Halliwick 10 Point Program의 운동학습과정 (Motor Learning Process of Halliwick 10 Point Program)

  • The Halliwick concept was developed by James McMillan over 50 years ago, and began as a method for teaching swimming to children with physical disables. After that the Halliwcik concept was developed as a specific strategy(called the Ten-Point Program) for teaching swimming to children with disabilities. Soon after the changes in the physical and emotional behavior were attributed to a unique teaching/learning philosophy and a psycho-sensory-motor learning program that is enhanced by hydrodynamics. Recognizing the therapeutic effects of the Ten-Pont Program adapted the program as a therapeutic intervention called Water Specific Therapy or the Logic Approach to Therapy in Water.

마천석재의 물리적 특성에 관한 연구 (A study of Physical Characteristic on Machun Building Stone)

  • 본 연구논문에서는 우리나라 주요 석재인 마천석 원석을 경남 함양군 마천면 기흥리에 위치한 마천석재, 덕우석재을 방문하여 원석과 판석을 색상, 조직, 구성광물, 입도의 차이에 따라 마천석 원석 17개를 채취하였다. 본 현장에서 채취한 시료에 대한 비중. 공극율. 흡수율. Point Load Test, 삼축압축시험, Brazilian Test, 암석학적 시험 및 분석, 화학적 시험 및 분석을 통해 마천석 원석의 물리적 특성을 규명하여 석재의 용도에 따른 타당성을 파악하는데 목적이 있다.

CFA로 유도한 관절염에서 선혈(選穴)에 따른 전침(電鍼)의 진통효과 차이 (Differential effect of electroacupuncture analgesia depending on the point selection in a rat model of CFA-induced arthritis)

  • Objective : In the present study, the effect of electroacupuncture (EA) applied to several acupoints and non-acupoint in CFA-induced knee arthritis was examined. Methods : A common source of persistent pain in humans is arthritis. Arthritis was induced by injection of CFA $125\;{\mu}l$ into knee joint cavity under enflurane anesthesia. The rat subsequently showed swelling of the ankle and a reduced stepping force of the affected limb for the next several days. The reduced stepping force of the limb was presumably due to a painful knee. EA was applied to either of $LR_2,\;LI_4$, or non-acupoint on the contralateral forelimb for 30 min under gaseous anesthesia. After the termination of EA, behavioral tests measuring stepping force were periodically conducted during the next 4 h. Results : EA applied to $LR_2$ point produced a significant improvement of stepping force of the affected foot lasting for at least 2 h. However, neigher $LI_4$ point nor non-point produced any significant increase of weight bearing force. The improvement of stepping pressure was interpreted as an analgesic effect. The analgesic effect was specific to the acupuncture point since the analgesic effect on CFA-induced knee arthritic pain model could not be mimicked by EA applied to a point, $LI_4$ or non-acupoint. In addition, both NO production and iNOS protein expression increased by arthritis were suppressed by EA applied to $LR_2$ point. Conclusion : These data suggest that EA produces a potent analgesic effect in the rat model of CFA-induced knee arthritis. This analgesic effect is produced by applying EA to an acupoint at opposite side from the painful area in a stimulus point-specific way.

  • 본 연구에서는 사이클은 터빈 출구로 부터 배출되는 폐열을 최대한 회수하여 얻은 증기를 연소기내에 분사시킴으로써 부가적인 압축기 및 비출력의 상향을 기할수 있다.아울러 폐열이용 암모니아 흡수기 냉동기를 구동하여 압축기 입구 온도를 낮 춤에 의해 열효율 및 비출력의 증대는 물론 대기온도 변화에 따른 기관 성능의 변동을 감소시킬 수 있다.

점선원 감마선장에서 유효선량의 성별차 및 개연선량당량과의 차이 (Effective Doses in the Radial Gamma Radiation Field near a Point Source: Gender Difference and Deviation from the Personal Dose Equivalent)

