The purpose of this study is to propose different construction costs based on the number of kindergarten classrooms. Literature review reorganized the space program for kindergartens. For suggesting the room sizes of each spaces, this paper collected the three types of analysis; 1) the previous researches, 2) field survey, and 3) construction drawings. Based on the results, building sizes for the individual class sizes were presented. And, this paper made a standard priced BOQ(Bill of Quantity) through analysis on the existing priced BOQ. Finally, the recommendable construction costs were proposed by applying the building sizes to the standard priced BOQ. The practitioners of school districts and government organizations can make appropriate budgets considering the building sizes.

Local administration is closely related with intention of residents. Especially, a plan item is closely related with life of residents. Therefore, it has to be logical and objective solution for opinion convergence. Decision of opinion has to be in a triangular position standard and stand in a trio of criteria in standard. But, opinion convergence of residents very difficult. Recently, the technique of GIS presents method for oponion convergence with logical and objective and scientifically solution. And, this study present method for decision of intention to a complex element with GRID and NETWORK techniques of GIS. This study present optimun site of constructure with the GIS technique in consideration of a side face of transportation, technical, social economy and environments.

In this study, we used In-line orifice mixer for efficient chemicals mixing in water treatment. The method of using In-line orifice mixer has been already proved the improvement of water treatment efficiency. Numerical study was performed using FLUENT, a commercial code, to standard design and production of effective In-line orifice mixer. As variable for exactly standardizing, a proper ratio between an outer diameter of cone and a diameter of pipe, a distance between cone and orifice, a determination of orifice diameter for an optimal mixing, a distance between injection nozzle's position and cone, Numerical study has been performed for optimal standard and analyzed flow field on a basis of turbulent intensity in an orifice downstream.

This paper present adaptation method of rail potential test to verify DC railway system's performance and safety. For protection of person and utility caused by rail potential rise, international standard to limit rail potential rise is made and rail potential is tested at the time of plan and construction of DC railway system in foreign country. So, we need rail potential test at the opening time and prepare a continuous monitoring technique of rail potential and a limitation method of rail potential rise. For these, we describe cause of rail potential rise, international standard about rail potential, protection principle, an example of calculation and measurement, and adaptation method for performance test.

After the legal foundation for the Total Load Control System (TLCS) process is embedded in integrated water management counterplan for 4 major river basins (1998), Kyunggido Kwangju City prepared the implementation plan of TLCS at first time. There is little difference between TLCS and TMDL(Total Daily Maxium Loading; U.S.A). TMDL is applied only when mandatory effluent limitations are not stringent enough to attain any water quality standard. But object of TLCS not only attain water quality standard at distributed watershed but also consider development of area at non-distributed watershed. For applying of systematic and consistent TLCS, we need to establish a system integrated watershed and point source, non-point source and assessed massive database easily. Now we are study on applicable possibility of BASINS on Korea, we think that BASINS's tool and many models are more easily apply to TLCS, so we recommend TLCS will be applied using BASINS.

In order to construct a successful electronic commerce system, three main essential factors must be satisfied to obtain the best effective outcomes. The three main essential factors are as follows : economic factor, effectiveness factor and convenient factor. In order to understand the role of these three factors, one must have some insight knowledge about security to assist him to implement these three factors in his construction of an electronic commerce system. This paper analyses a implementation mechanism of security systems based on the SET 1.0 standard for electronic commerce systems, thus providing an effective plan for the construction of a security system in the SET-based electronic commerce field. This paper helps to analyse the elements of security vulnerabilities in the SET 1.0 standard implementation and also helps to understand the SET 1.0 protocol.

In this study, analyzed drilling log style examination of inside and outside of the country and merits and demerits to solve problem of these design and construction. And study improvement item on recording contents and suggested consistent drilling log standard illustration plan.

In this poster, we present standard calibration processes and results for photometry of $H-{\alpha}$ filter using broadband filters. We took data from a night in stable weather condition. And we derived parameters for band pass calibration including color terms. The corrected photometry results from broadband filters like V and R filters showed high correlation enough to replace instrumental $H-{\alpha}$ magnitude. We plan to extend these standardizing processes to another narrowband filters and flux calibration of narrowband filters from photometry of PNe.

Reliability evaluation of One-Shot systems which fly at speed of Mach must evaluate as the result which leads a many firing test. But many firing test the fact that is impossible is actuality with problem of budget. Method of prediction leads consequently with alternative and will be able to present the alternative which evaluates. Prediction of One-Shot systems that how many did accumulate a many experience data according to the accuracy is decided, there is a possibility of seeing. One like shot our country and the method which is indirect leads from the environment where the test data is insufficient and only will not be able to set the direction of prediction, the present paper about such method describes 217 Plus where is a reliability prediction standard which is new the thing in standard.

In this paper, we provide safety requirements and advices to guarantee the safety of an interface in a level crossing system which is an interface between the conventional facilities and the new ATP (Automatic Train Protection) system, as well as we accomplish a safety management for the facilities of a country that has a different standard with already standardized ATP system. The system model has been made based on a safety activity of the international standard, and then a tolerance of a risk by the safety activity through PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis) has been analyzed. finally we achieved HIA (Hazard Identification and Analysis) for the assumptions that have been produced from a operating scenario and a functional interface. Thus, the safety requirements for the interface has been provided from the safety plan of HIA, and we showed the safety activity to guarantee the system safety through HIA which was depend on the design.
