아원계 조강재를 이용한 1일 공용 콘크리트 개발연구 (A Study on Development of 1 Day Usable High Early Strength Concrete Using Hauyne C/K System Additives)

  • In recent, concrete material like specific cement and additives having many functions hsa been developed. In road pavement, ultra high early strength cement or organic material are used to open the road early, but there are many restrictions like workable time and special equipment. We aim to developed specific concrete which 1 day strength is over 300kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ to open the road within one day and workable time is maintained over 1 hour that can make the concrete ready mixed concrete. In this study, we are convinced if the ratio of hauyne clinker or its additive is increased early strength property is progressed and if the ratio of non hydrous gypsum is increased longtime strength is progressed. The concrete strength is 290-310 kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at 1 day, 570-640 kgf/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at 28 day and the workable time is maintained over 30 minutes. As the results of this experiments We find out the possibility to developed the 1 day usable ready mixed concrete with high early strength.

노인 주간보호시설의 운영, 인력, 서비스 현황 (The Current Status of Adult Day Care in Korea - Operation, Staffing, and Service -)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the operation, staffing, and services provided at adult day care centers in Korea. Methods: The study was a cross-sectional descriptive survey. The subjects were 209 centers among 280 centers registered in Korea (response rate 74.6%). The data was collected from August to December in 2006. Results: 48.8% of centers were located in a city area. The centers were based on the Social Model 65.5% of the centers were open Monday to Friday, an average of $7{\sim}8$ hours per day Dementia, stroke or frail elderly could use the center, and 57.4% of centers were used for dementia and stroke elderly together. The enrollment of elderly was 13.5. The number of total staff was 8.27, the number of RN's and social workers was 0.67, and 2.54 respectively. The social services(Meal preparation 98.6%, Special event 98.1%, Transportation, 97.1%) were provided more than the health services(Physical therapy 98.1%, ADL training 95.2%, Counseling 84 7%, Vaccination 82.8%, Health monitoring 78.9%, Health education 78.5%, Bathing 66.1%, and Speech therapy 28.2%). Conclusion: These results suggest we have to develop a health-focused adult day health care model based on the needs of elderly and their families. Nurses will have an important role in adult day health care.

  • 1) 본 실험은 Y.S.A. Gold leaf, oxford 1, Awha Yungzung, Samsun, Maruha, Hatano, 등 8개 품종을 온도와 일장 반응으로 본 것이다. 2) 온도는 저온을 야외(10~$20^{\circ}$) 고온을 온실($20^{\circ}C$~$35^{\circ}C$)에서 맞추었으며 일장은 8.10.12.14로 처리했다. 3) 이를 요약하면 1) 단일 조건에서는 고온보다 저온에서 장일조건에서는 저온보다 고온에서 개화가 촉진되었다. ii) 대체로 고온 장일에서 보다는 저온 단일에서 다소 개화가 촉진 되었다. iii) 그러나 위와 가튼 경향은 품종간에 많은 차이를 볼 수 있다.

Short Term Load Forecasting Algorithm for Lunar New Year's Day

  • Short term load forecasts complexly affected by socioeconomic factors and weather variables have non-linear characteristics. Thus far, researchers have improved load forecast technologies through diverse techniques such as artificial neural networks, fuzzy theories, and statistical methods in order to enhance the accuracy of load forecasts. Short term load forecast errors for special days are relatively much higher than that of weekdays. The errors are mainly caused by the irregularity of social activities and insufficient similar past data required for constructing load forecast models. In this study, the load characteristics of Lunar New Year's Day holidays well known for the highest error occurrence holiday period are analyzed to propose a load forecast technique for Lunar New Year's Day holidays. To solve the insufficient input data problem, the similarity of the load patterns of past Lunar New Year's Day holidays having similar patterns was judged by Euclid distance. Lunar New Year's Day holidays periods for 2011-2012 were forecasted by the proposed method which shows that the proposed algorithm yields better results than the comprehensive analysis method or the knowledge-based method.

