  • Globally, the importance of utilization and management of marine spatial information is being maximized, and analyzing such data is emerging as a major driving force for R&D. In Korea, it is expected that collecting marine data from the past to the present and extracting its value will play an important role in the development of science in Korea in the future. In particular, marine static data constitutes a huge big database, and it is necessary to store and store the collected data without loss as high data collection costs and high-level observation techniques are required. In addition, the Disaster Safety Intelligence Convergence Center's "Marine Digital Twin Establishment and Utilization-Based Technology Research" task requires collection and analysis of marine data, so this paper conducts a current status survey of static marine data. And we present a series of algorithms that collect and store them in a database.

  • Recently, the interests of marine mineral resources has been increasing from the depletion of land resources around the world and many countries are involving in marine exploration work. South Korea is also currently performing exploration work to estimate the marine mineral resources around the Korean Peninsula. However, massive amounts of marine exploration data accumulated from the long-term exploration work have not been systematically managed. The data have been managed by the file based system instead of commercial database. The aim of this study is to construct GIS-based Marine Mineral Resource Information System using a spatial database for the core sediments of the marine exploration data. For constructing such DB system, GIS-based data items were classified, and a database was designed using relational database model. The database was constructed using commercial DBMS(Database Management System), Oracle. Also, necessary functions of the system were defined for the effective use of database based on users' requirement analysis. The GIS-based Marine Mineral Resource Information System has enabled to support the systematic management of the marine exploration data. Furthermore, it is expected that this spatial database will be useful in estimating the reserves of the mineral resources and provide valuable information for economic evaluation. In the future, the application of advanced techniques of spatial analysis and 3-dimensional display function will be required.

  • Because the slope made up the construction of any other facilities, has many risks of a collapse, existing inspection methods to collect information for a construction site of slope bring up a long time of inspection period, cost and approach for a measuring instrument and it presents the critical point of collecting materials. For getting images to use zoom lens in any positions this study will use free zoomer constructed values of data classified by the focal length develop Image Loader system to make it load not only camera information but also camera test data values of the focal length took a photograph automatically if it measure to use a variety of cameras or other lens. Also, as it constructs three dimensions spatial image information from images of obtained objects this study presents effective basic materials of slope surveying and inspection and it shows exact surveying methods for dangerous slope not to access.

  • As the development of wireless environment and portable devices, navigation companies need more spatial information for Location Based Service and so they are investing heavily in this part. But my country have constructed lots of spatial dataset during the NGIS project, and then we can reduce costs by using constructed spatial dataset. The integration method of each building information between e-AIS and KLIS-rn is linked to designed mapping table by main building numbers and auxiliary cadastral number. e-AIS and KLIS-rn are integrated by the feature matching between CAD data and KLIS-rn. Due to the limitation of test data, more accuracy test will be required with various data sets.

  • National atlas map for provide various information is one part of National territorial Statatics Survey but National atlas map in 2004 year don't have stability and ability. National territorial Statatics Survey in 2005 years have octuple data compare with data in 2004 years but have only one map. One map is going to provide with stability and ability. We don't use DBMS, But We make a similarly struct in file based program. We programmed system of dynamic-linked data with spatial data. To dynamic-linked system, we make search engine to based index struct and make combobox search system. spatial data only have index codes(year, national terrial indicator, area). If spatial data request specfied data, search engine search index code and provide DB data. New system is middle step of using DBMS. We redraw map for display real Korea area (with dokdo). New map is shape and similar Korea map.

  • The modification of digital maps because of creation, extinction, and change of topology can be expressed by change of information. But according to complication of society, topology of digital maps and relation with another objects is more complicated. We carry out partial update using as-built drawings to reflect in digital maps efficiently with maintaining accuracy and update. This supplement a weak point of partial update without field surveying. But unlike creation and extinction of file with information or of entire database, when each object is changed, added problem will come like change of raw data and of updating date. So it is necessary that history data about creation, change and extinction of spatial data and attribute data have to be chosen and managed. In this study, we analyze operations of updating system of digital map using as-built drawings, and suggest the history database system.

  • Korea has maritime jurisdiction over an area 4.5 times larger than the nation's inland area, but negotiations with surrounding nations on the maritime boundary delimitation have still not been completed satisfactorily. In particular, maritime boundary delimitation has become an important issue in terms of maritime security and resource exploration. Considering national interests, the delimitation of the maritime boundary is essential. However, no system to help the decision-makers involved in maritime boundary delimitation has yet been systematically constructed. Therefore, the aim of this study was the development of a system to support such decision-making. In this study, considerations related to maritime boundary delimitation were investigated through expert advice and international precedents. Based on these considerations, data were collected from several organizations, and a spatial database was systematically constructed. Finally, MBDSS (maritime boundary delimitation support system) was developed to support maritime boundary delimitation. This GIS-based system provides visual information about the considerations for the maritime boundary delimitation. Thus, it could help decision-makers to choose appropriate boundaries during the negotiation. Furthermore, this system is expected to be utilized as a scientific tool on the delimitation of maritime boundaries.

  • The objective of this research was to develop habitat suitability models for wild boar (Sus Scrafa) in Mt. Sulak National Park and Mt. Jumbong Natural Forest Reserve. The study area is covered-with climax temperate hardwood forests ot'mainly Mongolian oak ($\textit{Quercus mongolica}$), and has diverse wildlife species including wild boars. Three suitability models - summer, fall, and annual models - were developed. These models were based on slope, aspect, forest types, forest year classes, distance from streams and trails. Habitat data collected through telemetry were used for the models. The accuracy of the models was tested by comparing observed traces of wild boar in Mt. Jurnbong, and most traces were on suitable areas on the suitability maps.
