고속철도 운전직무의 휴먼에러 감축방안을 위한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on method to Reduce of Human Error of High-Speed Train Drivers)

  • This study tried to propose plan to prevent human error of railroad driver among human error of railroad worker which takes great share in railroad accident. For this, in order to maintain correlation between the accident actually occurred after the opening of high-speed railroad and experience of accident that did not happened, survey on respondent was analyzed by conducting survey on KTX captain who is working in driving work of high-speed railroad, and instruction management team manager who manages KTX captain and captain. This thesis classified the factors by human factor, job factor, environment factor, organization factor, and established human error management model by comparing and analyzing how each factors have spatial interrelations with a railroad accident. The purpose of this study is to contribute to make safe railroad, and reliable railroad by preventing human error accident by minimizing human error of high-speed railroad drivers, and improving driving workers to cope accurately and fast with irregularities through various institutional improvement, improvement of driving facilities, improvement of operating room environment, and improvement of education system.

백화점 매장계획을 위한 VMD와 고객동선의 상관관계에 관한 분석적 연구 (A Study on the Correlation between Customer's Circulation and VMD in Planning the Interior of Department Stores)

  • At the large commercial facilities, people try to grasp a customer's needs as the marketing strategies for effective management and maximization of profits as well as the primary purpose for functional and effective spatial plan. In planning the interior of each department, they try to provide the image of the interior environment corresponding to customer's emotional needs. And this kind of efforts also have been improved as visual merchandising strategies based on the transmission of visual information. This study is to examine the correlation among customer's behavior, circulation and VMD by gasping their shopping patterns at the department stores based on the spatial and emotional approach to form an environmental image of each department. The researcher focused on time, speed and rate of shopping that show customer's behavioristic characteristics and examine the factors to have an influence on decision making. With the result, this study proposes the primary data and evidence for MD planning, circulation planning and VMD planning of each department.

독일의 생태.문화적 마을재정비(Dorferneuerung)에 관한 고찰 (Ecological and Cultural Village Renewal in Germany)

  • Village Renewal(Dorferneuerung) Policy Program in Germany, directly originated from Rural Beutification Movement between mid 18C and mid 19C, has several characteristics as follows. First, we can find out the planned approach in land use and settlement reorganization of Pillage Renewal Program. There are three ways to designate the planning area of the village rearrangement project in countryside. One is to designate the detailed B-plan district by urban plan for the village over some size defined legally. Another is to have a living space of settlement be contained in land allotment project area. In this case, residential areas of several villages related to agricultural land consolidation should be simultaneously designated as the project area. The last is only for the built environment focused on the living space. Second, the emphasis in German village encouragement program can be made on the integral approach through which sets of policy programs of the land allotment, the living environment improvement, the physical landscape management and the cultural resources conservation are intensively implemented together. Third, the bottom-up and community participation approach can be greatly stressed on the planning and implementation process, Community participation, subsidy application to local government by residents themselves, community consensus on architectural style and outdoor spatial form, etc. have been recognized as an effective strategy to accomplish the task of village activity promotion.

  • The purpose of this study is to get a politic advanced idea to operate a pro-environment based u-city through the overcome problems on the construction policy for the even areal distribution, and the development for the model structure of the high level. Advanced pro-environmental ubiquitous urban construction becomes an example of the practical level linked by the national agenda as uKorea policy. The Idea of the national land informal ion systems transforms to enhance or to guide the national strategic industry to implement balanced development as grand objectives of the national land due to the factor that 'the economic development 5 years plan' altered to 'the national land 5 years plan'. Therefore, ubiquitous echo city construct ion becomes realized as static spatial informal ion construct ion and dynamic mobile based ubiquitous lives operable by the information infrastructure and IT839 policy items operation. For the synergy effects through this task, it requires a strong empowerment of the information industries and a new growing core engine of the national economy through the policy of the mutual satisfaction on the spat io-temporal information and the pro-environment information systems.

국토계획과 환경계획 수립과정의 통합적 연동체계에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Integration System between National Land Planning and Environmental Planning Process)

  • Since the great acceleration, the emergence of the sustainable development concept amid the conflict between economic growth and the preservation of the natural environment is at a time when an efficient land-environmental plan integration system is needed to achieve a smart balance between development and conservation. Although preceding studies have been conducted domestically and internationally on various aspects, the operating system has not been implemented effectively. In this study, the policy concept of environmental policy integration, the current status of integrated management of land-environmental plans in South Korea, and related literature studies were reviewed to derive overall complementary points. In addition, the review was carried out by reorganizing the domestic urban planning legal-based system and the environmental legal-based system according to the same hierarchy to promote an effective integration system, and in foreign cases, the establishment of spatial and environmental plans in Germany and Japan was typically considered to derive implications for the establishment of an efficient interconnection system for the integrated management of domestic land-environmental plans in the future.

댐 주변지역 광역적 지반 안정성 평가를 위한 공간 정보시스템 개발 (Development of Spatial Information System for Regional Ground Stability Assessment near Dam area)

  • 집중호우로 인한 산사태, 낙석, 지반침하 등으로 인한 지반붕괴로 인명 및 재산 피해가 계속되고 있으며, 이러한 특히 댐, 교량, 도로, 터널, 공단 등 국가 주요 시설물에 대한 피해가 우려되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 지역에 대한 지반 안정성 평가가 우선적으로 이루어져야 하고 이러한 평가에 근거에 대책마련을 해야한다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 산사태 취약성 분석 및 검증 결과를 이용하여 주요 시설물인 전국 40개 댐 주변지역에 대해 지형, 지질, 토양, 임상, 토지 이용, 확률강우량도, 인공위성 영상 등 공간자료를 수집, 공간 DB로 구축하였다. 그리고 구축된 공간 DB를 검색 및 안정성 분석을 할 수 있는 공간 정보시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템은 ArcView 3.2의 스크립트 언어인 Avenue를 이용하여 개발되었고 풀다운 메뉴 및 아이콘 메뉴방식을 사용하여 사용하기 쉽게 개발되었다. 개발된 시스템의 활용성을 검증하기 위해 안동댐 주변 지역의 광역적 지반 안정성 평가를 실시하였다. 구축된 DB 및 개발된 시스템은 광역적 지반 안정성 평가 및 관리에 활용될 수 있으며, 지반 안정성 평가 결과는 댐 등 주요 시설물의 지반 안정성을 평가함으로서 재해예방 및 지반관리에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

