La0.07Sr0.3Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ 분리막의 제조 및 산소투과 특성 (Preparation and Oxygen Permeation Properties of La0.07Sr0.3Co0.2Fe0.8O3-δ Membrane)

  • 구연산법을 이용하여 $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-{\delta}$ 산화물을 합성하였으며, 합성된 분말은 압축 성형 후 $1300^{\circ}C$에서 소결하여 치밀한 페롭스카이트 분리막을 제조하였다. 구연산법으로 제조한 $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-{\delta}$의 전구물질은 TGA와 XRD로 분석하였다. $260{\sim}410^{\circ}C$ 온도 영역에서 전구물질의 금속-구연산 복합체가 분해되며 페롭스카이트 산화물이 얻어지나 XRD 분석결과 $900^{\circ}C$ 이하에서는 $SrCO_3$가 불순물로 존재하였다. 분리막의 전기전도도는 온도가 증가함에 따라 증가하다. 결정격자의 산소 손실로 인해 공기분위기에서는 $700^{\circ}C$ ($Po_2=0.2atm$)부터, 헬륨분위기에서는 $600^{\circ}C$ ($Po_2=0.01atm$) 부터 각각 감소하였다. 산소투과량은 온도가 증가할수록 증가하였고, 두께 1.6 mm의 $La_{0.7}Sr_{0.3}Co_{0.2}Fe_{0.8}O_{3-{\delta}$ 분리막은 $950^{\circ}C$에서 $0.31cm^3/cm^2{\cdot}min$의 최대 투과도를 보였다. 산소투과에 대한 활성화 에너지는 $750{\sim}950^{\circ}C$ 온도 영역에서 88.4 kJ/mol이었다. 40 h의 투과실험 후에 분리막의 페롭스카이트 결정 구조는 변하지 않았으며 0.3 mol Sr doping 시 2차상이 생성되지 않고 안정하였다.

  • $>LaMnO_3$$(La, Sr)MO_3$, and $(La, Sr)MO_3/YSZ$ gel films were deposited by spin-coating technique on scandium-doped zirconia (YSZ) substrate using the precursor solution prepared from $La(O-i-C_3H_7)_3$, $Co(CH_3COO)_2$or $Mn(O-i-C_3H_7)_2$,2-methoxyethanol, and polyethylene glycol. By heat-treating the gel films, the electrochemical cells, $(La, Sr)MnO_3{\mid}ScSZ{\mid}Pt$ were fabricated. The effect of polyethylene glycol on the microstructure evolution of $$LaCoO_3and $LaMnO_3$thin films was investigated, and NOx decomposition characteristics of the electrochemical cells were investigated at $500^{\circ}C$ to $600^{\circ}C$. By applying a direct current to the $(La, Sr)MnO_3{\mid}ScSZ{\mid}Pt$ electrochemical cell, good NOx conversion rate could be obtained relatively at low current value even if excess oxygen is included in the reaction gas mixture.

  • In this paper, Effect of $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$ on low temperature sintering and dielectric property of thick films has been investigated for variable capacitor on high frequency. The thick films were fabricated by the tape casting and then the structural and dielectric properties as a function of an addition composition ratio and sintering temperature were studied. For the thick film sintered at $1050^{\circ}C$, it was densified to 96% of $BaSrTiO_3$ theoretical density by the addition of 10 $wt{\cdot}%$ $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$. Dielectric constant increased and Curie temperature lowered with the increased of $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$ content, which probably can be explained by the substitution of $Ba^{3+},Li^{1+}$ on $RaTiO_3$ lattice. The tunability and dielectric loss of the $BaSrTiO_3/Li_2CO_3$ thick film, sintered at $1350^{\circ}C$, were about 26% and 0.234 at $10{\sim}15MHz$, respectively.

Optimization red emission of SrMoO4: Eu3+ via hydro-thermal co-precipitation synthesis using orthogonal experiment

  • In the present study, the $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors has been synthesized through hydro-thermal co-precipitation method, and single factor and orthogonal experiment method was adopted to find optimal synthesis condition. It is interesting to note that hydro-thermal temperature is a prominent effect on the luminescent intensity of $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ red phosphor, followed by co-precipitation temperature, calcining time, and the doping amount of $Eu^{3+}$. The optimal synthesis conditions were obtained: hydro-thermal temperature is $145^{\circ}C$, co-precipitation temperature is $35^{\circ}C$, the calcining time is 2.5 h, and the doping amount of activator $Eu^{3+}$ is 25%. Subsequently, the crystalline particle size, phase composition and morphology of the synthesized phosphors were evaluated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that these phosphors possess a scheelite-type tetragonal structure, and the particle size is about $0.2{\mu}m$. Spectroscopic investigations of the synthesized phosphors are carried out with the help of photo-luminescence excitation and emission analysis. The studies reveal that $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphor efficiently convert radiation of 394 nm-592 and 616 nm for red light, and the luminescence intensity of $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors is improved. $SrMoO_4:Eu^{3+}$ phosphors may be a potential application for enhancing the efficiency of white LEDs.

