음악치료 접근을 통한 특수학교 음악교육 교수·학습 지도안 개발 - 지적장애 중·고등학교 과정을 중심으로 - (Development of Music Teaching-Learning Program for Secondary Students with Intellectual Disabilities based on Music Therapy Approach)

  • 본 연구에서는 지적장애 중 고등학교 학생들의 효과적인 음악 수업을 위하여 교수 학습 지도안을 개발하였다. 지도안 구성 시 특수교육 분야에 관련서비스로써 역할을 해 온 음악치료 영역을 음악 교과 수업 장면에 접목시켰다. 지도안은 2008개정 특수학교 교육과정의 음악과에서 각 영역별로 주제를 재구성하여, 제재를 한 가지씩 선정하였고 교육적, 치료적인 목적에 따라 학생들의 기능 수준별로 나눈 3단계의 학생활동과 교사활동으로 구성하였다. 개발된 교수 학습 지도안은 특수음악교사 3명과 음악치료사 3명의 검증을 거쳐 1차와 2차 피드백을 받아 내용을 수정 보완하는 과정을 거쳤다. 그리고 지각, 표현, 감상 영역에 따른 단계적이고 연속적인 교육활동을 위하여 개발한 교수 학습 지도안을 바탕으로 총 20차시의 지도 계획표와 한 학기 분량의 월별 지도 계획을 제시하였다. 앞으로 본 연구의 결과가 지적장애 학교에서의 효과적인 음악 수업을 위한 자료 개발과 향후 개정 교육과정에 활용할 수 있는 기초 자료가 될 것이다. 더불어 음악치료적 접근을 중심으로 음악 수업환경을 제공하는 새로운 방법론적 아이디어를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

긍정적 행동지원 중재 전략에 대한 특수교사의 경험 및 인식 (The Special Education Teachers' Execution Status and Awareness on the intervention for Positive Behavior Support)

  • 본 연구는 긍정적 행동지원과 관련한 특수교사의 수행 현황 및 개별 중재에 대한 인식을 살펴보아, 향후 효과적인 교사 연수의 기초자료를 마련하고자 수행되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 학생의 행동관리에 대한 교사의 관심도는 22.9%가 높은 것으로 응답하였으며, 보통 정도라고 응답한 특수교사는 66%인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 필요한 정보를 구하는 곳은 서적이나 연수 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중요도 평가에서는 대부분의 중재가 4점 이상으로 평가되었으나, 적용 가능성에 대해서는 중요도에 비해 상대적으로 낮은 평가를 하였다. 중요성과 적용 가능성이 모두 높은 중재는 선행사건 중재, 대체기술 중재, 후속결과 중재인 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 긍정적 행동지원의 각각의 중재를 사용한 비율은 전체 교사의 70% 이상이 사용한 것으로 나타나 다양한 중재를 사용한 경험이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 효과적이라고 응답한 중재방법은 모두 23개인 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 평가를 위한 자료 수집이나, 강화효과 평가 등에 있어서는 낮은 결과를 보여 체계적인 중재를 위한 평가 및 지속적인 모니터링의 어려움을 시사하였다. 향후 행동 평가 및 모니터링을 수월하게 수행할 수 있는 관찰 시스템의 개발과 보급이 중요함을 보여주었다.

영재교육에 대한 유치원교사의 인식수준

  • This study is to examine the current problems of teaching gifted children and suggest elements(or factors) to be considered in setting up goals thereof by analyzing incumbent teachers awareness. 121 teachers were arbitrarily selected from 30 different kindergartens located in Seoul and Anyang, and they were interviewed with two parts questionnaires(or opinions) of improving current practice. The first part of the questionnaire is composed of the questions about teachers awareness of gifted children, actual state of teaching gifted children, effects of teaching in kindergarten for gifted children, and desired direction for teaching improvement. The second part of the questionnaire provided interpretation of precociousness by study habit, creativity and definitive properties and asked the number of children qualified in their classes. Since the results of the first interview as to awareness of gifted children were dismal, 40 teachers were thereafter randomly selected again, and the second interview was warranted. The results alarmingly revealed that program of teaching gifted children were barely existing even though the teachers awareness for the needs of special education for the precocious as well of study materials and programs thereof was high. In addition, the teachers familiarity of gifted children was surprisingly low. At the second interview whereby gifted children was explained, the teachers awareness of gifted children was dramatically improved to 40% in comparing with 7.4% at the first interview without explanation of gifted children. Teachers awareness of gifted children was low because of lacking direct or indirect experience of having gifted children and special programs therof in their classes as well as teachers nonchalance. Therefore not only adequate training and education of teachers, but also cultivation of qualified teachers for special programs for the precocious are obligatory. Training of incumbent teachers and determination of gifted children are prerequisite for timely discovery of gifted children and adequate education for them. Development of special education programs and diffusion are also crucial.

