본 연구는 실제 총과 동일한 모양과 작동 방법을 가진 에어소프트 건의 훈련 효과를 연구한 글이다. 에어스프트 건은 1970년대 후반 일본에서 개발되어 현재는 총기 소유가 허가된 국가를 중심으로 레저스포츠와 훈련용으로 자리매김하였다. 특히 대만은 에어소프트건 게임을 활성화하여 시민군을 양성하고, 미국과 같은 군사 선진국도 이를 활용하여 실 사격전 훈련 및 전투부대의 시가전 훈련용으로도 활용하고 있다. 그러나 한국에서는 엄격한 사용규제와 장난감이라는 인식으로 인해 좋은 훈련 도구임에도 불구하고 활용이 미흡하다. 따라서 이 연구를 통해 에어소프트 건의 효용성을 입증하고, 에어소프트 건을 활용한 실전적 훈련으로 군의 전투력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다. 더 나아가 에어소프트 건에 대한 부정적 인식을 개선하여 새로운 스포츠 산업을 육성하는 계기가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 골프분야의 전문인력 현주소를 파악하여 골프산업에서의 일자리를 확대할 수 있는 방안을 강구하기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 위한 연구의 주요내용은 한국의 골프직업 및 전문인력 현주소, 한국 골프전문인력의 직업적 발전 방향을 다각적으로 분석하여 제시하였고 전문적, 직업적인 골프 일자리 창출을 위한 정책들의 발전방안들을 다음과 같이 제안하였다. 첫째, 대학과 사회가 연계될 수 있는 실용적인 교육과정 개편 확대를 제안하였다. 이를 위해 골프교육 분야에서도 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 적극적인 도입 및 활용뿐만 아니라 골프현장에서 적용할 수 있는 마케팅 능력을 겸비한 다양한 골프전문가 등을 양성해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 골프클럽디비전 프로그램의 적극적인 도입과 추진을 제안하였다. 문화체육관광부와 대한체육회에서 정부지원 사업으로 적극적으로 추진하고 있는 상황이며, 골프클럽디비전 사업 추진을 통해 우수인재 확보, 은퇴선수 효율적 관리, 다양한 연령층의 생활체육 골프 참여 문화 조성 등 운영 체질이 개선될 것이다. 셋째, 골프 취업자 전수조사를 제안하였다. 골프분야 취업자 현황도 체육지도자 범주 속에서 별도의 현황 파악이 필요하며, 이는 고용안정과 함께 제도적인 접근을 모색하기 위해 반드시 골프종사자에 대한 취업 전수조사가 체계적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. 넷째, 전문적이고 특화된 골프직업군의 개발과 전개를 제안하였다. 국가 발전의 동력을 위해 골프전공자들의 사회 진출 선택권이 넓어지고 학생선두들이 은퇴 후에도 안정적인 직장을 갖고 골프인들이 자긍심을 가질 수 있도록 해야만 한다. 특히, 생활체육분야에서의 골프복지사, 장애인 및 노인 등 대상을 위한 골프여가치료사, 그리고 해양스포츠와 골프관광의 융합상품의 개발도 새로운 일자리 창출 영역으로 판단된다. 다섯째, 골프산업 경쟁력의 강화를 제안하였다. 이를 위한 기업 차원에서는 가격의 거품을 빼고 낮추며, 품질 및 기술력에 대한 적극적인 투자, 아울러 홍보 부분 강화가 필요하다고 본다. 또한 정부 차원에서는 다양한 정부지원의 제공과 분위기 조성, 전문 인력의 양성과 기술개발 투자와 함께 적극적인 홍보가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) evoke pacemaker activities in many tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between interstitial cell and pacemaker activity in the human ureter through the recording of spontaneous contractions. Spontaneous contractions of eight circular and longitudinal smooth muscle strips of the human ureter to acetylcholine (ACh) and/or norepinephrine (NE) were observed. Human ureteral strips were divided into proximal and distal groups, and each group was subdivided into circular and longitudinal groups. The proximal group showed spontaneous activities of 3~4 times within 5 minutes in the longitudinal group. ACh ($10^{-4}\;M$) augmented the frequency of the spontaneous contractions. The cumulative application of NE also augmented the frequency in a dose-dependent manner. The effects of NE application were inhibited by concomitant application of $10^{-5}\;M$ glibenclamide. Receptor tyrosine kinase (c-kit) staining revealed abundant ICCs only in proximal tissues. Therefore, spontaneous contractions of the human ureter might be modulated by ICC in the proximal region, and the actions might be related with the activation of cholinergic and/or adrenergic system mediated by a glibenclamide-sensitive pathway.

