The Effects of Exercise-based Cardiac Rehabilitation Phase II on Pro- and Anti-inflammatory Markers in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation on pro- and anti-inflammatory markers in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS). ACS patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and took medicine during phase II of rehabilitation were recruited for study. Subjects were divided into two groups; exercise group (EX, n=21) and a non-exercise group (non-EX, n=13). Supervised exercise program in hospital consisted of treadmill and bicycle exercise was performed three times per week for 6 weeks. Patients of EX received individual counseling, including knowledge of heart disease, risk factor modification, and physical training. Cardiopulmonary fitness, body composition, and biochemical blood factors were analyzed before and after experiment. There was no significant difference in serum levels of hs-CRP and TGF-${\beta}1$ between groups, and between time intervals. But there was a significant decrease in serum levels of IL-18 (P<.001). And there was a significant increase in ratio of IL-18 to IL-10 (P<.01) and serum levels of IL-10 (P<.001). After cardiac rehabilitation, there was significant increase in exercise duration (P<.001), maximal oxygen uptake ($VO_{2peak}$; P<.001) and decrease in submaximal rate-pressure product (sRPP; P<.05) in EX. In conclusion, exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation during phase II in patients with ACS after PCI decreased serum IL-18 (pro-inflammatory) content and ratio of IL-18 to IL-10 in serum (highly related with disease recurrence), and increased serum IL-10 (anti-inflammatory) content. In addition, it led to improved cardiopulmonary fitness.

  • 웰빙 트렌드의 도입, 라이프 스타일의 변화, IT 컨버전스에 대한 수요의 증가에 따라 최근 스마트 의류는 사용자 애플리케이션을 중심으로 세분화되어 개발, 연구되고 있으며, 스마트 의류의 시장 또한 세분화되어 진행되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 소비자 측면의 세분화에 따른 스마트 의류에 관한 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 스마트 의류 기획에 있어 가장 밀접한 관련이 예상되는 의복 및 의복행동 라이프스타일과 디지털 라이프스타일을 중심으로 라이프스타일의 유형을 분석하고, 라이프스타일에 따른 스마트 의류의 니즈에 따른 스마트 의류의 상품 기획 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 추후 스마트 의류의 수요가 가장 높을 것으로 예상되는 20대, 30대를 중심으로 이루어졌으며 그 결과 의복 및 디지털 기반의 라이프 스타일은 유행 추구형, 실용적 기능 추구형, 감각적 정보 추구형의 세 가지 타입으로 분류되었다. 본 연구에서는 이를 토대로, 라이프스타일에 따른 스마트 의류의 소비자 니즈를 통한 스마트 의류의 기획 방안을 제시하였다.

프리틴세대의 라이프스타일과 역할모델에 따른 패션상품 구매행동 (The Purchasing Behavior of Fashion Goods According to Life Style and Role Model of Preteen Generation)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate, analyze the purchasing behavior of fashion goods according to life style and role model of preteen generation, and provide manager or marketing planner for the reference data so that they can understand preteen generation and make proper strategy efficiently. So called, preteen market focusing on 1014 generation (from ten to fourteen years old) is highlighted. This generation created between the year 1989 to 1993 after Seoul Olympic monopolize parent's love in abundant economic environment and rise to the core of consumption subject. Products aiming at this preteen generation continuously though consumption mind was shrunk greatly due to recession. Only 2~3 years before preteen market was regarded as grey zone which doesn't belong to not only children (between six and nine years old) but also teenagers (between fifteen to eighteen years old). But in recent day their purchasing powers have increased rapidly and age group is divided on details, so that preteen market has become a niche market. Subjects were 333 persons consisting of students in the 4th~6th grade of primary school and the 1st~2nd grade of middle school in Daegu city. Measuring instruments are as follows: 5questions to differentiate preteen generation, 22 questions to measure life style, 17questions (which have six sub-factors such as purchase motive, factor of product selection, utilization of informant, purchase time, purchase place, and purchase method) to measure the purchase behavior of fashion goods measurement, and 16 questions (which have four sub-factors such as parent, entertainer & sports stars, brothers and sisters, friends) to measure model of role. Statistical data were processed by SPSS 10.0 programs. Frequencies, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, ANOVA, Cross analysis, Multiplex regression analysis, and Duncan's multiple range test were carried out.

