다중 인코히어런트 평면파의 도래각 추정을 위한 고분해능 알고리즘 (High-Resolution Algorithm for Direction Finding of Multiple Incoherent Plane Waves)

  • 본 논문에서는 등간격 선형어레이로 입사하는 다중 인코히어런트 평면파의 도래각을 추정하기 위하여 신호부각법과 결합된 MUSIC(SE-MUSIC)을 제안한다. 제안된 SE-MUSIC 알고리즘은 다음 두 가지 과정을 중심으로 이루어진다. (i) 먼저 이상적인 공분산행렬이 갖는 특성을 가지며 Frobenius norm 면에서 추정된 공분산행렬에 가장 가까운 부각된 행렬을 찾고 (ii) 다음으로 부각된 행렬에 MUSIC 방법을 적용하여 입사신호의 도래각을 추정한다. 낮은 신호대 잡음비 환경에서도 제안된 SE-MUSIC이 기존의 MUSIC보다 분해능면이나 통계적 성능 면에서 우수한 성능을 제공함을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 알 수 있었다.

Examining the relationship between educational effectiveness and computational thinking in smart learning environment

  • The $4^{th}$ industrial revolution has brought innovation in the educational environment. The purpose of this study is to verify the educational effectiveness of smart learning environment especially with the computational thinking. A big data analysis was performed to confirm that computational thinking is the one to prepare the 4th industrial revolution. To teach computational thinking at university, educational design should be careful. This study verified the relationship between improvement of computational thinking ability and major of students with coding education. There was difference in effectiveness of the coding education depending on the major of students, it means students must be guaranteed to be educated by the differentiated coding education for different major. This study extracted factors of computational thinking through literature review. Thirteen research hypotheses were applied for the statistical analysis in R language. It was proved that expectation of class and improvement of abstraction ability and algorithmic thinking ability had mediation effect to the relationship between knowledge acquisition and problem-solving abilities. Based on this study, effectiveness of education can be improved, and it will lead to produce a lot of distinguished students who are ready for the 4th industrial revolution.

교육과정에 근거한 TIMSS 2007 공개 추이문항의 정답률 분석 (Analysis of TIMSS 2007 Released Items Common with TIMSS 1999, 2003 on the View of Curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 교육과정 개선을 위한 시사점을 얻고자 국제 학업성취도 평가 연구의 하나인 TIMSS의 추이문항을 분석하였다. TIMSS는 학생들의 성취도 변화 추이를 파악하고 있기 때문에 주기별로 추이문항을 활용한다. TIMSS 2007에 공개된 추이문항의 정답률 분석은 예전 주기와의 성취도 차이를 드러내며, 이것은 교육과정 변화의 결과로 해석해 볼 수 있다. 정답률 분석 결과, 7차 교육과정에서 강조되거나 새롭게 들어간 내용인 공간감각, 비 비례식 백분율, 규칙 찾기, 소수의 계산, 삼각형의 넓이, 각의 개념, 그래프의 질적 해석 등의 정답률이 향상되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이미 7차 교육과정의 개정은 이루어졌지만, 국제적 신임도가 높은 TIMSS의 객관적인 자료로 교육과정의 성과를 검토해 보는 것은 의미 있는 일일 것이다.

이차함수 그래프에 관련된 중학교 3학년 학생들이 범하는 오류와 교정 (A study on the Analysis and the Correction of third-year Middle School Students Error Related to Graph of Quadratic Function)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze error patterns third-year middle school students make on quadratic function graph problems and to examine about the possible correct them by providing supplementary tutoring. To exam the error patterns that occur during problem solving processes, to 82 students, We provided 25 quadratic function graph problems in the preliminary-test. The 5 types of errors was conceptual errors, false intuition errors, incorrect use of conditions in problems, technical errors, and errors from slips or carelessness. Statistical analysis of the preliminary-test and post-test shows that achievement level was higher in the post-test, after supplementary tutoring, and the t-test proves this to be meaningful data. According to the per subject analyses, the achievement level in the interest of symmetry, parallel translation, and general graph, respectively, were all higher in the post-test than the preliminary-test and this is meaningful data as well. However, no meaningful relation could be found between the preliminary-test and the post-test on other subjects such as graph remodeling and relations positions of the parabola. For the correction of errors, try the appropriate feedback and various teaching and learning methods.

플립 러닝(Flipped learning)이 전문대학교 물리치료과 학생들의 자기주도 학습과 수업만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Flipped Learning on Self-Directed Learning and Class Satisfaction in a Class of College Physical Therapy Students)

  • Purpose : This study aims to verify the effects of flipped learning on self-directed learning and class satisfaction in a class of college physical therapy students. Methods : The subjects were 97 students in College A who had registered for musculoskeletal examination and assessment and practice at the second semester of 2017. All subjects were measured with the self-directed learning questionnaire for college student proposed by Lee et al., and the class satisfaction questionnaire proposed by Lee et al., before and after intervention. The collected data were processed using a computerized statistical program SPSS Win version 21.0. Mean, standard deviation, paired t-test and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were calculated. Results : The results showed significant differences in goal setting, identify resources for learning, effort attributed to results, self-reflection of self-directed learning and problem solving excellence, class methods and contents attention and understanding(p<.05), class interest of class satisfaction(p<.05). Conclusion : These results suggest that flipped learning improves learning motivation and attitudes. Therefore, follow-up study is necessary to investigate further the application of flipped learning in various students and teaching methods.

