Verilog-HDL-based modeling can be performed to confirm the fast operation characteristics after setting the design parameters of each block considering the stability of the system by performing linear phase-domain modeling on the phase-locked loop. This paper proposed Verilog-HDL modeling including DCO noise and DTC nonlinear characteristic. After completing the modeling, the time-domain transient simulation can be performed to check the feasibility and the functionality of the proposed PLL system, then the phase noise result from the system design based on the functional model can be verified comparing with the ideal phase noise graph. As a result of the comparison of simulation time (6 us), the Verilog-HDL-based modeling method (1.43 second) showed 484 times faster than the analog transistor level design (692 second) implemented by TSMC 0.18-㎛.
In the missile actuator system, the time and position of the wings of the drive device are very important factors in the initial maneuver of the missile, and therefore, the missile actuator device must be inspected while ensuring the accuracy and real-time of motion collection data of the actuator. In this study, the difference between the design and implementation method for checking the existing actuator device and the design implementation method of the actuator device through the DAQ(Data Acquisition) device is compared, and the difference in data collection amount and real-time data collection performance is compared and tested, and the data shown through actual tests are compared. is converted into a graph, the actuator waveform is compared and analyzed, and based on the analyzed data, DAQ device inspection configuration that guarantees real-time response speed and stability during inspection of existing actuators and DAQ devices is proposed.

In this paper, when a gain grating and a refractive index grating exist simultaneously in a DFB laser diode having a wavelength of 1.55 ㎛, an anti-reflection coating is applied to the right mirror surface so that ρr=0. In case of δL<0, the characteristics of the oscillation frequency and oscillation gain have been analyzed. Whenever the phase of the grating on the left side of the mirror continuously decreases by π/2, the δL value of each oscillation mode decreases by about 0.6 to the left of the graph lines of each oscillation mode. The case of the oscillation mode having the lowest threshold gain is the case of κL=10, and in this case, the mode selectivity is relatively low compared to the case of other values of κL. From κL=0.1 to κL=6, the mode selectivity and the frequency stability are excellent. As the mode selectivity is excellent, the frequency stability is excellent. Compared to the case with two cleaved mirrors, the DFB laser diode with anti-reflection coating increases the threshold gain of the oscillation mode by about 2 times, but the mode selectivity becomes about 2 times better.
Rainfall-induced landslides are caused by reduction of effective stress and shear strength due to rainfall infiltration. In order to analyze the susceptibility of landslides, the statistical analysis approach has been used widely but this approach has the limitation which cannot take into account of landslide triggering mechanism. Therefore, the physically based model which can consider the process of landslide occurrence was proposed and commonly used. However, the most previous physically based model analyses evaluate and consider the strength characteristics for saturated soil only in the susceptibility analysis. But the strength parameters for unsaturated soil such as matric suction should be considered with the strength parameters for saturated soil since the shear strength in unsaturated soil also plays important role in the stability of slope. Consequently this study suggested the modified physically based slope model which can evaluate strength characteristics for both of saturated and unsaturated soils. In addition, this study evaluated the thickness of saturated part in slope with rainfall intensity and hydraulic characteristics of slope on the basis of physically based model. In order to evaluate the feasibility, the proposed model was applied to practical example in Jinbu area, Gangwon-do, which was experienced large amount of landslides in July 2006. The ROC graph analysis was used to evaluate the validation of the model, and the analysis results were compared with the results of the previous analysis approach.

Consensus, that aims to converge the states of agents to the same states through information exchanges between agents, has been widely studied to control the multi-agent systems. In real systems, the measurement variables of each agent may be different, the loss of information across communication may occur, and the different networks for each state may need to be constructed for safety. Moreover, the input saturation and the disturbances in the system may cause instability. Therefore, this paper studies the PID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)-based consensus control to achieve the swarm behavior of the multi-agent systems considering the heterogeneous state information, the input saturations, and the disturbances. Specifically, we consider the multiple follower agents and the single leader agent modeled by the second-order systems, and investigate the conditions to achieve the consensus based on the stability of the error system. It is confirmed that the proposed algorithm can achieve the consensus if only the connectivity of the position graph is guaranteed. Moreover, by extending the consensus algorithm, we study the formation control problem for the multi-agent systems. Finally, the validity of the proposed algorithm was verified through the simulations.