  • In road Pavements, it is known that cement concrete pavement has superior durability, safety compared with asphalt pavement. But in repairing pavement, cement concrete pavement is not usually applied because of the length of time while the road is interrupted when using Ordinary and Rapid-hardening Portland Cement. And Super High Early Strength Cement and Ultra Super High Early Strength Cement are not favorable for ready mixed concrete because of rapid setting time, high slump loss and other restrictions. We aim to develope special cement and concrete developing 1 day strength of over 300 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ to open the road within one day and workable time is maintained over 1 hour that can be used as ready mixed concrete. In this study, we produced cement using rapid-hardening cement, Hauyne clinker, anhydride gypsum and accelerator and studied on its properties. The comperssive strength was over 400 kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$ and tensile at 1 day and workable time was maintained for over 1 hour.

대구상공에서의 대기 오염 물질 확산에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Diffusion of Atmospheric Pollutants over Taegu)

  • Meteorological parameters In the atmospheric boundary layer and the vertical and horizontal dispersion parameters were determined by analyzing the data obtained by the special upper-air observations of one clear day for each season from October 1991 to August 1992. The concentration of the aklospheric pollutants over Taegu was analyzed by using the application of the Gaussian diffusion model. In the diurnal variation of diffusion of atmospheric pollutants, vertical diffusion due to turbulence is active in daytime while horizontal diffusion due to wind is active in nighttime. The mean concentration of pollutants in the side of downwind is higher during the daytime than the nighttime. Thus, the height of the mixed-layer at the nighttime considered as the most important parameter of the mean concentration of pollutants. In the seasonal variation of diffusion of atmospheric pollutants, vertical diffusion due to strong solar radiation is active in summer case day, and horizontal diffusion due to strong wind is active in winter case day. In winter case day, the mean concentration of pollutants in the side of downwind is maximum in the daytime. However, in summer case day, that is maximum in the nighttime.

토지이용 변화를 고려한 제주도 권역별 미래 농업용수 수요량 추정 (Estimation of Regional Future Agricultural Water Demand in Jeju Island Considering Land Use Change)

  • In this study, the projected land use area in 2030 for major crop production was estimated in Jeju Island using land cover map, and corresponding agricultural water demand for 40 sub-regions was quantitatively assessed using the future climate change scenario (RCP 4.5). Estimated basic unit of water demand in 2030 was the highest in the western region, and the lowest in the eastern region. Monthly maximum agricultural water demand analysis revealed that water demand in August of 2030 substantially increased, suggesting the climate of Jeju Island is changing to a subtropical climate in 2030. Agricultural water demand for sub-region in 2030 was calculated by multiplying the target area of the water supply excluding the area not in use in winter season by the basic unit of water demand, and the maximum and minimum values were estimated to be $306,626m^3/day$ at Seogwipo downtown region and $77,967m^3/day$ at Hallim region, respectively. Consequently, total agricultural water demand in Jeju Island in 2030 was estimated to be $1,848,010m^3/day$.

부천지역 주부의 식문화와 전통발효식품 소비태도와의 관계 (Relationship Between Dietary Culture of Housewives and Their Attitude of Traditional Fermented Foods Consumption - in Puchon City -)

  • Food choice is influenced by many factors including physical, social, psychological and food technological developments. This research is based on the survey on Puchon housewives dietary culture according to season and special occasions and the current consumption pattern of traditional fermented foods. The objective is to find out the current consumption and to use this data as the principal element needed to explore changes in consumption patterns and to uphold and develop the consumption of traditional fermented food. Questionnaires were collected 282 housewives in Puchon city. Data were analysed with SAS software package for t-test, F-test and Duncan’s multiple range test. Results of relationship between dietary culture of Puchon housewives and consumption patterns of traditional fermented food items; 1. If we look at seasonal foods, Puchon housewives responded that they normally prepare traditional foods for such special occasions as Chusok(89%), New Year(84%) and January full moon Day(77%). For family celebrations, they cook on their in-laws birthdays(91%), their husbands birthday(84%), childrens birthdays(73%) and their own birthday(32%). They also responded that they eat out on their own birthday(41%), on Christmas Day(19%), on childrens birthdays(17%) and on their husbands birthday(11%). 2. If we look at the age of housewives and their dietary culture, more young housewives tend to eat out on their own, their husbands and their childrens birthdays. As for their educational background, less educated housewives tend to prepare flood at home on New Years Day, while more educated housewives would eat out on their own birthdays. As for the type of family, mere housewives in nucleus families eat out on Christmas Days compared to those in extended families. Also, those in extended families tend to make food at home rather than eating out on their own birthdays. In case of the husbands birthday, there was some difference according to family income (p<0.03).

