Eco-village is emerging as one of housing styles in the modern age. The common space in Eco-village uses environment-friendly materials while residents appear to aspire to a community. The common space in Eco-village offers a place of interchange and interaction for both visitors and residents as a transit area connecting dwelling units. It also forms the sense of community and serves as a space that builds friendly relations among residents. However, there seems to be a lack of research compare to its various roles and importance for this common space, which is an significant factor in establishing Eco-village plans. The purpose of this study is to provide research data by creating a layout drawing of Eco-village and reveal the characteristics of space boundary and practical use of common space through case studies on villages. This will serve as actual data in designing common space which would correspond to the purpose of Eco-village planning.

Aging society appears immediate social problem in Korea. Housing for aging is required independent and comfortable housing life to live considering about feature of elderly. It is necessary field to prepare. Aged person who suffers the aging process several stages gets changing weak, so living environment is important aging person aspect of social, psychological and physical point. Finally, aged person living together requires facilities for the naturally communicating and active things. Community of aged person required organization of space for keeping independence and connection with each other. According to space of community, housing for aging should have a different access route. In conclusion, congregate housing of the elderly should be planed organization of space to be solved anxiety and tension and to be aware of joining the community.

Perceiving the depth of space in the spatial organization of architecture is perceiving spaces as well three dimensions as the fourth dimensions -perceive the time-. Physical depth in architectural space differs from perceptional depth in aspects of not only dimension but also perceptional effects. In this study, the perceptional depth is defined as visual depth and physical depth is depth of space. These purposes of this study are classifying the perceptional effects of visual depth -visual access, sense of variety, dynamic and cubic effect... - and the methods of spatial composition which causes visual depth in architectural space.

The old couple household is also growing up with the growth of the aged so this is problem that needs to consider the home welfare service aspect. Otherwise, by the decrease of the number of the child and facilities' space availability, the government searching for proper usage of that kind of space in terms of financial and administration. So this study have combining of elementary school and home care for the aged facility especially for the increase of home care for the aged service facilities and improvement of using elementary school's space. That will increase the elderly cares and have need the homewelfare-service in the future, we select study elderly welfare facilities. We use analysis that analyze the trend of an elderly and social changes and conclude for the complexation of elderly welfare facilities, compound form of an elementary school, traffic line, space organization and interaction space organization.

The FORMOSAT-3/COSMIC mission is a micro satellite mission to deploy a constellation of six micro satellites at low Earth orbits. The final mission orbit is of an altitude of 750-800 lan. It is a collaborative Taiwan-USA science experiment. Each satellite consists of three science payloads in which the GPS occultation experiment (GOX) payload will collect the GPS signals for the studies of meteorology, climate, space weather, and geodesy. The GOX onboard FORMOSAT -3 is designed as a GPS receiver with 4 antennas. The fore and aft limb antennas are installed on the front and back sides, respectively, and as well as the two precise orbit determination (POD) antennas. The precise orbit information is needed for both the occultation inversion and geodetic research. However, the instrument associated errors, such as the antenna phase center offset and even the different cable delay due to the geometric configuration of fore- and aft-positions of the POD antennas produce error on the orbit. Thus, the focus of this study is to investigate the impact of POD antenna parameter on the determination of precise satellite orbit. Furthermore, the effect of the accuracy of the determined satellite orbit on the retrieved atmospheric and ionospheric parameters is also examined. The CHAMP data, the FORMOSAT-3 satellite and orbit parameters, the Bernese 5.0 software, and the occultation data processing system are used in this work. The results show that 8 cm error on the POD antenna phase center can result in ~8 cm bias on the determined orbit and subsequently cause 0.2 K deviation on the retrieved atmospheric temperature at altitudes above 10 lan.

