강건설계법을 이용한 스웨덴식 벤치발파의 설계 인자 분석 (Parameter Analysis of Swedish Bench Blast Design using Robust Design Method)

  • 스웨덴 식 벤치발파 설계방식에 대하여 실험계획법을 이용하여 설계인자를 분석하였다. 분석에 사용된 직교배열은 $L_9(3^4)$이었고 변수는 각각 3수준의 값을 갖는 천공직경, 화약의 종류, 공의 경사와 암석의 종류로 하였다. 분석결과 저항선 결정 영향요소는 천공직경, 화약의 종류, 암석의 종류 그리고 공의 경사 순이었으며 비장약량 영향요소는 암석의 종류, 화약의 종류 그리고 비천공장에 영향을 미치는 요소는 천공직경과 화약의 종류순이었다. 또 강건설계를 이용한 경제성 검토에서 최적인자 선택이 가능함을 확인하였다.

  • The conditions to be satisfied with SOC(State-of-Charge) indicator installed on the electric vehicle were that it should be used under frequent loading conditions and that it should enable the monitor to adjust to the aging effect. But, the state-of-charge test requires a lengthy stabilization period after discharge cycles and the ampere-hour test requires the knowledge of the battery capacity in terms of amp-hours. However, a monitoring technique combining the state-of-charge test to enable the monitor to adjust to the aging effect with the ampere-hour test to use under frequent loading condition is studied and implemented on a microcontroller-based circuit in this paper. Specially, optical fiber is used to realize hydrometer which is immune to electromagnetic interference and toxic environment and makes it possible to be used in a wide temperature range.

수출보험 운영합리화를 위한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study for the Running Rationalization of Korean Export Insurance)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze which factors have had impacts on extension export insurance charge of Korean export insurance. In order to attainment of this study, an empirical study was proceeded. The export insurance charge was hired as the dependent variable and export insurance premium, insurance compensation charge, export insurance collection charge and export insurance fund were used as independent variables. Data was used for estimation are the annually data from 1969 to 2007. From results of this analysis, we find the hired variables have highly correlation among them and the most influential factor turns out to be export insurance fund. Main results of this study was as follows : i) The export insurance fund must be increased immediately. ii) It is necessary that Korea Export Insurance Corporation give their attention to the compensate amount of export insurance compensation on specific insurance item. iii) It is necessary that Korea Export Insurance Corporation extension the collection efforts of the export insurance. iv) A reasonable raising of export insurance premium need to be done.

  • Charge transfer mechanism of poly(4,4'-aminotriphenylene hexafluoroisopropylidenediphthalimide) (TP6F PI) which exhibits bistable ON and OFF switching has been studied using photoemission electron spectroscopy (PES) and near-edge x-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS). Here, we demonstrate novel set-up in which holes are injected by photoemission process instead of direct charge carrier injection via metal electrode. The accumulated charges on the PI surface in the OFF state abruptly flow across the PI film when the bias voltage of a back electrode reaches a specific value, indicating that the film is changed to the ON state. Core level and x-ray absorption spectra probed at charge injection region via photoemission process do not show any evidences implying structural modification of TP6F PI during the phase change. Whereas, in valence band spectra, the highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) is shifted toward Fermi level, responsible for improved hole-mobility of TP6F PI of ON state.

  • 감자 생전분의 분해력이 강한 $\alpha$-amylase를 생산하는 Bacillus circulans F-2를 선발하고, 이 균주가 생산하는 $\alpha$-amylase를 정제하였으며, 정제효소의 polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis, SDS-polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis 및 soluble starch에 eo한 분해산물을 검사하고 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1 조효소액을 corn starch흡착, 유안분획, Bio-Gel P-100에 의한 gel filtration 및 DE-32 column chromatography에 의하여 specific activity 50.0 u/mg protein(원 비활성의 약 23배), 수율 25. 5%의 정제효소를 얻었다. 2. 정제효소에 대하여 polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis를 실시한 결과 $\alpha$-amylase activity를 가지는 아주 인접된 2ro의 Band가 나타났으나, SDS-polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis의 결과, polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis에서 나타난 2개의 Band는 charge가 약간 다른 charge isomer의 $\alpha$-amylase임을 시준하는 single band가 나타났다. 3. Polyacrylamide의 농도에 따른 2개 Band의 log mobility의 plot는 charge isomer를 가리키는 평행선을 나타내었다. 4. 두 효소단백질 Band의 작용 pattern을 알기 위하여 2개의 Band를 각각 분리하여 추출하고 soluble starch에 작용시켜 생성된 oligosaccharide의 pattern을 paper chromatography로 확인한 바 2개의 효소단백질 Band는 동일한 작용 pattern을 나타내었다. 5. Soluble starch로부터 생성되는 유일한 초기 가수분해산물은 maltohexaose이었다.

