We derive priority decision making on healthcare service technology standardization in the home network through the decision support process with industry professionals. We configured a research group with 4 industrial areas including Industry, Academic, Research Institution and Medical Institution. And we also applied AHP methodology for the priority decision making. The research group decides an evaluation criteria which are consisted of marketability, technology, ripple effect, strategy for national policies in order to make a priority for healthcare service on a home network. And it is also decided 7 fields and 24 sub-fields, technically. In order to make a priority for the standardization, we use an AHP methodology, that is more objective and feasible, as a decision tool. After two-phase survey that consists of paper survey and face to face meeting, we get a conclusion that home healthcare content is at the top and then wireless home network follows it.

The priority policy measures to draw peaceful unification is to induce North Kore to open the Internet. In order to induce the Internet open for exchange and cooperation in ICT industry of the two Koreas, a preparation task was drawn after analyzing ICT standard, current state of Internet and industry, and feasibility of North Korea. The priority task for the exchange and cooperation in ICT industry of North and South Korea requires an effort to develop North Korea's underdeveloped technology level. Thus, to decrease the technology gap must precede, providing state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure of the South. In this paper, the inducement to draw the Internet open of North Korea through technical specifications and standardization in ICT industry of the North and South was studied.

To maximize effectiveness of standardization activities, it is essential to set priorities for determined standardization work items in the next generation internet protocol television (NG-IPTV) technologies. In this study, the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is employed and applied to ranking of NG-IPTV standardization work items as a multi-criteria decision making tool which involves comprehensive surveys. Survey results are analyzed and we identified a useful three level segmentation of standardization strategic plan which shows standardization work item priorities.

The Korean government has been trying to create new economic value-added and jobs by the openness and utilization of open government data. However, most of open government data has poor utilization rate. Although open government data standardization is a major cause of those inactivation, it is not sufficient to conduct empirical research on open government data itself. Based on this trend, this paper aims to find the priority area for opening data and suggests a realistic directions of standardization of open government data. Text mining and social network analysis approaches are used to analyze open government data and standardization. This research suggests the guides to open government data managers in practical view from selection of data to standardization direction. In addition, this research has academic implications to the knowledge management systems in terms of suggesting standardization direction by using various techniques.

Many of urban parks which have been designated for urban planning regulation are not well developed because the priority of investment is inferior to that of other public facilities. Park development is an urgent urban policy and it is hard to decide priority among parks. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the priority of park development. Thus the Analytic Hierarchy Process has been introduced because it is suitable for achieving objectivity by collecting the professional opinions. The goals of park development are evaluated by AHP method and the priorities among goals are conservation of natural environment, satisfying the residents' residents' needs, population density, regional pollution, land acquisition cost, ratio of greeneries and facilities within park areas. Priority of park development is decided by the standardization of each individual inventory data and considering of the professional opinions. Among the multi-attribute judgement methods, AHP method may be the most widely used. Despite the critical evaluations of the AHP, such as limitation of the nine-point scale and the rank reversal problem, application of AHP to decide the priority of park development is suitable for actual circumstances.

In this paper, Korea's standardization capacity in the ITS field was examined, and the status of participation in ITS standardization and services of ASEAN countries, and the degree of hope for cooperation with Korea was investigated and analyzed. Korea is recognized for its international competency in the field of ITS standardization, and most ASEAN countries, excluding Singapore, are found to have insufficient participation in ITS standardization and service introduction. In addition, most ASEAN countries are strongly hoping for ITS standardization cooperation with Korea, and the preliminary establishment of the ITS system architecture as the basis for ITS standardization was derived as a project of hope for cooperation. In addition, as a service field for introducing standardization, Freight transport was suggested as a priority application service field in order to improve the efficiency of logistics transportation between ASEAN countries.

As a means of achieving fashion technology and scientification, this research on the standardization proposals of body type research methods has the following conclusions: 1. As human body displays different characteristics according to races, regions, sexes, and ages, clothing products (unlike other industrial goods) cannot be subject to global standardization. As a result, clothing size standardization can be desirably regionalized, for example, as Asian, European countries, etc. 2. In order to share human-body-concerned information among nations, programs for raw data exchange need to be urgently developed. 3. Top priority is databasing all raw data at home and abroad. 4. So that the findings of body type research can be practically applied to the concerned industry, industry-academy cooperation and information exchange are a must. While researchers have to heighten the precision of their studies, industrial partners ought to focus on the invaluable importance of academic research. 5. The scientific body type analysis, the basis of fashion technology, as well as the development of its application technology and software are ultimately and urgently required.

CT(Culture Technology) became one of the leading industries with fast growth in its contribution to an economy not only in Korea, but also in the world. This study suggests policy direction and priority of CT in the perspective of technology standardization and its classification. As a result, this study proposes a new 'CT Classification' using the value chain concepts contrary to previous classification. In addition, we suggest standardization priority, especially, in the sectors of 'CT Distribution/Service', 'CT Marketing', 'General CT management' based on our survey research of production side. Consequently, our research suggests an important strategic bases for decision makers in CT policy and development both government and private sectors.

To visualize a strategic plan including resource allocations and standardization schedules, it is important to set priorities among information and communication technologies(ICTs) standardization work areas(SWAs). This ranking process involves decision making process with multiple criteria which results a complex selection problem. This paper proposes a standard method for linking data between the U-City Integrated Urban Management Platform and u-service systems through systemization of event identification and standardization of event priority. By applying the proposed method, the incoming events to the Management Platform are listed and processed according to their priority of urgency. The application of the systemized event ID and standardized event priority enables prompt counter-measures against urban emergencies and disasters, which improves the efficiency of business processes by reducing the time and cost to complete required actions.
