  • IEC 61800 is an international standard on adjustable speed electrical power drive systems, which consists of three parts. IEC 61800-1 and IEC 61800-2 apply to DC power drive systems and AC power drive systems, respectively, which include power conversion, control equipment, and also a motor or motors. IEC 61800-3 specifies EMC ( Electro Magnetic Compatibility ) requirements for adjustable speed AC or DC motor drives connected to main supplies up to AC 1,000 volts. This paper studies the standards related to EMC and the text summary of international standard IEC 61800-3 which is an EMC product standard including specific test methods.

  • This paper is a study on standard testing method for type approval of DSC which is the main structure of the terrestrial communication. As authority inspecting offices and producers have no experience for type approval of relative equipments as adapting GMDSS. In this paper, it is to be improved the understanding for type approval ; a system, standard of technic and testing methods, etc and make better quality of relative equipments. Additionally it could help quality and quantity improvement in all radiocommunication parts. Of course, the regulation for type approval had made but most makers didn't know it correctly, so the method of solution have been studied. By result of this study, with comparision and analysis of structure and a condition of efficiency with adapting GMDSS is could help some problems slove in the field and gave testing method of machinery and tools, electrical conditions, came out measurement and did ways standard efficiency.

A Study on the Standard Durable Years of Pipe Framed Greenhouses (파이프 골조 온실 구조물의 표준내용연수 연구)

  • In designing the greenhouse structures, snow and wind loads must be estimated on the basis of the probability of occurrence of snow or wind storms of a given intensity. The recurrence interval chosen depends on the standard durable years and safety factors of the greenhouse. This study was carried out to find the standard durable years of pipe framed greenhouses. Bend test for metallic materials was conducted on samples of galvanized steel pipes being used in greenhouse frames. A secular change of collapse loads and flexural rigidity for galvanized steel pipes were analyzed with the parts buried in the ground and exposed in the atmosphere. From those experimental results and corrosion rate of galvanized film, the standard durable years for pipe framed greenhouses are estimated as follows ; the small scale pipe houses of movable type is 7∼8 years and the large scale pipe houses of fixed type is 14∼15 years.

  • Corporation had been made by important action rule of business ethics that observes legal standard that is prescribed in each class of administration activity. But it does not keep ethicality of corporation action that conforms law. Law can not include all parts of business ethics because it is forcing essential class for public order preservation and public welfare in right. Moreover, partial corporations are doing to justify unethical action of other evasion of taxes, consultation, manufacturing etc. with legal basis meaning abusing legal standard. For these reason, Insistence that is in point of legal standard and ethical standard is not different each other that is in equal viewpoint is brought.

  • In order to collect vehicle internal diagnostic data, it is necessary to collect diagnostic data of ECU (Electronic Control Unit) included in various automotive parts. Diagnostic communication can be used to collect diagnostic data of ECU. In this paper, the method of collecting diagnostic data according to ECU function through standard diagnostic communication and the diagnostic communication module were analyzed. Among the standard modules of AUTOSAR, a standard for automotive electronics used by many automobile manufacturers, the diagnostic communication module was studied, and the process of diagnostic data processing through ECU was studied.

  • This paper suggests an e-learning system model, a goal-driven personalized e-learning system, which increase the effectiveness of learning. An e-learning system following this model makes the learner choose the learning goal. The learner's choice would lead learning. Therefore, the system enables a personalized adaptive learning, which will raise the effectiveness of learning. Moreover, this paper proposes a SCORM standard, which modifies SCORM 2004 that has been insufficient to implement the "goal driven personalized e-learning system." We add a data model representing the goal that motivates learning, and propose a standard for statistics on learning objects usage. We propose each standard for contents model and sequencing information model which are parts of "goal driven personalized e-learning system." We also propose that manifest file should be added for the standard for contents model, and the file which represents the information of hierarchical structure and general learning paths should be added for the standard for sequencing information model. As a result, the system could sequence and search learning objects. We proposed an e-learning system and modified SCORM standards by considering the many factors of adaptive learning. We expect that the system enables us to optimally design personalized e-learning system.

  • This study was to carry out interview and survey of currently marketed foundation garment, focusing on manufacturers, on the basis of data of Year 2004 SIZE KOREA in 2004, to re-establish suitable age range and standard size, to simplify size interval scale and size system and to revise the standard for consumers' easy understanding and availability; The findings of this study are as follows. 1. Considering the age, in which a bra is worn, has reduced socially, the applicable age range was expanded into $8{\sim}80$ years old, which was divided into for junior and for adult. 2. For bra size, the standard title changed into the foundation garments size standard, in which girdle and bodysuit were included. 3. Basic physical parts for establishing for bra size are underbust and bust. Interval scale of under bust and bust was 5cm and 2.5cm, respectively. And basic physical parts are waist and hip girth for girdle, and underbust, bust, and hip girth for bodysuit. 4. For bra size, underbust girth was applied together with bra-cup size without 'cm' unit. For bra-cup size, difference between underbust and bust was represented as English alphabet. In other words, AAA means that difference between under bust and bust is 5cm. AA, A, B, C and D means that the difference are 7.5cm, 10cm, 12.5cm, 15cm and 17.5cm. 5. For girdle size, waist girth was applied together with hip girth without 'cm' unit. And for bodysuit size, underbust girth was applied together with cup size like bra size, and English alphabet represented hip girth range.

The basic entitles are classified into groups in order to enhance the drawing efficiency of computer aided design system based on GT concept.