최근 들어서 본격화된 '경제의 세계화'는 세계경제공간조직에 심대한 변화를 야기하였다. 본 연구에서는 세계화와 지방화의 개념, 태평양지역에서 나타난 경제공간조직 변화의 흐름, 그리고 경제공간조직 변화와 관련된 주요 과정을 검토하였다. '영역과 영역사이의 상호의존성 증대'로 인식되는 세계화의 진척은 특히 태평양 지역의 경제공간조직에 큰 변화를 가져왔으며, 이는 크게 지역내 교역과 해외직접투자의 증가, 신산업지구의 발전, 국경지대의 성장삼각지대의 등장 등으로 요약될 수 있다. 이러한 경제공간조직의 변화를 야기하는 요인으로는 세계적 차원에서 이루어지는 공간분업과 상품체인, 신흥 공업국의 산업구조재편, 생산조직 및 산업의 네트워크 형성 등을 꼽을 수 있다. 앞으로 세계화/지방화로 인한 변화가 가져오는 부정적 효과를 최소화하고 지속가능한 발전을 하기 위해서는 '협력적 네트워크 전략'을 추진하는 것이 필요하다.

We have analysed the use and organization of space in the Centres des Documentations et de Informations(CDI) in lycees in France with the equivalent information centres. The majority of CDI are located in close proximity to the Academic staff and provide easy student access. The CDI provide not only books but also reviews, magazines and CD-Rom. This information is very important to pupils both in the pursuit of their higher studies and also with their future professional life as there is also careers information available to be discussed regularly with the careers advisor. The function of the CDI is not only to provide information. As part of the curriculum there are classes on how to access the information available in the CDI as well as Seminars and Audio-Visual courses. This management makes it possible for the CDI to operate, not only as a school library but also as a multi-function centre of documentation and information; a variety of spaces are also available: a room for private/small group study. A computer room (as well as a research corner), a reading room, monthly review room, photocopy room, rest room, exhibition room, careers information room, audio visual room etc. The results of this study can be used as essential information during the space planning of Korean school libraries in the future.

This research is to analyze the spatial organization of a traditional rural community and its characteristics, the case of Hanbam village located in the north of Daegu city. The conclusions of this study are as follows; 1. The difference between private space and public space in the residential area of Hanbam village is obvious, and these two spaces are organically related each other by means of road. These spaces have some spatial characteristics of organization, such as center, hierarchy and sequence. 2. The private space consists of a residence module and a farming area in the settlement, and it is clearly farmed by the firm fence of rocks and by surrounding roads. Fruit-bearing trees such as Pyrus pyrifolia, Cornus officinalis, Diospyros kaki, Juglans sinensis are planted at the boundary. And most of residences are composed of a building, a inner court and farming fields. 3. The public space for the community mainly functions as ‘a meeting place’for residents, and consists of recreational spaces, ceremonial spaces, community facilities, and social facilities. Among these, Jeong-ja(pavilion), Seong-an Soop(forest) and Dae-chong(building for common use) are of great cultural value as important traditional spaces. 4. Two kinds of road are commonly fecund in the village; spontaneously generated one and planned one. This is straight inner streets and access paths to the village, and that is curvilinear alleys which are connected to Dae-chong, the core of village. Also stone walls and climbing plants on them are major elements of village landscape.

건축물로서의 도서관을 설계하고 나서, 이용자들이 사용하기 편리한 공간은 어떤 곳일까 하는 테마는 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 과천정보과학도서관을 이용한 이용자의 행동조사결과를 근거로 하여 도서관내의 공간배치 재구성을 제안하였다. 이것은 도서관이용자의 만족도 향상을 목표로 한 도서관 마케팅 관점에서 볼 때 큰 의의가 있다. 다음으로는 일본규슈대학부속도서관(중앙 도서관)의 도서관 이용자 테이블 이용 상황을 조사한 결과를 고찰하였다. 마지막으로는 도서관 공간배치에 관하여 제언하였다.

Social welfare center is a representation agency in the local welfare system to provide the local residents with necessary services directly. The purpose of this study is to give the fundamental materials for space program in terms of planning a social welfare center by means of analyzing spatial arrangement of each section in senior welfare activity. The structure of the social welfare center should be adopted to the reality and the center of local should pay attention to enhance the quality of life in elderly. As the aspects of the programs, distinctive program should be designed. To do so, social welfare center should be adjusted to the local situation and get flexibility on operating in the local level. Each program in senior welfare activity should be connected in the spatial organization and various space should be provided in desire of elderly. So the section of dining room and medical rehabilitation is a places mostly for the elderly. Multipurpose space for the interest and leisure and the space of the senior education facility are provided in social welfare center.
