소양호에서 남조류 독소, 마이크로시틴의 정량 분석 (Quantitative Analysis of Microcystins, Cyanobacterial Toxins in Soyang Lake)

  • 남조류 독소인 마이크로시틴은 호수에서 매우 미량 존재하기 때문에 이를 정확히 정량 분석하기가 쉽지 않다. 본 연구에서는 소양호에서 채취한 물시료 중에 포함된 남조류 독소, 마이크로시틴을 정량 분석하기 위하여 두 가지 서로 다른 정량 분석법을 시도하였으며 이 둘의 정량 결과를 비교${\cdot}$분석 하였다. 첫째는 고체상 추출과 HPLC(High Performance Liquid Chromatography)를 이용한 분석법을 이용하였으며 둘째는 마이크로시틴의 단일클론항체를 이용한 효소면역흡착분석법(Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay,ELISA)을 이용하였다.

한강수계 호수에 출현하는 가을철 식물플랑크톤의 생태적 현황 연구 (Identification of Autumn Phytoplankton in the Lakes of Han River system)

  • 한강은 수도권의 상수원으로써 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 본 연구는 한강 수계 7개 호수 (파로호, 춘천호, 소양호, 의암호, 청평호, 팔당호, 충주호)의 식물플랑크톤의 역동성과 군집 현황을 살펴보기 위해 수행되었다. 2008년 11월 분류학적 동정에 의해 총 76속 121종이 분석되었다. Cyclotella sp. and Microcystis sp. 는 각각 파로호와 충주호에서 우점종이었다. Aulacoseira granulata 는 춘천호, 팔당호, 청평호에서 우점하였고, Fragilalia crotonesis 는 소양호와 의암호에서 우점종이었다. 같은 샘플의 분자생물학적 방법으로 분석한 결과와 비교해 보았을 때, 분류학적 동정과 분자생물학적 방법은 서로 상호 보완할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

대기 중 수은의 습식 침적 평가: 소양호를 중심으로 (Estimation of Atmospheric Mercury Wet-deposition to Lake So-yang)

  • The important source of the mercury in water-column is the influx of atmosphere mercury, via dry and wet deposition. In this study, wet deposition of mercury was estimated to be $14.56{\mu}g/m^2$ during 15 months at the Lake Soyang, which is a little higher than those observed in the several rural US Mercury Deposition Network (MDN) sites with similar precipitation depth. The mercury concentration in precipitation did not show a positive correlation with atmospheric RGM (reactive gaseous mercury) concentration, while maintaining good correlation with atmospheric $PM_{2.5}$ at Soyang Dam. This result suggests that the contribution of particulate Hg to the total Hg wet deposition should be more significant than that of RGM. In this study, both precipitation depth and precipitation type affected the amount of wet deposition and the concurrent mercury levels in precipitation. There was generally an inverse relationship between precipitation depth and Hg concentration in precipitation. Precipitation type was another factor that exerted controls on the Hg concentration in precipitation. As a result, the highest concentration of Hg was observed in snow, followed by in mixture (snow+rain) and in rain.

호흡 시 호기 및 흡기 비율과 자세가 체질별 심박변이도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Ratio of Inhalation and Exhalation and Posture on Heart Rate Variability according to Sasang Constitution)

  • Objectives We observed what effects both ratio of inhalation and exhalation(I/E) and posture have on heart rate variability(HRV) according to Sasang Constitution(SC).Methods HRV of 73 healthy participants who filled in self-questionnaires was recorded while they carried out 0.1Hz paced breathing(PB) with sitting, usual breathing(UB) with standing, and 0.1Hz PB with standing. PB was conducted to 4:6 or 6:4 of I/E and UB with sitting was executed before and after each breathing. Finally, HRV indices were analyzed of 60 participants(Soeum: 24, Soyang: 18, Taeeum: 18).Results & Conclusions In both self-questionnaires and HRV indices, there are not statistically significant between SC about the posture and I/E. SOEUM preferred 4:6 of I/E and showed lower mean RR and SDNN. SOYANG preferred 6:4 of I/E and showed higher mean RR and lower mean heart rate. TAEUM did not prefer I/E and showed the highest SDNN.

