본 연구는 개개인의 배움과 성장을 지향하는 개별화교육의 관점에서 특수교육 기본교육과정의 학업성취도 평가의 실태를 조사, 분석하고 그 결과에 근거하여 정책 지원 방안을 논의한 것이다. 연구대상은 기본교육과정을 적용하는 B광역시 특수학교 교사 129명이었으며, 측정은 특수교육 학업성취도 평가 도구와 관련된 문헌연구를 바탕으로 FGI 및 전문가 검토를 통해 개발한 도구를 사용하였다. 실태분석 결과, 평가의 계획, 준거, 방법, 시기에 있어서 개개인의 배움과 성장을 평가하기 위해 특수교사들은 상세하고 면밀한 질적 접근을 하고 있었고, 교육과정의 연장선상에서 다양한 방식으로 평가결과를 안내하고 활용하고 있었다. 또한 측정도구 각 영역의 하위요소에 대한 인식은 교사의 성별, 연령별, 경력별, 학력별, 학교급별, 설립유형별로 차이를 보였다. 실태분석 결과 도출된 문제점을 바탕으로 교육과정 성취기준 작성 및 평가 체제의 자율성 확대, 학업성취도 평가 영역 및 체제의 개선, 교사의 배경변인별 특성에 부합하는 평가역량강화 지원체제 수립 등을 정책적 지원 방안으로 제언하였다.

Since the passing of the Personal Information Act in March 2011 and its initial introduction in September, over the one year to date diverse security devices and solutions have been flowing into the market to enable observance of the relevant laws. Beginning with security consulting, corporations and institutions have focused on technology-based business in order to enable observance of those laws competitively in accordance with 6-step key procedures including proposal, materialization, introduction, construction, implementation, and execution. However there has not been any investment in human resources in the field of education such as technology education and policy education relative to the most important human resources field nor investment in professionals in the organization for the protection of personal information or in human resources for operating and managing IT infrastructure for actual entire personal information such as special sub-organizations. In this situation, as one process of attracting change from the nature of the technology-based security market toward a professional human resource-based security infrastructure market, it is necessary to conduct research into standardization modeling concerning special organizational composition and a management system for the protection of personal information.

이 연구의 목적은 전기 전자 통신 분야 특성화고등학교의 학교에서 일터로의 전이를 개선하기 위해 SWOT 분석 기법을 적용하여 실제적인 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국의 12개 특성화고등학교의 교육과정을 분석하였고, 전문교과 담당교사 192명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 SO전략, ST전략, WO전략, WT전략으로 도출되었고, 이를 통하여 정부, 시 도교육청, 단위학교별로 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 정부에서는 특성화고등학교 졸업자를 위한 병역특례 제공, 특성화고등학교장을 위한 CEO연수 강화, 현장실습을 확대하는 제도를 마련해야 한다. 둘째, 시 도교육청에서는 직무연수의 행 재정적 지원 강화, 산업체 초빙교사의 인력풀 제공, 지역 산업체의 인력수요와 지역사회의 요구에 따른 학과 개편을 추진해야 한다. 셋째, 단위 학교에서는 특성화 학과에 부합하는 학교 교육목표 제시, 지역 성장산업과 연계한 전문교과 편성, 이를 위한 인정교과서의 활용과 진로교육을 강화시켜야 한다.

본 연구는 한국 장애학생을 위한 전환교육 모델을 융합 재구성하는 데 목적을 두어 실시되었으며, 궁극적으로 학교-지역사회 연계 장애인평생교육 지원체제 개발 타당성 관점을 제고하고자 하는 데 의의를 두어 역시 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 장애학생 전환교육 모델을 학령기와 성인기 간 연계 관점에서 구체화하고자 한 선행 연구문헌을 분석한 절차를 기초로 하여 전문가 회의를 병행하는 절차로 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 현행 특수교육 분야에 구축된 전환교육모델을 융합 재구성하기 위해 IEP-ITP-ILEP 간 연계교육이 특수교육과 장애인평생교육 간에 학교 중심, 지역사회 중심, 교육, 복지의 관점을 근거로 일관적 연계 타당성을 확보하는 차원으로 반영되었다. 이에 따라, 학령기 중심의 특수교육 분야에서 구축된 장애학생의 전환교육 모델이 학령기와 성인기 전환 시점의 단편적 접근 경향성을 최소화하고, 성인기 전체와 연계될 수 있는 표준 근거와 구성 체계를 제시함으로써 현행의 전환교육 모델을 내용 측면에서 융합 재구성하였다.

