서비스지향구조 소프트웨어 품질평가는 품질 향상을 유도할 수 있는 기술로서 국제 표준을 수용하는 전략기술 개발을 통해 객관성과 활용도를 높일 수 있고 많은 소프트웨어 기업들이 비즈니스 요구사항과 연계된 솔루션을 구현하기 위한 방법으로 서비스지향구조 기법을 사용하고 있다. 또한, 정부차원의 시범사업이 추진되고 있으며 관련 업계의 기술 개발에 따라 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어의 상용화가 확산되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어의 유지보수성 품질을 평가하기 위해 시험 메트릭을 제안하였고 품질을 측정하고 그 결과를 적절한 기준에 따라 판정하는 방법에 대해 연구를 수행하고 평가 사례를 제시하여 평가 방법을 명확히 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어의 유지보수성 품질향상을 유도하고 서비스지향구조 기반 소프트웨어에 대한 양적/질적인 수요를 충족할 수 있다고 본다.

Usability is defined by the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction with which specified users can achieve specified goal in particular environment. Today, many factors such as software acquisition, business re-engineering and the trend of software market have software industry considers usability as an important quality of software products. Therefore, the specification and measurement method for establishing the acceptable usability level of software is required during software development acquisition and evaluation. To evaluate whether software products is usable or not, we need evaluation method for software usability. This paper is not only to provide a framework for specifying the usability attributes of a product and establishing a comprehensive set of usability criteria, but also assessing usability metrics of the software. The usability metrics and checklist is developed based on the properties of the user interface using ISO standard and general usability principles with product-oriented view which means the Product has attributes contributing to determine the usability. This paper also suggested the way to weight the relative importance of the individual usability item depending on the software categories.

최근 소프트웨어 품질평가 및 인종에 대한 인식의 제고와 더붙어 소프트웨어 개발 기업에서 품질투자를 통한 고품질 확보의 중요성에 대한 인식이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 실질적으로 어느 정도 수준에서 품질투자가 이루어져야 하는지, 품질투자를 통해 실질적으로 소프트웨어 품질 개선의 검증이 이루어지지 않음으로 해서 품질투자를 통한 품질개선을 원하는 기업들이 정확한 방향을 설정하지 못하고 있는 문제가 발생 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126과 소프트웨어 시험에 관한 지침인 ISO/IEC 12119를 기반으로 메트릭을 구축하였으며 소프트웨어 시험사례를 통해 축적된 결함 데이터를 분석, 결과를 도출하고 미들웨어 소프트웨어의 품질 평가 사례를 조사/분석하여 품질수준과 결함 수준을 분석하고 개발 과정 에서 취약한 부분을 도출하여 대처 방안을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통해 미들웨어 소프트웨어의 품질향상을 유도하고 양적/질적인 수요를 충족할 수 있다고 본다.

본 연구는 병원정보시스템 품질 평가에 대한 문헌들을 고찰하고, 소프트웨어 품질 속성과 측정 내용들을 분석하여 병원산업의 특성을 반영한 바람직한 정보시스템 평가 방법의 제안에 있다. 병원정보시스템 품질 평가의 척도와 내용들은 주관적이며 일관성이 결여된 내용들이 주를 이루고 있었고, 가장 많이 채택된 척도는 만족도이었다. 또한 ISO9241-11에서 제시된 사용성 측정 내용들과 병원정보시스템에서 사용된 품질 측정항목들을 비교해 보면, 같은 품질척도에서도 전혀 다른 품질 측정 내용을 사용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었고, 병원 산업의 특수성을 나타내기에도 매우 단편적이며 구체성이 결여되어 있었다. 결국 병원산업의 특수성과 품질 평가의 활용도를 증진시키는 방법은 ISO9241-11과 같은 표준 품질 모델과 업무 맥락의 관점에서 사용자 중심의 품질평가 항목 개발이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders' requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

