and Blended Learning in order to give satisfactions to learners and increase the learning effectiveness. This study suggested the WBDL system's and learner's characteristics as two major affecting factors, in which two independent variables were respectively selected. A mediating effect of learning motivation between the independent variables and learning achievement was empirically tested. The interactions between the WBDL sysrem and learners were also tested on the view points of the moderating effects between the learning motivation and the learning achievement. The results showed that the mediating effects of learning motivation and the moderating effects of the system interactions were statistically significant.

본 논문은 학습조직활동이 직무소진에 미치는 영향과 상사의 신뢰성의 조절효과를 검증하는 연구이다. 연구의 결과, 독립변수인 학습조직활동 중 연구대화 활성화와 팀학습 조직화가 직무소진에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 다시말해 질문하고, 피드백을 주며 다양한 학습방법을 실험하는 문화를 조성하는 조직의 노력과 팀의 효과적인 활용을 강화할 수 있는 협력적인 학습이 직무소진의 핵심적 차원으로 간주되는 정서적 탈진을 낮춰주는 효과가 있다. 또한 정서적 탈진으로 인하여 자신의 고객, 동료, 직무 등에 대하여 부정적이고 냉소적이며, 형식적으로 처리하여 더 이상의 정서적 탈진을 막으려고 하는 비인격화도 낮춰주고 있다. 그리고 연구대화 활성화와 팀 학습 조직화은 직무상에서 성취도 부족으로 생기는 자신에 대한 부정적인 평가인 개인성취감감소 또한 낮춰주는 것으로 분석되었다. 상사 신뢰성의 조절효과 분석의 결과, 독립변수 가운데 전략적 학습리더십과 직무소진 중 비인격화와 정서적탈진과의 영향관계에서 신뢰성(정직성, 호의, 능력)의 조절효과가 나타났다. 결국 상사가 가지고 있는 신뢰성은 리더들이 변화를 주도하고 새로운 방향으로 이끌어 가기 위한 학습이 조직구성원들의 정서적탈진과 비인격화를 완화시키는데 조절효과가 있다는 것을 발견하였다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 AI(Appreciative Inquiry)와 같이 긍정적 탐구를 위한 질문법과 강점을 발견하기 위한 피드백분석과 같은 학습차원에서 의사소통이 직무소진을 완화하는데 매우 중요하다는 점과 리더의 개인의 역량으로 볼 수 있는 전략적 학습리더십이 보다 더 큰 영향력을 발휘하기 위해서는 상사의 신뢰성이 매우 중요하다는 시사점을 도출 할 수 있다.

This paper complements the work of Courtney et al. in viewing learning organizations as inquiring systems. Hegelian inquiring systems are based on the dialectic. Dialectic can not exist without dialogue. The guarantor of this system is conflict. Hegelian inquiring systems would facilitate multiple and contradictory interpretations of reality. Hegelian synthesis of two opposing models-thesis and antithesis-is the epitome of open systems and double-loop learning. Knowledge gained from the Hegelian inquiring systems may result in an entirely new strategic direction to organizations. This paper reviews some guidelines and principles of Hegelian learning organizations and IT support of it. Also it proposes the immediate deployment of Hegelian learning organizations in the wicked business environments and finally suggests the development of new, flexible information technologies and systems for Hegelian organizations.

ERP 시스템 교육은 새로운 시스템에 대한 구성원들의 교육 및 연수과정에서 많은 문제점을 초래할 수도 있다. 그러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 시간, 장소 등에 구애받지 않고 교육을 할 수 있는 e-러닝을 활용한 ERP 교육이 대두되었다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템 구축관련 조직변화관리 지원을 위한 e-러닝 활용전략으로 ERP 교육컨텐츠의 질 개선, 상호작용(피드백)의 강화, 블렌디드 러닝의 활용, ERP 시스템과 e-러닝 시스템 연계 모델 등을 제시하였다.
