류마티스 관절염 환자 배우자의 부담감 (A Study on Burden of Middle Aged Spouses of Rheumatoid Arthritic Patients)

  • Rheumatoid arthritis as one of the chronic illness requiring management in long period of time puts great burden to patients, their family and society. For patients with chronic illnesses, providing a social support is important and the most important source comes from spouses. Therefore we assessed burden of husbands of female rheumatoid arthritic patients and also found out the factors affecting burden. The sample of study was 107 female rheumatoid arthritic patients and their spouses. The tool of assessing spouses' burden was the revised version of subjective and objective parameters developed by Montgomery et al.(1985). The results are as follows: 1. General characteristics of patients and spouses: The mean age of the patients was 48 years. Educational level of patients was high school 41.1%. The mean age of the spouses was 51years. Educational level of spouses was mostly high school(40.2%) and college(29.9%) graduate. The mean marital period was 23.4years. Average income per month was 1,609,000 won. The average duration since diagnosis was 9.4years. As a therapy, 67.3% chose standard drug therapy. Average rating of discomfort by patient was 3.05(range 1-5) and that of severity was 3.48 and that of dependency was 2.58. The husband's rating of their spouses disease severity was 3.68. 2. Husbands' burden: The average burden in subjective items was 21.61(range 6-36) and objective items was 35.24(range 10-60). The average of total burden was 56.59(range 16-96). 3. Husband's total burden correlated with patient's age, educational level of patients, therapy method, patient's level of discomfort, patient's severity, patient's level of dependence, husband's recognition of level of severity in statistical level. Husband's objective burden correlated with patient's age, educational level of patient, patient's level of discomfort, husband's recognition of level of severity. Husband's subjective burden correlated with patient's age, educational level of patients, therapy method, patient's severity, patient's level of dependence, husband's recognition of level of severity. 4. Linear correlation analysis on burden: The husbands' total burden is explained in 37 7% by husband's recognition of level of severity and husband's age. The husbands' objective burden is explained in 31.2% by patient's level of dependence, husband's age, husband's recognition of level of severity. The husbands' subjective burden is explained in 26.7% by husband's recognition of level of severity and patient's age. In conclusion, husbands' level of burden is affected by many factors and therefore nursing strategy for relieving burden of middle aged husbands should be individualized taking these factors into consideration.

분자지표 및 탄소안정동위원소 조성비를 이용한 국내 수입 주요 원유의 식별 (Identification of Major Crude Oils Imported into Korea using Molecular and Stable Carbon Isotopic Compositions)

  • 원유의 탄소안정동위원소비는 증발, 생물분해, 용해 등 풍화작용에 의해 큰 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 알려져 있어, 유출유의 기원을 확인하는 추적자로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에 수입되고 있는 유류 중 주요 14종 원유와 제품유 1종의 분자단위 유지문 지표와 탄소안정동위원소비 조성을 분석하고, 이를 유지문으로 활용하여 각 지표의 유류 간 식별력을 비교하였다. Bintulu 원유와 제품유(B-C(1%)) 만이 다른 원유와 구별되는 고유한 alkane 분포패턴을 보였고, 나머지 원유들은 매우 유사한 분포특성을 나타내었다. Alkane 분자지표를 사용하였을 때, 원유를 크게 3개 그룹으로 분류할 수 있었으나 그룹 내 식별은 불가능하였다. PAHs 분자지표인 C2D/C2P와 C3D/C3P 이중지수를 이용해서 A.L., A.S.L., Foroozan, B-C(1%)을 다른 원유들로부터 구별할 수 있었으며, 4-mD/1-mD와 2/3-mD/1-mD 이중지수는 A.S.L., Bintulu, Oman 원유를 뚜렷이 식별할 수 있었다. 하지만 나머지 원유들은 매우 유사한 값을 가지고 있어서 원유 간 식별이 어려웠다. 반면 탄소안정동위원소비를 활용한 식별법은 A.L., A.M., Qatar-Marine, B-C(1%)를 제외한 나머지 모든 원유 사이의 식별을 가능하게 하였다. 개별화합물의 탄소안정동위원소 조성비를 활용한 유지문 분석법은 기존의 PAHs와 alkane의 대표적인 분자지표들과 비교했을 때 상대적으로 높은 원유 간 식별력을 보여 주었다.