견비통 환자의 경락 유형별 침구 치료에 대한 임상적 고찰 (Clinical Study about Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment according to the different type of the Meridian Pathways of the Patients who have Shoulder Pain)

  • Objectives : This clinical trial is to know how significant the acupuncture treatments are which were done on appropriate acupuncture-points with using method of classification by meridian pathways along the parts of the shoulder pain. Methods : 27 shoulder pain patients who participated in the clinical study in the Bukpyeoung haemalkeun oriental medical clinic which is located in Donghae city were classified 3 types(Yangmyeng, Soyang, Taeyang meridian type) according to their different parts of the shoulder pain. They have been acupunctured in their applied acupoints in the body 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Results : After 4 weeks of the treatments, there were statistically meaningful treatment effect in all index in Yangmyeng meridian type. In Soyang meridian type, there were statistically meaningful treatment effect in 'subjective symptom of shoulder pain','shoulder pain and disability index', 'visual analog scale'. In Taeyang meridian type, statistically effective treatment result was found in 'shoulder pain and disability index' Conclusions : Every type has statistically meaningful treatment effects according to the analysis of the results.

중풍조기검진(中風早期檢診)을 통한 고지혈증(高脂血症)과 성인병(成人病)에 대한 비교연구(比較硏究) (The comparative study between hyperlipidemia and disease of adult people, which belong to the people who came to Daejon Oriental hospital for the examination of C.V.A)

  • From June 1th to December 31th 2001, the study was carried out 285 person who came to the Daejon oriental hospital for the examination of CVA. The result was as follows : 1. Hyperlipidemia patient is 41%, 50's is the highest. 2. In the case of Hyperlipidemia patient, Taeyum type is 49%, Soyang type is 36% and Soyum type is 15%. but in the Control group Taeyum type is 36%, Soyang type is 44% and Soyum type is 20%. 3. In the case of Abnormal EKG, Hyperlipidemia group is 34%, Control group is 32%. 4. In the case of Liver disease, Hyperlipidemia group is 17%, Control group is 9%. 5. In the case of Diabet mellitus, Hyperlipidemia group is 30%, Control group is 7%. 6. In the case of Hypertension, Hyperlipidemia group is 50%, Control group is 42%.

한강수계 주요 댐호의 식물플랑크톤 군집 세포내 화학양론 (Elemental Stoichiometry of Natural Phytoplankton Communities in Reservoirs of the Han River Systems)

  • Elemental cellular stoichiometry of natural phytoplankton communities was examined in six large dam reservoirs in the Han River system. Carbon (C) and nitrogen (N) contents of the phytoplankton-dominated seston from Lake Soyang was higher than that from other lakes. Phosphorus (P) content showed slight variations among six lakes in the range of $0.04{\sim}0.18{\mu}mol$ P mg $DW^{-1}$. The phosphorus concentrations of lake water showed obvious positive relationship with P and C contents of the phytoplankton-dominated seston. In all six lakes, N:P ratios and C:P ratios in the phytoplankton-dominated seston were more than 23 and 133 respectively, indicating the phytoplankton communities in six lakes have been exposed in phosphorus limited condition. The relative abundance of diatoms showed significant negative correlation with C, N, P contents of the phytoplankton-dominated seston and that of cyanobacteria showed significant positive correlation. Elemental stoichiometry of diatoms-dominated seston showed distinctive less content than that of cyanobacteria-dominated seston. The cellular N:P ratios of diatoms- and cyanobacteria-dominated seston indicate that both main classes of phytoplankton in six lakes are in phosphorus deficiency. Elemental stoichiometry of the phytoplankton-dominated seston in this study could be used for the further ecological stoichiometric studies in six lakes.
