The purpose of this study is to examine the success or failure on the balance beam in element group requirements posture which is bending salto side-ward tucked through kinetic analysis. The national team players were participated. The goal was to present training methods to coaches and athletes so as to provide scientifically useful information. The results from this study were summarized as below. When the performance was successful, the features of the body's center of gravity during the side somersault motion showed to spread from the center of the balance beam and the center of the gravity moved to the direction of the body's rotation. In the spring sections - event2 and 3, when the performance was successful, up/down fluctuation became more wider and increased air time. It supported the result that the projecting variable was higher than in failure trial. In addition, the right side hip joint angles and speed, and angular velocity as jumping up for a leap were larger than in failure trial. Those variables showed the optimal conditions for a leap. By increasing the speed of the upper limb from the shoulder and the speed of the shoulder joint angular velocity, the momentum was increased. Especially the right side shoulder joint angular velocity increased dramatically because the right leg was held. As to the side somersault motion, the angular momentum of successful trial with respect to x-axis was bigger than failed trial. It indicated that the increasing angular momentum with respect to x-axis was an important factor in flying motion. Besides, as to side somersault, the appropriate proportion of angular momentum with respect to y-axis and z-axis was a key to successful trails.
Korea's economic development plans instituted in the 1970's, affected by the growth centered policy and rapid industrialization, have prevailed without having aviation safety management system, along with the safety of the other various means of transportation, settled in its place, and subsequently, the aviation accidents occurred until the beginning of year 2000 have incurred an enormous social expense, not to say of a massive loss of human lives. Especially, with regard to the causal factors of accidents, most of recent accidents have been associated with human factor of airmen, thus, only if this can be detected in advance and prevented, the aircraft accident rate will be reduced by a large margin. Therefore, in order to develope improvement methods on the safety system of civil aviation, in this study, safety management system has been divided into three stages: an advance preventive system, a handling system at an accident's occurrence and a post accident handling system, and thereby improvement methods on aviation safety have been suggested for each stage. The threatening factors agatinst aviation safety have been found to be the absence of management standards and regulations, the indifference to or the lack of the law abiding apirit as major factors, and in order to improve on which, it is required that the settlement of the institutional safety management system should precede, and that the Government and the aviation industry should also make a continuous effort to identify the threatening factors against aviation safety, and to provide incentives for the law abiding spirit and the attitude of giving top priority to safety to spread among all the employees.
Toxocara vitulorum has been rarely reported in yaks at high altitudes and remote areas of Sichuan Province of Tibetan Plateau of China. The current study was designed to investigate the prevalence, associated risk factors, and phylogenetic characteristics of T. vitulorum in yak calves on the Qinghai Tibetan plateau. Fecal samples were collected from 891 yak calves and were examined for the presence of T. vitulorum eggs by the McMaster technique. A multivariable logistic regression model was employed to explore variables potentially associated with exposure to T. vitulorum infection. T. vitulorum specimens were collected from the feces of yaks in Hongyuan of Sichuan Province, China. DNA was extracted from ascaris. After PCR amplification, the sequencing of ND1 gene was carried out and phylogenetic analyses was performed by MEGA 6.0 software. The results showed that 64 (20.1%; 95% CI 15.8-24.9%), 75 (17.2; 13.8-21.1), 29 (40.9; 29.3-53.2), and 5 (7.6; 2.5-16.8) yak calves were detected out to excrete T. vitulorum eggs in yak calve feces in Qinghai, Tibet, Sichuan, and Gansu, respectively. The present study revealed that high infection and mortality by T. vitulorum is wildly spread on the Qinghai Tibetan plateau, China by fecal examination. Geographical origin, ages, and fecal consistencies are the risk factors associated with T. vitulorum prevalence by logistic regression analysis. Molecular detection and phylogenetic analysis of ND1 gene of T. vitulorum indicated that T. vitulorum in the yak calves on the Qinghai Tibetan plateau are homologous to preveiously studies reported.
The purpose of this study was to provide the basic information on the cookies made with garlic and to investigate quality characteristics of them using chemical and sensory evaluation of cookies. Cookie samples were prepared with shredded garlic at varied levels of 0, 3, 6 and 9%. The pH of the dough significantly decreased by the addition of garlic. Dough density of control showed significantly lower values than those of 3% added sample groups. Spreadability of control had significantly higher values than the other samples. Texture measurement showed that the addition of garlic had no significant effect on cookie texture. Sensory evaluation resulted that the properties of crack, garlic aroma, garlic taste and brittleness of cookies tended to increase as the addition levels of garlic were increased. The cookies with 3% and 6% garlic had similar or significantly higher acceptance scores in all of the properties examined than those of control.
The characteristics of cookies added asparagus (Asparagus officinals L.) powder were analyzed by chemical and sensory evaluation. Samples were prepared with different levels (0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 5%) of freeze-dried asparagus powder. The lowest pH of the cookie dough was pH 6.26 in the 5% asparagus powder added group. Density value of cookie dough was decreased by increase of asparagus powder addition volume. Spread factor and hardness of cookie was significantly increased by addition of asparagus powder. And hardness was the highest in 5% asparagus powder added cookie, however there was no remarkable different between 0.5~1% added group and control. Hunter color L and a-value of dough was decreased significantly, while b-value was increased when concentration of asparagus powder was added greater than 3%. L-value of cookie was significantly decreased with larger of asparagus powder addition volume and the lowest in the 5% asparagus powder added group (55.38). Hunter a-value of cookie showed not significantly differences in all groups. The sensory evaluation was not observed significantly differences by terms of color (3.77~4.77), brittleness (4.11~4.88), flavor (3.88~4.55), taste (4.11~5.00) and overall acceptability (4.00~4.77). From these results, we suggest that asparagus powder addition is possible up to 5% and is good ingredient for increasing the acceptability and functionality of cookies.