The purpose of this study is on the meaning and variety about gender expressed in modern fashion. The results are as follows ; First, the typical masculine gender was authority, discretion as a result of heteropatriarchy focused on the western reason. It was conservative and the symbolic image type of the meaning excluded masculine sexual expression. Dress and its ornament was expressed as the style of straight silhouette, dark color, rough and stiff material. Second, the typical feminine gender was the symbolic image type of a mother and a wife defined relatively by man as a result of western heteropatriarchy and the image type which men regarded women as sexual objects. Dress and its ornament was expressed as the style of silhouette which let bodily curve out, light color, soft material. The most typical item is dress and suit. Third, androgyny has been described as the feminie gender of androgynous, which shows masculine image as the effect of feminism and social success of professional women. Dress and its ornament is expressed as the style of business suit, the symple of typical man's one. The masculine gender of androgynous is showed man's suit as silhouette that let bodily curve out, light color, exposure and soft material, which is the symbol of feminine dress, Fourth, unisex is the area of dress and its ornament used the sexless symbol which there has been no gender more because of the spread of sports and diffusion of leisure in life style.

The purposes of this thesis are to investigate characteristics, environment of characters through comprehensive approach to analyze its use and strategies in apparel brands. As a method to accomplish this research, fashion related articles, documents and magazines are used along with marketing references forecasting 21st century market changes. The character industry has diverse application to different medias and also intimacy and absorbtion beyond sex, age, generation, nationality. The cultural background of character fashion is based on casual clothing caused by wide spread pursuit of sports and leisure culture, indivisualization and diversification of clothing, customer-made marketing atmosphere and tendency of pursuit of fun and humor. In case of domestic young casual market, own characters are developed for creating differentiated it's own brand images. Characters are applied as an design details or cyber fashion models standing for the image of it's own brand and take a part in other events and visual parts as well. Characters not only limited to clothing items but also further usages of characters extended to stickers and other related stationary goods are necessary. A 'Character multi shop' can be one of good methods to maximize synergy effect.

Bicycle fitting used to depend on empirical adherence of bicycle Peter and intuitive judgment by hand, but recent developments in industry and the Fourth Industrial Revolution have continuously developed other related tools that can be applied to bicycle fitting. Depending on these circumstances, bicycle fitting technology is also developing, and due to the difficulty of the technicians, there is a limit to popularizing. The Bicycle Integrated Fitting System has the need for this study to make these problems easy for anyone to operate by the system of manual. The purpose of this study is to examine the methods of physical sizing among the various stages of developing these systems. Accurate physical measurements can improve the efficiency of bicycle riding and minimize the injury of bicycle risers issued by incorrect fittings. Thus, in this study, physical measurement methods for bicycle fitting were derived by body region and applied to the post-measurement fitting as well as the location and method of measurement. It has prepared a basis for establishing a core database for physical measurement of development of integrated bicycle fitting system. Research was conducted to enhance understanding and utilization of users after system development and results were derived for the purpose of the study. Research was conducted to establish a database for the development of a bicycle integrated fitting system, and future research on bicycle fitting methods, application of the system, and hardware development should be carried out.