경찰특공대 요원의 방사선손상 감소를 위한 셀레늄과 아르기닌 혼합물의 방호효과 연구 (A Study on the Radioprotection Effect of Selenium and Arginine Mixtures for Reducing Radiation Damage to Police SOU)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방사능 테러 상황에서 경찰특공대 대테러요원의 방사선 손상을 최소화할 수 있는 방사선 방호제 개발을 위하여 셀레늄과 아르기닌 혼합물의 방사선 방호효과를 규명하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 72 마리의 수컷 SD rat을 일반군(NC Group), 셀레늄과 아르기닌 혼합물 투여군(SeAr Group), 방사선 노출군(IR Group), 셀레늄과 아르기닌 혼합물 투여 후 방사선 노출군(SeAr+IR Group)의 4개 군으로 분류하였다. 방사선은 7 Gy 엑스선을 전신에 노출하였고, 셀레늄과 아르기닌은 각각 1일 1회 3 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg이 흡수되도록 혼합하여 14일간 경구 투여였다. 방사선 노출 후 1일, 7일, 21일차에 혈액학적 분석과 조직학적 분석을 수행하였다. 혈액학적 분석에서는 IR Group에 비하여 SeAr+IR Group에서 방사선 노출 후 1일차에 림프구(p<0.05)에서, 7일차에 혈소판(p<0.01)에서, 21일차에 적혈구(p<0.01)에서 유의한 방사선 방호가 나타났다. 조직학적 분석에는 IR Group에 비하여 SeAr+IR Group에서 방사선 노출 7일차에 소장에서 소장움 세포의 경계가 적게 무너지고 소장움의 길이가 비교적 회복된 것이 관찰되었고, 21일차에 전립선에서 세포수와 세포벽의 두께가 더 양호한 것으로 관찰되었다. 따라서 셀레늄과 아르기닌 혼합물은 방사선 노출에 따른 혈액 및 조직에 대한 방사선 방호효과가 있는 것으로 판단되며 경찰특공대 대테러요원의 방사선 손상 감소를 위한 방사선 방호제 연구에 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

산삼 심마니 채삼 관습과 민법상 특수지역권 (Wild Ginseng Digger's Digging Custom and Its Special Servitude of Korean Civil Act)

  • 우리나라를 인삼 종주국으로 자리매김한 고려인삼의 기원은 산삼이다. 그 산삼의 채삼 관습의 근거를 조선왕조실록, 일제 강점기 법령, 우리나라 산림법령과 민법 등에서 찾고자 하였다. 조선 시대와 일제 강점기 이전에는 심마니 채삼 관습은 입회관행으로 존재하였지만, 1910년 일제는 강점기 동안 우리나라 고유한 입회권 법리를 왜곡하였다. 일제가 왜곡한 입회권 법리는 해방 이후에 계속돼 1960년 민법 시행 때까지 유지되었다. 민법 시행 이후 입회권 법리는 특수지역권으로 바뀌었다. 입회권의 연원은 조선 시대의 시초장으로 난방용 땔감이나 사료용 풀을 채취할 수 있는 시초장은 조선 시대 그 당시 지역주민이 생존할 수 있는 최소한의 생존권이자 권익이었다. 생존권으로서의 입회권이었기 때문에 일제가 이를 폐지하려고 시도하였지만 실패하였다. 그럼에도 일제가 왜곡한 입회권 법리는 산림관련법령 등에서 지금까지도 유지되고 있다. 1945년 광복이 된 지 70년이 지난 이제는 일제의 심마니 채삼 관습에 관한 왜곡된 법리에서 탈피하여야 하고, 채삼 관행의 근거가 입회관행에서 민법상 특수지역권으로 변화된 것을 인정하여야 한다. 이에 심마니 단체는 법인 아닌 사단이고, 심마니의 채삼 관행은 민법상 특수지역권으로 법리 구성할 수 있고, 심마니의 산삼 채삼 행위는 관습법적으로 유효하다고 보아야 한다. 이를 통해 인삼과 관련된 산삼 채취행위에 관한 법적 성질과 그 근거를 명확히 할 수 있고, 심마니 채삼 행위의 민사법적 책임소재도 명확하게 할 수 있을 것이다.
