본 연구는 전문계 고등학교의 취업률 제고를 위한 특성을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 수단으로 등장한 특성화 개념을 고찰하고 운영 실태를 분석하여 특성화 고등학교로의 전환에 필요한 개선점을 제시하고자 하였다. 전문계고 위기의 주된 원인 요인들은 매우 다양하며 이러한 요인들이 전문계 고등학교의 취업률제고에 부정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이들 요인들의 부정적 영향을 최소화하는 다양한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이들 전문계 고등학교의 문제점과 개선방안을 파악하여 정책적 방안을 제시하고자 탐색적 연구를 하였다.

Currently open spaces of an apartment housing complex are considered in Korea as a negligible live Place that only contributes to enlarge its construction capacity of an apartment without taking its effects on the living quality into account. This trend reduces outdoor playing activities of the children who are the main users of open spaces and consequently has a negative influence on the child's growth. Therefore it is a imminent problem that we should provide open space utilizing plans on the basis of the study upon the types of the children's playing activities within the residential environment. The study purpose is finding about an outside activity of the child takes any influence according to an apartment disposition format.

본 연구는 광주지역 특성화고의 안정적 지원 방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 광주지역 일반현황 및 지원현황을 분석하고 지원계획을 검토하였다. 광주시교육청은 타교육청에 비해 지역특성 및 산업계 수요에 다른 특성화 고교 및 산학협력, 특성화고교 및 산학협력 관련 지원, 우수교원 확보 지원, 단위학교 특성화 및 산학협력 지원 등을 제시하고 있다. 반면에, 특성화 고등학교 특성화가 학교 전체보다는 학과단위에 머물러 있는 것이나 현장실습을 위한 산업체와 연계 강화, 직업교육 활성화를 위한 재정확보 노력 및 성과 등에 대해서는 지속적인 제고와 개선을 위한 노력이 요구되며 이를 보완하기위해 광주광역시 특성화고의 향후 지원방안 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

A Purpose of this study is to suggest the methods of increasing landscape area in building sites. There are several means by which landscape design operates. Development bonuses are used to encourage developers to include plazas or walkways or some attractive public space in a development in exchange for increased floor areas. Special zoning districts, in which locally specific design controls are applied, can be established. Site plan controls can be used to regulate the landscape design and landscape management.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors of CRM(Customer Relationship Management) activity and the difference in CRM effects according to customers responses. The investigators interviewed the buyers of three department stores in Daejeon area and surveyed 468 people aged over 20 who had ever shopped at those stores. For data analysis, we used factorial analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and ANOVA, etc., along with SPSS 10.0. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Six CRM activity factors were identified as 'Benefit & Information,' 'Service,' 'Customer Invitation,' 'Customer Contact,' 'Special Management,' and 'Purchase-related Help.' 2) Customer satisfaction of CRM-positive group was affected by such factors as 'Service,' 'Customer Invitation,' and 'Special Management,' and also customer loyalty directly by 'Customer Satisfaction' and 'Benefit & Information.' On the other hand, customer satisfaction of CRM-less-positive-group was influenced by the factors such as 'Service,' 'Purchase-related Help,' 'Customer Contact,' and 'Special Management,' and also customer loyalty directly by 'Customer Satisfaction' and 'Service.'

Rural tourism is primarily a domestic tourism activity with visitors traveling to non-urban area. Therefore, local agricultural and special products as one of rural amenity resources have been used revisitation carriers of rural tourism. For these purpose, this study selected Cheongsong-gun in Gyeongsang province, which has been famous for Cheongsong apple and planned space program on that sites as on-farm research. The sites are divided into 6 districts, agricultural production, leisure, cultural space, events or festival, green space, infrastructure for local residents and tourists. Above all, this study led local government to develop related policies using local agricultural and special products, which can be an example to plan for regional development.

