The purpose of this study is to improve thermal environment of telecommunication equipment rooms that hold TDX-10, TDX-100, 5ESS-2000, PCM of the latest telecommunication equipment. Analysis program is used the commercial CFD code, Star-CD and DOE-2.1E. The result has been compared by the energy consumption and the temperature contour at the 1 m height of room for each case. Different methods such as the relocation of the existing air-conditioner, the inflow of the ambient air into room, the installation of the forced fan and the cooling system equipment of the duct-connection type have been used to test for improvement of thermal environment. The analysis shows that most efficient method is the inflow of the ambient air into room but auxiliary equipment should be needed to prevent the local thermal spot.
The flow of electrical current through a microscopic actual contact spot between two conductors is influenced by the flow through adjacent contact spots. A smoothed version of this interaction effect is developed and used to predict the contact resistance when the statistical size and spatial distribution of contact spots is known. To illustrate the use of the method, an idealized fractal rough surface is defined using the random midpoint displacement algorithm and the size distribution of contact spots is assumed to be given by the intersection of this surface with a constant height plane. With these assumptions, it is shown that including finer scale detail in the fractal surface, equivalent to reducing the sampling length in the measurement of the surface, causes the predicted resistance to approach the perfect contact limit.

In this study, for efficient replacemen of sensor modelling of high-resolution satellite imagery, image segmentation method is applied to the test area of the SPOT-3 satellite imagery. After that, a third-order polynomial model in the sectioned area is compared with the RFM which is to the entire in the test area. As results, plane error of the third-order polynomial model is lower(approximately 0.8m) than that of RFM. On the other hand, height error of RFM is lower(approximately 1.0m).

Metal three-dimensional (3D) printing technologies are mainly classified as powder bed fusion (PBF) and direct energy deposition (DED) methods according to the method of application of a laser beam to metallic powder. The DED method can be used to fabricate fine and hard 3D metallic structures by applying a strong laser beam to a thin layer of metallic powder. The PBF method involves slicing 3D graphics to be a certain height, laminating metal powders, and making a 3D structure using a laser. While the DED method has advantages such as laser cladding and metallic welding, it causes problems with low density when 3D shapes are created. The PBF method was introduced to address the structural density issues in the DED method and makes it easier to produce relatively dense 3D structures. In this paper, thin lines were produced by using PBF 3D printers with stainless-steel powder of roughly $30{\mu}m$ in diameter with a galvano scanner and fiber-transferred Nd:YAG laser beam. Experiments were carried out to find the optimal conditions for the width of a line depending on the processing times, laser power, spot size, and scan speed. The optimal conditions were two scanning processes in one line structure with a laser power of 30 W, spot size of $28.7{\mu}m$, and scan speed of 200 mm/s. With these conditions, a minimum width of about $85.3{\mu}m$ was obtained.

An optical technique using laser for non-contact measurement of surface roughness and form accuracy of ground surfaces is presented. It is found that, when a ground surface is illuminated by a beam of laser light, the roughness height and slope distribution has significant influence on the pattern of reflection and it maintains an unique Gaussian distribution relationship with the surface roughness. The principle idea of the optical measurement system is therefore monitor the radiation, and then calibrate it in process against surface roughness by means of necessary digital data processing. On the other hand, measuring the form accuracy of a ground surface is accomplished by using a triangular method, which is based on observing the movement of an image of a spot of light projected onto the surface. The image is focused, through a series of lenses for magnification, on a photodetector array lf line configur- ation. Then the relative movement of image and consequently the form accuracy of the surface can be obtained through appropriate calibration procedures. Experimental test showed that the optical roughness measurement technique suggested in this work is very efficient for most industrial applications being capable of monitoring the roughness heights ranging 0.1 to 0.6 .$\mu$m CLA values. And form accuracy can be measured in process with a resolution of 10 .$\mu$m.