  • The study aims to analyze the factors that shape patient loyalty, namely, by involving the service quality factor (SERVQUAL), hospital image, patient value, and patient satisfaction in private hospitals. This study was conducted in Makassar City, Indonesia, with a sample of 296 eligible samples from private hospitals. The sample criteria were patients with outpatient and hospitalization status. Then, this study developed 23 hypotheses to test the statistical relationship between direct, intervening and multiple-effect models. Problem-solving and research focus are carried out using a quantitative method approach with a PLS-SEM-based testing tool. The bootstrapping method is being used with the constant bootstrapping step to demonstrate the results of hypothesis testing; we find that the overall hypothesis has a positive and significant effect. The combination of testing models involving several variables shows that a patient's loyalty can be formed if a patient's satisfaction has been realized. Satisfaction can be realized if the value-customer has been felt by the patients. Therefore, the hospital image must be directly proportional to service quality. Service quality is the essence of service that directly affects customers; service quality is also the reason that shapes consumer perceptions in increasing rationalization and solid customer (patient's) decision-making.

농민조직의 리더십 유형과 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Leadership Style and Development of Agricultural Organization in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the leadership style and development of agricultural organization in Korea. Specific objectives of the study were to : 1) identify the leadership style of agricultural organization though literature review, 2) survey the members' opinions about their leadership style, 3) examine the leader's self-estimation of their leadership style, 4) identify the desirable leadership style items of the leaders and members, 5) suggest effective way to the development of leadership style. The study was carried out through literature review and questionnaire survey. Total of 715 farmers were surveyed to collect data, and 501 responded. The statistical techniques applied on the data are frequency, percentile, analysis of variance, multiple regression utilizing the SPSS/WIN, and the statistical significance was tested at .05 level. The major findings of the study were: 1) the leaders motivation and problem solving abilities of agricultural organizations were not enough to satisfy the members, 2) members believed the leaders make somewhat arbitrary decisions, 3) the leaders of the organizations had difficulties to coordinate the different opinions of the members, and 4) the leaders of the organizations felt the need of skills and information on leadership style and development of agricultural organization. For improvement of leadership for agricultural organization, this study suggests; 1) the more education programs should be made and practiced to make their leadership special, 2) all members should make much efforts to have channels for rational communication, 3) the leaders have to give members well-polished incentives for active participation, 4) more governmental support should be given to empower those organizations, and 5) the agricultural organizations, universities and government must establish a strong coordinating system to realize above suggestions.

소프트웨어 교육이 중학생의 컴퓨팅 사고력에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Software Education on Middle School Students' Computational Thinking)

  • 2015 개정 교육과정은 창의 융합형 인재 양성을 목표로 정보교과에 SW교육을 포함시켜 교육과정을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구는 개정된 SW교육과정에서 추구하는 역량을 분석하여 컴퓨팅 사고력을 주요 역량으로 규정하였으며, 2018학년도 1학기에 정보교과에서 SW교육을 받은 A중학교 1학년을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. SW교육 전과 후 컴퓨팅사고력에 대한 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 95명의 자료 중 83개의 자료가 분석에 사용되었으며, 대응표본 t-test를 통해 유의성을 확인하였다. 또한, SW교육을 통해 학습한 컴퓨팅의 개념, 수행, 관점을 산출물 기반 인터뷰를 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 컴퓨팅 사고력의 하위 요인 중 비판적 사고력, 창의성, 알고리즘적 사고, 문제해결력이 유의하게 상승하였으며, SW교육 수업을 통해 새로운 개념, 수행, 관점을 습득했음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구는 2018년 처음 도입된 중학교 정보교과에서 소프트웨어 교육 설계 및 실행에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

한·일 수학과 교육과정의 외·내적 체재 비교 분석 : 직전 교육과정과의 변화를 중심으로 (A comparative study on the external & internal structure of mathematics curriculum between Korea and Japan : Focusing on the aspects of recent revisions)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 수학과 교육과정이 나아가야할 변화의 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 우리나라의 2009, 2015 개정 수학과 교육과정과 일본의 2008, 2017 수학과 교육과정을 대상으로 초, 중, 고등학교급 전반에 걸쳐 직전 교육과정과의 변화를 살피고, 그 변화를 양국 간 비교하였다. 비교결과를 토대로 세 가지의 시사점을 제안하였다.

시화호 해수유통량 증대에 따른 통계학적 수질 영향 분석 (A Statistical Assessment of Increasing Tidal Mixing Effects on Water Quality in the Shiwha Coastal Reservoir)

  • A tidal power plant (TPP) has been in operation since the end of 2011 to improve the water quality of Shihwa Coastal Reservoir (SCR). Tidal mixing rate increased 5.6 times after the TPP operation so that in this study, its effects on water quality was assessed through statistical analysis of long-term water quality monitoring data. It was found that the increased tidal mixing contributed to solving the hypoxia problem in the bottom water by preventing the summer stratification. The analysis also showed that the increased tidal mixing had different effects depending on the relative concentration difference for each water quality substances between the SCR and the outside of SCR. The average concentrations of some substances (chemical oxygen demand, total phosphorus, chlorophyll-a) with higher concentrations than the outside of SCR decreased due to the dilution effect, but the other substances (total nitrogen, dissolved inorganic nitrogen, dissolved inorganic phosphorus) with lower concentrations compared to the outside ones increased on the contrary. Factor analysis also showed a consistent result that the first factor accounting for the water quality was changed from the organic-related substances to the nutrient-related substances after the increased tidal mixing. These results imply that the focus of future water quality management needs shifting from the organic substances to the nutrients, particularly dissolved inorganic nutrients. Considering the effect of inflow seawater on the nutrients, the management area should be extended to cover not only SCR but also a certain area outside of SCR.
