This study selected Naerin Stream, Inbuk Stream and Buk Stream, branch rivers of Soyang Dam, also area of highland agriculture as test sites and measured flow and water quality, particularly eutrophication factors (BOD, COD, T-N, and T-P) in precipitation season and non precipitation season for a year, 2008. Based on the result, the study examined the change in water quality in relation to flow, and created flow discharged - pollution loads regression line by estimating pollution loads flowed from each branch river. And the study calculated annual pollution discharge loads for unit area and proposed regression equation on it by using regression analysis.

Sasang Constitution, one branch of oriental medicine, claims that people can be classified into four different 'constitutions:' Taeyang, Taeum, Soyang, and Soeum. This study investigates whether the classification of the 'constitutions' could be accurately made solely based on people's voice by analyzing the data from 46 different voices whose constitutions were already determined. Seven source-related parameters and four filter-related parameters were phonetically analyzed and the GMM(gaussian mixture model) was tried with the data. Both the results from phonetic analyses and GMM showed that all the parameters (except one)failed to distinguish the constitutions of the people successfully. And even the single exception, the bandwidth of F2, did not provide us with sufficient reasons to be the source of distinction. This result seems to suggest one of the two conclusions: either the Sasang Constitutions cannot be substantiated with phonetic characteristics of peoples' voices with reliable accuracy, or we need to find yet some other parameters which haven't been conventionally proposed.

This study was intended to estimate the soil runoff at the basin of Mandaechun where the measure needs to be taken to deal with the increasing muddy water resulting from soil runoff during wet season and torrential rain at the high reaches of the Soyang lake where highland vegetables are cultivated and soil replacement for improvement is carried out every two to three years. The study was carried out in such a way of identifying the topographic factors using geographical spatial data from Water Management Information System (WAMIS) and ARC-VIEW program and estimating the soil runoff by rainfall frequency using Revised Universal Soil Loss Equation (RUSLE), and furthermore, evaluating the soil runoff contribution at the basin of Mandaechun based on estimate of the soil runoff by section.

As mentioned above, I have acquired some valuable results about medical treatments with acupuncture for "Tennis elbow" after studying oriental medical books. 1. In "HungTiNeiChing", there was called "joo-ryun" and "joo-mang" related to "Tennis elbow". 2. The medriens which remedy for 'tennis elbow' are as follow : 'Soo-yangmyoung', 'Soo-soyang', 'Soo-taeeum', 'Soo-gueleum', 'Chok-taeyang', 'Soo-taeyang' and 'Soo-soeum' in the order of frequency of use. 3. The acupuncture points which remady for 'tennis elbow' are as follow : 'Gok-ji', 'Soo-sam-ri', 'Joo-ryo', 'Hap-gok' and 'Woe-kwan' in the order of frequency of use. 4. Medical treatment with acupuncture is based on occuring area of pain and path of 'Kyoung-Rak'.

Utilization of the various cocoon beds were evaluated by raising the silkworm variety "Seul-ak${\times}$Soyang"according to cocoon quality produced in spring of 1969: Rotary cocoon bed, improved cocoon bed, grima cocoon bed, wood framed straw rope cocoon bed, and pine cocoon bed. In addition the economical analysis was made on the basis of cocoon price in spring of 1976. 1. The Rotary cocoon bed has economically much advantages in many ways; easy cocoon collection and percentage of best cocoon, percentage of cocoon shell, reelability and percentage of raw silk. It may give 8100 won for an extra income per box and increase by raising higher yielding variety. 2. The grima cocoon bed is superior to the wood framed straw rope cocoon bed, and the pine cocoon bed and it is comparatively easy set-up even though it is inferior to the improved cocoon bed in many characters.

In this research, we have selected the regions of Naerin river and Inbuk river where agricultural activities are actively carried out in the upper Soyang Reservoir and we have observed the changes of water quality while raining after finding out the characteristics of the outflow of floating materials by measuring the water quantity and water quality in division of rainy season and non-rainy season for those floating materials of generating pollutions of turbidity and malnutrition of the water for 4 year from 2002 to 2005. Results of the observation showed that the outflow of floating materials is significantly affected by the surface outflow of rain water, in particular, the surface outflow was great in June -August period of flood seasons.

Automatic control equipment in hydro power plant, such as turbine governor or automatic voltage regulator have to act promptly against for variation of power system, so it is necessary to check and test continuously. During last five years, the performance test of automatic control equipment was performed about 20 units of hydro turbine generator. In this process, because it has complex connection and before calibration, signal conditioner was developed as an auxiliary equipment for performance test. It includes function of signal amplifier, transducer, and meters. As a result of use this equipment for electric governor test at soyang-gang hydro power plant, it was possible to find output data equal to old one.

42년간 장기사용해온 소양강 수력은 옥외 철구형 송변전 설비 노후화로 설비의 안정성과 신뢰성이 저하되었고 관련설비의 국내 제품생산 중단으로 사고발생 시 장기간의 발전정지가 우려됨에 따라 조속한 시설대체가 요구되었다. 본 논문은 소양강수력발전을 사례로 수력발전소의 전력공급 신뢰도를 확보하는 옥외변전설비 현대화사업의 주요 공정에 대하여 분석한다. 변압기 및 GIS 제조구매 설치, 154kV 송전용 철탑공사, 모선보호반 설치공사를 세가지 주요공정으로 구분하고, 각 공정별로 현장여건, 필요설비, 공정상의 이슈 해결 등 시공과 관련한 제반 사례 연구결과를 기술, 공유하고자 한다.

소양강댐 유역의 비점원 오염 포텐셜을 평가하기 위하여 LTHIA/NPS, RUSLE그리고 ArcView GIS 모델을 사용하였다. NPS 오염 포텐셜(VI)계산은 강우유출(RI), 토양유실(EI), 농약사용량(CI), 가축분뇨(LI)와 상업용 비료(FI) 사용량을 대표하는 지수(Index)를 사용하였다. 유역의 유출심은 4.9에서 34.3cm였으며, 토양유실량은 0.25에서 802 ton/ha/year 범위로 평균은 6.46ton/ha/year이었다.

Accumulation of pathogens in chest refers to a syndrome of fullness, stuffiness and pain in the chest, diaphragm, epigastrium and abdomen, which is ascribable to accumulation of pathogenic heat with stagnancy of fluid or phlegm in the chest. Retching refers to vomiting with sound but without any vomitus. It is usually ascribable to adverse flow of ki due to deficiency of stomach, or by pathogenic heat or cold, and failure in descending of the stomach-ki. It may also be found in Soyang disease. Bloody purulent stool refers to passing stool with blood and pus. It is formed mainly due to invasion of the stomach and the intestines by epidemic pathogenic summer-heat, steaming of stagnateed damp-heat fighting against ki and blood, or improper diet, obstruction of bu-ki stagnation of blood and ki.