This study investigates the relationship between size, illumination, and display of show window. The average width, height, and depth of show windows in Taegu area were 341.3, 233.4, and 125.8cm, respectively. As light source, halogen lamp was most frequently used, followed by fluorescent lamp and incandescence lamp. In the actual illumination, however, a combined use of more than 2 light sources was common Further, a local illumination method, e. g., spot light, was generally adopted. The thought of employers and employees in fashion shops on display and illumination was examined as well. On the whole, the necessity and importance of display were well recognized but the fact that the illumination should be harmonized with other factors such as color and arrangement of goods was underestimated.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the danger signs of buildings and present a plan to install a building monitoring system to develop measurement technology for small private buildings in the blind spot of disaster safety. Method: The cause of building risk behavior, components of monitoring measuring equipment, location of measuring equipment installation, management plan, etc. are presented. Result: Measuring instruments essentially include acceleration sensors, tilt sensors, gyro sensors, GPS, etc. The measuring instrument should take into account the height and cross-sectional area of the pillar. Conclusion: The results of this study can strengthen disaster safety capabilities in preparation for disasters arising from building collapses that may occur in small private buildings.
If stereo images is used for Digital Elevation Model (DEM) generation, a DEM is generally made by matching left image against right image from stereo images. In stereo matching, tie-points are used as initial match candidate points. The number and distribution of tie-points influence the matching result. DEM made from matching result has errors such as holes, peaks, etc. These errors are usually interpolated by neighbored pixel values. In this paper, we propose the DEM generation method combined with automatic tie-points extraction using existing DEM, image pyramid, and interpolating new DEM using existing DEM for more reliable DEM. For test, we used IKONOS, QuickBird, SPOT5 stereo images and a DTED level 2 data. The test results show that the proposed method automatically makes reliable DEMs. For DEM validation, we compared heights of DEM by proposed method with height of existing DTED level 2 data. In comparison result, RMSE was under than 15 m.
There're many cases that should be reconstructed with post and core when clinical crown is destructed. But this post and core restoration may cause damaging stress on the teeth. Previous finite element study was restricted to normal bone model relatively close to cemen-toenamel junction. Moreover, the test of a model with diminished bone support was rare. The purpose of this study is to test the effects of alveolar bone loss on the magnitude, stress distribution and displacement of post reconstructed teeth. In this study, it was assumed that the coronal portion of upper incisor was severely destructed. After conventional endodontic treatment, it was restored with post and core. The PFM restoration was made on it. This crown was cemented with ZPC. Alveolar bone was classified by 4 types of bone, such as normal, 2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm bone, according to the bone loss. Meanwhile, the material of post are divided into 2 types of materials, such as gold, co-cr. Force was applied to two directions. One was fuctional maximum bite force (300 N) applied to the spot just lingual to the incisal edge with the angle of 45 degree to the long axis of the tooth, and the other one was horizontal force (300 N) applied to the labial surface. The results analyzed with three dimensional finite element method were as follows : 1. Stress was concentrated on the adjacent dentin of the post apex, one third portion of the post apex and the labial & lingual mid-portion of the root in all case. The stress of middle third of the root was apparently concentrated on the labial aspect. 2. The stress on adjacent dentin of the post apex and one third of the post apex increased as alveolar bone height moved apically. This increase was dramatic beyond 4 mm bone loss model. 3. The stress of the post apex was spreaded to the middle third of the post and greater than gold post in the case of metal post. 4. The displacement of the neck of post was the greatest in one of the post-cement interface and this increased as alveolar bone height moved apically. Besides the displacement of the metal post is slightly lower than one of the gold post.
Amid of the logistics hub center competition is going to intensifying between the world major port, it is essential to pre-occupied the base in the logistics hub world take advantage of advanced technology of logistics equipment than other ports. In existing container terminal, when container moves the terminal use the omnidirectional and directional antenna in order to exchange data information on the basis of 802.11 wireless network system. Case of loading height of exceeding, the blind sport will occur and a limited frequency channel can't help using in the area. A limited frequency channel usage and nested areas happen to use the closed terminal, it has a great influence to operate the terminal working. In this paper, LTE network is configured provided by the specified company ('L' Corp,.Ltd) and terminal data extracted through LBO (Local Breakout) in the cell site which is configured directly with container terminal operation server. Using this method, container terminal yard equipment operate without overlapping arises with uninterrupted data presented for ways to efficiently. I would suggest both the existing wireless AP LAN configuration of container terminal and new LTE system and applied to the real yard operating devices situations. Through these methods presented comparative the existing network traffic with new constructed LTE configuration. I admired to suggest that wireless network LTE introduction is fundamental factors to get rid of the blind spot, the problem of limited frequency channel and overlapping arises. These essential points can be a continual improving terminal services and more efficient terminal operational management.