In search of the improvement plan for elementary schools which aims at the efficient application of new educational programs according to the introduction of the 7th National Curriculum, the analysis results for the spatial configuration regarding the modernized elementary schools in Busan City are as follows: 1) The analysis of expansion in the building area reveals that the building area per classroom has been increased from $200m^2$ in 1995 to $350m^2$ in 2005 based on the data gathered from the constructed schools during that period. 2) While the ratio of classrooms per the gross school area has been decreased from 35% in the late 1990s to 20% in the 2000s, the entire school size continue to become larger, which is considered as desirable change. 3) New construction and addition of special classrooms and multi-purpose spaces have continued to be increased. Multi-purpose spaces were positively considered in the early 2000s, but recently built schools tend to limit the construction of multi-purpose spaces only to lower grades' space or not to obtain them owing to the analysis that its utilization is limited. 4) Most schools constructed after 1999 are equipped with dining hall and multi-purpose halls, and show the increase in their sizes. Especially, dining hall tend to be located on the upper floors for better environmental conditions.

본 연구는 자연공원중 도립공원을 대상으로 공원계획의 적합성을 법적 근거를 기본으로 평가하여 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안 제시를 목적으로 하였다. 자연공원법에 따른 도립공원 공원계획(용도지구계획, 시설계획)의 내용과 공원사업 시행, 공원관리를 위한 부동산종합공부시스템(KRAS) 등재 등의 적합성을 29개 공원에 대해 평가하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 공원용도지구중 공원자연보존지구의 경우 입지 불가 및 계획면적을 초과하는 공원시설을 결정한 공원이 전체의 24.1%(7개공원)에 달했다. 법 개정에 따른 새로운 용도지구인 공원문화유산지구를 지정해야 함에도 안하거나 기준을 미준수한 비율은 41.2%이었다. 또한 공원마을지구(구, 공원집단시설지구) 관리에 부적절한 계획수립 및 고시를 한 것도 문제로 나타났다. 도립공원은 보호지역의 범주임에도 많은 공원에서 공원시설계획상 여전히 지역개발과 관광개발에 중점을 두고 있는 상황이었으며, 결정된 공원시설의 명칭 오기도 문제였다. 법적으로 공원계획은 전산화되어 공개되어야 함에도 이를 시행하지 않고 있는 사례지도 있었다. 앞으로 이를 개선하기 위한 도립공원의 실효적 공원계획과 이를 통한 도립공원의 보호 관리 방안 수립이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 기업의 마케팅 전략에서 많이 사용되고 있는 다차원 척도법을 이용하여 육 해 공군사관학교, 경찰대학, 간호사관학교 등 특수목적 대학에 대한 이미지 포지셔닝 분석을 실시하여, 이들 대학이 수험생들에게 어떠한 이미지로 인식되고 있는지에 대한 진단과 이로부터 우수학생을 유치하기 위한 이미지 개선 방안과 홍보 전략을 수립하는데 있어 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 육 해 공 3군사관학교는 체력 및 신체조건, 학교전통, 선 후배간의 유대관계가 강한 학교로, 반면에 경찰대는 사회진출이 용이하고, 학업성적이 우수해야 입학할 수 있는 학교로 평가되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 육사는 교육 환경과 시설, 교육 프로그램, 교수진, 학교전통, 선 후배간의 유대관계 등에서 해사와 공사보다 더 우수한 것으로 평가되고 있지만, 지원자들의 학업성적 수준에서 경찰대보다 떨어지는 것으로 평가되고 있고, 사회 진출면에서도 경찰대보다 불리한 것으로 평가되고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper proposes a UAV equipped with an automatic control system for educational purposes such as navigation flight or autonomous flight. The proposed UAV is capable of automatic navigation flight and it is possible to control more precisely and delicately than existing UAV which is directly controlled. And it has the advantage that it is possible to fly in a place out of sight. In addition, the user may arbitrarily change the route or route information to use it as an educational purpose for achieving the special purpose. It also allows you to check flight status by shooting a video during flight. For this purpose, it is designed to check the image in real time using 5.8GHz video transmitter and receiver. The flight information is recorded separately and used as data to judge the normal flight after the flight. The result of the paper can be flighted along the coordinates specified using GPS information. Since it can receive real-time video, it is expected to be used for various education purposes such as reconnaissance of polluted area, achievement of special purpose, and so on.
