전기에너지 저장 시스템 국제 표준화 동향 (A Survey on the Standards of EES (Electrical Energy Storage) Systems)

  • Electrical energy storage (EES) systems store generated electricity in energy storage devices such as batteries and discharge the stored energy when necessary. Individual subsystems of the EES system are being standardized independently; however, a holistic understanding of the whole system is necessary because the EES system is large and complex. IEC TC 120 has developed international standards of EES systems. In this paper, EES systems standards in IEC TC 120, including the planning and installation of EES systems, are presented. Further, ongoing standardization for the application of EES systems to backup power and emergency support is described.

  • 지구 온난화 및 탄소배출권 저감을 위한 대안으로 에너지저장장치(ESS, Energy Storage System)의 중요성을 인식하고 ESS 산업육성을 위한 보급사업 및 인센티브 정책을 추진하고 있다. 우리나라는 2020년까지 ESS 누적 용량 2GW 보급을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 보급정책과 기업들의 기술개발에 따라 시장 확대로 인한 ESS의 배터리 가격이 점차 하락할 전망이다. 본 논문에서는 ESS 기술개발에 따른 ESS 가격 하락에 따른 ESS 보급량 추정을 하였으며, 이에 따라 발생하는 비용의 경제성 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 ESS 종류에 따라 발생할 수 있는 비용 및 ESS와 풍력전원의 연계에 따른 투자비용 분석을 하였으며, ESS보급에 따라 발생할 수 있는 전력판매수익 및 신재생에너지공급인증서 판매수익에 대한 경제성 분석을 실시하였다.

붙박이 수납공간에 대한 주부의 태도 및 선호연구 (A Study of Attitudes and Preferences of Korean Women Toward Built-in Closets and Storage)

  • Apartment houses are repidly being assimialated into the Korean lifestyle. Little study of space utilization and specificially built-in storage needs has been implemented into design of these apartment units. The purposes of this study were, first, to ascertain attitudes of a select group of Korean housewives(N=250) living in apartments in Seoul toward closets and built-in storage units, and second, to determine the acceptability of proposed alternative plans which include built-in storage facilities by Korean women(N=31) living in the United States. Overall results reflect that built-in closets and storage are highly prized and additional units required in Korean apartment plans. Of the respondents, about 86% thought portable storage bought at marirage would be phased out if more storage was built into Korean apartmemts. Most Korean housewives would perceive the advantages of built-in storage units, and would prefer differentiated built-in storage units to undifferentiat d ones. Yet attitudes were equally split on the aesthetic value of the elimination of the portable storage. Five Korean apartment plans were drawn to scale then altered through the incorporation of additional built-in storage. These altered plans all received greater then 83% preferences to the existing Korean apartment plans. Additional study needs to be undertaken to address the implementation of additional storage in existing units as well as impact the current space planning concepts related to more built-in storage. Consideration needs to be given to the concerns related to aesthetic value of portable units as part of the study process.

아파트의 수납공간계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning of Storage Space in Apartment)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual conditions of storage space and to plan the desirable storage space in apartment based on the results of the investigatiiov. The personal interview and phisical trace method were used for this study. The sample was taken from 50 housewives living in apartments on 30pyong. The results were analyzed by SAS package program. The major findings were summarized as follows: 1) Total amount of storage space was from 6.65$m^3$ to 28.84$m^3$ and the mean was 13.01$m^3$. 2) Storage space of each room was deficient, especially bedroom II and III. 3) The number of family member was related to the satisfaction of storage space.

친환경 도시에서의 자원활용에 관한 연구 -빗물의 다목적 활용을 위한 빗물저장조의 운전방법 - (Study on Utilizing Resources in Environment-friendly City - Operation method of rain storage tank for using rainwater as multipurpose -)

  • Ecological society and energy conservative systems has become a subject of world wide attention. To examine the technologies of such systems as resource recycling society, this study is proposed for using rainwater as energy source and water resources in urban area. Useful informations for planning of utilizing rainfall as energy source, water resources, emergency water and controlling flood are discussed with model systems in urban area. It is calculated that the rate of utilizing rainwater, amounts of utilizing rainwater, substitution rate of supply water, amounts of overflow rainwater according to rain storage tank volume. By applying the past weather data, The optimum volume of rain water storage was calculated as 200m$^3$ which mean no benefits according to the increase of storage tank volumes. For optimum planing and control method at the model system, several running method of rainwater storage tank was calculated. The optimum operating method was the using weather data as 3hours weather forecast.

