The object of study was 129 special school teachers working in B metropolitan city applying for the basic curriculum. For the measurement, the tool developed by the examination of FGI and the specialist on the basis of test research related to the evaluation tools of the learning achievement assessment for the special education was used. As the result of analysing the real state, to evaluate the individual learning and growing in the aspect of the plan, criteria, period of the evaluation, the special education teachers were approaching in detailed and precise quality, and guiding and using the evaluation results in the various ways in the prospective of the curriculum. The recognition on the sub-element in the each area of the measurement tools showed the difference by gender, age, career, academic achievement, school class, foundation type. On the basis of the results of the real state, as the political support plan, some advice were proposed, which were the expansion of the autonomy of making the curriculum achievement standard and the evaluation system, improving the field and system of the learning achievement assessment, establishing the support system to strengthen the evaluation competences in accord with the teachers' background variables, etc.

  • Since the passing of the Personal Information Act in March 2011 and its initial introduction in September, over the one year to date diverse security devices and solutions have been flowing into the market to enable observance of the relevant laws. Beginning with security consulting, corporations and institutions have focused on technology-based business in order to enable observance of those laws competitively in accordance with 6-step key procedures including proposal, materialization, introduction, construction, implementation, and execution. However there has not been any investment in human resources in the field of education such as technology education and policy education relative to the most important human resources field nor investment in professionals in the organization for the protection of personal information or in human resources for operating and managing IT infrastructure for actual entire personal information such as special sub-organizations. In this situation, as one process of attracting change from the nature of the technology-based security market toward a professional human resource-based security infrastructure market, it is necessary to conduct research into standardization modeling concerning special organizational composition and a management system for the protection of personal information.

The subject analyzed the curricula of 12 special highschool and surveyed 192 vocational teachers of them. In this study, a SWOT matrix was filled to improve transition from electric special high school to work, and the results was gotten as follows: First, the government should offer the military service special case for students of electric special high school, strengthen the course of CEO for the school master, and make the system to expand job training. Second, the provincial office of education should aid a functional training with a administrative ability and financial support, offer a list of industry visiting teachers to specialized high school, and promote a modification of the department according to a growth industry of the area. Third, each school should present a school education goal agreed with the purpose of specialized department and intensify the counselling of job selection and the application of the approved textbook.

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of convergence reconstruction of the transition education model for students with disabilities in Korea. Ultimately, this study was also conducted with the aim of enhancing the perspective of the development of a lifelong education support system for the disabled in connection with schools and communities. The research method consisted of a procedure with a meeting of experts based on the procedure of analyzing the previous research literature that tried to materialize the transition education model for students with disabilities from the viewpoint of connection between school age and adulthood. The contents of this study were reflected in the dimension of ensuring consistent connectivity validity based on the viewpoint of school-centered, community-centered, education, and welfare between special education and lifelong education for the disabled in order to reconstruct the conversion transition education model constructed in the current special education field. Accordingly, the transition education model for students with disabilities built in the field of special education centered on school age minimizes the tendency of a fragmented approach between school age and adulthood, and presents a standard basis and structure that can be linked to the entire adulthood. The transition education model was reconstructed convergence in terms of content.

  • According to the 2007 Korea library yearbook, 162 out of 589 special libraries are one person libraries which means an individual librarian takes responsibilities of all librarian tasks. Due to its particularity and diversity, however, there is lack of research on special libraries compared to the other libraries and no job analysis for human resources to be effectively managed has been done. This study aims to understand the current status of one person library by investigating its tasks and frequency, importance, difficulty of its duties. This study also suggests plans to improve the job by analyzing its association with affiliated organizations of one person library.

  • Using various types of educational media plays an important role in educating students with disabilities. In recent years, augmented reality has emerged as an important technology that can increase the effectiveness of special education programs. This study developed augmented reality contents focusing on the theme 'Weather and Life' in the 'Na' unit of the Basic Special School Curriculum, and explored the possibility of applying the contents to the science education. The contents design instructions and educational programs for this study were developed based on a focus-group interview conducted with five special school teachers and two developers. To explore the possibility of applying the augmented reality contents, a usability evaluation was conducted with 23 special school teachers and 18 students with intellectual disability. The results showed that the augmented reality contents had a high level of usability as the special school teachers received 4.73 and the students with intellectual disability received 4.75 out of 5. As a result of this study, we can draw a conclusion that there is a high possibility of applying augmented reality contents to science education for students with intellectual disability.

  • In this paper, the intelligent estimation algorithm is developed for residual quantity estimate of lithium secondary cell and we suggest the control algorithm to get battery SOC through thermal modeling of electric cell. Lithium secondary cell gives cycle life, charge characteristic, discharge characteristic, temperature characteristic, self-discharge characteristic and the capacity recovery rate etc. Therefore, we make an accurate estimate of the capacity of battery according to thermal modeling to know the capacity of electric cell that is decreased by various special quality of lithium secondary cell. And we show effectiveness through comparison of value as result that use simulation and fuzzy logic.

  • In the past, manufacturing-oriented industries focused on improving labor productivity to achieve economic growth. Korea is changing from a labor-intensive industry to a technology-intensive industry in order to occupy a competitive edge compared to other countries. Recently, a lot of investment has been made not only in technology-intensive industries but also in information industries. Therefore, it is developing in various forms such as special technology, platform industry, and virtual reality as a technology-intensive industry and information industry field. In this social phenomenon, the necessity of starting a business using new ideas and technologies is increasing. Therefore, universities also need entrepreneurship education for their students, and it is necessary to investigate how the contents of the university's start-up education support, individual achievement needs, and the degree of acquisition of start-up knowledge affect the establishment of business strategies necessary for start-ups.