Purpose: This study aims to fill the existing gap in the existing literature by investigating the mediating effect of psychological empowerment between leadership and motivation for workers at retail stores, and to extend the previous research to determine the preferences of the researchers and practitioners in leadership and employee motivation in retail through a systematic approach. Research design, data and methodology: This study used a systematic approach to the mediation effect of psychological empowerment on the relationship between leadership and employee motivation in retail stores. To ensure completeness, systematization, and transparency, the preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) approach was applied. Results: The research findings (Total Four Mediating Roles) suggest that psychological empowerment may mediate between leadership and employee motivation. These mediation roles (Empowering Leadership Styles, Organizational Culture and Psychological Empowerment, Customer Psychological Empowerment, and High-Performance Work Systems (HPWS) and Psychological Empowerment) will help practitioners comprehend how these empowerment and motivation leadership styles are interconnected in the retail industry. Conclusions: The research results indicate that psychological empowerment is essential for employee motivation in the retail sector. Through this knowledge, retail store managers can implement strategies designed to empower employees and create a motivated workforce, bolstering organizational effectiveness.

본 연구는 골프장 대중화를 위하여 대중제 골프장의 물리적 환경에 관하여 파악하고 하는 목적을 지녔다. 구체적이고 세부적인 측면으로는 대중제 골프장의 물리적 환경이 고객감정반응과 골프장 이미지 및 추천 의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석을 진행하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 지니고 연구 참여자들의 인구통계학적 특징을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 시행하였으며, 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 구성 타당도의 검증을 시행하였으며, 신뢰도 분석을 하였으며, 다중공선성의 여부를 파악하기 위한 상관관계분석을 실시하였고, 제시된 가설들에 대해 검증을 하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 첫째, 물리적 환경의 하위 요인인 편의성, 청결성, 심미성은 고객의 긍정적 감정에 영향을 주었으며, 둘째, 물리적 환경의 하위 요인인 청결성은 고객의 부정적 감정에 유의한 영향을 주었지만, 편의성과 심미성은 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 물리적 환경의 하위 요인인 편의성, 청결성, 심미성은 골프장 이미지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며, 넷째, 물리적 환경의 하위 요인인 편의성, 청결성, 심미성은 추천 의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Ursolic acid (UA) supplementation was previously shown to improve skeletal muscle function in resistance-trained men. This study aimed to determine, using the same experimental paradigm, whether UA also has beneficial effects on exercise-induced skeletal muscle damage markers including the levels of cortisol, B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), myoglobin, creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase-myocardial band (CK-MB), and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in resistance-trained men. Sixteen healthy participants were randomly assigned to resistance training (RT) or RT+UA groups (n=8 per group). Participants were trained according to the RT program (60~80% of 1 repetition, 6 times/week), and the UA group was additionally given UA supplementation (450 mg/day) for 8 weeks. Blood samples were obtained before and after intervention, and cortisol, BNP, myoglobin, CK, CK-MB, and LDH levels were analyzed. Subjects who underwent RT alone showed no significant change in body composition and markers of skeletal muscle damage, whereas RT+UA group showed slightly decreased body weight and body fat percentage and slightly increased lean body mass, but without statistical significance. In addition, UA supplementation significantly decreased the BNP, CK, CK-MB, and LDH levels (p<0.05). In conclusion, UA supplementation alleviates increased skeletal muscle damage markers after RT. This finding provides evidence for a potential new therapy for resistance-trained men.

본 연구의 목적은 "스포츠시설" 관련 국내외 연구의 동향을 탐색적으로 파악하여 향후 연구 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2016년부터 2020년까지 SCOPUS DB에서 "스포츠시설"이 포함된 논문의 초록을 수집하였으며, 그 결과 총 1,801편이 자료 분석에 사용되었다. 자료 분석 수행을 위해 LDA 기반 토픽 모델링 기법과 TD-IDF 기법을 활용하였으며, Tagxedo를 활용한 워드클라우드 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 8가지 토픽이 최적으로 결정되었으며, 각 토픽의 주요 키워드로는 "sports", "facilities", "health", "physical", "data" 및 "using" 등이 도출되었다. 이를 통해 최근에 국내외적으로 스포츠시설과 관련하여 신체활동, 건강 및 시설 이용 등을 주제로 한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어져 왔음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 최근 SCOPUS 논문들은 건강 증진과 삶의 질 향상 등과 같은 스포츠시설의 도구적 가치에 주목하고 있음을 의미한다. 따라서, 건강한 삶을 위해 스포츠시설을 이용하는 참여자들에게 도움이 될 수 있는 다양한 연구들이 향후 지속적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다.
