본 논문에서는 우주의 진공환경에서 반사경 코팅이 흡수한 습기를 방출하면서 나타나는 경면 형상의 변화를 예측하기 위한 새로운 방법론을 제안한다. 직경 50 mm, 두께 1.03 mm의 원형 시편과 간섭계를 통해 진공환경에서 나타나는 시편 형상 변화량을 측정하고 제르니케 프린지 다항식(Zernike fringe polynomial) 곡률항으로 나타내었다. 그 결과 습기 방출에 따른 코팅 스트레스는 152.7 Mpa로 계산되었다. 계산된 스트레스는 1.25 mm 두께 시편의 수치모사 모델에 적용하여 변화된 형상의 곡률항을 측정결과의 표준편차 이내($78.9{\pm}5.9nm$)로 예측할 수 있음을 검증하였다. 이 방법론을 2019년에 발사 예정인 차세대중형위성의 직경 600 mm 쌍곡면경에 적용, 습기 방출에 의한 경면 형상 변화를 계산하여 반사경의 초점거리가 약 $2.005{\mu}m$ 만큼 ?아짐을 예측하였다. 초점거리 변화는 광학 탑재체의 MTF를 한계공간주파수(Nyquist frequency)에서 2.3% 가량 낮추지만, 요구 사양을 만족하여 우주에서도 문제없이 운용 가능함을 확인하였다.

Systems engineering is being applied to various fields of industry such as national defense, aerospace, transportation, railway, and information technology industries. But in Korea, systems engineering has been selectively applied to government-driven projects such as space rocket development projects and unmanned flight development projects. And systems engineering processes introduced from international systems engineering standards has been directly applied to those projects. Unfortunately, this application method is not recommended as it requires highly experienced systems engineers. From our previous paper, we have proposed that domain specific engineering standards should be developed to be used as references for development of organizational engineering guide, so that more successful engineering performances can be achieved. And in this paper we have proposed a refinement of systems engineering processes from international systems engineering standards as they are bases of domain specific engineering standards.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities applying the seven principles of the universal design. The facility standards of the elderly welfare facilities were limited to the provisions of the "Enforcement Regulation of the Elderly Welfare Act". There are few legal regulations applying the universal design in the construction of the elderly welfare facilities. The facility standards are set only with the minimum requirements such as securing the safety of the user, securing the space area, functional convenience, and risk prevention. However, the contents of the regulations are limited to the minimum standards for functional convenience and safety required for living. In conclusion, in the elderly welfare facilities, the notion of universal design, which considers not only the elderly, but also service providers, employees, and general visitors, should be considered.

Ubiquitous technology is currently being introduced to libraries at the fastest speed as compared to other spaces. However, the introduction of ubiquitous technology to the existing analog space is causing problems despite such intelligence of libraries as the design standards for ubiquitous spaces have not been arranged yet. This researcher analyzed and evaluated the characteristics of design from the ubiquitous aspect of the ubiquitous environment-oriented libraries that are still at their initial stage. The subjects for this study were the National Library of Korea, Myongji University Bangmok Library, and Yonsei University Library. The definition and characteristics of the ubiquitous environment libraries were examined through literature review and the standards for design analysis were derived by analyzing previous studies. Case analyses were conducted to evaluate the design elements in the ubiquitous environment libraries based on the field observation, photographing, and interviews with managers. As a result, functionality, safety, cognition and convenience were derived based on the investigation and analysis of previous studies; informativeness, playfulness, security, and simplicity which are the design characteristics were found. As a result of the case studies, while functionality and safety are met in most of the standards for design analysis, universality was very low. Care for minorities is need in a library as it is a space used by many unspecified individuals.