공침법으로 제초한 SrTiO$_3$바리스터의 전기적 특성 (The Electric Properties of SrTiO$_3$Varistor Prepared by Co-precipitation Process)

  • 공침법을 이용하여 제조한 $SrTiO_3$분말에 $CuO-SiO_2$첨가물을 혼합하여 저전압구동형 SrTiO$_3$세라믹 바리스터 소자를 제조하였다. $CuO-SiO_2$첨가물을 이용한 $SrTiO_3$세라믹 바리스터제조 공정은 복잡한 공정을 단순화시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 일반적인 소결온도보다 100~$150^{\circ}C$ 낮은 온도에서도 소결이 되었다. 이 바리스터의 비직선계수($\alpha$) 값은 첨가물 5 wt% 혼합하여 $1350^{\circ}C$에서 하소한 시편에서 8.47의 최고값을 나타냈으며, 이때의 구동전압은 7 V 이하로 낮은 구동전압을 가진 바리스터를 제조할 수 있었다.

Crystalline Phases and Dielectric Properties of Crystallized Glasses in the System (Ca, Sr, Ba) O-Al2O3-B2O3-SiO2-TiO2

  • Crystallization of glasses in the system (Ca, Sr, Ba)$O-Al_2O_3-B_2O_3-SiO_2-TiO_2$ and dielectric properties of crystallized glasses were investigated. As increasing B2O3 content and decreasing SiO2 content in the glass, the major crystalline phase changed from $(Sr, Ba)_2TiSi_2O_8$ to (Ca, Sr, Ba)TiO3, the dielectric constant of crystallized glasses increased and the Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance (TCC) changed to negative. The dielectric constant and TCC was estimated for (Sr, Ba)2TiSi2O8 phase as 18 and -440 $ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively and for (Ca, Sr, Ba)TiO3 phase as 307 and -1900 $ppm/^{\circ}C$, respectively. The dielectric properties of (Ca, Sr, Ba)TiO3 phase (in this study) were similar to those of (Ca, Ba) TiO_3 solid-solution^12)$, but $(Sr, Ba)_2TiSi_2O_8$ phase (in this study) and $Sr_2TiSi_2O_\;8^4$ showed the different properties.

  • Self-patterning of thin films using photosensitive sol solution has advantages such as simple manufacturing process compared to photoresist/dry etching process. In this study, ferroelectric $Sr_{0.9}Bi_{2.1}Ta_2O_9$(SBT) and $La_{0.5}Sr_{0.5}CoO_3$(LSCO)thin films have been prepared by spin coating method using photosensitive sol solution. $Sr(OC_2H5)_2$, $Bi(TMHD)_3$ and $Ta(OC_2H)_5)_5$ were used as starting materials for SBT solution and $La(OCH_2CH_2OCH_3)_3$, $Sr(OC_2H_5)_2$, $CO(OCH_2CH_2OCH_3)_2$ were used for LSCO solution. Solubility difference by UV irradiation on LSCO thin film allows to obtain a fine patterning due to M-O-M bond formation. The lowest resistivity($4{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}cm$) of LSCO thin films was obtained by annealing at $740^{\circ}C$.

Aragonite의 제조에 관한 연구 (Ⅱ) 소석회 현탁액의 탄산화반응에 의한 주상형 아라고나이트 생성 (Studies on the Preparation of Aragonite (Ⅱ): Formation of Pillar Aragonite by the Carbonation of Slake Lime Suspension)

  • 정선산 소석회($(Sr(OH)_2=0.053 wt%)$) 현탁액을 사용하여 반응온도 30-80$^{\circ}C$에서 $CO_2$가스를 흡수시키는 탄산화로 aragonite의 생성과정을 조사하였다. 반응초기에 사방정형 $SrCO_3$ 핵을 생성하고, 이 핵은 기-액 경계면의 액체경막에서 핵 성장에 유리한 $CO_3^{2-}$(aq)이 작용하여 종결정aragonite로 성장하고, 반응종료시 주상형 aragonite를 생성하였다. 반응온도 40$^{\circ}C$에서는 $CO_2$(aq)의 농도를 조절하여 반응초기에 생성된 SrCO/sub 3/ 핵을 중심으로 성장시켜 aragonite를 생성하였다. 그리고 이리산 소석회$(OH)_2/=0.011 wt%$) 현탁액에 소량의 $Sr(OH)_2$을 첨가하고, $OH^-$(aq)와 $CO_2$(aq)의 농도를 조절한 탄산화 반응으로 단경 0.1-0.2${\mu}m$, 장경 1-2${\mu}m$의 주상형 aragonite을 합성하였다.
