  • 이태리 가구산업의 특성을 파악하기 위해서는 가구 산업의 인프라(INFRA)적 측면, 즉 환경 적 측면에 대한 분석이 무엇보다 중요하리라 생각한다. 가구산업의 지역적 조건과 상황, 혈연중심의 중소기업의 구조, 기술혁신과 생산성 향상에 심혈을 기울이는 생산자들의 역할, 유통 및 생산현황 등과 같은 조건들이 환경 적 특성을 이해하는데 중요한 요인으로 파악된다. 이러한 산업구조의 제반 여건 하에 건축가들의 디자인 활동으로 다양한 디자인 언어가 공존하는 문화가 형성되어 있는 점 또한 이태리 가구산업의 특성으로 간주할 수 있다. 이에 이태리 가구산업의 특성과 발전배경을 본보기로 하여 국내가구산업의 발전에 시금석이 되고자 한다.

A Study on the Determinants of Third Party Logistics Service Suppliers in Dongdaemun Market

  • Purpose - This study was intended to find the selection attribution factors and service satisfaction determinants of third party logistics suppliers in Dongdaemun wholesale market. Research design, data, and methodology - A questionnaire survey was performed, and the retailers and wholesalers in Dongdaemun wholesale market were asked to fill in it. Company employees using third party logistics service were selected by a random sampling method. Results - It is easy for both retailers and wholesalers to use third party logistics service. The logistics companies in Dongdaemun wholesale market have paid more heed to the security of freight and the operability. That is, the freight safety and operating service are the most important factors in selecting third party logistics suppliers, and they both have a close relationship with user satisfaction. There is no relation between service level and recognition in selection factors of third party logistics suppliers. All the responsiveness, operability and informativeness of third-party logistics providers has a significant relationship with user satisfaction. Conclusions - Third party logistics service is entirely different from the existing delivery or transport service. The most market vendors' wish for third party logistics suppliers is the stability of freight and robust operating service. They also demand the responsiveness for special or emergency situation with having information strength.

ISO/IEC 9126-2 메트릭을 활용한 소프트웨어 정량적 평가 지표 도출 (Quantitative Evaluation Index Derivation of the Software Based on ISO/IEC 9126-2 Metrics)

  • Purpose: Many domestic companies have to make out quantitative evaluation table in their proposal when they conduct the software R&D project. However, most of companies have a difficulty to select the evaluation items and criteria, also to derive a quantitative results. Therefore, we propose a method to derive the quantitative evaluation index by utilizing the ISO/IEC 9126-2. Methods: Analyzing ISO/IEC 9126-2, and we classify the quality metrics as high-classification and sub-classification for Web/App software, Embedded software and Installation software. Next, Conduct the metrics selection survey depending on importance and necessity. Then, carry out the case study. Verify the correspondence between evaluation items and criteria from original suggestion of company and from outcome by utilizing the ISO/IEC 9126-2 quality metrics. Results: It is possible to classify into two metrics, one for common software or one another for only special software. Furthermore, there is quality metrics that is more important and more necessary depending upon characteristics of the software. Conclusion: ISO/IEC 9126-2 quality metrics can be used to make an evaluation items and criteria for quantitative evaluation table of software product.

가상 3D 패션 코디네이션 연구 (A Study of Virtual 3D Fashion Coordination)

  • Today, many people seek for their own personal character which is distinguished from another people and they utilize fashion coordination as the was of expression their own image. In addition, interest in electronic commerce and cuber shopping mall on the internet is increasing. For this reason, visual and interesting virtual fashion coordination system is needed. The purpose of this study is to propose possibility of fashion coordination by virtual 3D model. For this study, 1. We make a 3D standard body model by automatic generation. 2. We make 3D fashion item (sleeveless top and flare skirt) by automatic generation. 3. We combine 3D body model with fashion item by special point, grouping and gap being between body and clothes. 4. We make textile palettes and textile DB for texture mapping and rendering. As a effect of this study, 1. It can give the chance to coordinate clothes suitable for their own character and bodyshape on the cuber space more speedily and variously. 2. It can help fashion internet shopping mall company can save a time, expenses and tries to advertise their new products, offer service for customers and lead customers to purchasing. 3. It can accumulate a database of design and textile for using by fashion and textile industry.