This study developed a portable respiratory training device to improve breathing stability, which is an important element in using the CyberKnife Synchrony respiratory tracking device, one of the typical Stereotactic Radiation Therapy (SRT) devices. It produced an interface for users to be able to select one of two displays, a graph type and a bar type, supported an auditory system that helps them expect next respiration by improving a sense of rhythm of their respiratory period, and provided comfortable respiratory inducement. By targeting 5 applicants and applying individual respiratory period detected through a self-developed program, it acquired signal data of 'guide respiration' that induces breathing through signal data gained from 'free respiration' and an auditory system, and evaluated the usability by comparing deviation average values of respiratory period and respiratory amplitude. It could be identified that respiratory period decreased $55.74{\pm}0.14%$ compared to free respiration, and respiratory amplitude decreased $28.12{\pm}0.10%$ compared to free respiration, which confirmed the consistency and stability of respiratory. SBRT, developed based on these results, using the portable respiratory training device, for liver cancer or lung cancer, is evaluated to be able to help reduce delayed treatment time due to respiratory instability and improve treatment accuracy, and if it could be applied to developing respiratory training applications targeting an android-based portable device in the future, even use convenience and economic efficiency are expected.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to analyze the mechanical and leaf speed accuracy of the dynamic multileaf collimator (DMLC) and determine the appropriate period of quality assurance (QA). Materials and Methods : The quality assurance of the DMLC equipped with Millennium 120 leaves has been performed total 92 times from January 2012 to June 2014. The the accuracy of leaf position and isocenter coincidence for MLC were checked using the graph paper and Gafchromic EBT film, respectively. The stability of leaf speed was verified using a test file requiring the leaves to reach maximum leaf speed during the gantry rotation. At the end of every leaf speed QA, dynamic dynalog files created by MLC controller were analyzed using dynalog file viewer software. This file concludes the information about the planned versus actual position for all leaves and provides error RMS (root-mean square) for individual leaf deviations and error histogram for all leaf deviations. In this study, the data obtained from the leaf speed QA were used to screen the performance degradation of leaf speed and determine the need for motor replacement. Results : The leaf position accuracy and isocenteric coincidence of MLC was observed within a tolerance range recommanded from TG-142 reports. Total number of motor replacement were 56 motors over whole QA period. For all motors replaced from QA, gradually increased patterns of error RMS values were much more than suddenly increased patterns of error RMS values. Average error RMS values of gradually and suddenly increased patterns were 0.298 cm and 0.273 cm, respectively. However, The average error RMS values were within 0.35 cm recommended by the vendor, motors were replaced according to the criteria of no counts with misplacement > 1 cm. On average, motor replacement for gradually increased patterns of error RMS values 22 days. 28 motors were replaced regardless of the leaf speed QA. Conclusion : This study performed the periodic MLC QA for analyzing the mechanical and leaf speed accuracy of the dynamic multileaf collimator (DMLC). The leaf position accuracy and isocenteric coincidence showed whthin of MLC evaluation is observed within the tolerance value recommanded by TG-142 report. Based on the result obtained from leaf speed QA, we have concluded that QA protocol of leaf speed for DMLC was performed at least bimonthly in order to screen the performance of leaf speed. The periodic QA protocol can help to ensure for delivering accurate IMRT treatment to patients maintaining the performance of leaf speed.

Purpose: Modern radiation therapy technique such as IGRT has become a routine clinical practice on LINAC for decrease patient's set-up error. CBCT can be used to adjust patient set-up error and treat patient more accurately. The Purpose of this study is to evaluate field size of CBCT for improving Image quality and suggest reference date of CBCT field size. Materials and Methods: Image date were acquired using KV CBCT and Catphan phantom (Half fan and full fan mode were scanned from 2 ~16 cm, at intervals of 2 cm). Field size were categorized by Small field size (2 cm, 4 cm), Medium field size (8 cm, 10 cm), Large field size (more than 14 cm) and evaluate. To estimated the CTDi using CTDi phantom and Ion chamber. Results: CT number linearity of Small and Large field size are greater than Medium field size. Spatial resolution are not significantly different without Small field size. But half fan mode is more different than full fan mode. In full fan, except Medium field size, all field size exceed recommendation for HU uniformity. But half pan has stability for all field except Small field size. CTDi makes radical sign function graph in Medium field size. Conclusion: The worst result was given by Small field size for Image quality and practically. Medium field size can be useful to prevent patient from radiation exposure and give better Image quality. So this study recommends that Medium field size (8~10 cm) is more suitable for CBCT.