Since Seoul city supplied 'Sangsang Children's Playground', domestic playgrounds are changing from formal facilities to creative play and learning space recently. From eco-friendly safe playground model development project, eco-friendly playground planning and its actual cases have been occasionally introduced. However, we could not know how well most playgrounds reflect eco-friendly features and whether they are eco-friendly or not because the definition about the concept of eco-friendly playground is inadequate and there are not the specific planning guidelines and evaluation standards for making the eco-friendly playground. Therefore, the development of guidelines for the construction of eco-friendly playground is required and evaluation guidelines for them should be made for the active dissemination of the actual eco-friendly playground and the proper construction of the eco-friendly playground. In this study, we defined the concept of eco-friendly outdoor playground and presented the types and characteristics of the playground based on the concept and suggested basic plan guidelines based on the existing requirements for becoming eco-friendly playground. For this purpose, we checked the plan's common points in the existing playground configuration requirements, installation standards, regulations, and safety standards, and offered the planning elements and guidelines through the analysis of outdoor space evaluation standard in eco-friendly safe playground guidelines and eco-friendly building certification system.

From the viewpoint of the importance of the division theory based on topography(pyungsu) derived from the uniqueness in topography, not to mention of the function of ridge in ruban areas, the destroy of ridges should be prevented from the development of hill areas. This study intends to propose the basic concepts and principles to protect the ridge axis with green in open space and landscape planning. The main results are summarized as follows : First, eco-bridge across the ridges will be connected for the purpose of ecosystem restoration. Second, the protection and restoration of green ridge axis can be completed by Green Structure Plan which has principles and standards such as. - layout of development axis and establishment of rules on preservation - the practical use of various preservation methods and the standards suitable to the methods - laying down the standards of restoration according to the height from ground level - the application of zoning such as height district and urban design for preservation Finally, the design of implementation tools must be needed for protection and restoration.

교구$\cdot$ 설비기준은 학교 교육과정을 위한 기본 요소를 의미한다. 지식기반사회에서 학교도서관은 교육과정을 지원하고 정보활용과 독서지도를 위한 기본적인 교육환경이다. 따라서 학교도서관 교구 설비기준은 학교도서관의 사명을 담아야 하며, 교육적 역할에 적합한 구성요소를 포함하여야 한다. 그러나 현행 기준은 양적 질적 측면에서 불충분하다. 따라서 학교교구·설비기준 개정 시, 학교도서관 교구 ·설비기준은 특히 다음과 같은 내용을 포함하여야 한다. 1. 시설 지침; 2. 기본 설비 방안; 3. 교육적 역할에 적합한 교구 기준; 4. 기본 공간별 설비 종목; 5. 보다 상세한 정보기기 종목; 6. 특수학교도서관 기준 개선

The shortage of storage space in the apartment housing has been chronic problem in the Korean housing history. So far many studies on the storage space focused on the enlargement of indoor storage space but these studies could not be a complete solution. To solve problem, this study analyzed the case which installed exterior storage space and the regulations. The followings are several findings. The exterior storage space should be a essential element in the apartment planning and should be included as a community facility. The standards on the size, safety, facility, and management of storage space should be enacted.

Video data compression is a major key technology in the field of multimedia applications. Variable-length coding is the most popular data compression technique which has been used in many data compression standards, such as JPEG, MPEG and image data compression standards, etc. In this paper, we present memory efficient VLC decoder architecture for MPEG-2 application which can achieve small memory space and higher throughput. To reduce the memory size, we propose a new grouping, remainder generation method and merged lookup table (LUT) for variable length decoders (VLD's). In the MPEG-2, the discrete cosine transform (DCT) coefficient table zero and one are mapped onto one memory whose space requirement has been minimized by using efficient memory mapping strategy The proposed memory size is only 256 words in spite of mapping two DCT coefficient tables.

Laser processing using holograms can greatly improve processing speed, by spatially distributing the laser energy on the target material. However, it is difficult to reconstruct an image with arrays of closely spaced spots for laser processing, because the specklelike interference pattern prevents the spots from getting close to each other. To resolve this problem, a line target was divided in two, reconstructed with orthogonally polarized beams, and then superposed. Their optical reconstruction was performed by computer-generated holograms and a pulsed laser. With this method, we performed two-dimensional (2D) laser drilling of polyimide film, with a kerf width of $20{\mu}m$ and a total processing length of 20 mm.
