자동차배출(自動車排出)가스 규제(規制)를 위한 수정(修正)된 축차검사계획(逐次檢査計劃) (The Sequential Rectifying Inspection for the Constraint of Motor Vehicle Emission)

  • The motor vehicle emission is expected to be constrained strongly in the future in accordance with the current policy as to prevention of air pollution. This paper establishes a sequential rectifying inspection plan which satisfies the standard motor vehicle emission for the automobile producers who are currently producting the automobiles with catalytic converts. This plan also considered the constraint of the effective motor vehicle emission by way of rectifying the certification test in the past. In order to evaluate the performance of the inspection plan, the recent certification test data have also been applied. The result of the application has proved that the rectified sequential inspection plan presented in this paper satisfies the standard motor vehicle emission and can be the optimal economic inspection plan. As a result the inspection plan given in this paper will be contributed to constrain the motor vehicle emission most effectively.

산업단지 에너지사용계획을 위한 표준데이터 산정 연구 (A Study on the Calculation of Standard Data for Energy Use Plan of Industry Complex)

  • The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. This study calculated the Standard Data for Energy Use Plan of Industry Complex by the 9th Korean Standard Industrial Classification Divisions so that the energy demand reflecting the industrial technology change and characteristics of Manufacturing Divisions would predict. To achieve this aim, analysis on thousands of data in Energy Consumption Report Forms reported from industries which annual consumption of energy exceeds 2,000toe from 2009 to 2010 was carried out. The results showed that calculated overall mean fuel basic unit decrease, electricity basic unit increase and energy basic unit increase compared to that of the Notification No. 2002-130 of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, therefore it means that heat source of energy facilities transferred from fuel to electricity. Also resultingly suggests that the related notification, code etc. are amended as soon as possible.

가족수발자가 인지하는 표준장기요양이용계획서의 질과 만족도, 활용도 간의 관계분석 (An Analysis of Relationships among Quality, Satisfaction and Utilization Perceived by Family Caregivers in Standard LTC Utilization Plan)

  • 표준장기요양이용계획서는 노인장기요양보험 이용자와 가족의 급여이용을 지원하기 위한 목적으로 도입된 일종의 케어플랜이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 가족수발자가 인지하는 표준장기요양이용계획서의 질과 만족도, 활용도를 파악하고 이들 간의 관계를 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구자료는 2008년 11월~12월 현재 노인장기요양보험 1~3등급 판정을 받고 재가장기요양서비스를 이용하고 있는 수급자의 가족수발자를 대상으로 가정방문면접조사를 통해 수집하였고, 총 944명의 가족수발자 가운데 표준장기요양이용계획서를 읽어본 경험이 있으며 설문을 완성한 351명이 최종분석대상이 되었다. 조사도구는 가족수발자와 수급자의 인구사회학적 특성 및 장기요양특성, 질 측정항목(9개), 전반적 만족도 측정항목(1개), 활용도 측정항목(2개) 등을 포함하였고, 질, 만족도 및 활용도 간의 관계를 파악하기 위해 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 표준장기요양이용계획서의 질은 장기요양 욕구평가 영역, 장기요양 이용계획 영역, 월 한도액 관리지원 영역 등 세 개 영역으로 구분되었고, 모든 영역이 만족도 및 활용도와 유의한 상관관계를 나타냈다. 다음으로 경로분석 결과, 표준장기요양이용계획서의 장기요양 욕구평가 영역의 질(간접효과, 경로계수=0.077)과 전반적 만족도(전체효과, 경로계수=0.324)가 활용도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구결과는 표준장기요양이용계획서의 역할을 향상시키기 위한 전략을 개발하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 소프트웨어 품질 평가와 관련하여 국제 표준에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어지고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질은 사용자와 개발자에 있어서 더욱더 중요해 지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 첫째, 소프트웨어 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 평가하기 위해서 소프트웨어 품질 평가에 대한 국내외 표준 동향을 조사 연구 한다. 둘째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가를 위한 국내외 표준의 새로운 연구 방향에 대해서 제시하고 셋째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 중 신뢰성 분야에 대한 평가 방안을 소프트웨어 신뢰성 성장 모델에 적용하여 평가할 수 있도록 제시한다. 넷째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가 국제 표준의 보급 방안에 대해서 연구하고 다섯째, 소프트웨어 품질 평가와 관련해서 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 25000 시리즈의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 국제 표준 내용을 통한 적용방안에 대해서 연구한다.

