본 연구는 ALA의 American Libraries 웹사이트에서 제시한 도서관 서비스 향상과 직원의 커뮤니케이션 및 협력 증진에 활용할 수 있는 10가지 방법에 대한 국내 대학도서관 사서들의 인식을 조사한 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내 25개 대학도서관의 156명의 사서를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 10가지 방법에 대한 각각의 필요성과 효과성, 난이성, 발전가능성 정도를 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도서관에서 활용할 수 있는 10가지 방법 중에는 도서관 직원을 위한 지속적 기술훈련 프로그램 제공하기와 이용자에게 맞춤형 개인화서비스 제공하기, 이용자에 대한 도서관 공지사항을 문자메시지로 전송하기가 필요성과 효과성이 모두 높다. 둘째, 10가지 방법에 대한 난이도는 이용자에게 맞춤형 개인화서비스 제공하기와 특수주제별 위키 작성하기, 도서관 직원을 위한 지속적 기술훈련 프로그램 제공하기의 순으로 높다. 셋째, 10가지 방법에 대한 발전가능성은 도서관 직원을 위한 지속적 기술훈련 프로그램 제공하기와 도서관 홈페이지의 최신정보를 자동으로 트위터에 전송하기의 순이다.

본 연구는 국내 최초로 컨스펙터스(Conspectus)에 대한 개념과 이론을 발전시키고 그 이론을 실제로 성서학 전문도서관의 장서평가에 적용함으로써 새로운 장서평가 모형을 제시할 목적으로 이루어졌다. 컨스펙터스는 도서관의 규모와 상황에 적합하게 장서를 주류, 강목, 요목별로 구분하여, 현재장서수준(CL), 수집의지수준(AC), 목표장서수준(GL)이라는 세가지 차원에서 분석 평가한 후, 각 장서에 적합한 장서수준기호를 부여하는 표준화되고 객관적인 장서평가방법이라 할 수 있다. 평가대상 도서관인 대한성서공회 성서학문헌정보자료실의 장서평가를 위하여 서가목록분석법과 목록대조법, 주문중인 자료의 주제별 수서데이터분석, 이용자설문조사방법을 이용하였으며 그 결과를 종합하여 각 주제별 장서에 미국서부지역도서관망 컨스펙터스의 장서수준기호를 부여하였다. 따라서 평가 대상도서관 장서중 성서학 강목의 현재장서수준은 '3cW', 수집의지수준은 '4W', 목표장서수준은 '4W', 목표장서수준은 '4W'였다. 본 연구는 신학도서관의 장서평가 모형으로 응용될 수 있으며, 이를 토대로 도서관간의 협동장서개발업무를 활성화시킬수 있을 것이다.

이 연구의 목적은 국립중앙도서관 KOLIS-NET의 단순 키워드 검색창과 패싯 네비게이션의 기능을 검토하고, 개선 방안을 제안하는 것이다. KOLIS-NET에서 '김훈'의 검색 결과 3,702건 중 '발행시기' 패싯의 '2011-2020 (776)' 레코드 그룹을 살펴보았다. 주요한 발견은 다음과 같다: (1) '자료유형', '발행시기', '주제별', '언어' 및 '발행국'의 5개 패싯은 검색 결과 첫 단계만 적용 및 복수 패싯의 교차 미적용; (2) 10년 단위 '발행시기' 패싯에서 개별 발행연도 미식별; (3) KDC의 10개 주류 및 '기타'로 구분된 '주제별' 패싯은 하위 패싯이 없어 주제 구체화 곤란; (4) '자료유형' 패싯의 '일반도서'에서 큰 활자 도서 등 특수 자료유형의 집합과 식별 곤란; (5) 저자 패싯 부재로 저자명으로 집합 및 식별 곤란; (6) '발행시기' 패싯의 '발행년불명', '언어' 패싯의 '언어불명' 및 '주제명' 패싯의 '기타' 그룹은 디스플레이 미작동, 서지 리스트와 개별 레코드 간 이동 불편 등 시스템 기능적 제한점. 이에 따라 원활한 패싯 네비게이션 위한 패싯 간 이동 개선, '발행시기' 패싯의 1년 단위 하위 패싯 및 '주제별' 패싯의 강목류 수준 하위 패싯 구성, 서지 레코드 작성 시 '자료유형표시'의 정확한 입력과 코딩 활용 및 OPAC 디스플레이 조정, 이름표목에 기반한 저자 패싯 추가 등 KOLIS-NET 시스템 기능성 및 레코드의 품질 개선을 제안하였다.