본 문은 퍼지-계층분석 (fuzzy-AHP)을 기반으로 중국 소프트웨어 수출지원정책 성과평가를 분석 연구하였다. 기술개발, 품질관리 등 9개의 1급 성과 평가지표 체계를 구성하고, 10명의 중국 소프트웨어전문가에 대한 설문조사를 실시한 후, 퍼지-계층분석을 활용하여 절대적 상대적 중요도를 산정하여, 퍼지 종합평가를 실시하였다. 평가한 결과, 중국 소프트웨어 수출지원정책 성과는 전반적으로 양호한 수준으로 나타났다. 기술개발, 인재양성, 마케팅강화, 자금지원, 플랫폼구축, 제품지원의 영향력은 비교적 중요하고, 품질관리, 세수감면의 영향력은 변화가 없으며, 국제인증의 영향력은 비교적 작은 것으로 분석되었다. 이에 따라 고급 소프트웨어 전문인력을 양성하고, 소프트웨어 품질을 강화하며, 소프트웨어 브랜드를 제고할 필요가 있다.

The multiplicity of software packages brings about a choice problem to the end-user and a multi-fold intensity to the competing developer. This study intends to provide guidelines solving the problems for both the end-user and the developer of packages for automatic statistical analyses. For the purpose, we adopt an appropriate evaluation model in terms of user-perceived quality through the applicable criteria and an evaluation method. The result of empirical study is described, which shows that the weight of each criterion is dynamic along usage levels. Briefly, functionality, usability, and reliability are key factors to contribute to the perceived quality. The empirical study also illustrates a comparative analysis on the dominant products, SAS and SPSS, in Korea.

본 논문은 국방 인사정보 S/W체계 개발에서 정량적 품질평가를 위한 것이다. ISO/IEC 9126에서 권고하는 국제표준에 입각한 정량적 품질평가방법을 적용한다. 계수적 평가의 6가지 기준을 제안하고 기능성, 신뢰성, 사용, 효율성, 유지보수성, 이식성과 세부 부특성 27항목을 설정하고, 품질 검사표는 S/W 품질을 측정하는 매트릭을 도표로 작성하였다. 국방사업의 특성을 반영한 우선순위에 의한 가중치를 주어 사용자의 목적에 맞는 국방 인사정보 S/W체계의 정량적인 평가방안을 연구하여 제시하였다. 정량적 품질평가적용에서 80%의 만족도와 현업 보직자 8명중 7명이 매우 만족(87.5%)과 1명은 만족(12.5%) 표시하여 신뢰성과 기능성에 대한 사용자의 만족도가 높은 것으로 판정되어 효율적인 국방 S/W사용과 효과를 분석하여 국방력의 향상에 기여하고자 한다.

교육 정보화의 핵심은 정보 교육을 위한 인프라 구축과 정보 통신 기술의 교육적 활용에 있으며, 활용의 측면에서는 수업의 정보화를 지원할 수 있는 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어 확보가 관건이다. 이는 교육용 SW 평가 방안의 탐구가 얼마나 중요한 과제인가를 시사해 준다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 문제 인식을 바탕으로 첫째, 수요자 측면에서 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어를 선정하고 활용을 조장할 수 있는 과학적인 정보를 제공하고, 둘째, 개발자 측면에서 객관적인 품질 평가의 준거를 제공함으로써, 양질의 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발할 수 있는 방향과 정보를 제공함으로써 교육 정보화의 기반을 다지기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 기존 교육용 SW 평가에 관련된 연구들을 분석하고, 소프트웨어 평가 준거를 교육적 차원, 운용적 차원, 기술적 차원의 세 영역으로 분류하고 세부 평가 준거를 도출하였다.

현재 국내 간호정보시스템 소프트웨어 제품은 다수의 업체들이 참여하고 경쟁적으로 개발함으로써 양적인 발전과 높은 부가가치를 창출하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 양적인 발전에 질적인 향상이 병행할 수 있는 연구가 그동안 미흡했던 것이 사실이다. 간호정보시스템 소프트웨어 분야에서 국제적인 경쟁력을 확보하려면, 간호정보시스템 소프트웨어에 대한 품질 요구사항을 확립하고 이에 기반으로 간호정보시스템 소프트웨어 제품에 대한 평가체계 확립이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 간호정보시스템의 동향과 기술을 분석하여 요구사항 도출을 통해 간호정보시스템의 시험 평가체계를 확립하고자 한다.