공동구 기본계획 기준수립을 위한 절차 및 적용사례에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Procedures and Application Examples for Establishment of Master Plan Standard for the Utility Tunnel)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존시가지에서 공동구 건설에 대한 합리적 의사 결정을 위한 기본계획 기준 수립의 방법에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 기존 연구에서는 타당성 평가에 의하여 최적노선을 선정 하였으나, 기본계획 기준에서는 공동구 설치 여건의 객관성을 높이기 위하여 타당성 및 경제성 분석에 의한 결과를 종합평가하여 분석 대상 전체 구간에 대하여 종합순위를 산정한다. 또한, 종합평가 결과를 기반으로 지역에서 진행 예정인 연계 사업 검토 후 중·장기 투자계획을 수립하는 방법을 도입하였다. 추가적으로 논문에서 제시한 기준 수립의 검토를 위하여 서울의 서북도심권에 대하여 기본계획 절차를 적용하여 분석을 수행하였다.

  • Emergency preparedness plan(EPP) is the systematic management of activities that involve a material degree of risk of loss or other damage to the surroundings(people, property and environment), and the boundary of accident recovery plan(ARP). The main purpose of the program is to provide a safety management system to each facility in order to enable to prevent accident and to control accident immediately. The EPP includes not only typical safety-related documentations such as material safety data sheet(MSDS), standard operation procedure(SOP), emergency response plan(ERP). EPP is established basis of the preliminary safety analysis involving risk identification, assessment and prevention plans. The program is also helpful for government or related agencies to control a number of accidents in small-scale companies in the whole country.

  • This paper is intended to investigate the Build-up Method of SCM(Supply Chain Management) Connection applying EC Standard. SCM helps companies plan and supply to meet customer demand. SCM is the only solution available today that enables an organization to strategize, plan and execute a company's buy, make, move, store, fulfill and service business processes across multiple enterprises for total profitability. The research of modern scientists has thrown new light on the subject. However, the study of SCM for EC Standard has been strangely neglected by critics. Consequently, existing SCM systems, which require to introduce the functions of EC, need to be changed. Summarizations of the main points that have been analyzed in this paper are as follows:. the sharing information for connection and the Rosetta-net standard of the existing SCM system(Order management module(PIP 3A4) of the Rosetta-net specifications for connection by the Rosetta-net). Finally, it shows the process of the gateway for connecting among the existing SCM systems.

  • In this study, we investigated and compared the standard of the present teaching tools & facilities in 16 cities and provinces. On the basis of this data, we suggested the standard of teaching tools & facilities according to the new curriculum. In the analysis of the present teaching tools & facilities, we divided the scope of facilities into 'the common one' and 'lab & practical room[common].' This study made it possible to easily recognize a facility by deleting a prep room from the names of facilities. Also, we prepared the standard plan for teaching tools by putting its focus on how to desirably manage the curriculum while giving the independence of a school to the maximum because of all sorts & great numbers of teaching tools.

환경평가 대상지역의 설정방안에 대한 연구 (A Study for Target Area Set-up Plan of Environmental Assessment)

  • This paper seeks for the set-up plan in the reasonable target area of environmental assessment. Domestically, the target area of environmental assessment is set up by the adjustment of opinion collection about the assessment scope result of an environmental factor. In a foreign country, the boundary of the target area for a development project is established with the environmental, economical, and social viewpoint based on the standard for significantly environmental impact. Based on the analysis of the present condition at home and abroad, the first set-up plan for the reasonable target area of environmental assessment is the preparation of the detailed term definition related to the target area of environmental assessment. The second is the arrangement of the judgement standard for significantly environmental impact. The quantitative assesment item can apply the present standard or regulation, and the qualitative assessment item can establish the standard based on factual and objective data. The last is the preparation of the reference material or the guideline for deciding the initial target area by the judgement standard and determining the final target area by opinion collection in the stage of scoping.

  • In Korea, the modular construction method was applied to the construction of facilities such as military barracks and school dormitories, beginning with the pilot project of Seoul New Elementary School in 2003. In 2017, public modular houses were supplied to Busan(Yongho-dong) and Seoul(Gayang-dong), and modular housing is expected to continue to be supplied in the future. However, there is no clear construction standard for the modular housing construction yet, and there are few cases where the infill modular system is applied. Therefore, this study established the work breakdown structure and proposed a standard process focusing on the infill modular system applied to the construction of Dujeong-dong modular house in Cheonan. Level 1 of the work breakdown structure by construction stage of Infill modular was defined as modular manufacturing, assembly, and finishing process. Level 2 was defined as preparation, modular production, modular infill, modular fixing, floor plastering, building finishing, and other site finishing. Level 3 is defined as 57 detailed unit work of infill modular construction. The standard process of infill modular is proposed for the assembly stage that is commonly applicable to infill modular housing construction. The results of this study can be used for the process plan, transportation plan, lifting plan of modular housing construction.
