  • Normally, the buck converter is used for the charging converter of photovoltaic generator because this converter has good characteristics compare with boost and buck-booster converter But, in case of the sollar-cell voltage is lower than charging voltage, we cannot charge the sollar energy to the charger. So, in this paper, we proposed the novel hybrid converter using by combination of buck and boost converter for the charging converter of photovoltaic generator, as a results, it can operate buck, boost and buck-boost mode. The proposed novel converter has the same characteristics of the existent buck converter and furthermore it can operate as a boost converter. So, we can make the more effective photovoltaic charging system.

  • This paper describes on the development of Controller for the Utility Car combined photovoltaic. The Utility Car is generally composed of Controller, separately excited DC motor. battery and potbox. According to using battery, Utility Car have the problem of small operation time. So operating time is expanded by using parallel operating sollar cell and battery.

  • In this paper, It proposes that solar cell monitoring system using ubiquitous technique, solar cells development system occurs the attrition at the same time in several segments. This is the reason why, whole damage is also looked greatly increased inclination. Therefore, we progress study that find out damage factor by element and are more deeply about loss reduction by element part hereafter. Also, efficiency of solar photovoltaics system can be improved. we wish to forecast efficiency decrease of solar photovoltaics using neural network algorithm. Experiment result hereafter, We will expect to be remote management of solar cell.

화합물 박막 태양전지 적용을 위한 $CuInS_2$ 나노분말의 제조 및 특성 평가 (Manufacturing and Characterization of $CuInS_2$ Nanopowder for Compound Thin Film Solar Cell)

  • Chalcopyrite based sollar cells have received much attention because of their tunable electronic and optical properties. As a typical ternary chalcopyrite material, $CuInS_2$ has been considered as one of the most popular and promising candidates as absorber materials for photovoltaic applications because of its high absorption coefficient and environmental consideration. In this study, $CuInS_2$ powders have been synthesized using polyol process of a mixture of copper nitrate, indium nitrate, and thiourea with various stoichiometric molar ratios in ethylene glycol at $196^{\circ}C$. As boiling time goes by, the color of metal ion mixed solutions were changed transparent green to dark green and finally turned to black by reduction of OH- radicals. The prepared powders were fully characterized using SEM, XRD. The particle shape of black colored powders showed sphere with about 50 nm in particle size compared to those with dark green colored powders showed irregular shape with about $1{\mu}m$ in particle size. The XRD results showed highly crystallized $CuInS_2$.