  • 방대한 양의 데이터로부터 정보추출의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 많은 방법이 개발되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는NER(named entity recognition), 문장 추출, 스피치 태깅과 같은 여러 가지의 자연어 처리 작업을 통합하여 텍스트를 분석하였다. 데이터는 도메인에 특화된 데이터 추출 에이전트를 사용하여 웹에서 수집한 텍스트로 구성하였고, 위에서 언급한 자연어 처리 작업을 사용하여 비 구조화된 데이터로부터 정보를 추출하는 프레임 워크를 개발하였다. 조직 구조의 탐색을 위한 택스트 추출 및 분석 관점에서 연구의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해 분석하였으며, 시뮬레이션 결과, 정보추출에서 MUC 및 CoNLL과 같은 다른 NER 분석기 보다 성능이 우수함을 보였다.

인간의 비언어적 행동 특징을 이용한 다중 사용자의 상호작용 의도 분석 (Interaction Intent Analysis of Multiple Persons using Nonverbal Behavior Features)

  • According to the cognitive science research, the interaction intent of humans can be estimated through an analysis of the representing behaviors. This paper proposes a novel methodology for reliable intention analysis of humans by applying this approach. To identify the intention, 8 behavioral features are extracted from the 4 characteristics in human-human interaction and we outline a set of core components for nonverbal behavior of humans. These nonverbal behaviors are associated with various recognition modules including multimodal sensors which have each modality with localizing sound source of the speaker in the audition part, recognizing frontal face and facial expression in the vision part, and estimating human trajectories, body pose and leaning, and hand gesture in the spatial part. As a post-processing step, temporal confidential reasoning is utilized to improve the recognition performance and integrated human model is utilized to quantitatively classify the intention from multi-dimensional cues by applying the weight factor. Thus, interactive robots can make informed engagement decision to effectively interact with multiple persons. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme works successfully between human users and a robot in human-robot interaction.

패텐인식과 인텍스집합을 이용한 무한전력/전압 전문가 시스템 (A Knowledge Based System for Reactive Power/Voltage control Based on Pattern Recognition and Set of Indices)

  • This paper presents a knowledge based system to solve reactive power/voltage control problem in a power system. The methods to reduce inference time are proposed in inferring the solution of problem in the knowledge base which consists of heuristic rules and inowledge of experts. A set of indices drawn from the heuristic knowledge on the power system is utilized to make up for the defect of existing knowledge based systems which determine both the location and the amount of reactive power compensation devices. The concept of set of indices developed in this paper makes it possible to infer the amount of reactive power source only since the bus order list representing priority for the location of reactive power compensator to be switched on can be determined in advance. From the fact that there exists a relationship between the system voltage pattern and the reactive power pattern in operation, the pattern recognition technique is introduced to reduce the inference time in solving the severe voltage problem. To demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed knowledge based system, the IEEE 30 bus system is chosen as a sample system. The results of case study are also presented.

부산.경남 지역 소비자의 건강기능식품 섭취실태에 관한 연구 (A study on health-functional foods intake pattern of consumers in Busan and Gyeongnam region)

  • This study examined health-functional foods intake pattern of consumers and their recognition of it to prepare a guide for the foods. The data were collected from the adults living in Busan and Gyeongnam through a self-administered questionnaire from September sixth to September thirteenth, 2005. The results of this study were as follows: Most respondents have taken one health-functional food, mainly on purpose to maintain and improve overall health condition. The average of monthly cost to purchase the foods was 79,933 Korean won, and drugstores were the main purchasing place. The value perception about health-functional foods was at the middle, and the recognition level of Health Functional Foods Act established in 2002 was very low. The most important source of information regarding health-functional foods was family, relatives and friends, and two-fifths respondents had difficulties in obtaining information. These results imply that consumers should consult with experts before they take health-functional foods and that public information regarding Health Functional Foods Act should be given to consumers.

