현실에 대한 정보가 3, 4, 5세 유아의 틀린 믿음 과제 수행 및 정당화 추론에 미치는 영향 (False Belief Understanding and Justification Reasoning according to Information of Reality amongst Children Aged 3, 4 and 5)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate false belief understanding and justification reasoning according to information of reality amongst children aged 3, 4 and 5. Children aged 3 to 5 years (N = 176) participated in this study. Each child was interviewed individually and responded to questions designed to measure his/her false belief understanding. Every child responded to the false belief task under two different information conditions of reality(reality known vs reality unknown). For more specific analysis, children's reasoning responses were also recorded. The major findings of this study are as follows. Children could understand false belief more easily under reality unknown conditions. Specifically, the influences of information conditions were crucial to 3-year-olds but not to 4- and 5-year-olds. Although 3 year olds were able to avoid the systematical errors inherent in the false belief task, they still did not understand the false belief itself. This study provides specific aspects of false belief understanding and its relevance to general changes in cognitive development.

Rational Leadership for the Middle East: A Multiple Competencies Model

  • This study aims to address the prevailing skepticism that conventional leadership models are not effective in the Middle East. With the same logic, selecting leaders is a confusing task in the Middle East due to the haphazardness surrounding this task and the lack of clarity of appropriate selection criteria. This study employs samples of leadership theories and frameworks that were scrutinized to classify specific leadership dimensions. The triangular model stemmed from the previous studies that addressed Leadership in general and the Leadership model for the Middle East. With the use of the literature review methodologies and historical analysis, the leadership model's description will be demonstrated. The results revealed that there are various dimensions of Leadership, especially concerning the Middle East's organizational environment. The findings of this study suggested a new model which assists in clarifying the issue by setting a group of 10 personality traits with eight behavioral skills and social status. Implications of this study enable making Leadership easier in practice. Furthermore, this will enable recognition of Leadership according to specific criteria, which will help make greater equality and empowerment at all levels of the system. This research localizes Leadership and paves the way to automate leaders' selection process with a guarantee of fairness among candidates.

A Multi-task Self-attention Model Using Pre-trained Language Models on Universal Dependency Annotations

  • 본 논문에서는 UD Korean Kaist v2.3 코퍼스를 이용하여 범용 품사 태깅, 표제어추출 그리고 의존 구문분석을 동시에 예측할 수 있는 보편적 다중 작업 모델을 제안하였다. 제안 모델은 사전학습 언어모델인 다국어 BERT (Multilingual BERT)와 한국어 BERT (KR-BERT와 KoBERT)을 대상으로 추가학습 (fine-tuning)을 수행하여 BERT 모델의 자가-집중 (self-attention) 기법과 그래프 기반 Biaffine attention 기법을 적용하여 제안 모델의 성능을 비교 분석하였다.

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 IaaS 서비스는 유지비용 없이 원하는 만큼의 고성능 가상 머신을 사용할 수 있다는 장점 덕분에 대용량 병렬 프로그램을 실행하기 위한 고성능 컴퓨팅 환경으로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 고성능 컴퓨팅 환경에서 병렬 프로그램의 실행에 소요되는 시간은 태스크 스케줄링 알고리즘에 좌우된다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경을 기반으로 하는 태스크 스케줄링 알고리즘에 관한 연구는 사용자 부담 비용을 최소화하는 알고리즘이 주류를 이루었으며, 병렬 프로그램의 실행을 최대한 빨리 끝내기 위한 알고리즘에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 부담 비용 등의 제약 없이 병렬 프로그램을 최대한 빨리 끝내기 위한 알고리즘인 HAGD 알고리즘과, HAGD 알고리즘이 사용하는 새로운 성능 향상 기법인 묶음 태스크 복제 기법을 제안한다. 묶음 태스크 복제 기법은 기존 태스크 복제 기법을 단순화하였으며, HAGD 알고리즘은 고성능 컴퓨팅 환경과 병렬 프로그램의 특성에 맞추어 태스크 삽입 기법 혹은 묶음 태스크 복제 기법을 사용한다. 성능 평가 결과, 제안하는 알고리즘이 환경 특성과 관계없이 우수한 표준화한 전체 실행 시간을 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

