2-트로웰 방식 소형 미장로봇의 주행 알고리즘 개발 (Development of moving algorithm about concrete floor finishing robot with two trowels)

  • The construction industry is typical of the ' job of 3D ', the automated construction equipments are getting used in the domestic construction sites and the construction robots began to be sold in the abroad. The research developed the small sized robot which could be used at the apartments and the office buildings with the small floors. But the past finishing robot could not be operated easily, it had expensive controller which could not increase the production of robot. In this paper, user interface is made to operate easily the small concrete floor finishing robot with two trowel which has low cost controller, motion algorithm including modeling and mechanism about the concrete finishing robot is developed to control moving. Simulation and experiment figure out how the finishing robot moves and will contribute to realizing it.lizing it.

상업용 방진마운트의 동적 특성에 관한 실험적 고찰 (Experimental Review on Dynamic Characteristics of the Commercial Mounts for Vibration Reduction)

  • The mount suppliers are providing limited information on the dynamic characteristics of the mounts to some designers and some manufacturers of the high-precision machines. In this technical study, the experimental review was carried out about dynamic characteristics of five kinds of commercial passive mounts sold in the market. The dynamic characteristics, natural frequency and damping ratio, extracted from experimental tests were compared to the materials supplied by mount makers. In order to predict the performance of the high-precision machines with mounts, exact values of the dynamic characteristics of mounts should be used in the stage of numerical analysis.

  • When fresh concrete is exposed to low temperature, the concrete may suffer from the frost damage at early ages and the strength development may be delayed. To solve such problems of cold weather concreting, admixtures called agent for enduring cold climate are developed to prevent the fresh concrete from being frozen at early ages In this study, the experiments are carried out on several kinds of agent for enduring cold climate to present their performance. According to experimental results, most kinds of agent for enduring cold climate show the satisfactory properties of decreasing the freezing point and acceleating the cement hydration in low temperature environment, which is available for placing concrete in spite of cold weather.

발전량, 가격, 장기금리 변동성을 기초로 한 풍력발전사업의 실물옵션 가치평가 (Real Option Valuation of a Wind Power Project Based on the Volatilities of Electricity Generation, Tariff and Long Term Interest Rate)

  • For a proper valuation of wind power project, it is necessary to consider volatilities of key parameters such as annual energy production, electricity sales price, and long term interest rate. Real option methodology allows to calculate option values of these parameters. Volatilities to be considered in wind project valuation are 1) annual energy production (AEP) estimation due to meteorological variation and estimation errors in wind speed distribution, 2) changes in system marginal price (SMP), and 3) interest rate fluctuation of project financing which provides refinancing option to be exercised during a loan tenor for commercial scale projects. Real option valuation turns out to be more than half of the sales value based on a case study for a FIT scheme wind project that was sold to a financial investor.

  • This study is concerned about the design and structural analysis of high integrated Chip Bonding Machine. Recently, many studies have been undergoing to reduce a working time in a field of Chip Bonding Machine. Chip Bonding Machine belongs to reduce a stand-by time by Chip Moving time. The developed system can save tool moving distance in small space than other machine. The analysis is carried out by SoldEdge & Ansys software.

  • 판매되는 제품에 대한 보증비용은 소비자의 사용정도에 관계없이 일정하다고 가정한다. 하지만 현실적으로는 소비자들에 따라 사용 정도가 서로 다를 수 있다. 사용정도와 예방보수 형태는 보증비용 책정에 중요한 역할을 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 소비자에 따라 사용정도가 다르고 예방보수 정책의 형태가 서로 다른 경우에 대한 제품의 기대보증 비용을 산출할 수 있는 새로운 보증비용 모형을 제시했다.

A Study on Sales depending upon Meat Consumption Class: Focused on Hanwoo meat 1++A Class Consumption Class

  • The study investigated consumption patterns and inclination of consumers of Hanwoo meat being more expensive than imported meat and/or beef cattle meat based on the author's business experience at the shop in Budang Seongnam. The author who has managed shop firstly investigated customers' inclination and/or propensity. The author heard specific customer's story at neighboring shopping center, and each customer's buying method, occupation, financial power and apartment size and others, and forecast visiting customer's buying and demand upon part of the beef that customer asks for. The aut hor who sold out limited scope of beef product at limited area thought that he did narrow scope of business. The author would make effort to sell product enough to meet customer's taste by better quality product from point of view of customers. The author would make effort to supply good quality beef products to the customers who relied upon the author's butcher's.

