위치 종속 유사도 스펙트럼을 이용한 단백질 서열의 아미노산 조성 추정 (Estimating Amino Acid Composition of Protein Sequences Using Position-Dependent Similarity Spectrum)

  • 단백질의 아미노산 조성은 생물정보학의 여러 문제를 해결하기 위한 기초적인 정보로 자주 활용된다. 본 논문에서는 아미노산간의 진화적인 연관성을 정의한 BLOSUM 행렬에서 유도한 유사도 함수를 사용하여 아미노산 조성을 결정한다. 이러한 방법은 생물학적인 연관성이 있는 단백질 서열일수록 비슷한 아미노산 조성을 갖도록 한다. 또한 단백질의 구조와 기능에 중요한 역할을 하는 위치-특이적인 아미노산의 분포를 추정하기 위해서 레이더나 음성 신호의 스펙트럼 분석에 사용되는 개념인 시간-종속 분석, 시간 해상도와 주파수 해상도의 개념을 적용하였다. 제안한 방법을 단백질의 세포내 위치예측에 적용하여 기존의 아미노산 조성 추정 방법을 사용하는 것보다 크게 향상된 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

  • 일반적으로 무선 이동 채널은 협대역 스펙트럼을 갖는 복소 랜덤 프로세스로 모델링된다. 본 논문에서는 DSP 단일칩을 사용한 페이딩 신호의 실시간 발생에 대해 기술한다. 실시간 시뮬레이터는 단말기 이동 속도, 반송파 주파수, line-of-sight 성분과 다중 경로 성분의 비, 수신 전력의 분산과 같은 시뮬레이션 파라미터를 윈도우상에서 선택할 수 있도록 설계되었다. 최소화된 DSP 연산량으로 이상적인 페이딩 신호를 발생하기 위한 알고리즘과 필터 설계시의 trade-off가 고찰되었다. 실험으로 측정된 페이딩 채널 프로세스의 통계 특성은 이론치와 거의 일치함을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • Numerical analysis was performed to investigate the heavy-weight impact noise of apartment houses. The FEM is practical method for prediction of low-frequency indoor noise. The results of numerical analysis, the shape of the acoustic modes in room-2 are similar to that of acoustic pressure field at the fundamental frequency of acoustic modes. And the acoustic pressure was amplified at the natural frequency of the acoustic modes and structural modes. The numerical analysis result of sound pressure level at 63 Hz and 125 Hz octave-band center frequency are similar to the test results, but at 250 Hz and 500 Hz have some errors. Considering most of bang-machine force spectrum exists below 100 Hz, the noise at 250 Hz and 500 Hz are not important for heavy-weight impact noise. Thus, the FEM numerical analysis method for heavy-weight impact noise can apply to estimate heavy-weight impact noise for various building systems.

  • 근적외선스펙트로메타는 토양의 성분을 측정하는 새로운 기술로 발전하고 있다. 작물이 요구하는 토양의 인산 함량을 측정하는 데는 시간이 많이 소요되며, 침출액과 침출조건에 따라서 다르기 때문에 어려운 성분이다. 그러나 근적외선 방법을 이용하여 표준곡선을 정확하게만 만들어, 표준곡선 작성 시 Wiliams의 상관계수안내를 이용하면 상관계수의 수치에 따라서 토양의 총인산과 유효인산을 측정하는데 간편하게 이용할 수 있다. 또한 근적외 기술은 정밀도를 향상하면 포장 현지에서의 토양검정에도 쉽게 이용할 수 있는 쉬운 기술로 생각된다.

Determination of Protein Content in Pea by Near Infrared Spectroscopy

  • Near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) was used as a rapid and non-destructive method to determine the protein content in intact and ground seeds of pea (Pisum sativum L.) germplasms grown in Korea. A total of 115 samples were scanned in the reflectance mode of a scanning monochromator at intact seed and flour condition, and the reference values for the protein content was measured by auto-Kjeldahl system. In the developed ground and intact NIRS equations for analysis of protein, the most accurate equation were obtained at 2, 8, 6, 1 math treatment conditions with standard normal variate and detrend scatter correction method and entire spectrum (400-2,500 nm) by using modified partial least squares regression (n=78). External validation (n=34) of these NIRS equations showed significant correlation between reference values and NIRS estimated values based on the standard error of prediction (SEP), $R^2$, and the ratio of standard deviation of reference data to SEP. Therefore, these ground and intact NIRS equations can be applicable and reliable for determination of protein content in pea seeds, and non-destructive NIRS method could be used as a mass analysis technique for selection of high protein pea in breeding program and for quality control in food industry.