Study on growth change of dental arch is considered to both an important data in orthodontic diagonsis and treatment planning as well as analysis of treatment results , also, arch form is important in anthropology and dentistry, even more so in prosthodontics and orthodontics. In the field of orthodontics, studies on the functional aspect of upper and lower teeth and maintenance of stability of dentition and occlusion were carried out from the early days. Some of the early studies include explanation of growth change in dental arch from measuring directly fom human stroll, and afterwards, cephalometrics x-rays were introduced; accordingly, studies using cephalometric measurement and linear measurements of study models were often performed. By this method, arch width, arch depth and perimeters were measured, and growth change or dental arch was studied. The subject ror this study were sn children(boys and girls or ages from 3 yens to 12 years from Kang-won district and Seoul, who has no history of orthodontic treatment and who show healthy status and normal growth and development. Cephalometric x-ray, panoramic x-ray, and study model were taken for each subject consecutively for 2 years, and the subjects are still followed up. 400 pairs of study models from the past two years were used in this study; mesio-distal diameater of each tooth, intercanine width, intermolar width, canine depth, molar depth and arch perimeters were measured. Afterwards, mean value and each standard deviation of each age group and each gender were obtained, and representation graph were drawn. The following conclusion were obtained. 1. Intercanine width showed gradual increase until the age of 10-years and after that, showed no increase. 2. Intermolar width in upper arch showed gradual increase : intermolar width in lower arch showed no significant chang, and after the age of 9-years, showed increase. 3. Cainine arch depth showed relatively rapid increase after the age of 6-years, and this pattern was more obvious in lower arch. 4. Molar arch depth increased gradually in both archs and it decrease after the age of 10-years : this phenomenon was more prominent in the lower arch. 5. Arch perimeter showed gradual inerease and convert to plateau at the age of 10-years, after that, it decreased. this pattern was more prominent in lower arch.
Purpose The present study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of the respiratory gating method used in the flow mode and additional localized respiratory-gated imaging, which differs from the step and go method. Materials and Methods Respiratory gated imaging was performed in the flow mode to twenty patients with lung cancer (10 patients with stable signals and 10 patients with unstable signals), who underwent PET/CT scanning of the torso using Biograph mCT Flow PET/CT at Bundang Seoul University Hospital from June 2016 to September 2016. Additional images of the lungs were obtained by using the respiratory gating method. SUVmax, SUVmean, and Tumor Volume ($cm^3$) of non-gating images, gating images, and additional lung gating images were found with Syngo, bia (Siemens, Germany). A paired t-test was performed with GraphPad Prism6, and changes in the width of the amplitude range were compared between the two types of gating images. Results The following results were obtained from all patients when the respiratory gating method was applied: $SUV_{max}=9.43{\pm}3.93$, $SUV_{mean}=1.77{\pm}0.89$, and $Tumor\;Volume=4.17{\pm}2.41$ for the non-gating images, $SUV_{max}=10.08{\pm}4.07$, $SUV_{mean}=1.75{\pm}0.81$, and $Tumor\;Volume=3.56{\pm}2.11$ for the gating images, and $SUV_{max}=10.86{\pm}4.36$, $SUV_{mean}=1.77{\pm}0.85$, $Tumor\;Volume=3.36{\pm}1.98$ for the additional lung gating images. No statistically significant difference in the values of $SUV_{mean}$ was found between the non-gating and gating images, and between the gating and lung gating images (P>0.05). A significant difference in the values of $SUV_{max}$ and Tumor Volume were found between the aforementioned groups (P<0.05). The width of the amplitude range was smaller for lung gating images than gating images for 12 from 20 patients (3 patients with stable signals, 9 patients with unstable signals). Conclusion In PET/CT scanning using the respiratory gating method in the flow mode, any lesion movements caused by respiration were adjusted; therefore, more accurate measurements of $SUV_{max}$, and Tumor Volume could be obtained from the gating images than the non-gating images in this study. In addition, the width of the amplitude range decreased according to the stability of respiration to a more significant degree in the additional lung gating images than the gating images. We found that gating images provide information that is more useful for diagnosis than the one provided by non-gating images. For patients with irregular signals, it may be helpful to perform localized scanning additionally if time allows.
