In this paper, we present a standard conceptual model of livestock epidemic service in the field of smart livestock, which is emerging as an important issue in smart agriculture. By using the network to identify the global livestock epidemic disease risk and provide relevant models to service users, it is expected that it will actually provide economic benefits to livestock owners and ultimately help the national livestock industry economy. In order to apply the standard livestock epidemic service standard model and the livestock infectious disease crisis mitigation standard model sharing method that is presented in conjunction with ICT to the standards in the domestic and international agricultural and livestock industries in the future, continuous research will be carried out.

In order to develop the standard service model of Korea Coast Guard at fishing port, which responses to the demand of users and provides them with the high quality service of maritime administration, the services performed by a branch of KCG are analyzed and the level of familiarity with them are investigated. The degree of affair achievement is quantitatively standardized by assessing the workload of branch office. The standard model of affairs is formatted and the programs of organization, resource operation and education are proposed.

Recently, service quality must reflect several demands of customers who show rapid and various changes so as to be compared with the past. So, objective and rapid methods for them are necessary more. For them, first of all, service company must calculate their standard of service quality accurately by measuring service quality exactly. To measure service quality accurately, this researcher collected and analyzed data by survey for customers who are customers of logistics services, grasped potential satisfaction standard(P) by 5 point Likert scale and one survey for accurate classification of quality attributes through weighted customer satisfaction coefficient changing quality attributes by developing the study on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, and suggested Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index(PCSI) for examining the improvement of customer satisfaction so as to utilize them as an index of differentiated and concrete measurement of service quality.

The characteristics of Telecommunication Industry encompass not only hardware and software but also the service aspect of them. One way to improve the industry up to the international level in terms of hardware and software as well as service aspect is to comply with tile TL 9000 standard, which was established by QUEST Forum, the group consisted of U.S. communication industry, based on the ISO 9000 Quality Management System. In this study, design, establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality system for domestic telecommunication industry are thoroughly investigated based on TL 9000 standard, with its LCM(Life Cycle Model) model and measurements. Also, Process Approach is suggested to help the industry realize the system to meet its specific needs. In addition, specific examples with the successful certification to TL 9000 standard are presented.

Many previous studies of data quality have focused on the realization and evaluation of both data value quality and data service quality. These studies revealed that poor data value quality and poor data service quality were caused by poor data structure. In this study we focus on metadata management, namely, data structure quality and introduce the data quality management maturity model as a preferred maturity model. We empirically show that data quality improves as data management matures.

The inner space of building is increasingly becoming complex as urban activities increase in variety, and the actual space size also increases. This trend necessitate the utilization of three dimensional position information within the inner space of buildings. Standard GIS web service technology and visualization technology are applied to 3D inner space building data to share these information for better decision making in building related applications such as fire evacuation, facilities management and market analysis. This study aims to effectively model and visualize the three dimensional space of building interiors in the GIS aspect, and to be able to share the information through standard GIS web service. The various elements of inner model was assigned and stored into pre-designed spatial database tables respectively. GIS web server was then configured to service the database which was populated with 3D inner model data. On the client side, 3D visualization modules was developed using a 3D graphic rendering S/W engine.

The existing wired emergency call such as 119, 112 have its own location information to serving immediate rescue service. For the case of wireless emergency call by mobile phone, the location information should be provided by wireless network. This paper describes the network architecture and protocol for mobile emergency service referring TIAlEWJ-SID-036-A with reviews about technical issues, legacy factors and related researches. The mobile emergency service is divided into mobile emergency rescue service and mobile emergency alert service. The network reference model for mobile emergency rescue service is released in KOREA. In this paper, the interfaces between elements of the network reference model, and service scenarios, message flows are defined. Supplement to mobile emergency rescue service, the network reference model, interfaces and message flows for mobile emergency alert service are developed. The protocol is described by DID, and the proposed works are on processing for domestic standard of TTA.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to enable users to conveniently report risks by automatically classifying risk categories in real time using AI for images reported in the life safety prevention service app. Method: Through a system consisting of a life safety prevention service platform, life safety prevention service app, AI model serving server and sftp server interconnected through the Internet, the reported life safety images are automatically classified in real time, and the AI model used at this time An AI learning algorithm for generation was also developed. Result: Images can be automatically classified by AI processing in real time, making it easier for reporters to report matters related to life safety.Conclusion: The AI image automatic classification system presented in this paper automatically classifies reported images in real time with a classification accuracy of over 90%, enabling reporters to easily report images related to life safety. It is necessary to develop faster and more accurate AI models and improve system processing capacity.

SWE(Sensor Web Enablement) is the standard platform of OGC for the sensor data service. SWE is only focusing in the data transmission protocols, but supporting the semantic decision. Sensor data service is the decision service of the status whether is on normal or not. In this study, we study the semantic decision model of the sensor data. It can support the context-aware service based on the decision information.