네일 샵 종사자들의 직무 형태별 취급 유해화학물질 (Task-Specific Hazardous Chemicals Used by Nail Shop Technicians)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the task-specific hazards of chemicals used by nail technicians in Daegu Metropolitan City. Materials: A total of 30 nail shops located in Daegu City were surveyed to investigate the major tasks and practices performed by nail technicians and the ingredients listed in nail care products used in shops. We also collected instructions for use and material safety data sheets(MSDSs) of nail care products and compared CAS Nos. of ingredients with the lists of chemicals regulated by the Industrial Safety and Health Act(ISHA) and Chemical Substances Control Act(CSCA). Results: A total of 125 chemical ingredients were found in 468 nail care products used at the 30 nail shops. The most frequently found ingredients were ethyl acetate(72%), followed by n-butyl acetate(71.8%), isopropanol(56%), benzophenone(51.1%), nitrocellulose(46.4%) and ethanol(45.3%). Comparing six tasks, the task of manicuring used the most products at 222 products containing 91 ingredients. Among the 125 ingredients, there are 31 chemicals with occupational exposure limits(OEL) designated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor(MoEL), eight categorized as carcinogens, one mutagen and two reproductive toxic chemicals. In terms of carcinogens, formaldehyde was identified as the only confirmed human carcinogen(1A). We found that there was one chemical with a permissible limit, one special management substance, 18 workplace monitoring substances and ten special health diagnosis substances regulated by ISHA. For CSCA, nine poisonous substances, six substances requiring preparation for accidents and one restricted substance were identified. Conclusions: Based on these findings, formaldehyde was identified as one of the chemicals that should most strictly be controlled for the protection of the health of nail technicians and customers. At the same time, it is necessary to distribute materials with detailed hazardous information of nail care products for nail shop technicians.

계층적 작업 망 계획을 위한 변환-기반의 접근법 (A Translation-based Approach to Hierarchical Task Network Planning)

  • 계층적 작업 망(HTN) 계획방식은 문제영역의 고유한 제어지식을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있는 대표적인 계획방식으로서, 오랫동안 복잡도가 높은 실세계 응용분야들에 널리 이용되어 왔다. 하지만 아직은 HTN 계획방식에 대한 이론적 정형화와 표준화가 미흡하며, HTN 계획기들 사이에도 원리와 성능 면에서 약간의 차이를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 HTN 계획 영역 명세를 표준 PDDL 명세로 변환하는 효과적인 방법을 제시한다. 이 방법의 주된 장점은 표준 PDDL 명세를 이해할 수 있는 많은 영역-독립적인 고전적 계획기들에서도 HTN 명세에 포함된 영역 고유의 제어지식을 효과적으로 이용할 수 있다는 점이다. 본 논문에서는 블록쌓기, 로봇 심부름, 하노이 탑 등 3 가지 다른 문제영역에 HTN 명세변환 방법을 적용해보고, 전향-추론 휴리스틱 상태-공간 계획기인 FF를 이용한 실험을 통해 변환-기반의 HTN 계획방식의 효율성을 분석해 본다.

인간-컴퓨터 인터페이스를 위한 청각 동기방식 뇌파신호의 패턴 분류 (Pattern classification of the synchronized EEG records by an auditory stimulus for human-computer interface)

  • 본 논문에서는 정상인의 정신적인 뇌 활동에 의한 순수한 뇌파를 측정하고 효과적으로 분류하기 위한 방법을 제시한다. 과정은 대상자가 특정한 작업에 대해 생각하게 하고 이때의 뇌파를 청각이벤트에 동기시켜 측정하고, 측정된 뇌파의 기준선의 이동과, 생리적인 아티펙트의 영향을 줄인다. 마지막으로, 평균가산법에 의해 정신적인 작업에 대한 신호만을 추출하고 AR 계수를 가지고 인식작업을 수행한다. 실험에서, 청각자극을 이벤트로 사용하였으며, 뇌파의 도출은 $C_3-A_1$, $C_4-A_2$, $P_Z-A_1$의 3채널에서 기록하였다. 각 채널당 16회의 평균가산후에, 12차 AR계수로 특정한 정신적인 작업에 대한 특징을 추출하였다. 전체 36개의 특징계수를 신경망의 입력으로 사용하고, 각 작업 당 50회를 훈련데이터로 사용하였다. 제안한 방법의 인식률은 2종류 작업에 대해 34-92%, 4종류 작업에 대해 38-54%를 얻었다.

