This paper proposes a new authentication model to solve the problem of personal information takeover and personal information theft by service providers using centralized servers for user authentication and management of personal information. The centralization issue is resolved by providing user authentication and information storage space through a decentralize platform, blockchain, and ensuring confidentiality of information through user-specific symmetric key encryption. The proposed model was implemented using the public-blockchain Ethereum and the web-based wallet extension MetaMask, and users access the Ethereum main network through the MetaMask on their browser and store their encrypted personal information in the Smart Contract. In the future, users will provide their personal information to the service provider through their Ethereum Account for the use of the new service, which will provide user authentication and personal information without subscription or a new authentication process. Service providers can reduce the costs of storing personal information and separate authentication methods, and prevent problems caused by personal information leakage.

With the help of fast growing popularization of internet, all areas of e-Health have expanded rapidly; such that people have become interested in digital personal health record and its management. This paper examined the characteristics of personal health record and made the analysis of the structure of Google Health, the internet-based personal health record system. Google Health allows you to store and manage all of your health information, import medical records from hospitals and pharmacies, share your health records, and explore online health services. This examples represents not only a significant change of current medical systems but also enables to estimate the future stream of it. As a result, this paper, in the areas of e-Health which will be expanded in various service areas, may give you a greater sense of importance of personal health record and will eventually provide more complemental structure of future personal health record through comparative studies on the strength and weakness of it.

Certified e-Document Authority keep it with protection legal as a system a guarantee and identifies originality of an e-Record, It presume to be authenticity e-Records and contents of an e-Record prove what was not changed. But, e-Records has high medium degree of dependence and loss danger of information has very high problems. In addition, Because correction(attachment and deletion) and a revision of information are easy, a problem for integrity and the originality of an e-Record is caused. Existing system show the following inefficient. For the originality guarantee, an existing e-Documents encryption method accomplishes a encrypted process of a whole document with a symmetric key, if the information revised midway, the whole documents content must accomplish re-scanning and re-encryption process again. To get over such inefficient, this paper maximize efficiency which occurred at the time of partial information revision request by encryption and managing using the link information based on the linkage characteristics of the each page on the registered requested e-Documents, It was able to increase security configuration by minimizing problems on an information exposure through increasing complicated of the key management.

Smart TV is expected to take the center stage of the recent "smartization" trend in IT and consumer electronics as it performs a hub for various smart IT devices, such as smart phone, smart pad, PC, etc. It is distinct from traditional TVs or even IPTVs in the sense that it provides immersive and interactive experiences via apps downloaded through TV app store. Smart TV could serve as a new intermediary device between other smart devices and the Internet. While it started experiencing a rapid growth, little research has been conducted to understand this emerging technology in terms of its user acceptance and adoption by users. The current research attempts to fill the gap in the field by examining factors and processes for this new technology to be adopted by users. This paper draws on theories of IT acceptance and use, such as the "Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology", to investigate factors affecting "intention to use" of smart TV. The proposed research model is analyzed using the structural equation modeling approach. Findings show that such factors as innovativeness, switching cost, switching benefit, service interface, and user interface affect users' intention to use smart TV, through effort expectation, performance expectation, and social influence. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

Many changes in growth in the lifestyle of consumers for online shopping mall has surfaced. consumers will appear brand product will tend to buy products at more affordable prices and a department store's brand product sale increase in online shopping mall. This study verified the effects of Utilitarian shopping value and Hedonic shopping value, the shopping value, on the shopping-mall satisfactions, and the moderating effects of Price sensitivity. The result states that the shopping value affect the shopping-mall satisfaction, In terms of Price sensitivity, the group with higher Price sensitivity of utilization showed more significant result on the Utilitarian shopping value affects on the shopping-mall satisfaction, the group with higher Price sensitivity of utilization showed more significant result on the Utilitarian shopping value and Hedonic shopping value.

ADevelopment of various geographic observations, GPS, and Wireless Communication technologies make it easy to control many moving objects and to build an intelligent transport system and transport vehicle management system. However it is difficult to make a suitable system in the real world with a variety of tests to evaluate the performance fairly because real vehicle data are not enough as evaluating and testing the transport plan in the system. Therefore some moving object data generator would be used in most researches. However they can not generate vehicle trajectory according to a user scenario defined to be applied to transport plan, because the existing data generators consider only a gauss distribution, road network. In this paper we design and implement a vehicle data generator for creating vehicle trajectory data based on the user-defined scenario. The designed data generator could make the vehicle location depending on user's transport plan. Besides we store the scenario as patterns and reutilize the used scenario.

Korea is ahead of the launch of internet banking professional following to America, Europe and Japan. Internet banking is a professional non-store bank to conduct business such as deposits and loans on the internet and call centers. It is operating in a low-cost structure and minimizes the loans and deposits, various fees than traditional banks and obtains a profit. In order to be successful internet banking professional to develop a differentiated work with the existing banks should be competitive. In this paper, we explore and analyze the cases of Japan and the United States to present the future direction of domestic Internet banking professional future. Also it is expected to enable faster and more convenient one-stop financial services. Internet specialized bank is expected to continue to develop further by the inevitable competition with conventional banks as developing differentiated financial services. Deregulation of banks and industries and participation of various companies of security, insurance, telecommunications, and retail are expected to lead to the convergence among industries and development of new financial services.

Big data analysis refers the ability to store, manage and analyze collected data from an existing database management tool. In addition, extract value from large amounts of structured or unstructured data set and means the technology to analyze the results. Meta-analysis is a statistical integration method that delivers an opportunity to overview the entire result of integrating and analyzing many quantitative research results. Meta-analysis is sometimes expressed as an analysis of another analysis. Commonly, factors of metabolic syndrome can be defined as abdominal obesity, high triglycerides, low high density lipoprotein cholesterol, elevated blood pressure, and elevated fasting glucose. This study will find meaningful mediator variables for criterion variables that affect before and after the metabolic syndrome studies, on the basis of the results of a meta-analysis. We reviewed a total of 5 studies related to metabolic syndrome published in Korea between 2000 and 2016, where a cause and effect relationship is established between variables that are specified in the conceptual model of this study.

Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between success factors based the information systems success model researches. This study focused a total of 14 research papers that established causal relationships between success factors based the information systems success model published in Korea academic journals during 2000 and 2016. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.
