본 연구의 목적은 현행 초등학교, 중등학교 교과서에 수록된 우유에 대한 영양 교육 내용을 분석함으로써 향후 학교 교육을 통해 학생에게 우유에 대한 영양 섭취 및 소비행동에 유익한 정보를 체계적으로 제공할 수 있는 기초 자료를 마련하는데 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 초${\cdot}$중등학교 교과서(1학년$\~$10학년)교과서에 나타난 우유 영양교육의 내용요소를 분석하였으며 이를 토대로 학교교육을 통해 지도되어야 하는 우유 교육 내용의 체계화안을 마련하였다. 초등학교 교과서에 나타난 우유 영양교육은 2학년 6학년을 제외한 4개 학년의 교과서에서 확인할 수 있었으며, 저학년의 통합교과, 과학, 실과, 체육 교과서에서 주로 다루어졌다. 가장 많은 내용을 다룬 교과서는 실과이며, 우유의 영양에 대한 기초 지식 중심의 정보와 우유 마시는 방법 등에 대한 구체적인 내용을 제시하고 있었다. 중등학교 교과서에 나타난 우유 영양교육은 7학년에서 10학년까지의 과학, 기술${\cdot}$ 가정, 체육 교과서에서 고르게 다루어졌다. 가장 많은 내용을 체계적으로 다룬 교과서는 기술${\cdot}$가정이며 우유의 성분 및 주된 영양소 식품으로서의 특징과 선택 및 보관 방법. 실생활에서 균형식으로서의 실천 방법 등을 비교적 구체적으로 제시하였다. 그러나 초등학교와 마찬가지로 교과목간 학교급별간 중복 및 지식 제공의 위계가 맞지 않는 등의 문제점도 지적되었다. 따라서 우유에 대한 영양 교육도 학교급별로 대상에 맞게 영양 교육 내용의 수준을 적정화하고 체계화하며, 교과목간 및 우유 급식 등과 연계한 영양교육 프로그램으로 개발${\cdot}$운영할 필요성이 강조되었다.

Electronic educational environments in the conditions of quarantine restrictions of COVID-19 have become a common phenomenon for the organization of distance educational activities. Under the conditions of Russian aggression, Ukrainian proof of their use is unique. The purpose of the article is to analyze the role of electronic educational environments in the process of training applicants for higher education in Ukraine in the realities of a large-scale war. General scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, deduction, and induction) and special pedagogical prognostic methods, modeling, and SWOT analysis methods were used. In the results, the general properties of the Internet educational platforms common in Ukraine, the peculiarities of using the Moodle and Prometheus platforms, and an approximate model of the electronic learning environment were discussed. The reasons for the popularity of Moodle among Ukrainian universities are analyzed, but vulnerable elements related to security are emphasized. It was also determined that the high cost of Prometheus software and less functionality made this learning environment less relevant. The conclusions state that the military actions drew the attention of universities in Ukraine to the formation of their own educational platforms. This is especially relevant for technical and military institutions of higher education.

Health Insurance System in Korea was introduced in 1977 and expanded health insurance benefits for all people in 1989. The development of medical service and technology takes a growing concerning for public health and medicine. And also, it helps to extend the average life span of Koreans. Therefore, the old people are steadily increased over seven percent of total population and will take more than 14% in 2023. Generally, the old people have the chronic disease such as diabetes and hypertension. Also, smoking, stress, environmental pollution and lack of exercise, leading cause of cancer, cardiovascular disease and respiratory infections have affected to state economy negatively. Therefore, health promotion law was established for a variety of health promotion process, including education, program implementation and community development. The goals and strategies for health promotion are as following: . Practice of healthy life: - Strengthen publicity activities on smoking and exercise. - Program development for nonsmoking and exercise. - Program extent for community health. Strengthen of mental health: - Planning of national survey for mental patient. - Prevention of alcoholism - Setting up special hospital for alcoholism . Constant cancer management under government - Developing medical treatment and prevention program. - Early diagnosis for the whole nation . 본 연구는 발달장애 영유아를 위한 교육과정중심 진단, 중재, 평가의 연계 체계를 웹상에서 전문가 시스템으로 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 교육과정중심 진단 평가와 웹기반 전문가 시스템에 관한 선행연구와 특수교육에서 공학적 활용에 관한 연구를 분석한 후, 웹기반 전문가 시스템의 전체 구조와 하위 시스템을 체계적이고 구체적으로 설계하였다. 발달장애 영유아를 위한 웹기반 전문가 시스템 설계에서는 정보분석, 최적화, 자료수집, 자료분석, 의사결정으로 중재의 연결 구조를 강조하였다.

