초소형 회로보호용 적층 PTC 써미스터의 출발원료 및 Sr 첨가에 따른 전기적 특성 (The Electrical Properties of the Laminated PTC Thermistor for Micro Circuit Protection as a Function of Starting Material and Sr Addition)

  • We investigated the electrical properties the starting material and sintering condition on the laminated PTC thermistor for micro circuit protection. The influences of $BaTiO_3$ powder with the 0.3 and 0.45 ${\mu}m$ size and the electrical characteristics (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ sintered at 1350~1400$^{\circ}C$ for 2 h in a reducing atmosphere (1% $H_2/N_2$). The sintered (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ was increased pore and the grain size was decreased according to increasing Sr additions. In relative permittivity, the phase transition temperature of (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ was decreased for 2.5$^{\circ}C$ according to increasing 0.01 mole Sr additions, and the phase transition dose not appeared about 0.3 mole Sr addition. The (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ was show the low resistance from 0.01 mole to 0.05 mole by Sr addition, regardless of sintering temperature. The (Ba,Sr)$TiO_3$ was show $10^2$ jump order at 0.1 and 0.2 mole Sr addition, and PTCR of the sintered $(Ba_{0.7}Sr_{0.3})TiO_3$ does not appeared about 0.3 mole Sr addition, regardless of the sintering temperature and starting material size.

액체로켓엔진 연소기를 이용한 고고도 환경 모사용 디퓨저 시동특성 연구 (An Experimental Study of a Diffuser Starting Characteristics for Simulating High-Altitude Environment by using a Liquid Rocket)

  • 본 연구에서는 액체 로켓 엔진의 고온 연소 가스를 이용하여 축소형 고고도 환경 모사용 초음속 디퓨저 성능 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 장치는 연소실, 진공 챔버, 디퓨저로 구성되어 있다. 고고도 환경 모사 시험은 연소실 압력이 약 26, 29, 32barg 세 조건으로 수행하였고, 세가지 조건에서 모두 디퓨저는 성공적으로 시동되었으며 진공 챔버 압력이 약 140torr로 형성하였다. 이전의 상온 고압 가스를 이용한 디퓨저의 시동 특성과 비교하였을 때 시동 압력과 압력 분포 등의 시동 특성의 경향성은 유사하였으나, 고온 환경으로 인하여 진공 챔버에 형성되는 압력은 2배 정도 높은 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 실물형 고고도 환경 모사 시험 설비를 구축하는데 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

지역 주민의 음주행태 및 관련요인 (Drinking Behavior and Related Factors of Community Residents)

  • Objectives: To investigate the drinking behavior and related factors of community residents in G city. Methods: Examination was executed with questionnaire to 1973 adults. Data were collected from October 1, 2005 to November 16, 2005. Drinking behavior involves rate of drinking, frequency of drinking, age of starting drinking, drinking amount, rate of attempts to drink moderately and reasons for reducing drinking. Related factors involves the general characteristics, the habits of health behaviors. This was analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, x2-test, t-test, ANOVA and logistic regression. Results: The drinking rate of the respondents was 67.4%, that rate of male was 83.1%, while that rate of female was 52.5%. The drinking rate was higher in groups of younger aged and highly educated people than that rate of the other groups. The highest level of drinking frequency was ones or twice a week. The drinking frequency of those who drank more than three times weekly was higher in the groups of male, old aged, married people, low educated people, rural residents, farmers or fisherman or laborers and those who unemployed or who did not exercise frequently and control their body weight. These individuals also preferred salty food and meat and fish, dined out frequently, did not visit dental clinic regularly, and tend to be smokers. The mean of the age of starting drinking was 21.17 year-old, that of males was 19.94 year-old, that of females was 22.82 year-old. The mean of the age of starting drinking was lower in groups of male, young aged, unmarried, college educated, rural residents, clerks, high monthly income, healthy and no illness, and smokers than that of the other group. The average of the drinking amount was 5.77 pack, that of males was 7.41 pack, and that of females was 3.31 pack. The drinking amount is much more in groups of males, fifties, unmarried, college educated, rural residents, self-employed, healthy people, and smoker than the other. 33.4% of the respondents attempted to drink moderately. According to the reasons of trying to drink moderately, the rate of prevention illness was highest. Conclusions: The variables of influencing drinking were sex, marital status, education, smoking, monthly income, health status, and stress.

가계재무관리 유형에 따른 은퇴계획 (Retirement Planning by the financial management style)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of financial management styles and retirement planning. The results of this study were as follows: Among respondents systematic managers feeling managers analyzing managers, and holistic managers were respectively 20.1%, 19.5%, 30.8% and 29.6% Several variables such as education total household income and occupation had significant differences by the financial management style. Within the group of retirement planner analyzing manager held the first place whereas holistic manager ranked the first in non-planner group. Retirement planning age which is appropriate for starting to plan the degree of systematic retirement planning and life expectancy had significant difference by the financial management style.

  • It is important to evaluate the voltage characteristics of diesel generator as an emergency power supply in nuclear power plant. On loss of offsite power sources, emergency safeguard loads required to safely shutdown the reactor should be supplied by diesel generator. This paper presents the dynamic stability program to evaluate diesel generator performance as an emergency power system. The results Indicate the diesel generator ability to start the motors successfully seems to life in its impedances and inertias.

  • Single phase switched reluctance motor has a merit in practical use because it has simple operating drives and control systems, very high energy density per unit volume comparing with three phase SRM. But it must have a starting device. This paper presents a single phase SRM model with a stepped rotor pole, so as to reduce the torque ripple. Also it is simulated the designed prototype model by FEM for the prediction of characteristics.

  • The computation scheme of simulating gas turbine transient behavior was developed. The basic principles of this scheme and main input data required are described. Calculation results are presented in terms of whole operating regime of the cycle. The influence of main initial parameters such as starting engine power, moment of inertia of the rotor, fuel supplying schedule etc. on performance characteristics of has turbine during transient operation is studied In addition, bleeding air influence on transient behavior was also considered For validation of the developed code, comparison of present calculation with that of measurement data of the experimental data for the range of operating period studied.

  • For induction motors cannot maintain constant speed in various speed conditions, synchronous motors are generally used. But synchronous motor oscillate in shocking load, and it cannot start by itself for the lack of starting torque. In this paper, we analyzed the synchronous induction motor which has both characteristics, and compared the experimental results with FEM analysis.