근전도를 이용한 Sorensen 검사시 성인남녀 등 근육의 근피로도 분석 (Spectral Electromyographic Fatigue Analysis of Back Muscles in Healthy Adult Men and Women During Sorensen Test)

  • Trunk holding test (Sorensen test) appear to have more value than strength test in prediction the occurrence of low back pain. Electromyographic activity of trunk extensor muscles during these test may provide clues to the etiology of neuromuscular-based low back pain. This study investigated the difference in back muscle endurance between healthy adult men and women using surface electromyographic (EMG) power spectral analysis. Thirty hea1thy subjects (15 men and 15 women) performed an unsupported trunk holding test for 60 seconds. Recording surface electrodes were placed over the erector spinae medially and laterally at vertebral levels of $L_1$ and $L_5$. Slope of total frequency was evaluated using the MP100WSW Fast Fourier Transform spectrum analysis program. The slopes of all indices of back muscle fatigue, except right $L_5$, were significantly steeper in men than in women (p<0.05). Our results indicated that the trunk holding test using EMG power spectral analysis of erector spinae muscles is useful for the evaluation of fatigue rate of these muscles. Our results also showed a higher muscle endurance in healthy adult women than in men.

Design for the Low If Resistive FET Mixer for the 4-Ch DBF Receiver

  • This paper describes the design for the resistive FET mixer with low If for the 4-Ch DBF(Digital Beam Forming) receiver This DBF receiver based on the direct conversion method is generally suitable for high-speed wireless mobile communications. A radio frequency(RF), a local oscillator(LO) and an intermediate frequency(If) considered in this research are 2.09 GHz, 2.08 CHz and 10 MHz, respectively. This mixer is composed of band pass filter, a low pass filter and a DC bias circuit. Super low noise HJ FET of NE3210S01 is considered in design. The RE input power, LO input power and Vcs are used -10 dBm, 6 dBm and -0.4 V, respectively. In the 4-Ch resistive FET mixer, the measured If and harmonic components of 10 MHe, 20 MHz and 2.087 CHz are about -19.2 dBm, -66 dBm and -48 dBm, respectively The If output power observed at each channel of 10 MHz is about -19.2 dBm and it is higher 28.8 dBm than the maximum harmonic component of 2.087 CHz. Each If output spectrum of the 4-Ch is observed almost same value and it shows a good agreement with the prediction.

LPC를 이용한 평안방언의 음향지표에 관한 연구 (A Study for Acoustic Cues of Pyoung-An Do Dialect Using LPC)

  • This paper deal with the acoustic cues of Pyoung-An Do dialect using linear prediction. Also, this paper descrbes a statistical comparison between standard tone speech data and Pyoung-An Do dia lects. The analysis done mainly focused on the distribution of formants and pitch periods accord to ac- cents variation. For the purpose of objective comparison, the experiments are performed by extracts for- mant LPC spectrum and pithch periods from average magnitude difference function waveforms. Summing up the results, In disyllable words (VCV pattern) , prepositioned vowels have longer phona lion time than postpositioned vowels and the intrin, iii phonation time is whore longer in the low vowels than in the high ones. The africative consonants show the mixed characteristics of the plosive and frlc ative consonants. The remarkable acoustic cues are the low frequency noise-like waves just before the 1st formants in the plosive consonants, the high frequency noise-like waves in the fricative consonants, and phonation time is not affected by the kinds of prepositioned or postpositioned vowels.

점지진원 모델을 이용한 경주 지진으로 인한 지반운동 생성 (Simulation of Ground Motions from Gyeongju Earthquake using Point Source Model)

  • In low to moderate seismic regions, there are limited earthquake ground motion data recorded from past earthquakes. In this regard, the Gyeongju earthquake (M=5.8)occurred on September 12, 2016 produces valuable information on ground motions. Ground motions were recorded at various recording stations located widely in Korean peninsula. Without actual recoded ground motions, it is impossible to make a ground motion prediction model. In this study, a point source model is constructed to accurately simulate ground motions recorded at different stations located on different soil conditions during the Gyeongju earthquake. Using the model, ground motions are generated at all grid locations of Korean peninsula. Each grid size has $0.1^{\circ}(latitude){\times}0.1^{\circ}(longitude)$. Then a contour hazard map is constructed using the peak ground acceleration of the simulated ground motions.

비선형 피로손상 모델을 이용한 복합재 피로수명 평가 (Composites Fatigue Life Evaluation based on non-linear fatigue damage model)

  • 복합재료의 피로수명을 평가하는 것은 여러 가지 파손모드와 파손모드 간의 강호작용 때문에 복잡하다. 본 논문에서는 현상론적인 모델(비선형 강도저하 모델)을 이용하여 피로수명과 잔류강도를 예측할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. 잔류강도를 하중 사이클 수와 피로응력의 함수로 가정하였으며, 계산에 필요한 모델변수(강도저하 파라미터, 피로수명형상 파라미터)를 피로수명의 함수로 가정하였다 임의로 배열된 하중 스펙트럼 상에서 응력수준에 따른 모델 매개변수를 구하기 위해 S-N 선도를 이용하였고, 상이한 응력비에 대하여 전술한 매개변수를 Goodman식의 보정을 통하여 계산하였다(피로선도). 임의의 하중이력 후의 잔여강도 분포를 2모수 weibull 함수로 표현하였다.