아동, 예비교사, 중견교사의 과학지식, 과학적 탐구능력, 인지 수준의 비교 (A Comparison of Preservice and Inservice Elementary Teachers' and Children's Scientific Knowledge, Scientific Inquiry Skills and Cognitive Abilities)

  • This is very important to know teachers' and children's scientific knowledge, scientific inquiry skills and cognitive abilities for better education of children. The subjects of this study are about 60-150 in each group. There are instruments used ; To test scientific knowledge a test is developed by the author. To test scientific inquiry skills, the test developed by Eun Kyung Yong is used. To test cognitive abilities, GALT, short version is used. There are results; Firstly, inservice teachers' scientific knowledge is better than preservice teachers', which is better than children'. Secondly, inservice teachers' scientific inquiry skills nearly equal preservice teachers', which are better than children'. Thirdly, preservice teachers' cognitive abilities nearly equal inservice teachers', which are better than children'. Fourthly, teachers' (special area-science) cognitive abilities are better than teachers' (special area-vidual art, music, physical education). Elementary teachers in Korea have fundamental abilities to teach elementary children.

  • A curriculum for teaching materials in Science Education was studied as a model for modified experiment on fundamental courses. Conscious effort can be made to desingn experiments that require minimum apparatus: that require low-cost equipment that can be made from cheap locally available materials. Computer-aided instruction programs at high school, freshman course level have been developed. The software package was consist of five programs: The program contains explanation and problems for the calculation of resonance energy, molecular structure, mole concept. Rutherford's experiment. thermodynamic processes. Special course equipment package explanation mole concept, Rutherford's experiment, thermodynamic processes. Special course were designed in Science Education with the understanding that to a certain extent science values would be covered in all of the modified experiments and program models.

  • Sesame (Sesamum indicum L.) is a rich source of edible oil most commonly it is used as a food product mainly in bakeries and also use as a common source of oil in daily kitchen needs. Due to the presence of some special phytochemicals like proteins, fibers, oil, minerals and antioxidants it is highly used for medicinal and therapeutic purposes. It is a good source of energy and act as an antiaging agent. Its seeds are used as Anti-helmintic, antihypertensive, antimicrobial, cytotoxic and Hepatoprotective but its seed coat which is a byproduct of sesame and a cherished source of fibers is normally use for animal feedstuff. In Unani system of medicine it is used both as drug & diet (dawa wa ghida). In classical Unani literature it is indicated in various disorders like Asthma, Dry Cough, Gastritis (due to any drug, excessive use of alcohol), Dryness of Intestine, Dryness in throat, Renal Stone, Bleeding Piles, Amenorrhea, Retention of urine, Dysuria, Orchitis, Sexual Debility, Anorexia. The present review article, an attempt have been made to compile all the pharmacological and Pharmacognostical characters of Sesamum indicum with special reference to Unani literature.

특수학교 학생들의 컴퓨터교육을 위한 새로운 교수-학습법 적용과 평가 (Application and Evaluation of New Teaching-learning Methods for Computer Education of Students in Special School)

  • 일반학교와 특수학교에서 시행하고 있는 컴퓨터 교육 과정 내용과 수업 방식을 조사 분석하고, 일반학교 비장애 학생들의 교수-학습법을 참고하여 특수학교 지체장애 학생들에게 새로운 교수-학습법을 제시하고 수행하였다. 제안된 교수-학습법에 대한 지체학생들의 수업 방식, 학생들의 태도를 평가하고 기존 교수-학습법과 제안된 교수-학습법의 차이점과 그 결과를 분석하여 제안된 특수학교 컴퓨터 교육에 대한 교수-학습법의 효율성을 제시하였다.

부산·경남지역 작업환경측정기관의 산업안전보건법 준수 실태 및 준수율 제고를 통한 측정기관 종사자 건강보호 방안 고찰 (A Study on the Compliance of the Occupational Safety and Health Act by Busan and Gyungsangnam-do Province Working Environment Measurement Institutions)

  • Objectives: This study aims to investigate whether working environment measurement institutions(WEMIs) are conducting safety and health education, risk assessment, and oversight of special management materials, and whether working environment measurement and special medical examinations are being conducted as prescribed in the Occupational Safety and Health Act(OSHA). Methods: In of February 2021, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 33 WMEIs registered with the Ministry of Employment and Labor(MoEL) in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do Province. The responses were collected and then analyzed. Results: The findings show that 5 WEMIs(15%) complied fully with OSHA. Risk assessment was conducted by 13 WMEIs(39%) and safety education by 11 WMEIs(33%). Eighteen WMEIs(55%) conducted working environment measurement, and 29 WMEIs(88%) conducted special medical examinations. The implementation rate of the risk assessment in the health industry(85%) was higher than the one in the special technology industry(11%)(p<0.05). The implementation rate of the special medical examination in the examiners(54%) was not as high as the one in the analysts(91%)(p<0.05). Conclusions: The MoEL needs to check whether basic OSHA requirements are being observed during regular inspections by WEMIs. These findings indicate that it is necessary to prepare a plan to improve the rate of compliance with OSHA regulations.

소방특별사법경찰제도의 효율적인 운용방안에 관한 연구 (Study on the Method for Effective Operation of Special Judicial Police System for Fire Service)

  • 현대사회의 다양화, 첨단화로 인하여 범죄의 내용도 전문화되면서 특별사법경찰제도의 역할은 중요하고 다양해지고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 수사업무를 수행하는 소방특별사법경찰은 대부분 화재조사 업무와 병행으로 인한 업무 과중, 인력 부족, 수사 전문성을 결여시키는 등의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 소방사범 단속 수사사례를 통해 얻은 경험을 바탕으로 실제적인 문제점에 대한 개선방안으로 전보 제한 제도 개정, 정원 증원, 교육훈련 제도 개선, 전담부서 신설 등을 제시하고자 한다.
