This study was conducted to investigate the practical using of Geographic Information System(GIS) technology which are computer-based systems that are used to store and manipulate geographic information on the air pollution control and management in the macro city. For this study 130 samples were corrected by passive sampler in Seoul (25 distincts) distributed by TM-coordinate during November in 1997 to January 1998, and analysed by GC/MSD for 16 VOCs e.g., toluene, benzene and display using Arc/view GIS(version 3.2, ESRI Inc, U.S.A) for windows. The most VOCs concentration distribution in November, 1997 was higher than that of January, 1998 except benzene and 1,1,2-trichroloethan, bromobenzene. And products of the distribution of VOCs concentration display using GIS technology was effective as well as other display methods(e.g., contouring method, pie or column chart, graduated symbols), especially in mapping and symbolization capabilities for spatial pollutant status evaluation were very effective than other display methods.

In this research, we analyze the effects of price discounts and scarcity message (both quantity limitation message and time limitation message) on the purchase intention in the smart-phone environment. The purchase intention becomes higher at high discount rate and with scarcity message (both quantity limitation message and time limitation message). We also analyze the moderating effects of consumer's shopping value and distance between the consumer and the store on the effects of price discounts and scarcity message (both quantity limitation message and time limitation message) on the purchase intention. On average, the effects of price discount, time limitation message and quantity limitation message on the purchase intention become the highest levels for consumers pursuing hedonic shopping value. The effects of price discount, time limitation message and quantity limitation message on the purchase intention become higher when they are offered within a short distance between the coupon provider and the target customer.

E-Business has, nowadays, become a common commerce transaction. In the beginning, e-Biz has known as Electronic Commerce and has expanded its territory to department store's shopping mall, travel, finance, stock, and even luxury goods as car sales market. Considering these trends, this paper researched the environment of korean e-Biz market and suggested the picture of the matured and sound e-Biz market in Korea. We surveyed matured level of Critical Success Factors of e-Biz in terms of management. We also surveyed time based Critical Success Factors to analyze level of the Korean e-Biz market. These study's may provide us the knowledge about the prediction and preparation for changes in e-Biz market in the future.

Ten years have passed since the Demolishing Walls Campaign has started in Daegu. Recently, the campaign influenced to the other cities in Korea, such as Seoul, Incheon and Busan with various names regarding cities' circumstances. In these context, the study aims to highlight the identity of the Demolishing Walls Campaign compare Daegu with other cities where similar movement has started. In addition, the study evaluates the campaign in terms of physical, psychological and economical aspects to suggest some practical suggestion for the development of the campaign based on questionnaire survey. The research findings are as follows. The research shows that the identity of the Daegu Campaign is started by bottom-up approach based on citizens' participation compare with others cities' campaigns which are mainly started by the local government so called top-down method. The Daegu campaign influences the local people aware of their potential abilities in positively improving urban environment. The results of survey also highlights the advantages of green spaces which by the campaign in terms of environmental and economical aspects. Newly generating urban greens accept and store heat which Influences urban microclimate conditions and it possibly affects energy savings of the city. Most of survey participants eager to continue this campaign which shows positive results in various aspects by the local people. Therefore, the city government building a coalition of local people, NGOs, and interest group to keep the identity of the campaign in Daegu.

This study examines the impacts of antecedents on the outdoor sportswear brand personality dimensions and identifies the effects of brand personality dimensions on brand attachment and brand commitment. An online survey was conducted on women in their 20s to 50s, who have experienced to purchase the outdoor sportswear before and 420 responses were analyzed. The results of this study were as follows: 1) The results of factor analysis and the reliability test on the outdoor sportswear brand personality clearly showed factorial structures that include sincerity, excitement, vitality, and prestige. 2) The antecedents of brand personality including quality, price, advertising, and store environment had different influences on the outdoor sportswear brand personality. 3) The dimensions of outdoor sportswear brand personality had a different influence on the brand attachment and commitment. 4) The brand attachment showed a significantly positive influence on the brand commitment. This study indicates that the brand personality could be a useful tool for enhancing the brand attachment and commitment and marketers should develop and utilize the marketing mix according to the brand personality which they want to convey.

Mobile devices use VPN solution to transfer information securely through open network in mobile office environment. In this paper, we propose Pre_Buffered mechanism that improves the throughput of IPSec VPN using low performance H/W crypto Token. Pre_Buffered method precompute key stream, store them in Buffer and use them in IPSec engine for IP packet processing. Moreover, Design, analysis, and experimental results prove the efficiency and feasibility of our proposed method.

In cognitive radio (CR), spectrum sensing is an essential function since secondary users (SUs) must determine whether the primary user (PU) is utilizing the channel or not, and furthermore, SUs opportunistically access the licensed channel when the PU is absent. In this paper, spectrum sensing is implemented by energy detection, and a software-defined radio testbed is built to evaluate sensing performance by energy detection in a real environment. In particular, the testbed was built based on the GNU's Not Unix (GNU) Radio software platform and Universal Software Radio Peripheral National Instruments 2900 devices. More specifically, a new block of energy detection is developed by using an out-of-tree module from GNU Radio. To successfully integrate CR into the cloud computing paradigm, we also implement cloud computing-based spectrum sensing by utilizing a cloud server with ThingSpeak, such that we can store, process, and share the sensing information more efficiently in a centralized way in the cloud server.

The 24 channel meridian electric-potential measuring System consists of a main cpu module, bio-signal analog module, interface module, power module, personal computer. The graphic user interface program conveniently allows user to setup, calibrate, measure, store, and control the meridian electric-potential measuring system. This system and program will continually be evolved using a database of clinically correlated meridian electric-potential. A variety of system configurations gives it the ability to make a user-favorable environment for measuring.

Due to the development and proliferation of internet technology, cooperation and interaction between companies have become very important. However, different heterogeneous systems have been used as information systems for companies because of various types of pressure in the business environment. Therefore, business process integration and interaction are recognized as essential elements, not optional elements. In addition, it is important to make a business process which is valuable as an intellectual property in a storable form and share. So, many business process languages for service integration and GUI type's automatic systems using the same and making business process easily have been introducing. However, to integrate previously created web service[1] workflows, or to use a web service workflow for another workflow production like an activity, that is, research to support multi integration language and system is not ongoing except for research to make and connect adapter between workflow engines.[2] Also, research for current languages and systems that integrate the BPEL[3] process into a workflow in the industrial world does not exist. This means that integration between workflows being used at companies is difficult, and becomes the biggest obstacle to service integration, which is necessary for cooperation and interaction between companies. To solve this problem, in this paper, I defined BPIL based on XML[4], which can store business processes. Also, using this, BPIL workflow system based on SOA[5] which supports multiple integration and workflow profiling was designed and prototype was embodied.