To instruct in accordance with learner's trait & preceding knowledge, letting the learner control the learning activities is the important task of educator & major goal of the Education Department this year. This article intends to provide useful Instructional Model for the teachers in fisheries marine high school, when they design the individualized teaching model using motivation. One of the major reason for the fisheries marine high school students' low learning achievement is due to the neglecting motivation elements in teaching - learning processes. Recently, with assistance of the information communication technology development, various teaching methods such as Individualized Multimedia Mediated Instruction, Internet Instruction, have come to the major method in activating motivation and computer-mediated instruction considering the learner's individual difference is the useful tools for the instructional efficiency. Because current navigation text book of fisheries marine high school have special characteristic considering the spacial context & time series from departing port to entering port, Teachers can maximize learner's learning accomplishment by using individualized multimedia & providing similar situation like a real navigation(simulating), representing this text characteristics. Thus this paper searches for the specifications of Keller's Motivation Model & Sweeter's Tutorial Model to solve instructional efficiency problems in fisheries marine high school & developed an efficient instructional design by integrating two models.

본 연구는 국민기초생활 보장법에 따라 저소득층으로 분류된 지역민 218명을 대상으로 평생교육 참여 실태와 요구를 분석하였다. 이에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 평생교육의 참여 실태 중, 저소득층의 학습역량을 살펴보면, 외국어 사용 능력 95.3%, ICT 활용 역량 66.1%, 컴퓨터 활용 능력 75.7%로 사용 및 활용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 저소득층의 평생교육 참여율은 75.7%로 나타났으며 이를 수동적인 교육 참여로 보고 자발적 참여를 구별하여 분석한 결과, 실질적인 평생교육 참여율은 22.9%로 매우 저조하게 나타났다. 평생교육 참여여부에 따른 사회참여 및 인식은 참여경험이 있는 응답자가 참여경험이 없는 응답자보다 전반적으로 43.3% 높게 나타났으며, 특히 자발적인 참여자가 참여경험이 없는 응답자보다 73.3%나 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 저소득층의 평생교육에 대한 요구를 분석한 결과, 희망 교육프로그램이 있는지에 대해 응답자 중 74.8%가 없다고 응답하였다. 그리고 시간이 없어서 참여하지 못하는 경우가 50.0%로 가장 많았으며, 참여를 희망하는 프로그램에는 가정생활, 건강 및 의료강좌, 전문 자격 취득과정 등 실생활에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램을 희망하였다. 이는 소득 수준이 평생교육 참여에 크게 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 본 연구 결과를 분석한바, 현재 한국의 평생교육이 강조되고 그에 따른 참여율도 급증하고 있지만, 저소득층의 평생교육 참여는 저조하게 나타나고 있다.

The innovation ecosystem provides benefits and challenges for multiple institutional actors like universities, industry, government, NGOs, and private funding agencies, as well as individuals in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment. First, we describe the changing role of universities-whereby, the support of innovation and entrepreneurship is developing into a core mission of universities. We then describe strategies within the United States and globally to help students learn about innovation and entrepreneurship. Finally, we explore the benefits and challenges of technological innovation for economic development, emphasizing how such development relates to the global problem of underprivileged communities, both in developed and developing countries, and the special concerns of economic development for developing countries.

This study suggests a new concept for the improvement of productivity and innovativeness of governmental research institutes(GRIs) : GRIs can also accomodate a special graduate course. Through the combination of educational function and research activities, the explict and tacit knowledge made by GRIs could be efficiently diffused to other sectors of national innovation system, especially industries. This study suggests three different models of graduate courses : independent course in each GRI, joint course by several GRIs, and joint course linking GRIs and university.

Ultra-fine fibers are spun by expensive fiber spinning technology using special spinnerets. Ultra-fine fibrous materials have attracted considerable attentions because of their potential applications as high performance wiping cloths, water absorbent sound proofing materials and moisture transfer sporting good. However, production expense of ultra-fine fibers is 5 to 7 times higher than general textile materials. The objective of this research is to develop cost-effective recycling process to produce multi-functional ultra-fine fibrous material in terms of the development of garnetting and carding machines for ultra-fine fibrous material waste and scrap. The efficiency of sound absorption for the recycled polyester nonwoven increased with decreasing length and thickness of component fibers, which was attributed to the reduction of air permeability. In 1970s, Computer Graphics of still and geometry changed computer Animation of image, and Computer Animation has diversely been used in movie, TV, fashion, sports, education, basic science, medical science, etc. by the development of LSI technology and the large size of computer in 1980s. Since Computer Animation was first used by movie of Futureworld in 1973, we easily experienced the essence of Computer Animation made of the Little Mermaid. Beauty and the Beast, the Lion King, Aladdin, etc. in Disney Animation and Terminator. Jurassic Park, the Mask, etc. in movie. And in other countries that have got the diversely special effect and knowhow in technology are effectively using the Computer Animation now. What situation we Korea are in now, if we compare the Computer Animation with that of other country using the progressive movie\ulcorner Although we first producted the movie title of Ticket, 10years ago, we have rarely been used it in movie, yet. Therefore, we know that it is very important for us to examine the historical and technical side for the purpose of overcoming the technological gap.