역공학에서 Z-map을 이용한 특징형상 탐색 및 영역화 (Feature Recognition and Segmentation via Z-map in Reverse Engineering)

  • The paper presents a feature recognition and segmentation method for surface approximation in reverse engineering. Efficient digitizing plays an important role in constructing a computational surface model from a physical part-surface without its CAD model on hand. Depending on its measuring source (e.g., touch probe or structured light), each digitizing method has its own strengths and weaknesses in terms of speed and accuracy. The final goal of the research focuses on an integration of two different digitizing methods: measuring by the structured light and that by the touch probe. Gathering bulk of digitized points (j.e., cloud-of-points) by use of a laser scanning system, we construct a coarse surface model directly from the cloud-of-points, followed by the segmentation process where we utilize the z-map filleting & differencing to trace out feature boundary curves. The feature boundary curves and the approximate surface model could be inputs to further digitizing by a scanning touch probe. Finally, more accurate measuring points within the boundary curves can be obtained to construct a finer surface model.

음향음성학 파라메터를 이용한 이중모음의 분류 (Classification of Diphthongs using Acoustic Phonetic Parameters)

  • 본 논문은 이중모음을 분류하기 위한 음향음성학적 파라메터를 연구하였다. 음향음성학적 파라메터는 성도를 통해 음성이 발성될 때 나타나는 특징을 기반으로 하여 분산분석(ANOVA) 방법을 통해 선별한 모음의 길이, 에너지 궤적, 그리고 포먼트의 차이를 이용하였다. TIMIT 데이터 베이스를 사용하였을 때, 단모음과 이중모음만을 구분하는 실험에서는 17.8% 의 밸런스 에러율(BER)을 얻을 수 있었고, /aw/, /ay/, 그리고 /oy/를 단모음과 분류하는 실험에서는 각각 32.9%, 29.9%, 그리고 20.2%의 에러율을 얻을 수 있었다. 추가적으로 진행한 실험에서, 음향음성학적 파라메터와 음성인식에 널리 쓰이고 있는 MFCC를 함께 사용하였을 경우 역시 성능향상이 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

OpenCV 기반 자율 주행 자동차 (OpenCV-based Autonomous Vehicle)

  • 본 논문에서는 오픈 소스 컴퓨터 비전 라이브러리 중 하나인 OpenCV를 사용하여 차선 인식 기능을 구현한 내용을 정리하였다. ARM 프로세서 기반인 Raspberry Pi 3 보드에 Linux 운영체제인 Rasbian(r18.03.13)을 탑재하였고, 영상처리를 수행하기 위해 Raspberry Pi Camera를 사용하였다. 차선인식을 구현하기 위해서 OpenCV 라이브러리에 구현된 Canny Edge Detection, Hough Transform 알고리즘을 사용하였고, 소실점(Vanishing Point)의 흔들림을 방지하고 원하는 직선만을 검출하도록 RANSAC 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 또한, 검출된 차선에 따라 자동차가 주행하도록 DC모터와 Servo모터를 제어하였다.

퍼지 유사도 평가를 이용한 천연색상 인식 알고리듬 (Natural Color Recognition algorithm Based on Fuzzy Similarity Measure)

  • 본 논문에서는, 퍼지 유사도 평가를 이용한 객상인식에 관한 알고리즘을 소개하며, 이러한 알고리즘을 적용한 색상인식 시스템을 구성하였다. 객상의 분포를 판별하는 수단으로써 임의의 색상영역의 색입자 분포를 나타내기 위해 퍼지 멤버쉽을 구성하였으며, 멤버쉽의 평가를 위한 유사도 평가 방법을 사용하였다. 색상 정보는 RGB와 함께 HLS 색 좌표계를 사용하여 색인식의 정확성을 높였으며, 특히 HLS 좌표계 요소 중 Hue(색도)정보의 적절한 사용으로 조명과 재질변화에 강인한 알고리즘을 얻을 수 있었다.
