Background: The quality differences in seedlings of medicinal herbs often affect the quality of medicinal parts. The establishment of the grading standard of Panax notoginseng seedlings is significant for the stable quality of medicinal parts of P. notoginseng. Methods: To establish the grading standard of P. notoginseng seedlings, a total of 36,000 P. notoginseng seedlings were collected from 30 producing areas, of which the fresh weight, root length, root diameter, bud length, bud diameter, and rootlet number were measured. The K-means clustering method was applied to grade seedlings and establish the grading standard. Results: The fresh weight and rootlet number of P. notoginseng seedlings were determined as the final indices of grading. P. notoginseng seedlings from different regions of Yunnan could be preliminarily classified into four grades: the special grade, the premium grade, the standard grade, and culled seedlings. Conclusion: The grading standard was proven to be reasonable according to the agronomic characters, emergence rate, and photosynthetic efficiency of seedlings after transplantation, and the yields and contents of active constituents of the medicinal parts from different grades of seedlings.

Interoperability tests are required to determine whether network-based defense systems successfully share and exchange certain services, information, and data. We must examine various aspects of interoperability. The DITA (Defense Information Technical stAndard) is the basis for interoperability. However, DITA is being applied to the defense system in a state that the standard test methods and procedures are not established. And there is no test method and procedure of the DITA well applicable to military weapons systems or information systems. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a framework that includes procedures, methodologies, so as to test whether a standard is applied to the DITA in terms of Standard Conformance Test.

There are the national science and technology standard classification system used in Korea, the classification according to the standard classification system for educational organization units, and the Korean standard education classification by the National Statistical Office. It is not suitable for calculation or evaluation, and classification is still mixed depending on the purpose of use. Therefore, in this study, the current status of academic standard classification, issues related to the standard classification system such as research foundation associations and research institutes, and issues related to the academic standard classification through the analysis of existing prior research issues, etc. As a result of the research, first, it is necessary to maintain and strengthen the linkage of the academic classification system, such as maintaining the linkage between the relevant departmental classification systems and strengthening the linkage with the relevant classification system, as a result of analysis of major issues in the academic standard classification system, and the systematic improvement cycle of the revision process and management system and settings are required.

Most of the application standard of the low-voltage devices have applied one the IEC standard another the UL standard. European union applied the IEC60947-1 standard has not exceed 1000V a.c. or 1500V d.c.. Therefore. it is necessary to the low-voltage device has expended for rated operational voltage with our products. The export of European market shall be made for the CE-Marking in accordance with IEC60947-1 ( Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear). We shall be considered for the requirement with the IEC standard. In this time to study for power supply system at EU ( European union. At that time for design and development in order to the construction and test method among the study for the rated insulation voltage at less then 690V.

Developers generally use test standards suggested by military standards such as MIL-STD-810G when performing vibration tests in the materiel development. However, according to MIL-STD-810G, it is recommended to test by tailoring the test standard suitable for the developed materiel, and it is specified to apply the suggested test standard only when there is difficulty in tailoring. In addition, the test standards presented by MIL-STD-810G are standards created under operating conditions different from the actual operating environment of each developed materiel, so the test according to this standard may be excessive or understated. Therefore, the developer must create an appropriate vibration test standard for the developed materiel as similar to the operating conditions as possible. In this paper, the procedure for creating the functional test standard and durability test standard suitable for the operating environment of the equipment to be mounted on the propeller aircraft under development is described, and the created standard is introduced.

This study suggests how to classify owner's standard specifications in organizations such as local governments which place an order for constructing general and various types of facilities. And the principal conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows; first, the Standard Specifications for Seoul Metropolitan Government of for all facilities could be integrated by seven individual works. Second, it is advisable from a viewpoint of long term to draw up integrally owner's standard specifications by trade for facilities, rather than draw up by group of facilities. Third, editing integrated standard specifications for all trades to meet the unified work classification structure should be backed up by high technology, therefore owner's standard specifications by trades would be favorable to our situation.

기술 표준은 기술적 특성과 사양에 대한 일종의 사회적 합의로서 기술의 발달과 함께 모든 산업에 걸쳐 존속되어 왔으며 최근에는 정보통신 기술의 발달과 함께 기술의 상호호환성을 제공하고 시장의 우위를 선점할 수 있는 전략적인 요소로 각광받고 있다. 이에 기술 표준 연구(표준화 연구)는 기술 표준의 채택 과정과 이로 인한 경제적 효과를 분석하여 이론적 및 정책적 함의를 도출하는데 그 의의가 있다. 그러나 기존의 연구에서는 기술 고유의 가치와 상호호환성에 대한 고려가 부족하다는 점에서 기술 중심의 분석 결과를 도출하는데 있어 구조적 한계를 드러낸다. 본 연구는 기술 네트워크 분석을 통해 도출한 기술 차별화 정도와 기업별 기술 선호도 함수를 두 단계 게임 이론 분석 방법에 반영하여 새로운 기술 중심 표준 연구 방법론을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 그 실증 사례로 사물인터넷의 무선 팬 기술을 선정하였으며, 본 연구 방법론을 통해 해당 시장의 기술 구조 및 표준 관련 함의를 도출하였다.

Technology standards have gained importance as global market becomes more competitive. Since a technology acknowledged as a standard brings significant benefits to the developer firm, firms in the IT industry tend to pursue standardization for the technology, being it proprietary or open. However, the paths or strategic implications are seldom discussed in academia. Therefore, our study uses iPhone of Apple, one of the proprietary standards successes, to further understand corporate strategies over two standard choices. Our case study suggests that iPhone's entry timing was optimal for creating a new mobile environment. Design excellence and user-friendly interface increased networking effects and switching costs among consumers. Apple developed independent mobile operating system (iOS) through improvement on the existing operating system. During the process, Apple chose proprietary standard and, by installing the same UX on its sibling products such as iPod Touch or iPad, overcame the subsequent problems that might arise from the limited use of iOS. Based on the capability of concurrently developing both hardware and software, Apple connected operating system, machine, and contents, which deems to contribute to its proprietary standards success. We argue that this strategy should be considered for firms which plan proprietary standard strategy.

Recently, disaster that is earthquake, sever rainstorm and the tidal wave were increased by abnormal weather. These influence which is the slope stability of the completed slope as well as under construction slope is affected by disaster. But the management standard for the construction slope is incomplete. Also, the standard connected with construction slope is not integrated with the important public paper organic enemy and it is duplicated and the standards which conflict are being scattered.
