Objectives : Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a demyelination disease of central nervous system, presenting a various neurological disorders depending on the lesion. In the view of oriental medicine, MS is similar to Flaccidity-syndrome(痿證). Also, since MS is a chronic disease which repeats the recurrences with periods of remission of the symptoms in between, it may usually be accompanied by depression. However, the etiology, treatment, and cause of recurrence of MS remain unknown, and also, as the recurrences of MS have been repeated, disease burden has been accumulated, which aggravates disorder. This case of MS experienced depression after the patient had been diagnosed as bad consequence based on the past 5 times recurrences of multiple sclerosis. Methods : We saw the causes as vicera and bowels functional disorder which might have come from a poor diet. Thus, we diagnosed this case as dual deficiency of spleen and kidney(脾腎兩虛), stagnant qi transforming into fire(氣鬱化火) and liver-kidney deficiency(肝腎不足) and treated it with Herb medication, acupuncture therapy, and supportive therapy, making the patient better. Results : We have improved the patient's condition to the time before 5th recurrence. Conclusions : This result suggests that our oriental medical treatments was effective on multiple sclerosis with depression.

While the reduction of industrial accidents has been stagnant, many researchers have been studying and focusing on safety behaviors including safety perception, attitude and safety culture as a new solution as well as a turning-point of this issue. However, we do not pay attention to those studies and researches in Korean construction. Therefore, this study is to introduce preceding researches and case studies in other countries and suggest a new direction to Korean construction. This study found out the current situation and problems in Korean construction studies after tracing the safety perception, attitude and safety culture in Korea and reviewing the background and trend of overseas studies and researches with regard to safety behaviors. Fundamental researches and systematic studies must be conducted in Korean construction with the reference and research data of this study.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a actual conditions and expert's role on the green tourism in rural community. There are four types of green tourism in rural villages. It is an alternative tourism that has naturalism and sustainability, not mass tourism. I can find it is a one of the new rural development method in a point of view of rural people's income. Green tourism requires a participation of village peoples. So, management hang on not government office, but village people themselves. By surveying green tourism villages in the case of this study, I propose a few results as follow; firstly, green tourism of Korea will give an innovation to stagnant rural society. Secondly, rural people themselves must participate directly in development and guidance, when every programs are advanced. Thirdly, through this project of green tourism, we expect that urban and rural symbiosisically have a network.

Population projections provides useful basic information for the need of economic resources and labor forces. The National Office of Statistics(NSO) presents population projections for the whole country and some of higher level local governments, but not do projections of the lower level local governments. Here are some projection methods as Hamilton-Perry methods and modified auto regression methods, which are compared to cohort method published by NSO in case of Daegu metropolitan city. The simulation results are a little stagnant with modified auto regression, but a little declines are shown with NSO and HP method, for 2010, 2015 and 2020 year, respectively.

Water vapor permeability of films is commonly calculated from the water vapor transmission rate of the film measured using a permeability cup method which is essentially a gravimetric method. This method was originally developed for petroleum based plastic films with low water vapor permeability. In the case of hydrophilic bio-polymer films, the resistance caused by a stagnant air layer, which is developed between the underside of the film mounted on the cup and the surface of the desiccant saturated salt solution or distilled water, can be significant and, if neglected, ran lead to underestimation of water vapor transmission rates. Therefore, it is necessary to correct water vapor transmission rate data to accurately estimate the water vapor permeability of bio-polymer films.

New and renewable has the potential to play an important role in providing energy with sustainability to Vietnamese people. Over the past few years, the Vietnamese government has promulgated several policies in an effort to promote the use of new and renewable energy. However, the development of new and renewable energy in Vietnam is still stagnant, the share of new and renewable energy in total commercial energy is insignificant. The study aims to analyze the developments in renewable energy policies and prospects for Vietnam based on the Korean experience in promoting new and renewable energy. By referring to the policy instruments adopted by the Korean government as well as the results of these policy, recommendations and proposals are provided in order to overcome the barriers to the new and renewable development in Vietnam.