미진동파쇄기를 이용한 표준암반반쇄굴착공법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Standard Rock fracture Method Using the Finecker Plus)

  • 본 연구에서는 미진동파쇄기를 이용한 알반파쇄굴착공법의 기준 진동식과 암 분류에 따른 비장약량 산출식을 도출하였고 기존의 파쇄임도비율 산출식을 미진동파쇄기에 적합하도록 변환하였다. 그리고 표준암반파쇄패턴과 실시설계에 적용할 수 있는 공당장약량을 결정하였다 그 결과 자승근 환산식은 $V=345.39(D/\sqrt{W})^{-1.4484$, 비장약량 산출식은 $W_f=(2.3\~2.5)\;f_agdV$, 실시설계에 적용할 수 있는 공당장약량은 0.54kg, 직경 30cm의 파쇄입도비율은 약$48.7\%$로 산출되었다. 본 암반파쇄굴착공번은 타 공법에 비해 현장적 용성이 탁월한 것으로 사료된다.

종합전문요양기관에 입원한 뇌졸중환자의 진료비 분석 (Analysis of Medical Charge for Inpatients with Stroke in Tertiary Hospital)

  • This study was conducted to present strategies for efficient use of older people's medical expense and efficient management of hospital beds 삭제by analyzing factors which influenced medical charge of inpatients with stroke and medical charge of each medical treatment. The subjects was 1,070 inpatients with stroke in Academic hospital. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. In the case of cerebral hemorrhage, the rate of female was higher than that of male. In the case of cerebral infarction, the rate of male was higher than that of female. With increase of age, patients with cerebral hemorrhage decreased and patients with cerebral infarction increased. Medical charge for cerebral hemorrhage was 12,600,000 won, while that for cerebral infarction was 572,000 won. The medical charge with surgery was four times of that with non-surgery. The total medical charge for inpatients with stroke was 6,860,000 won. The patient payed 2,240,000 won(32.6%) and National Health Insurance Corporation payed 4,620,000 won(67.3%). Among charges of specific medical treatments, operation and treatment charge was highest(27.7%) in the case of cerebral hemorrhage, while examination charge was highest(32.2%)in the case of cerebral infarction. This study will provide basic information for efficient use of Medical Charge for Inpatients with Stroke.

  • Sample concentration and purification processes are essential in the bio-analytical and pharmaceutical fields because most bio samples or media are extremely sophisticated. To concentrate and purify specific substances, passive membrane type filters have been utilized, which is driven by size or charge differences between target and others. The traditional and representative method to identify nucleic acid sequences in the complex biosample is gel electrophoresis, which has been worked by size and net charge of molecules. The adsorption phenomena have been also utilized to concentrate and purify biomolecules. This adsorption of biomolecule can be controlled under specific salts and surfaces as well as surface area. To utilize the differences of physical properties of molecules or bio-targets such as virus, bacteria, and cells, the nanotechnologies can be introduced in target concentration, purification, and isolation processes. In here, I'd like to briefly survey typical examples of nanobiotechnologies which are introduced in sample treatment. Also I specifically demonstrate two different simple techniques to concentrate and detect bacteria from the samples using multifunctional silica nanotube (SNT).

Electrodeposited Nano-flakes of Manganese Oxide on Macroporous Ni Electrode Exhibiting High Pseudocapacitance

  • A porous nickel (P-Ni) substrate was prepared by selective leaching of zinc from pressed pellets containing powders of Ni & Zn in 4 M NaOH solution. Anodic deposition of manganese oxide onto the porous Ni substrate ($MnO_x$/P-Ni) formed nano-flakes of manganese oxide layers as revealed in SEM studies. Pseudocapacitance of this oxide electrode was evaluated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronopotentiometry (CHP) in 2 M NaOH solution. The specific capacitance of the Mn oxide electrode was as high as 1515 F $g^{-1}$, which was ten times higher than Mn oxide deposited on a flat Ni-ribbon. 80% of capacity was retained after 200 charge/discharge cycles. The system showed no loss of activity in dry form over period of days. The impedance studies indicated highly conducting $MnO_x$/P-Ni substance and the obtained specific capacitance from impedance data showed good agreement with the charge/discharge measurements.

  • Fiber reinforced plastic composites is widely used to make be lightening of aircraft and automotive owing to having high specific strength and specific modulus. And it is very important to know a charge shape in order to have good products in the compression molding. In particular, the product such as a bumper beam is composed of the random and unidirectional composite mats. Its deformation and charge shape are very different by stack type of random and unidirectional mats. In this paper, the characteristics of flow fronts such as a bulging phenomenon for step-type random/unidirectional composite mats and slip parameters are studied numerically. And the effects of viscosity ratio and stack type on the mold filling parameters are also discussed.
