In this paper, we propose the standardization architecture and weapon-sensor simulator for efficient reliability test in combat system. To reduce man-month of reliability test, application with high dependency on other module is selected and apply FORM. The proposed standardization architecture extracts common, variable elements and design patterns, S.O.L.I.D principles were applied. The proposed weapon-sensor simulator implements essential functions by identifying highly dependent element of other modules and the information from equipment can be directly received without processing by using communication middleware. As a result, it can replace actual ship-mounted equipment. In addition, it is possible to reduce the consumption rate of human resources when perform reliability test and modification time can be shorted.

This study aims to examine the current procedure of the adequacy review system of public standards for records management developed and disseminated by the National Archives of Korea and to explore improvements to utilize them as basic data to solidify the operation of standards. The study identified the shortcomings of the system with examples of international standards and Korean industrial standards. It also analyzed the history of standardization promoted by the National Archives of Korea. The analysis showed that most of them are simple revisions, such as changes of terminology and standard names according to law amendment. The frequency of standardization by standard also showed a significant difference. In addition, it was found that the adequacy review process or results were not disclosed clearly. As such, the study proposes various improvements to solve these problems, namely, improving standardization for the records management system, establishing detailed procedures for deliberation, and establishing evaluation standards for adequacy reviews.

Railroad geotechnical information management system was developed by using Web GIS and DB in this study. The standardization of railroad geotechnical information is progressed by classifying three groups as like basic informations, vibration informations along railway lines and design drawings. The basic informations consisted of basic and dynamic properties of soils, geophysical exploration and seismic survey/exploration. And the specification for 'human exposure to whole-body vibration' was adopted to construct the vibration informations along railway lines. The informations as like drawings and photographs were saved by changing to graphic files in the standardization of design drawings. In the case of standardization of geographical information, the topographical maps(NGIS, 1:5000) were primarily used as digital maps. Another digital maps(KRRI, 1:5000) and their geographical DB based on NGI code system were added on this maps. The standardized informations were used to construct their database. And railroad information management system was developed using Entity-Relation(ER) model which had a good feasibility for expansion and transition to other system in designing stage of database. This system consisted of layer selection, search and analysis of geotechnical informations and Zeus DB was adopted for GIS operating and user interface. This system could be a good tool for saving, searching and analyzing the geotechnical and geophysical informations. These DB systems would offered the basic informations to plans, design and construction of railroad lines etc. in practical use.

This paper analyzes the requisites and the characteristics of the professionalization of modern Chinese Medicine. The requisites of the professionalization are the standardization of knowledge, the settlement of license system, the development of occupational ideology, and the strengthening of the organization. The research findings are as follows. First, Chinese Medicine choose the people-oriented development strategy. Second, The professionalization of Chinese Medicine was propelled by the government. Third, the sequence of the professionalization of Chinese Medicine was 1) the development of occupational ideology, 2) the standardization of knowledge, 3) the strengthening of the organization, and 4) the settlement of license system. The order of the professionalization of Chinese Medicine is different from that of Western Medicine. Fourth, in the process of the professionalization, modern Chinese Medicine partly employs the traditional face-to-face education.

For disseminating a ney IEC international standard of critical trmperature of NbTi,Nb$_3$Sn and Bi-2223 Composite Suterconductors, we develpted a measuring system and studied standardization of test method. The measuring system consisted of cryogenic reservoir, base plate, thermometer, voltmeter and current source. Various specimens of the Nbti, Nb$_3$Sn and Bi-2223 composite superconductors were tested using this system for measuring their critical temperatures. After measuring the resistance-temperature relation, the data were compensated with thermoelectric voltages for NbTi Nb$_3$Sn specimens. NbTi specimens showed 9.2 K ~ 9.5 K of transition temperature and Nb$_3$Sn specimen showed about 18 K. Bi-2223 specimens showed 104 K ~ 107 K of transition temperature.

National Youth Space Center has recently founded the Deokheung Optical Astronomy Observatory (DOAO) 1m Telescope, which accepts community observing applications since 2016. Standardization and calibration of the new observing facility are essential for astronomical research. In this poster, we present standardization processes and preliminary results for photometry of the Johnson-Cousins BVRI filter system. We selected sample data from a night in stable weather condition. After bias, dark, and flat corrections and photometry using ccdred and daophot package of IRAF, we derived standardized band pass parameters including color terms. The corrected photometry results of the BVRI filter system show reduced deviations from the standard magnitudes in the literature. In addition, we calculated atmospheric extinction coefficients and limiting magnitudes of the telescope system. We plan to extend these standardizing processes to flux calibration of narrow band filters, e.g. $H{\alpha}$ filter.

In this paper, a study an standardization of control cable numbering for high speed railway substation. Standard numbering structure of substation control cable and consistency of the number system are important for the railway substation construction and maintenance. However, currently control cable number system of railway substation was not standardization which was different according to a bander and a construct company. Therefor there is many difficult which does a same function to differ in maintenance and repair to accident. Therefor Standardizes the number system of the substation control cable is useful for an improve of construction and maintenance.

South and North Korea have many questions pending .Inter-Korea trade is the best actual problem among question pending. The biggest problem of inter-Korea trade in logistics cost. The logistics cost of inter-Korea is the highest position in the middle of foreign trade. We present that the cost reduction is possible by inter-Korea logistics standardization. This paper also shows logistics standardization strategy of South and North Korea.

The technical standard is an important factor in the national economy, and its importance is gaining more attention due to the emergence of the convergence industry. This is an essential element for implementing fusion technology because it ensures interoperability. Since standardization activities are essential for the growth of domestic SMEs, this study aims to diagnose the status of standardization activities of SMEs and to suggest policy directions accordingly. And we sought to clarify the status of the standardization activities of domestic SMEs and to draw some implications for the domestic promotion plan by examining the major promotion policies for overseas standardization successfully. As a result, it was found that the investment cost for the standard activities is burdensome, the professional manpower is needed, and the participation of SMEs is low due to the complexity of the standard technology. In addition, standardization activities have weaknesses in terms of technology protection, and SMEs tend to avoid technology disclosure. Therefore, in order to solve the difficulties of standardization of companies, it is necessary to establish cooperation system of supporting organizations. In order to promote standardization activities, it is necessary to establish legal basis necessary for technology protection.