The success story of E-mart fascinated many academics and practitioners alike. Though E-mart began as a nameless discount store in Chang-dong, Seoul in 1993, it has transformed itself into a leading distribution company and one of the most powerful brands in Korea. Surprisingly, it achieved the great success against the two crises it met: the national economic crisis and the invasion of the global giant Walmart. The main objective of this case study is to formally examine how E-mart overcame the two crises. More specifically, this case study highlights the ways with which E-mart turned those difficulties into opportunities for growth. In our examination of the E-mart case, we could clearly see E-mart's competence and spirit that allowed it to turn crises into advantageous opportunities. E-mart attracted the customers who wanted value-oriented consumption by its positioning as the "Lowest price discount store", when consumer sentiment was frozen under the economic crisis. Furthermore, when a large-scale foreign discount store like Walmart entered the Korea market, E-mart built its core competencies as the 'Korean style discount store'. These ingenious positioning and efforts resulted in E-mart taking over their archrival, Walmart, and forced the global Goliath to exit the Korean market. The case of E-mart's effective crisis management teaches many important lessons and a few core lessons that apply to many companies. One such lesson is the importance of positioning which enabled E-mart to turn crises into opportunities. Granted, the strategy of positioning as the 'Korean style discount store', or 'Lowest price discount store' was possible due to overall support with cost reduction, development and management of their own system, an apprentice educate system, etc. based on an excellent selection of location of the store and efficient distribution systems. Still, the positioning strategy of E-mart was truly ground breaking in distancing itself from its competitors. The lessons from E-mart will help those companies currently in a stagnant situation or a crisis to turn their obstacles into great success.

The number of large scale greenhouses has recently been increasing to cope with mass consumption of agricultural product. Korean government announced a new development plan for constructing greenhouse complex in reclaimed lands for the purpose of improvement in exports and activation of domestic market of agricultural product. Wind environment in the reclaimed land is totally different from that of inland area, and it can give a strong influence on ventilation performance of naturally ventilated greenhouse facilities. In this study, internal airflow analysis of naturally ventilated greenhouse built on a reclaimed land was conducted using wind tunnel and PIV for validation research. Later, the PIV measured results will be used to improve the accuracy of 3 dimensional CFD simulation in the future. Wind profile at a reclaimed land was produced using ESDU program and it was applied to the wind tunnel. The calculated error was only 5% and 0.96 of correlation coefficient, implying that the computed profiles were designed properly. From the measured results, when external wind speed changed from $1m{\cdot}s^{-1}$ to $1.5m{\cdot}s^{-1}$, air velocities inside the greenhouse which PIV measured were also increased proportionately in case of both side vent open and side-roof vent open. Considering reduced ratio of air velocity inside the greenhouse, it was measured a minimum of 40% in case of side vent and 30% in case of side-roof vent compared with external wind speed from each vent type. From the quantitative and qualitative PIV analysis, the PIV measured results indicated that there were well ventilated and stagnant areas in the greenhouse according to external wind condition as well as ventilation design.

Objectives : Jeon-Jeung(癲證) is one of negative symptoms from schizophrenia in Western medecine, which causes flattening of affect, emotional bluntness, and avolition. Compared with positive symptoms of schizophrenia, there is no established treatments that have been proved to be effective for negative symptoms, and since negative symptoms are chronically processed, they finally lead to devastate the mental health. Since Jeon-Jeung(癲證) is usually in set in adolescent period and tends to become chronic through life time, it is important to start getting treatments in early stage by being distinguished from other diseases, such as anxiety disorder. A patient in this case was affective blunting, general weakness, and delusion when sixteen years old. However, he refused to get Western medicine treatment and wanted oriental medicine treatment. Methods : The patient in this case had been suffered from severe stress from his family since he was young and had kept having irregular and unhealthy eating habits. Therefore, he diagnosed stagnant qi transforming into fire(氣鬱化火), heart blood deficiency(心血虛), and spleen-stomach deficiency cold(脾胃虛寒) and since then he had received several treatments including herbal treatment, acupumcture treatment, supportive therapy, and family therapy. These treatments were successful and reduced the level of symptoms. After discharged from the hospital, he had continued receiving outpatient treatment with his family for 8 months and his progress had been still observed after the discharge. Results : The symptoms of patient had been almost reduced and eliminated after he received 29days of admission treatment and the patient got better and better and now lives a normal life 8 months outpatient treatment. Conclusions : This result suggests that our oriental medical treatments and family treatments was effective on schizophrenia.

1. Objectives pneumonia is the infection of the lungs. The typical symptoms of is cough, sputum, fever, chest pain, infiltration of chest X-ray. We have tried researching effect of herbal medicine Soeumin Doksampalmulkeunja-tang(獨蔘八物君子湯). 2. Methods This patient with serious fever, sputum which were caused by aspiration pneumonia was treated by Doksampalmulkeunja-tang(獨蔘八物君子湯), who was diagnosed as Soeumin 3. Results Doksampalmulkeunja-tang(獨蔘八物君子湯) is effective against the fever. sputum symptom of Soeumin. The chest PA test were improved. 4. Conclusions The consitutional treatment with herb-medicine may have effect on fever symptom of Soeumin. Soeumin Exterior febrile Disease must be treated by raising the stagnant yang qi. Further study on Soeumin Exterior febrile Disease is needed.