  • 점선원 주위에 형성되는 방사상의 감마선장에서 개인선량당량 $H_p$, 유효선량 E, 성별 유효선량 $E^m$$E^f$를 MIRD형 남녀 모의 피폭체를 이용하여 평가하였다. 선원은 신체의 전방 각각 15, 40 및 100 cm 거리의 여러 높이에 있는 것으로 하였고 방사성 핵종으로는 시범적으로 $^{137}Cs$$^{131}I$을 선정하였다. 성별 유효선량에서는 일부 예외적인 경우-예를 들면 선원이 생식선 앞에 위치할 때-를 제외하고는 대체로 여성의 경우가 크게 나타났으나, 남녀 평균값과의 차이는 크지않아 방사상 감마선장에서 성별 유효선량환산인자를 사용할 필요성은 없었다. 선량계를 가슴에서 하복부까지의 몸통 전방에 착용할 경우에는 $H_p$/E의 비가 약$1{\sim}3$의 범위에 있었고 극단적인 경우는 0.34에서 6.5까지 큰 편차를 보였다. 그러나 일반적인 방사선원 취급방법과 선량계 착용위치(흉곽 전방)를 가정하고, 선량계가 넓고 평행한 방사선장에서 유효선량에 대해 교정된다면 평행하지는 않지만 넓은 빔인 방사상 감마선장에 대해서는 용인할 수 있는 오차의 범위에서 유효선량 평가치를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구논문에서는 우리나라 주요 석재인 포천석, 문경석. 일동석 원석을 경기도 포천군 창수면과 신북면에 위치한 삼우석재, 신라석재, 가나석재, 청진석재 등을 방문하여 원석과 판석을 색상, 조직, 구성광물, 입도의 차이에 따라 포천석 원석 42개, 일동석 원석 4개의 원석를 채취하였으며, 경북 상주와 문경시에 위치한 화광산업, 고모치 석재, 세진석재를 방문하여 문경석 원석 12개를 채취하였다. 본 현장에서 채취한 시료에 대한 비중, 공극율, 흡수율. 3상 불평형 정전류 부하 조건에서의 동 위상 판별에 대한 분석 및 한계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis and Limitations of the Same Phase Identification Under 3-Phase Unbalanced Constant Current Loads)

  • In this paper, the necessity for the identification of the absolute phase value is introduced and analyzed for a particular conductor line of a 3-phase type distribution network and the recent methods are also introduced. For the determination of the exact phase value for a specific point in the line, as compared with the phase reference point, the measured phase value must be within a range of ${\pm}60[^{\circ}]$. However, the phase of a particular point can fluctuate depending on the line constant, transformer wiring method, line length, line amperage, etc. A theoretical formulation such as Simulink modeling and analysis for a distribution network are conducted for the identification of phase at a specific point in the line. In particular, through evaluating the effects of unbalanced current loads at the time of determination of the phase value, the limitations of the present method for the determination of phases is described.

  • Objectives: It was aimed to investigate the basic action mechanism of the autoimmune diseases and common features of all diseases. Autoimmune disease are classified organ specific and systemic. Methods: These diseases are seen systemic and disease start locations, origins seem differently. This makes learning and understanding difficult. Autoimmune diseases investigated for easier understanding. It was noticed that, autoimmune diseases' starting places are specific and same all of them. This remarkable point is very important for acupuncture also. So; whole literatüre was researched and important point was found. Results: Whole autoimmune diseases are attack to mesodermal layers and mesodermal origin organs of the body's. The common property of all these disease are same; Diseases start from the mesoderm and mesodermal layer even though their organ origins' belongs to different germ layer. From this point of view, we were able to classify autoimmune diseases simply and it was planned how can we effect body in this context with acupuncture. Conclusion: And, when immunity comes into question, induction of adaptive immunity is depend on antigen presentation to T cells and this situation take place in the lymph node (LN) and also in the skin.When we sank the acupuncture needle into skin, signals create and start mesodermal contacts, during this time mesenchymal origin' autoimmune cells are regulated with this signals.

  • Consider a situation that a specific treatment is regarded as the best in comparing several treatments. In this case, a natural procedure to decide the best treatment is to choose the specific one which is proved to be better than each one of the others. This study proposes a method for detecting the best by comparing two treatments from the above point of view. Since this method deals with comparing only two treatments, it is very simple to use and expected to be widely applicable.

Halliwick 10 Point Program이 균형능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Halliwick 10 Point Program on the Balance Control)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Halliwick 10 point program on the balance control. Fourteen undergraduate students participated in the experiment, and classified 7 experiment and 7 control group, randomly. Halliwick 10 point program was applied in the experiment group for 4 weeks. Balance index was measured using KAT 2000. Balance index were measured before, during(2 weeks), and after(4 weeks) the training for 4 weeks. 2-way repeated measures ANOVA was used to further distinguish between the groups. The following results were obtained; 1. The total balance index scores from a KAT were significantly decreased after 4 weeks compared with before the training passing of time. However there was no significant difference between experiment and control group. 2. The left and anterior shifting balance index scores from a KAT were significantly decreased after 4 weeks compared with before the training passing of time. However there was no significant difference between experiment and control group. These results lead us to the conclusion that the balance ability of women twenties increase as the water is higher than that of the ground applied Halliwick 10 point program of the water specific therapy province. Therefore, A further direction of this study will be to provide more evidence for Halliwick 10 point program in the water specific therapy.
