본 연구에서는 우리나라 서비스기업에 있어서 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 국내표준화활동, 국제표준화활동 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크(산업특성), 기업조직특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 서비스업에 속한 102개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형(logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다, 첫째, R&D집약도는 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 국내표준화활동에는 영향을 미치지 않지만, 국제표준화활동에는 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 서비스기업들이 국제적 표준화과정에의 참여를 기술이전의 수단으로 활용하는 경향이 있기 때문인 것으로 해석하였다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영에 부(-)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 즉 특허활동이 활발한 서비스기업일수록 표준화를 기술혁신의 관점에서 중시하지 않고, 자사 기술정보의 유출이나 특허침해의 요인으로 간주하는 현상을 발견하였다. 셋째, 기업규모변수는 서비스기업의 경우 표준화 활동과 연관이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 표준화활동의 유형에 관계없이 표준화활동의 중요한 결정요인으로 분석되었다.

Along with the enlargement of WTO, issues about standardization activity are more and more become concerning object worldwide. Countries launch the work that putting the standardization in order, such as re-establishing their standardization strategy. With the chance of entering WTO, China is promoting the rebuilding of standardization system in order to conform to international standardization system. Thus, in this paper, research make it clear that the variation of circumstance of standardization activity, the importance of the standardization activity, and the international movement, in the meantime, it surveyed the development course of standardization activity and it's present operating system. By this means, it concludes the problems of present operating system and implies the improving scheme. Further more, this paper implies Chinese characteristic standardization system which conform with WTO/TBT and international standardization system. Firstly, through the comprehensive analysis on standardization system, it figures out the main function of relevant organizations in each working stage. Secondly, this paper makes a system model composed of possible three stage, and setup items needs promotion and main target in each stage. Finally, this paper point out the development direction of standardization system, it also implies it's limitation and the later possible research topic in this field.

본 연구에서는 기술표준원이 (주)코리아데이터네트워크에 의뢰하여 작성된 설문조사결과를 활용하여 기업의 표준화활동 결정요인을 분석하였다. 표준화활동을 유형(혹은 범주)에 따라 기업의 전사적 표준경영, 인증획득, 국내표준활용, 국제표준활용 등으로 구분하였고, 그 결정요인으로 기술혁신활동(R&D와 특허출원), 기업규모, 수출, 네트워크(산업특성), 기업조직특성 등을 고려하였다. 분석된 표본은 제조업에 속한 636개 기업으로 정성적 분석방법인 로지스틱 회귀모형(logistic regression)을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째 기술혁신활동 변수 중 R&D집약도는 국제표준활용을 제외하고 표준화활동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특허출원은 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영과 인증획득활동에 대해 정(+)의 유의한 효과를 보여 주었다. 셋째, 상대적으로 소기업과 대기업보다는 중간규모의 기업에서 전사적 차원에서의 표준경영자 인증획득활동이 활발하다는 역U자 가설이 성립하는 것으로 분석되었다. 넷째, 표준화에 대한 경영진의 관심은 모든 표준화활동의 유형에 대해서 중요한 결정요인으로 나타났다.

Recently, MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) has started a new standardization activity called MPEG Multimedia Middleware (M3W). This activity covers the standardization for a middleware rrith a set of APIs. The standard middleware, called M3W, will support independent multimedia applications for hardware and software such as operating systems so that the portability and interoperability of multimedia applications are greatly improved. In this article, we will introduce the recent works on M3W standardization including the rationale that motivates the activity with the advantages of having the standardized middleware for multimedia application, component technologies being considered for the M3W, and the current status of the standardization.

Purpose of this study is to empirically consider relation between QM activity factor and management result. For this, following 6 major variables of QM activity were established as independent variable; CEO's leadership, communication, process control, standardization, full participation and education/training while satisfaction of members and improvement of quality were established as dependent variable. And, a model was set up and hypothesis verification was conducted on the basis of data collected through questionnaires. The results are summarized as follows; First, QM factors which influenced satisfaction of members in management result were CEO's leadership, communication, process control, full participation and education/training but 'standardization' factor was not statistically significant. Second, QM factors which influenced improvement of quality in management result were CEO's leadership, communication, standardization, full participation and education/training but 'process control' factor was not statistically significant. Third, among main factors of QM activity, the factor which preferentially influenced satisfaction of members was 'full participation' factor while the factor which preferentially influenced improvement of quality was 'standardization' factor. According to such results, it is required to seek a statistical method regarding QM activity with focus on the factor of 'full participation' and 'standardization' among other things for the purpose of satisfaction of members as well as improvement of quality. It is believed that implication of this study can be useful information to realize management result considering main factors of QM activity and that it also can be basic reference data to seek a statistical method for satisfaction of members and improvement of quality by grasping core factors having influence over QM activity.

본 연구는 시장구조에 초점을 맞추어 산업의 표준화 활동 결정요인을 우리나라 제조업에 대해서 계량적으로 검증한다. 단체표준 제정 및 개정 여부를 산업 차원에서 표준화 활동의 대리변수로 삼았고, 그 결정요인으로 시장구조 이외에도 기술적 기회, 자본집약도, 수출비율, 산업특성(조립산업 여부) 등을 고려하였다. 분석대상은 식료, 섬유, 화학, 비금속광물, 금속, 전기전자, 기계, 자동차, 조선 등 9개 업종이며, 2006-2009년 기간 동안 혼용자료(pooling data)를 사용하였다. 추정방법으로는 로지스틱 회귀분석(logistic regression analysis)을 활용하였다. 연구결과, 시장집중도는 산업의 단체표준화 활동에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 독점적 시장일수록 소수의 대기업들이 공적 표준(de jure standards)인 단체표준보다는 '사실상의 표준(de facto standards)'에 더 관심을 가지고 있을 가능성을 보여준다. 시장구조 이외의 변수의 경우에는 기술적 기회와 조립산업 여부는 단체표준화 활동에 대해서 정(+)의 유의한 효과를 보인 반면, 자본집약도와 수출비율은 단체표준화와는 연관이 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

To evaluate anti-influenza virus activity of 113 specimens of Korean traditional medicine both water and methanol extracts were examined using haemagglutination inhibition test. The water extract from Citrus junos was found to inhibit influenza virus A/Taiwan/l/86(H1N1). The survival rates of virus were determined by in situ cellular enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The water extract of Citrus junos was fractionated by chromatographic separating using Amberlite XAD-4, 40% MeOH and 60% MeOH layer had antiviral activity. The half inhibition concentration $(IC_{50})$ of 40% MeOH layer on survival of influenza virus was $MIC>361.5{\mu}g/ml$ and $IC_{50}$ value of fr. 40-4 fractionated from 40% MeOH layer was $677.19{\mu}g/ml$. These results suggested that the fractions of Citus junos have potent anti-influenza A virus activity.

A standardization of evaluation method of anti-oxidant activity for fabrics was studied. And then 1mM of DPPH solution was the most suitable condition. Also, it is enough to react anti-oxidant reaction in approximately 90 minutes. So we studied anti-oxidant activity for nylon and cotton treated with green tea extracts. The cotton fabrics treated with 10% o.w.f. of extract appeared to have almost 90% of anti-oxidant activity and 95% was obtained for nylon.
