VPN은 인터넷망을 이용하므로 데이터를 암호화하는 보안기술이 뒷받침되어야 하며 보안성에 대한 확신을 줄 수 있도록 표준에 기반을 둔 평가 기술이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 그러므로 연관된 표준을 기반으로 VPN의 보안성을 평가할 수 있는 방법을 체계화할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 정보보호시스템의 인증을 위한 평가기준인 CC(Common Criteria)와 소프트웨어 품질평가 표준인 ISO의 보안성(기밀성, 무결성, 부인방지, 책임성, 인증성) 평가 부분을 접목하여 이를 통합한 보안성 평가 모델을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 VPN의 기반 기술과 보안성에 관한 품질 요구사항을 분석하여 두 국제표준의 품질특성과의 연관성을 고려한 평가모델을 개발하였다. 이를 통해 VPN의 보안성 품질수준을 평가하는 융합 모델을 구축할 수 있을 것으로 사료되며, 향후 VPN에 대한 평가사례의 축적을 통해 평가모델의 적합성과 타당성을 제고할 필요가 있다.

Recently companies are aggressively Pushing ahead with integrating the systematical applications of internal and external information systems such as Data level, Application level, Process level in the company, Process level between companies. The EAI solution is generally considered as the necessary tool to integrate companies, but the appraisal standard for the EAI solution has not Vet settled in Korea, so the companies have difficulty in deciding whether to adopt the EAI solution or not. Through this report, we first introduce the KRA Project as the best practice in making an application of the settled standard to evaluate and adopt the EAI solution, and then suggest that it can be adapted to companies considering applying to the EAI solution.

국내에서 적용되고 있는 학교도서관 기준을 분석하여 기준별 특이성과 차이성을 조사하였다. 현행 적용되는 기준으로 7가지 학교도서관 기준이 조사되었으며, 분석결과, 예산편성, 교육서비스, 자료, 인력 등 4가지 주요 문제점이 진단되었다. 기존 학교도서관 기준을 검토하여 학교 도서관의 변화에 따른 새로운 학교도서관 기준의 개선안을 제안하였다.

In this research, we proposed a quality evaluation standard model which is suitable for the internet shopping mall based on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award model. A 7-Point Likert Scale was used based on the seven categories within the 2008 Malcolm Baldrige Criteria : Leadership, Strategic Planning, Customer and Market Focus, Measurement Analysis and Knowledge Management, Workforce Focus, Process Management, and Result. Furthermore, we analysed the validity and causal relationship among the factors within the model. The goal of this research is to find a rational standard to evaluate internet shopping malls nationwide and help the structuring and the operation of these malls. The results may be used not only as a tool to evaluate internet shopping mall sites but also as a guideline to improve the quality of a internet shopping mall site that is under development.

In the Public Notice No. 2019-15 of the Ministry of Employment and Labor, the safety net and regulations on them have been deleted. The performance criterion of the debris net, which also functions as a horizontal safety net in the regulations on the criteria of occupational safety and health, is unclear. When installing a debris net that also functions as a horizontal safety net, a net that meets the performance criteria of KS F 8082 must be installed in accordance with KOSHA C-31-2017. The Korean Standard Specification for Construction Works, which specifies debris net and horizontal safety net, should be revised as soon as possible.

In this paper, we study the domain-independent sensor data structuring method and the derivations about ' Filter Criteria' expansion factors of heterogeneous domain systems. For this purpose, we propose a 5W1H based information search and retrieval method without knowledges about the target domains. And we also suggest a resource management model that can support expanding search of information. By the suggested method, the oneM2M standard able to implement the use-cases like 'data exchanging between the heterogeneous domains'.

The article presents a concept of designing a Multiplexer circuit which acts as a "Selector" and that becomes capable to select different speed created at different TTL Gate configurations; Standard TTL(Normal Speed), High Speed TTL(High Speed), Schottky TTL(Super High Speed) and further connect the selected Gate speed to the CAR shape created using C-Programming at Computer Graphics and finally CAR shape display at different speed to the color TV. The Multiplexer supporting efficient and more reliable selection criteria using "Logical based selection criteria" and further the output from multiplexer is provided to CAR shape created using c-programming and finally CAR shape is display to color TV system. Basic purposes and assumptions regarding the design and development of this system as well as a description of its operation have been presented.

The present standard of drinking water quality is not reached to the guidelines of WHO and US EPA recommended. The appraisal of safety is not appropriate by the results of intermittent and limitted analysis. 45 items of drinking water quality are regulated in the Korean standard and 9 items for inspection designated by Seoul City. This report is the results of analysis of the water quality in the water stations of Seoul which are concerned with the items of Korean water quality standard and the priolity pollutnats recommended by WHO. In the results, 45 items of water quality, and the priolity pollutants were not exceeded to the standard and criteria, while DDT, heptachlor-epoxide, THMs, benzo(a)pyrene, Ba, Al, Gross beta, $^{226}$Ra, $^{90}$Sr were detected, the levels were not exceeded to the WHO guidelines. In ordes to evalute the safety of drinking water quality, besides of the existed items of standard, new hazardouse pollutants should be considered monitored continenously. For the regulation of hazardous pollutants, it may be introduced from the risk assessment. According to the relevant assessment, the acceptable risk of pollutants estimated could be applied to set the water quality standard or recommendations or quidelines as well as the number of monitoring.

This research has designed and implemented the standard conformance test system for e-Business solutions that supports the ebXML, which is currently being focused on as the leading electronic commerce framework. The adoption of standards such as ebXML is probably the best way to achieve interoperability among electronic commerce systems, and more and more e-Business solutions around the world are supporting ebXML. This research primarily discusses the concept and needs for the standard conformance tests on e-Business solutions. The standard conformance test system is developed based on the detailed specifications of the ebXML framework. This system was used to test commercial e-Business solutions supporting ebXML. The system implemented in this research will provide a significant basis for the standard conformance certification of e-Business solutions, and could also provide clear decision criteria for e-Business solutions currently in market, thus activate the overall e-Business market.

Purpose: This study tests the validity of a standard evaluation tool of ambulance ride practices with new evaluation items and supports its application by 119 preceptors. Methods: We tested the validity of standard evaluation items collected from 19 on-site professionals assessing ambulance ride practices. New evaluation items, 'understanding of emergency rescue equipment' and 'ability to communicate', were added as additional criteria. The modified Delphi technique was used to test the three evaluation areas and ten evaluation items. We used the analytic hierarchy process to analyze the weighting value of the reconstructed evaluation tool model. Results: All three evaluation areas and 10 evaluation items within the standard evaluation tools used for ambulance ride practices corresponded with the consistency index, degree of convergence, and agreement in the modified Delphi panel. Conclusion: These results provide evidence of the consistency and usefulness behind preceptors' use of this standard evaluation tool in ambulance ride practice.