도시유역의 저류지 설계를 위한 계획모형 비교분석 (A Comparison and Analysis of Planning Models for the Design of Detention Pond in Urban Area)

  • 도시화로 인한 유출량의 증가 및 도달시간의 단축은 도시재해의 한 원인이 되고 있다. 이를 막기 위하여 도시 배수유역내에 저류지를 설치하여 첨두도달시간을 지연시키고 방류량은 하수관거의 통수능 이하로 조절하는 방안을 활용하고 있다. 저류지를 설계 운영함에 있어서 사용되는 수문모형은 일반적으로 계획모형, 설계모형 및 운영모형으로 분류되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 재해영향평가서 22개소의 기 설계된 저류지를 분석대상으로 하여 여러 가지 저류지 계획모형의 적합성을 검토하였다. 저류지 계획모형으로는 삼각형, 사다리꼴 설계수문곡선과 경험적 공식을 이용한 11가지의 모형을 적용하였다. 저류지 계획모형의 분석에서 on-line 저류지의 경우는 사다리꼴 형태 설계수문곡선을 채택하고 있는 이종태 등 모형(1991)의 결과가 대상 저류지의 실저류량과 가장 유사함을 보였고, off-line 저류지의 경우는 삼각형 형태 설계수문곡선을 채택하고 있는 Abt and Grigg 모형(1978)의 결과가 비교적 양호한 결과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

아파트 후면 베란다의 이용실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on Utilization of Apartment Rear Veranda)

  • An Apartment Veranda is a transitive space which is being used for many different purpose. A Rear Veranda which is connected to the kitchen is an important space for the housekeeping work and it should be planned carefully to reflect the rational and functional designs. Therefore the objective of this research is to suggest a systematic basis for the practical space planning of the Rear veranda that meets the varied needs of consumers by examining its usage pattern through the analysis of the apartment occupant's behavior pattern stored item the degree of satisfaction and consumer requirements. The research was conducted mainly on apartments built after 1990. The following are the conclusions from the research : 1. Most of the research respondents were aware of the absolute need for the Rear veranda. But they expressed dissatisfaction with the space usage. This indicates that the Rear Veranda planning does not reflect the functionality of the space and concentrates on the idea of providing consumers a service space based on the size of the apartment instead. 2. Although the Rear veranda is used as the multipurpose housework space it is mainly used as the laundry and storage space. This shows a big deviation from the concept of the utility space. Because the behavior pattern associated with the Rear Veranda is largely influenced by the traditional life pattern the development of the Rear Veranda as an exclusive space for the housekeeping work. 3. According to a high frequency of the storage of the laundry related item in the Rear Veranda indicated by the research the Rear veranda is used as the laundry room as well as a auxiliary storage space by most people. The installation of gas range is expected to increase due to the expansion of the usage function of the Rear Veranda space. The installation of a specialized refrigerator to store the traditional food is demanded. 4. Consumers need more efficient and functional storage device because the temporary shelves are often being used as the storage device. The perception of the storage device is assumed to have been influence by the traditional life style.

개발사업지구의 공원 · 녹지 유형별 탄소효과 원단위 산정에 관한 기초연구 (A Study of Estimation of Carbon Effects per Unit Area by Park & Green Type in Development Project Area)

  • This study is aimed to provide basic data for the estimation of carbon effects in development project areas such as Happy Housing Project which includes redevelopment and reconstruction projects by inducing the basic unit of carbon effects and strategic planning and management to enhance carbon effects. According to the analysis, in urban parks, carbon uptake and carbon storage by the unit area of living area parks were $7.614kg/m^2$ and $18.5203kg/m^2$ respectively while carbon uptake and carbon storage by the unit area of theme parks were $1.2261kg/m^2$ and $2.831kg/m^2$ each. In facility greens, carbon uptake and carbon storage were $0.5683kg/m^2$ and $0.6636kg/m^2$ respectively while they were $10.77kg/m^2$ and $13.69kg/m^2$ individually in other urban planning facilities. In other greens, on the contrary, carbon uptake and carbon storage were $0.45kg/m^2$ and $1.02kg/m^2$ respectively. In site landscape, carbon uptake and carbon storage by the unit area of apartment landscape were $3.7394kg/m^2$ and $9.2292kg/m^2$ each.

  • 도시화로 인한 유출량의 증가 및 도달시간의 단축은 도시재해의 한 원인이 되고 있다. 이를 막기 위하여 도시 배수유역내에 저류지를 설치하여 하수관거의 통수능 이하로 방류량을 조절하는 방안을 고려할 수 있다. 기초계획 단계에서의 저류지 설계를 위해서는 복잡한 연관성을 지니고 있는 제반 변수를 고려하지 않고 대표적인 관련 주요변수를 택하여 저류용량을 결정하는 여러 가지 저류지 계획모형이 이용되고 있다, 기왕의 저류지 계획모형에서는 주로 도시화 특성인자인 첨두유량비$(\alpha)$와 도달시간비$(\gamma)$를 활용하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 재해영향평가서 22개소의 저류지를 분석대상으로 하여 도시화에 따른 도시배수유역 특성인자와 저류지 특성인자간의 분석을 통해 저류지의 계획단계에서 활용할 수 있도록 편의성을 도모하고자 한다. 첨두유량비 $\alpha$가 도달시간비 $\gamma$보다 저류 용량에 미치는 영향이 더욱 민감함을 알 수 있었으며, 개발전 후의 유출계수비 $\beta$가 설계강우강도의 지역계수 n값 보다 $\alpha$에 미치는 영향이 작음을 알 수 있었다. 사다리꼴 설계수문곡선을 사용하는 경우에는 강우지속기간이 저류비에 미치는 영향이 큰 것을 알 수 있었다.