Controlling robot by image-based visual servoing with stereo cameras

  • In this paper, an image-based "approach-align -grasp" visual servo control design is proposed for the problem of object grasping, which is based on the binocular stand-alone system. The basic idea consists of considering a vision system as a specific sensor dedicated a task and included in a control servo loop, and we perform automatic grasping follows the classical approach of splitting the task into preparation and execution stages. During the execution stage, once the image-based control modeling is established, the control task can be performed automatically. The proposed visual servoing control scheme ensures the convergence of the image-features to desired trajectories by using the Jacobian matrix, which is proved by the Lyapunov stability theory. And we also stress the importance of projective invariant object/gripper alignment. The alignment between two solids in 3-D projective space can be represented with view-invariant, more precisely; it can be easily mapped into an image set-point without any knowledge about the camera parameters. The main feature of this method is that the accuracy associated with the task to be performed is not affected by discrepancies between the Euclidean setups at preparation and at task execution stages. Then according to the projective alignment, the set point can be computed. The robot gripper will move to the desired position with the image-based control law. In this paper we adopt a constant Jacobian online. Such method describe herein integrate vision system, robotics and automatic control to achieve its goal, it overcomes disadvantages of discrepancies between the different Euclidean setups and proposes control law in binocular-stand vision case. The experimental simulation shows that such image-based approach is effective in performing the precise alignment between the robot end-effector and the object.

학교급식 전담직원의 표준 직무모델 개발에 관한 연구 (The Development of Standard and Disposition for Effective Job Performance of School Food Service Dietician)

  • It is not stipulated concretely in the Food Sanitation Act what the standardized school food service dieticians indices and the dietician's duties and task elements should be. Therefore, this study was required. The specific purposes of this study were : a) to define the school food service dietician's duties and task elements, b) to estimate the performance frequency and work hours of the dietician's duties and task elements c) to investigate the job specification of the dietician over school food services, d) to develop the standardized indices of the dietician needed in school food service operation. For this study, school food service dietician's work functions were defined in 10 duties and 60 task elements based on the studies precedented and literature review and pilot test process. This study was conducted in school food service systems nationwide using written questionnaire and interview with the official in charge and delphi technique. The questionnaires were mailed to the dieticians of three types of school food service systems. Of the 660 schools that participated in this study, the 624 responses were selected for analysis. Statistical analyses were performed with SAS/Win 6.12 program so as to provide a descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA. The main results of this study could be summarized as follows: A characteristic common to all the school food service systems was that 'cooking and distribution management' took the longest hours of work, while 'nutrition education' took the shortest hours of work. The standardized index of dietician over school food service was one person in conventional system independently of the number of meals per day. In the commissary system, according to the numbers of meals served per day, it was 0.95-1.38 persons and 1.27-1.55 persons and 1.40-1.91 persons. In joint management system, the standardized index was 1.03-1.42 persons in case of serving less than 700 meals per day.

Effect of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation on Movement Variability in Repetitive - Simple Tapping Task

  • Purpose: Accuracy and variability of movement in daily life require synchronization of muscular activities through a specific chronological order of motor performance, which is controlled by higher neural substrates and/or lower motor centers. We attempted to investigate whether transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) over primary sensorimotor areas (SM1) could influence movement variability in healthy subjects, using a tapping task. Methods: Twenty six right-handed healthy subjects with no neurological or psychiatric disorders participated in this study. They were randomly and equally assigned to the real tDCS group or sham control group. Direct current with intensity of 1 mA was delivered over their right SM1 for 15 minutes. For estimation of movement variability before and after tDCS, tapping task was measured, and variability was calculated as standard deviation of the inter-tap interval (SD-ITI). Results: At the baseline test, there was no significant difference in SD-ITI between the two groups. In two-way ANOVA with repeated measurement no significant differences were found in a large main effect of group and interaction effect between two main factors (i.e., group factor and time factor (pre-post test)). However, significant findings were observed in a large main effect of the pre-post test. Conclusion: Our findings showed that the anodal tDCS over SM1 for 15 minutes with intensity of 1 mA could enhance consistency of motor execution in a repetitive-simple tapping task. We suggest that tDCS has potential as an adjuvant brain facilitator for improving rhythm and consistency of movement in healthy individuals.