대학연습림의 효율적 관리를 위한 지리정보시스템의 활용방안 (Application of Geographic Information Systems for Effective Management of University Forests)

  • 대학연습림의 기능이 점차 확대되면서 산림 및 자연환경에 대한 다양한 정보가 필요하게 되고, 연습림의 관리전략에도 복잡한 기술이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 GIS 기법을 응용한 소위 산림정보시스템과 같은 체계적 수단을 통해 산림 및 입지환경에 대한 여러 가지 정보들을 보다 손쉽게 수집, 편집, 관리, 분석, 갱신하고 나아가 의사결정을 지원할 수 있다면 연습림의 관리에도 많은 효과를 얻을 수 있게 된다. 본 연구는 대구대학교 성주연습림을 대상으로 이러한 목적을 시범적으로 모색해보고자 한 것으로, 일차 단계로서 각종 공간자료를 수치지도화 하여 지형을 비롯한 임상, 토양형 등 여러 수치주제도를 구축함으로써 도면정보의 유지 및 통합과정의 어려움을 해소하면서 위치적 통일성과 정보의 통합성을 어느 정도 확보하였다. 또한 영림계획상의 속성자료와 연결하여 사용자 중심의 시스템을 개발함으로써 보다 신속한 검색, 분석은 물론 각종 산림계획의 수립, 평가, 실행과정의 의사결정 수단으로 활용할 수 있었다. 그러나 시스템의 기능에 대한 다양한 요구에 부응하고 효용성을 높이기 위해서는 최신 자료로의 갱신이나 새로운 기술의 도입 등 문제점에 대한 지속적인 보완이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

A Study on the Inter-Korean Cooperation for Natural Disaster Damage Reduction Using Spatial Information

  • As inter-Korean relations progress, the issue of natural disasters which could directly affect the lives of the people in both Koreas, has not yet been discussed. Considering the current status of inter-Korean relations and the ongoing disaster-related damage in North Korea, it is imperative to establish a technical plan at the pan-governmental level to reduce the damage from natural disasters. The purpose of this study is to secure the Korea Peninsula against natural disasters by organizing South Korea's science and technologies related to natural disasters in order to reduce the damage, and to evaluate the applicability of said technologies. The situation of natural disasters in North Korea for 17 years has been summarized and reclassified based on eight types of natural disasters. Technologies related to natural disasters in South Korea were also investigated and reclassified. Based on the data, a priority evaluation was performed and the prioritization of technology application for each natural disaster type in North Korea was calculated through a quadrant analysis. As a result, the three major categories of high-priority technologies were classified as natural disaster monitoring with remote sensing and spatial information technology, construction of research basis and database based on geographic information system (GIS) and integrated management of complex natural disasters.

Satellite-based Assessment of Ecosystem Services Considering Social Demand for Reduction of Fine Particulate Matter in Seoul

  • Fine particulate matter (PM2.5) has been the biggest environmental problem in Korea since the 2010s. The present study considers the value of urban forests and green infrastructure as an ecosystem service (ES) concept for PM2.5 reduction based on satellite and spatial data, with a focus on Seoul, Korea A method for the spatial ES assessment that considers social demand variables such as population and land price is suggested. First, an ES assessment based on natural environment information confirms that, while the vitality of vegetation is relatively low, the ES is high in the city center and residential areas, where the concentration of PM2.5 is high. Then, the ES assessment considering social demand (i.e., the ESS) confirms the existence of higher PM2.5 values in residential areas with high population density, and in main downtown areas. This is because the ESS of urban green infrastructure is high in areas with high land prices, high population density, and above-average PM2.5 concentrations. Further, when a future green infrastructure improvement scenario that considers the urban forest management plan is applied, the area of very high ESS is increased by 74% when the vegetation greenness of the green infrastructure in the residential area is increased by only 20%. This result suggests that green infrastructure and urban forests in the residential area should be continuously expanded and managed in order to maximize the PM2.5 reduction ES.

문화.관광 자원의 구글어스 Uploading을 위한 3D 객체 단순화 (3D Object Simplification for Google Earth Uploading of the Cultural Resources and Tourist Attractions)

  • 세계 여러 나라들은 전통문화를 바탕으로 국익증진과 경쟁력 향상을 위해 문화콘텐츠의 개발 및 홍보방식에 새로운 변화와 개혁을 추진하고 있다. 또한, 국민의 생활수준과 삶의 질이 높아짐에 따라 전통 문화의 향유를 위한 다양한 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 문화재 환경이 갈수록 복잡하고 다양해지면서 체계적인 관리와 보존 방안이 필요하다. 이러한 관점에서 웹을 이용한 지형공간정보 제공서비스는 위성사진이나 지형, 3D 뷰잉 등 다양한 형태의 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자가 특정지역의 구체적 공간정보를 얻을 수 있도록 하고 있다. 특히, 3D 모델링을 이용한 지형공간정보는 구축비용이나 운용, 유지의 어려움 때문에 국한된 공간에서만 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전통 건축물 및 문화관광 자원을 3D 객체 단순화를 통해 구글어스에 효과적으로 업로딩하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.