학교도서관의 새로운 평가지표 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the New Evaluation Index of School Library)

  • 이 연구는 지난 5년 동안 수행된 학교도서관 활성화사업의 결과로 거의 모든 학교에 도서관이 설치된 상황에서 미흡한 분야를 점검하고 앞으로 수행할 분야를 개발하여 학교도서관의 지속적 발전을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 학교도서관 평가지표를 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 문화체육관광부의 2009년 평가지표, 교육과학기술부 정책연구 평가지표, 선행연구인 학교도서관의 BSC 성과지표, 한국도서관협회 학교도서관 평가기준을 분석하고 교육과학기술부의 2단계 학교도서관 진흥 기본 계획과 "학교도서관진흥법", 교육과학기술부의 시 도교육청 평가지표를 분석함으로써 8개 영역 54개의 평가지표를 개발하였으며 최종적으로 8개 영역 48개의 평가지표를 제시하였다. 한편 이 연구에서 제시한 평가기준에 대한 신뢰성을 높이기 위해 분석결과에 대한 검증은 1차적으로 학교도서관 관련전문가를 통해 검토가 이루어졌다. 이 결과를 바탕으로, 2차 평가는 학교도서관 담당 교사를 통해 이루어져 전체적으로 연구한 평가지표에 대해서는 2단계 검증을 수행하였다.

한국 남자 창던지기 선수들의 창의 운동학적 요인과 기록과의 관계 (The Relationship between the Distance and Kinematical Parameters of Javelin in Korean Male Javelin Throwers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between distance and factors of javelin in korean male's javelin throwing. To accomplish this purpose, the analyzed trail selected total 29 trails (subjects 9) recorded more than 65 m in the 93rd National Sports Festival. The Kwon3D 3.1 version was used to obtain the three dimensional coordinates about the top, grip, end of javelin. And the kinematic data such as projection factors and direction angle of javelin calculated using Matlab2009a program. The statical analysis on the records (n=29) were used to Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. There was a statistically positive relationship between the records and horizontal velocity (r=.866, ${\rho}$<.01), height (r=.541, ${\rho}$ <.001), height rate (r=.373, ${\rho}$ <.05) and horizontal displacement of javelin (r=.749, ${\rho}$ <.01), but the medial/lateral velocity showed a negative relationship to r=-.663 (${\rho}$ <.01). The attack and yaw angle showed not a significant relationship between the records, but the medial-lateral tilt (E1:r =-.557 [p<.01)] E2:r=-.629 [${\rho}$<.01], E3:r=-.528 [${\rho}$ <.01]) and attitude angle (E2:r=-.629 [[${\rho}$<.01], E3:r=-.619 [${\rho}$ <.01]) of javelin showed a negative relationship between the records, as well as the projection angle of javelin (r=-.419, ${\rho}$ <.05) showed a negative relationship between the records.

Consideration of Domestic Category Killers for Distribution Environment

  • The category killer that has been rapidly growing mainly in advanced countries since early 1990's, is a mew distribution model which aims for obtaining market controlling power by surpassing competing businesses in a specific area of products. The domestic situation of category killers is very different from that of advanced ones abroad since it has just been introduced into the Korean market. At the moment, there are only 10 or so companies operating in the market : Geopyung's , Taeheng's , Midopa's , of Sinsegye Department store, adn of Yerim International. The purpose of this study is to examine problems of domestic companies in the present market by analysing the operation status of category killers in domestic markets as well as foreign ones, and to suggest a counter-strategy of category killers for the distribution environment of the 21st century to improve the competitiveness of Korean distribution industry. The competitiveness of category killers lies above all in products lines. Category killers are equipped with the greatest number of products lines among those of competing businesses due to maximized product selections in an limited range. Another source of competitiveness may be found in balanced strategy positioning. That is to say, category killers are in a position where they can adjust policies towards any of the three purposes while aiming at them altogether : prices of discount stores, products range of specialty stores, and customer service level of department stores. It is also necessary for efficient store operation to use information technology such as electronic data interchange (EDI), electronic pose system(EPOS) and electronic funds transfer (EFTPOS). As for the cost structure, category killers can gain an advantage over other business since operating cost of various sections can be saved. There are, however, certain risks that category killers with strong competitiveness may influence on other businesses a great deal and even facilitate their decline. Yet it seems that the growth of category killers will be more viciously restrained by continuous challenges from other businesses. The distribution industry is supposed to develop through such competition and restraint.

한일 야구 구단 판매 상품 활성화 실태 비교 -한국 롯데자이언츠와 일본 도요카프를 중심으로- (Comparison of Baseball Merchandising Licensing Activation Status of the Baseball Team in South Korea and Japan -South Korea's Lotte Giants and Japan's Toyo Carp-)