민자사업의 사업관리 사례분석

  • 민자사업의 사업관리주체는 몇몇 사업을 제외하고는 해당 사업의 시행을 위해서 별도로 설립된 사업시행법인인 경우가 대부분이다. 본 연구에서는 민자사업의 사업관리사례로서 사업시행법인 자체의 조직과 인력을 활용한 발주자CM의 형태로 사업관리를 수행한 서울외곽순환(일산$\~$퇴계원)고속도로 민자사업의 사례를 분석, 제시하고자 하였다. 시간관리의 측면에서 사업시행법인은 시공단계의 단순한 공정관리 틀에서 벗어나 사업의 계획. 설계, 인허가, 시공, 그리고 운영 및 유지관리까지 사업 전단계에 걸친 사업관리주체라는 관전으로 접근하였으며, 비용관리의 측면에서 시공단계의 사업비 증파에 대한 risk의 부담주체는 민간이라는 기본 전제하에 설계VE 등을 통한 사업비 절감요인 도출 등 보다 적극적인 사업비 관리가 요구되었다.

  • Purpose: The balanced scorecard (BSC) has been adopted to evaluate factors affecting performances in organizational dealer marketing in Chinese cosmetics market. Four performance measures in BSC: learning & growth, internal business processes, customer performance, and financial performance are employed in our empirical study. Methods: We conducted surveys of dealers in a Chinese cosmetics company and used total 463 samples for analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model analysis were employed using AMOS 20.0. Results: This study found that internal business process had a positive relation with customer performance and learning and growth. Also, customer performance and learning & growth positively affected financial performances. Conclusion: This study has some academic and practical contributions in that the revised BSC model reflects the special aspects of Chinese cosmetics market and it can be used as a guide for companies in the Chinese cosmetics market to understand which factors are affecting performances.

IT서비스 벤처기업 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Success of IT Service Venture Firms)

  • Three years after establishment, companies are said to face a period of risk called the "valley of death." To start a venture company and make it sustainable, the chance of failure must be minimized. According to an in-depth assessment report on special taxation in 2015, the one-year survival rate of Korean companies was about 60 percent and the five-year survival rate about 30%. These rates are low compared to those of major OECD member countries. Worse, such rates in Korea are decreasing year by year. The purpose of this study is to classify the success factors behind venture companies into human capital, social capital and financial capital, and verify through empirical analysis the factors influencing the success of venture companies based on the mediating roles of capability of the startup team and that for innovation. To find the success factors behind venture companies, this study first examined the theories derived from previous studies. SPSS 21 was used as the study method, while descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis and CMB test were conducted. In addition, SmartPLS 2 was used for confirmatory factor analysis, hypothesis test, mediation effect. The results of this study can help efforts toward job creation and economic revitalization pursued by the creative economy policy of the incumbent Korean administration. They can also be used as the cornerstone for venture companies in their pursuit of success.

국가경쟁력 강화를 위한 SOC 확보 방안 (A Study to Secure Reasonable Transportation Infrastructure Stock for Improving National Competitiveness in Korea)

  • 한 국가의 SOC 시설 보유량은 공공서비스의 공급능력을 보여주는 지표로 활용되고 있으며, 국가경쟁력의 원천이 되고 있다. 한국은 SOC 시설이 충분하다는 판단하에 '03년 이후 SOC 투자를 점차 축소하고 있다. 하지만 SOC 투자 축소는 기존 SOC 공사의 공기지연이 발생하고 있으며, 향후에는 국가경쟁력을 저해할 가능성을 갖고 있다. 따라서 충분한 수준의 SOC 투자는 지속되어야 한다. 이를 위해 우선 교통시설특별회계를 최소한 국가기간교통망계획의 계획기간인 '19년까지 연장할 필요가 있다. 또한 민간투자사업을 효과적으로 활용하고, SOC 투자를 완공위주의 집중투자를 해야 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the Central Asian costumes($1{\sim}7C$) and develop new design items and suggest new brand launching. Korean apparel industry has been suffering from imbalance of supply and demand caused by the sagging economy and too many apparel companies. Due to the several years of recession, clothing consumption decreased and foreign brand's market share got bigger. As a result, managing a company became difficult and it is time for Korean apparel industry to enter the global market. We need a brand with new image and design that has big potential of purchasing power not only in Korea but also in China, and furthermore in global market. But even nearby Chinese market already became very competitive. One way of approaching Chinese fashion market is to find something special, for example, their historical background. Central Asian culture and costumes, a part of China, has both Eastern and Western culture. No other apparel industry had interest in the Central Asian costumes yet. Therefore, through their costume, a fresh design idea can be suggested.

  • 자연재해로 인한 재해자 지원제도에는 크게 자조(自助)와 공조(共助)그리고 공조(公助)가 있다. 본 연구에서는 재해자 지원 제도 중의 공조(共助)(지진보험, JA공제, 전노제)를 대상으로 동일본 대지진의 사례를 분석하여 보급 현황과 함께 급부의 제약 등에 관련된 여러 문제점에 대해 검토하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 방법으로는 각종 간행물과 홈페이지를 활용한 자료 답사, JA건경이나 손해보험회사에 대한 히어링을 실시했다.