2007 한국도서관연감에 의하면 589개 전문도서관 중에서 162개관이 사서 일인이 도서관 업무를 모두 수행하는 일인 사서 도서관이다. 그러나 전문도서관의 특수성과 다양성으로 인하여 타 관종에 비해 연구가 활발하지 못하고, 효율적 인적자원관리를 위해 실시하는 직무분석도 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 일인 사서 전문도서관의 직무내용, 직무 수행빈도와 중요도 난이도에 대한 조사를 통해 현황을 파악하고, 소속 기관 특성과의 연관성을 분석하여 직무 개선을 위한 제언을 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the academic foundation of developmental rehabilitation, and the main context and criteria of the review were based on lifelong education for individuals with disabilities. As for the research method, expert consultation was formed based on literature analysis. The contents of the study presented structuring career roadmaps for individuals with developmental disabilities, establishing subject-extracurricular standards for lifelong education curriculum, adult-centered teaching and learning evidence-based practices, job majors, and data-based ILEP document certification. As a result of the study, developmental rehabilitation was valuable as an academic basis for establishing a major foundation for lifelong education for individuals with disabilities, and could be understood as a field deeply applied by convergent nature through special education, rehabilitation science, and social welfare.

장애학생의 교육 효과를 높이기 위해서는 다양한 교수매체를 적극 활용하여야 한다. 최근 특수교육 현장에서 중요하게 부각되고 있는 기술 중에 하나는 증강현실 기법이다. 이에 모바일 기반의 자연스러운 마커 방식으로 기본 교육과정 5~6학년 나권의 4단원 '날씨와 생활'과 관련된 증강현실 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 지적 장애 학생의 과학과 교육에 대한 적용 가능성을 탐색하였다. 증강현실 콘텐츠 개발을 위해 특수교사 5명과 개발자 2명을 대상으로 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시하여 지적장애 학생의 학습 특성에 적합한 콘텐츠 설계 및 개발 지침을 마련하였고, 이에 근거하여 증강현실 콘텐츠를 개발하였다. 증강현실 콘텐츠의 적용 가능성을 탐색하기 위하여 특수교사 23명과 고등학교 특수학급에 재학 중인 지적장애 학생 18명을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 사용성 평가 결과 5점 만점에 특수교사 4.73점, 지적장애 학생 4.75점으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 지적장애 학생의 과학교육을 위해 증강현실 콘텐츠의 적용 가능성이 높음을 확인할 수 있었다.

In this paper, the intelligent estimation algorithm is developed for residual quantity estimate of lithium secondary cell and we suggest the control algorithm to get battery SOC through thermal modeling of electric cell. Lithium secondary cell gives cycle life, charge characteristic, discharge characteristic, temperature characteristic, self-discharge characteristic and the capacity recovery rate etc. Therefore, we make an accurate estimate of the capacity of battery according to thermal modeling to know the capacity of electric cell that is decreased by various special quality of lithium secondary cell. And we show effectiveness through comparison of value as result that use simulation and fuzzy logic.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate of The University of Science and Technology (UST) as field-oriented graduate school model. The UST is unique in world-wide because of its operating system through the synergy effect of research and education and its interdisciplinary major system differentiated from the traditional graduate school, It first deals with measuring the users satisfaction by using a five-point Likert scale to analyze the general and special factors of UST, through which some findings are pointed out as follows; the education aims and visions are highly satisfied while essential factors in field-oriented education such as curriculum composition, apprentice and tailored education system, field training are not so high level. Finally it points out some suggestions for the UST development.

In the past, manufacturing-oriented industries focused on improving labor productivity to achieve economic growth. Korea is changing from a labor-intensive industry to a technology-intensive industry in order to occupy a competitive edge compared to other countries. Recently, a lot of investment has been made not only in technology-intensive industries but also in information industries. Therefore, it is developing in various forms such as special technology, platform industry, and virtual reality as a technology-intensive industry and information industry field. In this social phenomenon, the necessity of starting a business using new ideas and technologies is increasing. Therefore, universities also need entrepreneurship education for their students, and it is necessary to investigate how the contents of the university's start-up education support, individual achievement needs, and the degree of acquisition of start-up knowledge affect the establishment of business strategies necessary for start-ups.