The article clarifies the conditions for information, digital and educational accessibility for higher education seekers with disabilities in terms of distance learning caused by quarantine restrictions. It is established that such conditions are regulated by international and Ukrainian legal documents (The Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, Sustainable Development Goals, Law of Ukraine "On Education", Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education", Strategy for the Development of Higher Education in Ukraine 2021-2031, Development Strategy areas of innovation for the period up to 2030, Development strategy of the sphere of innovation activity for the period up to 2030). As a part of information barrierlessness, Higher Education Institutions (HEI) should provide access to information in various formats and using technologies, in particular Braille script, large-type printing, audio description (audio descriptive commenting), sign language interpretation, subtitling, a format suitable for reading by screen access programs, formats of simple speech, easy-to-read formats, means of alternative communication. The experience of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is described. In particular, special attention is paid to the study of sign language: in view of this, the initiative group implemented the project "Learning to hear and overcome social isolation together" with the financial support of the British Council in Ukraine. Within the framework of digital accessibility, the official website of the Faculty of Social and Psychological Education has been adapted for the visually impaired in accordance with WCAG 2.0 World Standards. In 2021, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University implemented the project "Cultural, Recreational and Tourist Cherkasy Region: Inclusive Social 3D Map" funded by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation; a site with available content for online travel in the region to provide barrier-free access to the historical and cultural heritage of Cherkasy region was created. Educational accessibility is achieved by increasing the number of people with special educational needs, receiving education in inclusive groups; activities of the Center for Social and Educational Integration and Inclusive Rehabilitation Social Tourism "Bez barieriv" ("Without barriers"); implementation of a research topic for financing the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: "Social and psychological rehabilitation of children and youth with special educational needs by means of inclusive tourism"; implementation of the project "Social inclusion of distance educational process"; development of information campaigns to popularize the ideas of accessibility, the need for its implementation, ongoing training programs and competitions, etc.

본연구(本硏究)는 레이저기술(技術)과 정보공학(情報工學)의 눈부신 발전과정(發展過程)에서 등장한 대용량 정보축적매체(情報蓄積媒體)인 CD-ROM Catalog Production Product 중에서 BiblioFile을 선택하고, CD-ROM BiblioFile과 과학기술대학도서관(料學技術大學圖書館)에서 자체 개발(開發)한 시스템인 KITLAS를 시스템구성(構成), 파일구조(構造), 특성(特性) 및 기능면(機能面)에서 비교분석(比較分析)한 후 CD-ROM에 수록(收錄)된 MARC 레코드의 변환(變換)과 온라인 대량, 동시 전송(傳送)하는 과정(過程)인 이른바 다운로드(download)와 업로드(up-load)하는 과정(過程)을 구현하여 서지정보(書誌情報) 데이터베이스의 신뢰성(信賴性) 향상(向上) 방법(方法)을 모색하였다.

