An automation process of filter unit is presented for the application of the assembling procedure and dry furnace work. By that automation procedure, it is expected to enhance working environment such as reducing laboring load, harmful gas, and burning scald. Furthermore, this automation process also minimizes via standardization of manufacturing process so that it may increase productivity and reliability. An automation process of filter unit is presented for the application of the assembling procedure and dry furnace work. Filter automation process also gives a good quality and productivity by simplifying to only one line from the complicated process such as filter cutting$\rightarrow$ adhering$\rightarrow$fabricating in a very small space. It is found that a new conceptual design of dry furnace shows the better quality like uniform heat distribution compared to the conventional design. It is also found that the present design gives a better working environment by adding cooling system.

Through the correspondence works with IEC in the smart grid fields and power IT fields, we set up the interpretation work procedure and defined the work rule for correspondence by analyzing the work results. In addition, we suggest cases for discussion of terms and definitions in the IEC and analyze them and then propose a matrix classification system for standardization to solve the cases for discussion. The matrix classification system with 3-axes of classification has been applied to newly emerging terminologies followed by smart gird. We drew the usefulness in search of terms in application fields and showed the cases of applying the matrix classification. The IEC Electropedia classification standard is unclear and the classification is mixed with principle, application and product areas. We proposed a new working group in IEC TC1 for research on the matrix classification system and then TC 1 decided to organize a new WG titled in the "IEV structure and supporting tools".

Recently, the frequency of typhoon and torrential rain due to climate change is increasing. In addition, the upsurge in the complexity of urban sewer network and impervious surfaces area aggravates the inland flooding damage. In response to these worsening situations, the central and local governments are conducting R&D tasks related to predict and mitigate the flood risk. Researches on the analysis of inundation in urban areas have been implemented through various ways, and the common features were to evaluate the accuracy and justification of the model by comparing the model results with the actual inundation data. However, the evaluation procesure using available urban flooding data are not consistent, and if there are no quantitative urban inundation data, verification has to be performed by using press releases, public complaints, or photos of inundation occurring through 'CCTV'. Because theses materials are not quantitative, there is a problem of low reliability. Therefore, this study intends to develop a comparative analysis procedure on the quantitative degree and applicability of the verifiable inundation data, and a systematic framework for the performance assessment of urban flood analysis model was proposed. This would contribute to the standardization of the evaluation and verification procedure for urban flooding modelling.

본 논문에서는 ITU-T SG 13 Q.15에서 현재 진행 중인 차세대 네트워크 보안 표준화 동향 및 관련 기술들에 대해 소개하고 있다 . 차세대 네트워크 보안 관련 표준화는 차세대 네트워크 release 1에 대한 보안 요구사항과 차세대 네트워크 보안 가이드라인에 대한 기술 표준화 작업이 진행중이다. 우리나라에서도 차세대 네트워크 접근 제어를 위한 AAA 기술과 차세대 네트 워크 단말기을 위한 사용자 인증 및 보안 플랫폼에 대한 표준화를 추진중이다.

본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 11179에 따라 산업기술정보 메타데이터 표준안을 작성하고, 메타데이터를 하나의 시스템에서 온라인으로 표준화할 수 있는 산업기술정보 메타데이터 레지스트리(IMR)를 개발하였다. 메타데이터 표준안 개발의 경우, 국내에서는 처음으로 ISO/IEC 11179 표준에 따라서 데이터 요소를 정의하여, 4개의 메타데이터 표준안을 개발하였다. 산업기술정보 메타데이터 레지스트리는 4개의 분야별 MDR로 구성되도록 구축하였다. 그에 따라 통합관리자 모듈과 분야별 관리자 모듈이 함께 개발되었다. 메타데이터 표준화 조직이 시스템을 통해 데이터 요소의 등록과 투표과정을 수행하여 새로운 데이터 요소를 메타데이터 레지스트리에 제공할 수 있다. 이용자는 산업기술정보 메타데이터 레지스트리를 분야별로 검색하여, 자신들의 데이터베이스를 구성할 수 있으며, 다양한 데이터베이스 스크립트를 내려받을 수 있다. 시스템 개발은 ORACLE 데이터베이스를 기반으로 Java JSP를 이용하여 수행하였다.

개착식 구조물이나 교량 구조물과 같은 도시철도 시설물을 대상으로 시행한 내진성능 예비평가체계는 도시철도 시설물이 지녀야하는 특성을 고려하지 못하는 문제점이 있다. 특히 교량 구조물의 경우에는 도로교의 내진성능 예비평가체계를 그대로 적용하여 사용하고 있어 도시철도 교량 구조물에 적용하기에는 비현실적인 평가 항목들이 존재한다. 그리고 각 시설물에 대한 예비평가 항목들을 산정할 때 적절한 근거가 없어 평가 결과의 신뢰성을 확보하지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 내진성능 예비평가 체계의 문제점을 분석하고 수정(개정) 안을 제시한다.

In CAD/CAM system, many efforts are made to automate the converting process from drawling information to manufacturing Information. The most difficult step In this procedure is utilizing 2 dimensional drawing information In order to formulate 3 dimensional w&ling information. This paper emphasizes to mWe automatically series of convertirg steps which provide 3 dimensional wire frame, surface and solid modeling using feature recognition rules. With the standardization of design process and the recognition rule as preceding steps, it shows a good application tool to interface the design and manufacturing procedures in PC-Level CAD/CAM system.

Urban transit, which takes an important role of traffic volume, is operated in four different urban communities and constructed in two urban communities. However, the urban transit of each communities has different system in operation and construction. It is not efficient to construct and operate. Furthermore, is difficult to maintain urban transit system. In this paper, the standardization of power supply system for urban transit has been performed to solve above problems.
