풍력발전을 위한 이중여자 유도기의 센서리스 제어

  • 이중여자 유도기를 계통선 연계형 풍력발전 시스템에 적용할 때, 고정자는 계통선에 그리고 회전자는 제어 시스템에 연결된다. 이때 고정자에는 일정전압과 주파수가 걸리기 때문에, 고정자측에 는 거의 일정한 고정자 자속값을 갖는다. 또한 고정자 자속을 기준으로 고정자 전류와 회전자 전류를 이용하여 슬립각을 추정하고, 이를 이용하여 고정자측에 출력되는 전력을 제어한다. 제안한 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통하여 이를 입증한다.

  • The piezoelectric ceramic is attached between 'L' type guide and 'L' type stator, This motor has rotary motion which is operated by longitudinal and bending mode. The basic structure of the two kinds of type motor that called one stator motor, two stator motor is same but we suggested a few parameters for considering their stator design and characteristics. As a result, the two stator type motor is much more useful than one stator type motor for hi-direction rotation.

  • This paper deals with a flat type ultrasonic motor, which uses a longitudinal-bending multi mode vibrator of rectangular form. A linear ultrasonic motor was designed by combination of the first longitudinal and eighth bending mode, and the motor consisted of a straight aluminum alloy bar bonded with piezoelectric ceramic elements as a driving element. The geometrical dimensions of the rectangular aluminum vibrator were determined by Euler-Bernoulli theory ANSYS was used to analyze the resonance frequency and the displacement of the stator vibrator. The resonance frequency of the motor provides the elliptical motion. and ANSYS was used to analyze elliptical motion and elliptical trajectory of stator vibrator when thickness of piezoelectric ceramics was varied respectively 0.763, 1.526, 2.289[mm] and width of stator vibrator was varied respectively 16, 12, 8, 4[mm]. When thickness of piezoelectric ceramics was decreased, the displacement of the stator vibrator was increased. And when width of stator vibrator was decreased, the displacement of the stator vibrator was increased.

고압전동기 결함신호의 특징추출에 관한 연구 (Feature Extraction for Fault Signals of High Voltage Motor Stator Windings)

  • During normal machine operation, partial discharge(PD) measurements were performed with turbine generator analyzer(TGA) in imitation stator winding of high voltage motors. The motor was energized to 4.47kV, 6.67, respectively. Applied voltage to Imitation winding was used two voltage level, 4.47[KV]and 6.67[KV]. Motors having imitation stator winding were installed with 80pF capacitive couplers at the terminal box Case of PD Pattern regarding applied voltage phase angel, the PD patterns were displayed two dimensional and three dimensional. TGA summarizes each plot with two quantities such as the normalized quantity number(NQN) and the peak PD magnitude(Qm). As the result, we could discrimidate using TGA the difference of internal and surface discharge for imitation stator winding. We have used the other technique, in order to feature extraction of faulty signals on stator winding, Daubechies Discrete wavelet transform and Harmonics analysis(FFT) about faulty signals.

Displacements of the helical stator tooth for an electromechanical integrated toroidal drive

  • The stator tooth is a key component of the electromechanical integrated toroidal drive system. The stator tooth is spiral in shape and the calculation of its displacements is difficult. In this paper, using the coordinate transformation method, the displacements of the stator tooth in the local coordinate system are expressed as the function of the variable in the drive coordinate system. Using the minimum potential energy principle, the equations of the displacements of the stator tooth under the loads are deduced. The displacement distributions within the stator tooth are investigated and the changes of the displacement distributions along with the main parameters are analyzed. This research can offer the basis for the strength and stiffness design of the drive system.

세척과 절연보강에 따른 고압전동기 고정자 권선의 절연상태 분석 (Analysis of Insulation Condition in High Voltage Motor Stator Windings Following Cleaning and Insulation Reinforcement)

  • Diagnostic tests were performed on two high voltage(HV) motor stator windings. These tests included the measurement of insulation resistance, polarization index, AC current, dissipation factor($tan{\delta}$) and partial discharge(PD) magnitude. Surface contamination of HV motor stator windings has an effect on the AC current and $tan{\delta}$. When the stator windings were finished cleaning and insulation reinforcement, the increase rate of AC current(${\Delta}I$) and dissipation factor(${\Delta}tan{\delta}$) were very small compared to those before cleaning. However, the PD magnitude remained the same. These tests show that cleaning and insulation reinforcement of HV motor stator windings can reduce the insulation failure.

Calculation of Distributed Magnetic Flux Density under the Stator-Turn Fault Condition

  • This paper proposed an analytical model for the distributed magnetic field analysis of interior permanent magnet-type blush-less direct current motors under the stator-turn fault condition using the winding function theory. Stator-turn faults cause significant changes in electric and magnetic characteristic. Therefore, many studies on stator-turn faults have been performed by simulation of the finite element method because of its non-linear characteristic. However, this is difficult to apply to on-line fault detection systems because the processing time of the finite element method is very long. Fault-tolerant control systems require diagnostic methods that have simple processing systems and can produce accurate information. Thus analytical modeling of a stator-turn fault has been performed using the winding function theory, and the distributed magnetic characteristics have been analyzed under the fault condition. The proposed analytical model was verified using the finite element method.

  • Large turbine generator(rated 22kV) has failed in the stator winding area during normal operation. The capacitance and tan${\delta}$ were measured by Schering bridge in the zone 1, 2 and zone 3-6 stator windings. The capacitance and tan${\delta}$ in the zone 1, 2 of stator winding were higher than those of zone 3-6 in the stator winding. Experiments on microstructure property were conducted in the zone 1, 2 and zone 3-6 insulations, which were drawn out from stator windings of the large turbine generator. Microstructure analysis was characterized using scanning electron microscope(SEM). SEM results indicated that several isolated delaminations occurred at the interface of mica/epoxy insulations. Both thermal and mechanical aging cause the delamination.

  • Leaking water coolant into stator electrical insulation is a growing concern for the aging water-cooled generator since leaks in the generator water-cooled stator winding can affect machine availability and insulation life. But a domestic techniques of such field are insufficient and depend wholly on GE or TOSHIBA technique. Therefore this paper introduces measuring principle and developed measuring system, which has been used to detecting wet absorption. We accomplished the experiment with a stator promotion of virtue which is used in actual power plant. Also, Experimental method of generator stator winding, which is investigated into wet absorption test.

  • It is reported that the life of generator stator windings is expected about 30 years and a leak and water absorption phenomena can be progressed by fatigue, vibration, and corrosion. The water-cooled generator stator windings which were operated over 15 years are over 20 units and the mechanical problems such as leak and water absorption were found in the generator stator windings. In this paper, the systematic mechanical integrity evaluation methods which are applied to the water-cooled generator stator windings within the country are introduced.