As of June 2008, the government's expansion policy for the long-term care service infrastructure has achieved an outstanding 96.4% occupancy rate of facilities across the country. Despite such achievement, practical issues including the physical lack of facilities, disproportional regional spread and decline in government accountability have raised concerns about the effectiveness of the policy's implementation. This study was aimed at defining the implementation procedure of expansion policy for long-term care service infrastructure, analyzing variables that affect it, examining the problems revealed in implementation procedure, and suggesting improved plan on that policy. Research methods were to review literatures on infrastructure expansion policy, to conduct case studies on K province, C city and 4(2 corporations and 2 privately owned) facilities in C city for studying practical implementation procedure on a local government level, and to use Alexander(1985)'s framework for analyzing variables of policy implementation. As a result of this study, policy variables including the clarity and adequacy of policy goal, nature of service providers, task and responsibility between government authorities, and implementation variables such as propensity toward budget allocation, financial restraint, swift utilization of budgets and the streamlining of involved procedures and inter-agency relations stood out as the main factors affecting policy implementation. In adddition, this study suggested several improvement measures such as accounting facilities need based on real local demand and supporting to private participation and so on.
How effectively a wind farm captures high market prices can greatly influence a wind farm's viability. This research identifies and creates an understanding of the effects that result in various capture prices (average revenue earned per unit of generation) that can be seen among different wind farms, in the current and future competitive SMP (System Marginal Price) market in South Korea. Through the use of a neural network to simulate changes in SMP caused by increased renewables, based on the Korea Institute of Energy Research's extensive wind resource database for South Korea, the variances in current and future capture prices are modelled and analyzed for both onshore and offshore wind power generation. Simulation results shows a spread in capture price of 5.5% for the year 2035 that depends on both a locations wind characteristics and the generations' correlation with other wind power generation. Wind characteristics include the generations' correlation with SMP price, diurnal profile shape, and capacity factor. The wind revenue cannibalization effect reduces the capture price obtained by wind power generation that is located close to a substantial amount of other wind power generation. In onshore locations wind characteristics can differ significantly/ Hence it is recommended that possible wind development sites have suitable diurnal profiles that effectively capture high SMP prices. Also, as increasing wind power capacity becomes installed in South Korea, it is recommended that wind power generation be located in regions far from the expected wind power generation 'hotspots' in the future. Hence, a suitable site along the east mountain ridges of South Korea is predicted to be extremely effective in attaining high SMP capture prices. Attention to these factors will increase the revenues obtained by wind power generation in a competitive electricity market.

It is over 12 years since the launch of Korea Train eXpress (KTX) services. Demand for the KTX has been on the increase continuously but few studies have been produced related to this phenomenon. KTX passenger demand has been constantly increasing due to influencing factors such as the expansion of network, rise of oil prices, etc. In this study, our main focus is to verify that there are other types of elements that are causing an increase in KTX demand; our approach looks at changes in social and psychological aspect that have occurred due to the reduction of travel time and cost, as well as the imposition of a five-day workweek. In other words, we considered diffusion theory in the marketing area, which affects product selection and purchasing attitudes, as a key factor that is causing passenger demand to increase. That is to say that it is hypothesized that the demand for travel on the KTX has increased due to the train's utility, which is spread by the diffusion effect Therefore, the Bass diffusion model was applied to explain the dramatic increase in KTX passenger demand. Based on this foundation, it was also discussed how certain marketing strategies that incorporate the diffusion effect should be considered variously for sustainable management of rail transportation, while considering a steady passenger demand.
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Lentinus edodes powder on the quality characteristics and antioxidant of rice cookies. The cookies for this experiment was made by 3 main ingredients including rice powder, flour, Lentinus edodes powder. The proportion of rice powder was fixed to 50% for the total amount of ingredients. The amount of reminded 2 ingredients (flour and Lentinus edodes powder) were varied. The amount of flour was decreased up to 38%, and the addition of Lentinus edodes powder was increased to 4%, 8% and 12%. Density of the dough, hardness, total polyphenol content, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, and reducing power increased with increasing Lentinus edodes powder content. Moisture content, pH of the dough, spread factor, loss rate, leavening rate, and L values of the cookies were decreased with increasing Lentinus edodes powder content. The result of consumer acceptance test revealed that there were no significant differences in smell, taste and overall acceptability, while the preference of color decreased as the amount of Lentinus edodes powder increased. To sum up, the cookies with 12% Lentinus edodes powder can produced the best results in terms of quality and antioxidant potential.
This study was intended to conduct a prospective study on the P2P Car-sharing service, which will be established as a new business model in the future, by identifying consumers' intention to accept the technology for the P2P-based Car-sharing service that will be introduced and spread in earnest in the future. The main results are as follows. First, the quality characteristics of the P2P Car-sharing service all have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use of users, and among the quality characteristics, the service characteristics have a relatively strong effect on the perceived usefulness and ease of use, respectively. Second, both perceived usefulness and ease of use had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on users' intention to use P2P Car-sharing service, and ease of use was more dependent on intention to use P2P Car-sharing service. Third, the ease of use of the P2P Car-sharing service had a strong positive(+) effect on their perceived usefulness. As a result of this study, the most important factor to consider in establishing a P2P-based Car-sharing platform is to be constructed in the form of a universal design that prioritizes user convenience rather than usefulness and various functions of the service. It was suggested that UX design should be made, considering the surrounding clues, which are service environment elements.
