본고는 국내 나노기술 분야의 정보자원 현황 및 향후 정보 수요에 대한 연구를 수행한 것으로서, 나노기술전문가 500여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 통하여 나노기술 정보자원 현황 조사, 나노기술 수집현황 조사, 나노기술 정보수요 조사 등을 실시하였고, 이를 기술 분야별, 콘텐츠 종류별로 분석 연구하였다. 또한 정보 이용자들의 정보 활용도 및 만족도를 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 나노기술정보 활용 방안과 전문콘텐츠 제작을 위한 방향을 설정하고 나아가 나노기술 정보정책을 수립하는데 유용한 제안을 도출하고자 한다.

This study examines the acceptance factors, barriers, benefits, and strategies for resolving Information and Communication Technology (ICT) adoption and usage problems based on the different demographic characteristics of SMEs. The demographic characteristics investigated are gender, educational qualifications, age, managerial status, and years of business experience. To the best of our knowledge, this paper is the first to examine a more comprehensive demographic characteristics in the context of ICT adoption. A survey using self-administered questionnaires was conducted to retrieve information from SME owners/managers in Pekalongan, the local city of Indonesia. The items in the questionnaire were discussed with various experts in the field and a pilot study was conducted prior to the distribution of the research instrument. The study made some interesting findings. No significant differences were found in the SMEs' adoption factors between the demographics of gender groups and educational qualifications. However, significant disparities were found to exist among the age compositions, managerial status, and years in business. Additionally, younger managers/owners of SMEs find it easier to understand the background factors of ICT adoption. Lastly, older managers/owners are more likely to stick to the organizational status quo, be less able to learn new technology, and more likely to avoid risky decisions.

본 연구는 어린이를 대상으로 한 과학전시관의 현황을 파악하고 어린이 과학관에서의 교육효과를 높이기 위한 전시 공간연출의 개선방향을 제안하기 위한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 어린이과학관 전시물과 전시공간을 전시내용에 따라 크게 3가지 주제로 분류하고, 전시매체와 전시공간을 분석하는 분석틀을 개발하였다. 연구 대상은 국내 어린이를 대상으로 한 전시관 총 7곳을 목적 표집하여 선정하고, 촬영을 통해 자료를 수집하여 분석틀에 따라 분석하였다. 연구 결과, '신체'와 '주변 사물', '자연 현상'을 전시 내용으로 한 전시현황을 분석했을 때, 어린이의 발달수준에 맞지 않는 어려운 내용으로 구성되어 있으며, 전시매체 측면에서는 설명적 매체와 관찰형 매체가 주를 이루고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전시공간 측면에서는 설치물요소와 색상요소에 의존하는 경향이 높으며, 전시 주제에 따른 동선의 흐름이 대체적으로 전시 내용 전체 스토리를 유추하기 어렵다고 할 수 있겠다. 이를 개선하고 어린이 과학관에서의 교육효과를 높이기 위해 전시 연출의 기획단계에서부터 관련 전문가들의 협업을 통해 전반적인 진행이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Purpose. This study pursued the way for the effective application of the differentiated charge (Nursing grading system) by the nursing manpower which is performed for the nursing service quality improvement to the in-patients in Korea and the minimum employment problem solution of nurses. Methods. For this matter, the status of the nursing grade for 1,452 hospitals (44 high class general hospitals, 259 general hospitals, 265 hospitals, 59 oriental medicine hospitals and 825 recuperation hospitals) was identified which were registered in the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service in March 2011 status quo. Results. In the most nursing grade by the kind of medical institutions, 70.5% of the nurses were third-graded in upper general hospitals, 38.1% were sixth graded in general hospitals, 62.7% were seventh-graded in oriental medicine hospitals and 40.4% were first-graded in recuperation hospitals. In the nursing grade by the scale of hospitals (in terms of the number of beds), there was a significant difference in general hospitals, but there was no significant difference between oriental medicine hospitals and recuperation hospitals. In the nursing grade by the location of hospitals and the foundation type of hospitals, there was a significant difference between general hospitals and recuperation hospitals. Conclusion. For the effectiveness of applying differentiated nursing fees by the number of nurses, it seems necessary to consider adjusting the present differentiated inpatient-charge system for the better so that small and medium-sized hospitals may induce more nurses.