  • 다양한 여가생활이 늘어나면서 그 중에서도 접근성이 좋은 스포츠 관람이 인기가 많다. 2008년 베이징 올림픽 금메달의 쾌거를 기록한 프로야구는 4대 구기 종목 중 단연 인기가 높다. 최근엔 중계권 수익과 더불어 구단에서는 다양한 판매 상품을 개발하여 수익을 얻고자 한다. 하지만 스포츠 상품 관련은 한국보다 일본의 프로야구단들이 더 앞서 있고 상품판매로 얻는 수익도 많다. 어떤 차이가 있어 양국의 상품판매가 차이가 나는 것인지 비교해보고자 한다. 국내 프로구단 최초로 흑자를 기록한 '롯데 자이언츠'와 일본 프로구단 중에서 40년 이상 흑자를 기록하고 있는 '히로시마 도요 카프'를 선정하였다. 구단의 매출액부터 오프라인, 온라인 숍, 그리고 상품 구성과 그 상품 구성에 영향을 끼친 요인을 비교하여 두 구단의 상품 구성의 차이점을 분석해보고자 한다. 분석 요인에는 총 3가지 요인을 선정해 분석하였다. 가격에 따른 요인에는 프로야구참여 관련특성 지출비용 변인과 각 구단의 상품가격대를 이용해 분석하였고, 대상에 따른 요인은 여성대상의 상품과 영 유아 대상의 상품을 이용해 분석하였다. 캐릭터 디자인에 따른 요인에서는 공식 캐릭터와 판매용 캐릭터의 비교를 통해 분석하였다.

오프라인 마켓에 적용 가능한 빅데이터 분석 시스템 구축 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on Possible Construction of Big Data Analysis System Applied to the Offline Market)

  • 빅데이터는 현재 기업 경쟁력의 주요 자산으로 여겨지고 있고 향후에 그 영향력은 더욱 확대될 것으로 전망된다. 그 중요성을 인식한 기업들은 이미 빅데이터를 제품 개발과 마케팅에 적극적으로 활용하고 있으며 정치, 스포츠 등 사회 전반에 걸쳐 적용분야는 점점 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 시스템 구축에 따른 노하우 부족과 고비용은 빅데이터 시스템 도입에 여전히 큰 장애가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중소규모 오프라인 마켓의 POS 판매 데이터를 빅데이터 시스템 중 오픈소스인 하둡(Hadoop) 및 하이브(Hive)를 기반으로 하는 빅데이터 시스템 구현을 목표로 한다. 이러한 융복합을 통해 단순히 손익분석과 재고관리 등에 집중되었던 기존 판매 시스템을 보완하여 고객의 소비패턴과 선호도 조사, 수요에 대한 사전 예측이 가능하도록 하는 경영자의 합리적인 의사결정에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

학령기 아동의 사고예방 교육안 개발 및 평가 (Development and Evaluation of Injury Prevention Education Proposal for Elementary School Children)

  • This study was to develop and evaluate injury prevention education proposal which will helpful and can be utilized directly on the first line spot for elementary school children. Education proposal development and evaluation process was 1) Construction of 10-times education proposal contents proper to schooler 2) Testify validity through 3 pediatric nursing professor and 4 elementary school nurse 3) Pretest was done from March, 2002 to July on 3-6th grade 313 elementary school students 4) Through correction and revision after pretest evaluation meeting, final injury prevention education proposal was developed 5) After 10-times injury education, evaluation was carried out about the degree of help in education contents and general constitution of injury education to total subjects of educated children. Injury prevention education proposal consists of 10 times and each subjects are followings. 1st is 「introduction of injury prevention education and the importance of injury prevention」 2nd is「safety in and around home」, 3rd is 「injury prevention in school」, 4th is 「prevention of violence」, 5th is 「motor vehicle safety」, 6th is 「water safety」, 7th is 「prevention of fire and burns」, 8th is 「toy and product safety」, 9th is 「sports and recretional activities safety」and the final 10th is 「injury prevention caused by animals」. In the evaluation, the degree of help in education contents showed it helped to children averaged 1.66 and general constitution showed averaged 2.17 that children satisfied about developed injury prevention proposal. This study expected to provide systematic and concrete guidance in injury prevention education for elementary school children.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of wearing sweat suit on sweating rate during jogging. 4 healthy female students served as subjects in the experimental chamber which was controlled 22$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$, 60$\pm$10%RH and no wind. The experimental clothes were Sweat Suit (SS) and General Suit (GE), SS was the product of R sports wear company which was consisted of long-sleeved jumper (100% polyester) and full length trousers (100% polyester) and GE were consisted of long sleeved shirt (100% cotton) and full length trousers (100% cotton). The subject wore same socks and shoes in both experimental clothes SS and GE. The subject reported at the experimental chamber at the same time on each experimental day. exchanged their clothes to the experimental clothes SS or GE, wore all sensors for the physiological measurements and had a rest in a sitting posture about 40 minutes. After rest, the subject carried out 30 min jogging on the tread mill with the speed 3.6miles/hour and during the jogging rectal temperature, skin temperatures (7 sites of the skin surface), heart rate, VO2, and evaporative weight loss were measured continuously and compared between two experimental clothes SS and GE. The major findings were as follows : The increase in rectal temperature during 30 min jogging was higher in experimental clothes SS than in GE and mean slim temperature kept higher in SS than in GE. VO2 and heart rate were a little bit higher in the later period of jogging in SS than in GE. The evaporative weight loss was greater in SS than in GE. These results indicate that the thermophysiological responses and sweating rate differs according to the wearing suit even though the subject performed same exercise.