수도권 지역내 암반황발산지의 안정녹화공법 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of Restoration Measures of the Rockily Eroded Mountains in Seoul Metropolitan Area)

  • In Seoul metropolitan area, rockily denuded fores lands are widely distributed. Out of the rock-exposed hillslopes, Kwanak-Samsung mountains and Bookhan-Dobong mountains areas are the most severely eroded land at present To develope the rehabilitation measures for the rock-exposed hillslopes, it is essentially required that mechanisms of rock debris production and movement from the rock-exposed hillslopes should be studied. And also, suitable experiments for planting techniques should be practised at the field level. In this context, some experiments for the on-site fixation of the unstable stone-debris including plantation establishments on the rock-exposed hillslopes, have been carried out for 4 years from 1983 to 1986 at Kwanak mountain hillslopes. The results may be summarized as follows : 1) The soil environment-tolerable tree species for plantation extablishment on rock-exposed hillslopes include Buxus microphylla var. koreana, Forsythia koreana, Juniperus chinensis var. sargentii, Alnus hirsuta and Pinus rigida. These trees have, however, been showed fairly good growth performence at the places having more than about 30cm of soul layer depth above rock-bed. 2) In raising of seedlings to plant on the rock-exposed hillslopes, containerized seedling practices knave been appeared as the most adoptable measures. 3) In fixation of the unstable stole debris-and-sands on the on-site of rock. exposed hillslopes, the stone-lined barrier measures are more effective at comparatively large-sized places of rock-exposed hillslopes while the stone-bowed barrier measures are more effective at small-sifted isolated sold-debris places. The stone-buttressed terraces measures are more effective at the soil-composed hillslopes rather than rock-exposed hillslopes.

거주자 요구를 토대로 본 가변형 아파트의 서포트와 인필 시스템 (The Support and Infill System of the Flexible Plan of Multi-Family Housing Based on Inhabitants' Need)

  • The study suggests that to compensate for the variety of inhabitants, flexible housing plans are needed. Furthermore, it proposes the support and infill system for the flexible plan of multi-family housing based on the inhabitants need. The inhabitants' need for the flexible plan of multi-family housing was studied using a survey using models. The survey target was the 100 housewives living in a $126.6m^2$(sold as 45 Pyeong) Apartment in Busan. The characteristics of the respondents were first examined, then to figure out the attitude towards the need for the flexible plan of multi-family housing, the concept and preference for the plan, and the satisfaction level of the current apartment plan were analyzed. To find out the structure of the flexible plan of multi-family housing, the need for the structure, furniture, light, and finishing materials were studied. Lastly, to learn the durability of the construction material, the preferred moving period and the reasons were researched. On the basis of the findings, the support and infill system was suggested.

The Housing Environment Evaluation of Munhwa-Mauel in Rural Area

  • The movements to improve rural housing environments have been promoted since the beginning of Sae-Mauel project in 1970s. Since then policies to develop village units and to improve housing units and public facilities have been increased. These trends reflect rural inhabitants' strong desire to enjoy a quality of life. The project of Munhwa-Mauel aims to improve rural housing environment conducted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry since the early 1990s. As of 1998, among 105 districts under the project. 56 districts have been parceled out and sold. The number of Munhwa-Mauels is expected to increase under Government's policy to construct 772 Munhwa-Mauels by the year 2004, which may have a large influences on private sectors. So far several studies have been conducted on the Munhwa-Mauel project. According to them Munhwa-Mauel has merits such that it modernizes the rural villages, and decreases the number of people moving out. while it causes conflict between the residents and the newcomers. Munhwa-Mauel also provides uniform housing layouts and unsuitable environments for the rural area, and lacks locality and facilities to promote income. As, however, the results of previous studies have not been verified through systematic researches, it is necessary to search a verified approach through the evaluation on housing environment in various aspects in order to provide planning guidelines for rural villages.