Research and technology has been transforming the agriculture to agribusiness which encompasses all operations with all the connections from faming per se, to manufacture & distribution of production supplies and farm commodities. Further, with the revolutionary development of information technology in the last two decades, we cannot talk about agribusiness process alone without considering the information technology embedded in the artifact, process, and structure. Despite the emergence of precision agriculture (PA) which is supported by IT based innovations which can not only improve efficiency in farming operations but also contribute to environmental sustainability, the adoption of IT among farmers and in agriculture industry are rather low than expected. Thus, Korean government has been seeking to converge IT into food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries to improve the competency of the agribusiness, and much progress has been made. This paper investigated the status quo of the current IT convergence with Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries in Korea, and further proposed future policy directions.

개발도상국에 있어서 정보화를 통한 경제력향상은 지역, 국가, 글로벌 경제발전에 기여하는 주요요소이다. 본 논문은 한국의 지역정보화 성공모델을 인도네시아에 적용하는 연구로서, 한 인도네시아 기업 및 정책결정자들과의 IT 교류 활성화를 통하여 연구기반 네트워크를 형성하고 연구 성과를 토대로 국내 지역정보화 및 IT 관련 기업인들의 인도네시아 진출시 주요 정보제공과 비즈매칭의 기회를 제공하고자 한다. 연구적용지역에 있어서는 도시개발 프로젝트를 수행하여 인프라가 어느정도 조성된 인도네시아의 프칼롱안 지역을 선정하였다. 따라서 프칼롱안의 지리적, 인적특성 및 IT 인프라 현황을 조사하고, 한국의 지역정보화 성공모델을 기반으로 현지 상황에 맞춘 인도네시아 프칼롱안 지역정보화 적용방안을 제시한다.

이 연구는 중국, 중앙아시아의 우즈베키스탄과 카자흐스탄 그리고 러시아에서 거주하는 한인 관련 한글 정보자원관리 현황을 조사하여 분석하였다. 이 결과를 토대로 한글 정보자원 현황과 정보 자원관리시스템을 구축한 것이다. 연구결과에 대한 주 내용은 1)중국, 중앙아시아와 러시아에서 한글 정보자원분포와 매체의 현황 2)한글 정보자원관리기관 현황 3)중국과 러시아의 문헌분류표 4)정보자원시스템 구축 기본계획과 시스템 구현으로 이루어졌다.

With the development of digital content software production technology and the technological progress of related hardware, the social status quo in the post-epidemic era, the popularization and application of 5G networks, the market and consumers' increasing demand for digital content products, artificial intelligence, virtual digital human, virtual Idols, virtual live, self-media content and metaverse-related content industries are all developing rapidly. Virtual idols, virtual digital human, etc. are not only accelerating innovation in production technology. The economic cost, technical difficulty and time requirements of production are also greatly reduced. With the arrival and development of the Metaverse, the author believes that the content industry with virtual digital humans as the core will continue to develop in the direction of refinement, specialization, facilitation and customization. In this article, we will analyze and study the production of virtual digital human based on Photoscan technology and Unreal Engine 5 Metahuman software, and discuss the application status and future development of related content.

Agricultural extension services in Korea has experienced various system changes and accomplishments. The biggest achievement of extension was rice self-suffiency in the 1970s and abundant vegetable and animal production in the 1980s. The emerging challenges of international competition and localization are contributing to significant changes such as the decentralization of activities and shared responsibilities between the central government and local governments. Change, while it threatens the status quo, is a challenge and an opportunity to review and revamp ensconced and often rigid structures. In this sense, it is time to start a new era in agricultural extension. The development of agricultural extension requires keen appraisals and cogent analysis based on the realities of each specific regional situation. In order to develop agricultural extension services, the various aspects, the synthetic identification of its environments, the clarification of the client, the program development, and the effective mechanisms between research and extension must be considered. Especially, agricultural extension systems should be flexible and adjust to changing environments and the farmers' needs.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest field-oriented policy of regional innovation support system. To accomplish this purpose, we examined the status quo of technical support ,performance satisfaction of consumers and practical issues. The key factors influencing core technical innovation of small and medium firms are development fund, R&D employees, experimental instrument, technical information, protection of intellectual property, subcontracting and so on. To make sure of practical effect, therefore, it would rather necessary to implement policy support linking government and supporting means on the ground of needs of small and medium firms than specific method such as funding.