Severe damages will result in human society, when several different critical natural phenomena coincide. One example relates to the resting cysts of Alexandrium species (dinoflagellates that cause paralytic shellfish poisoning), which are preserved in surface sediments throughout Osaka Bay, Japan. These cysts have been found to accumulate particularly densely in shallow areas in the inner parts of Osaka Bay, where a tsunami caused by an earthquake could occur any time. Damage by a tsunami could cause a change of the coastal ecosystems at Osaka Bay including the resuspension of surface sediments containing resting Alexandrium tamarense cysts and the subsequent redistribution of the cysts in newly deposited sediment. Under certain environmental conditions, these cysts could germinate and form dense blooms, leading to paralytic shellfish poisoning. Such a scenario could also affect other coastal areas, including the southern coast of the Korean Peninsula.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 초등학교 도서관 온라인목록의 인터페이스를 분석하여 문제점을 진단하고, 기존 시스템의 개선과 새로운 시스템의 설계시에 고려해야 할 방향을 제시하는 것이다. 초등학교 도서관 온라인목록은 대략 6가지 유형으로 구분할 수 있었고, 6가지 유형에 대하여 각각 검색방식, 검색결과의 제시, 용어사용상의 문제, 제공하는 기능의 측면에서 분석하였다. 브라우징을 통한 주제접근방식에서 지나치게 광범한 주제 분류, 검색어입력방식에서 지나치게 많은 선택가능한 검색항목의 수, 초기치 설정 문제, 자료유형의 지나친 세분화, 간략서지와 상세서지에 포함시킬 데이터요소와 배열순서, 용어사용의 불일치, 축약형 사용, 도움말 메시지의 부재 등 문제점을 진단하고 개선방향을 제시하였다.

This study investigated and analyzed the exhibition, education, operation, and regional linkage program around a case of the National Museum of Ethnology in Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, England, and Japan to suggest necessary directions when constructing the national museum of ethnology of Korea. Interview by visiting the site and email interview were conducted for the investigation and suggestions according to the analysis are as follows. 1) It is necessary for the exhibition program to suggest a comparison exhibition by continent, and to be specific, occupation, style of living, representational culture, religion and view of the world, relation of power, and development culture are essential for the culture contents. 2) The education program needs to be constructed based on the age and level, and specific education program was suggested in this study. 3) Managing library, restaurant, cafe, and museum shop is essential for the operation program, additional service operation was suggested to cover additional financial areas, and professional research workers and professor manpower are necessary. 4) The regional linkage program needs to be composed by considering special qualities of the country and region, and needs to satisfy the expected effect of the local community and local residents.

이 연구는 대구${\cdot}$경북지역의 주요 대학도서관 중 전자정보실 또는 이와 유사한 자료실을 운영하고 있는 5개 대학의 전자정보실을 대상으로 담당자에 대한 설문조사와 면담을 바탕으로 운영상의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 모색하고자 시도되었다. 인력과 규모 및 기기관련사항, 운영방법, 수행업무, 운영상의 문제점, 향후의 운영계획 및 장기발전방안에 관련된 현황을 분석하였다. 현황분석과 연구자의 전자정보실 업무수행경험을 바탕으로 전자정보실의 효과적인 운영 및 이용증진을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 현재 이 지역대학도서관의 전자정보실현황은 다양한 양상을 보이고 있으나, 그 실체에 대한 각 주체들의 공감대가 형성되지 못하였고, 전자정보실 자체의 종합적인 발전 목표 및 정책이 수립되지 못한 채 단기적인 계획 및 정책을 수립하고 운영되고 있다는 점은 유사한 것으로 나타났다.

멀티미디어 저작도구를 이용한 응용 프로그램 개발에 있어서, 기존의 저작도구를 멀티미디어 툴북의 경우 객체들이 사건을 기반으로 하는 상태 변환 방식을 사용하므로 프리젠테이션 을 자동으로 가능하게 할 수 있는 기능을 제공하지 못한다. 본 연구에서는 객체의 자동 변환 기법을 통하여 자동 프리젠테이션 기능을 멀티미디어 저작도구가 시스템 DLL(Dynamic Link Library) 형태로 제공하도록 하기 위한 객체 자동 변환기법을 개발하고자 이를 멀티미디어 툴복의 페이지 전환 및 미디어 제어 인터 페이스를 이용하여 오디오 자원의 상태 변환 기능을 추가하여 멀티미디어 저작도구의 기능 확정이 가능하게 하였다.
